BM Website experience: In creating my profile on your website, none of the categories in the pull-down menu for my "Relationship to Benjamin Moore" were appropriate. Do you not wish to serve customers who rent their home? Warren Buffett doesn't approve?

I've been using BM paint for 30+ years. Now I pay 3x the price and when it used to cover in 1 coat now takes 3 coats. 3 x the labour and 9x the cost. I'm sure there are better quality paint out there. Dont support BM.

Why did you make the paint worse? Why doesn’t white cover white anymore? Don’t you guys make enough money? Also why did you discontinue ArborCoat and not release the new product yet? How are we supposed to make a living while you scrape our pockets for change?!

All of the new paint formulas are super bad. They keep saying stuff like “its just a new can label.” They are lying. The regal ultra-matte paint is not matte at all. You can see a sheen on the ultra-matte like its borderline eggshell. This never happened with the old style. Aura has turned into a 3 coat job with lights over darks. It wasnt like that before. I literally have to switch to sherwin williams after using Benjamin Moore paint for over 20 years. You really F’d up by sacrificing your quality paint for this subpar paint and the worst part is you are charging more for these terrible paints.

HQ for Benjamin Moore Paint. I have been here twice over the last 20 years; each trip was a great experience. I am a 25+ year paintign contractor and I use Benjamin Moore products.
