We moved to Temple last year just in time for the tornado. Our house needed painting. Our SIL said he would paint it but we had to get the paint. Our neighbor, Joe Krausekloff, works there and if it hadn’t been for him helping us pick out the correct colors it would have been a mess. He knew the color of our brick and knew exactly what shade it needed to be. It turned out gorgeous! I like that they keep the paint you buy on file forever. However, I am not sure that all employees know how to locate these files. I recently bought a new color of paint and a week later my husband went back to get another gallon but the person working that day had a difficult time finding our file. Eventually he did, but I feel the process should be seamless.
