Owner was really cool and staff was super friendly. The texture off rip I thought was going to suck based off the touch but once I bit into it, it definitely changed. The center was nice and gooey with a lot of cinnamon around the center but I wish it was consistently throughout with cinnamon. My favorite was the lotus biscoff and the lemon blueberry. I liked these because they weren’t super sweet and had the right amount of toppings. I would definitely go back and would recommend. Flavors change every 2 weeks so get it while it’s there if you find something you really like

such a cute shop! i saw them on tiktok and just had to try it. i got a box of 3 and they are all so perfect. super fluffy and the cinnamon filling is delicious. highly recommend!

A new addition to the neighborhood that sells a quick grab of sweets. The service was good, friendly and attentive. I tried 3 flavors of the rolls and happy to report that they are solid. However, it is a bit steep on the pricing.

Was very excited to try because I love cinnamon rolls! I got the vanilla frosted and give it a 4/5. The frosting was so creamy and light and the bun was very easy to cut and felt cloud like. The reason I don’t give it a 5/5 is because the cinnamon sugar on the inside of the roll is barely noticeable and can hardly taste it. Had the banoffee flavor which I liked a lot. I appreciate that they offer to warm it up for you in the store. Would come back to try more flavors.

Warm, gooey, and soft and so obviously made with care…what more can you ask for? Tried the original, lemon poppy, and banaofee (split them with a friend lol). And they were all delicious. My favorite was the original glazed. Will definitely come back!

Tried a few flavors and I’m excited to go back and try more! The vanilla frosted might be the best cream cheese frosting I’ve ever had. Banoffee pie and the simple glazed were also delicious! Also got to meet the owner Benji who was really nice!

the lotus biscoff cinnamon roll was truly OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! >w< the waft of cookie butter aroma was ever-present before i even took a bite, and i can say that it was the most heavenly. imo, the best sweet flavored specialty cinnamon roll <3

Delectable! After a great show, nothing like a sweet treat to warm your belly! The team here is AMAZING! The biscoff bun was great, they even warmed it for me. You must try them.

Benji's Buns is all about cinnamon rolls - if you check out their social media, they announce and feature new flavors, such as Barbie. We tried the Biscoff, the Strawberries & Cream, and the Barbie - the cinnamon rolls are warm, soft, and actually not that sweet while being decadent at the same time - it has a nice layer of the cream cheese frosting. The space is super cute and bright - staff were welcoming and friendly! Such a delightful addition to the Village. The cinnamon buns are super soft and have a dreamy texture to them that just melts in your mouth. The shop is beautifully set out (love the color scheme!) and the service is really friendly as well despite it being pretty busy.
