"FiDi favorite Bennie’s Thai Cafe is the latest restaurant to close as a result of the novel coronavirus. Sadly, its final day will be Sunday, July 26. Think about visiting for a final plate of pork larb or pad thai." - Robert Sietsema

To start with one liner "not so good taste of thai cuisine" Have been to few Thai, and trust me I didnt find the good in this as compared to the same range thai restaurants. Even if we asked for spicy foods but ended with some sweet fried rice or noodles. Felt a bit expensive compared to the taste not quantity. 1. Food - 3/5 2. Serivice - 4/5 3. Price - 2/5 4. Ambiance - 3/5

Basil fried rice was a total disappointment. My tongue was ready for the spices. Especially after I told the cashier I wanted it super hot. The only thing that made my rice eatable was the fish sauce condiment I requested.

It just happened to walk by and found this amazing restaurant. Costumer service was great. Food shows up in your table really quick. 3 different types of Thai beer to choose from. Food is delicious. You would think the bill would be to high for all of this qualities....surprise it’s not. Amazing price like no where in NYC. Congratulations to this business Keep on the good work

The food here is worth the trip! All the portions are perfect for the money. I tried the chili shrimp and it wasn’t spicy yet very tasty.

Forget Lunch Special. The absolute Worst food in recent memory. AVOID! It was precooked junk that was just dumped into a plate. Almost anyone can make food would taste better.
