Great brewery! Their space is really comfortable, the staff are nice, and the beer is very solid. I've only tried their beer so far but I'll definitely be back to try their bottled cocktails sometime. This is a good spot to grab a drink and catch up with friends if you're in the area!

My wife and I visited last night end enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, large beer selection and varieties, and clean facilities. There wasn't much there for food (no food truck when we visited) but they have some snacks like pretzels and popcorn. The bartender was friendly and helpful. They also pour free samples and have a four beer flight option. I would go back here and maybe bring a jimmy johns sandwich or something to eat.

Google
Stopped by here with some friends as was in the area Not really my kinda place as I'm not into beer but the vibe was very laid back and mostly men Was happy to see they did a few shared cocktails-but they were not great but better than nothing! Large patio for summer looked nice Dogs are allowed inside the establishment

Went tonight with a friend for a fun beer in a local brewery setting before dinner & found out the owner is retiring, so closing in a week. So, as much as 5 stars is how I feel about supporting our local breweries, it sadly doesn't help delay retirements.

Google
I come here because they have a pretty generous Groupon and they’re also dog friendly. They have lots of board games as well so it’s sort of family friendly. It’s always a good time for sure. You’ll be sort of confused because their cocktails are extremely pricey. You can see that in the pictures. I mean, a cocktail for $32?!?!?!? Does it come in a gallon jug? It’s just really confusing. It’s pricey because you buy them by bulk, which is a different approach for sure! The beers are great and tasty and the prices are reasonable for them so very confused on the cocktails. Lastly, they have a lot of THC products, sodas and gummies, so if that’s your jam, you are well catered for!

Google
This little gem!!! Came into this bar for a little free bingo on my daughters recommendation and got a spicy Margherita and I was blown away!!!! So tasty! Great atmosphere and friendly service. We will definitely be back!

Google
Oversell a decent place to swing into for a beer or cocktail. My issue was with the pricing for their pre-made cocktails. Some are priced for two while some say they are for four... Well turns out the drink for four comes in the SAME SIZED bottle as the drinks for two. So the old fashioned which is $33 is only 12% while the cocktails for two are 9.5% and $17. So DOUBLE the price for a slightly stronger drink. Sorry but it isn't worth it. If they charged maybe $22 for the old fashioned fine, but for a pre made drink in a plastic bottle it's overpriced.

Google
The beer and the pretzels were good. The service in my opinion wasn’t the greatest. The server just didn’t seem interested in selling me much. They didn’t have any stickers or patches but they did have a few shirts, sweatshirts and other things. We bought a beer to go and a shirt. There was a sign that said if you purchase something for $10 or more you get a free beer yet we didn’t get our free beer. Not sure that I would choose to go back there.

Lisa S.

Yelp
Another visit with our pubpass. Just a quick note, the pass was buy one, get one free this year so if you have a pass for each person, you can come back one more time for another free beer. Great stop again. Staff, beer, vibe...all great as we keep coming back!

Valerie Q.

Yelp
We went on a tour of the Brewstillery. A very unique place. They have beer and spirits for almost everyone. The owner was fantastic and our bartender, Meech was knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had a wonderful time!! Valerie Quinlan

Yelp
Are you into beer? Great! But your friends are not into beer... at all? This is the perfect balance! My celiac pal likes to go out for a mixed drink, my beer drinking pals join us, I'm a seltzer gal... and THIS place has something for all of us! It's a really cute spot! Lots of tables, easy lines, and really quick service! There's a patio, but let's be real... we won't be seeing that for another 6 months!

Akshay R.

Yelp
They have an amazing place to enjoy a nice sip of beer and food from a truck. This is the first time visiting the place and I took a lager. They do have some different flavors compared to others. They have beers for everyone. They also have different cocktails and spirits too. They do sell cocktails by bottles too. They have there own cocktails bottled up and it's nice to have them. They even have a trivia night on Thursday and it was fun. Ambiance was lively and neat. They also have a nice outdoor patio.

Kayla L.

Yelp
Already planned our next visit here!! Love the vibes and the bathroom bidet. I got the sour and was thoroughly impressed! They have a ton of tap and cocktail options! Next time we're staying to try all cocktails, they sound amazing!! Dog friendly and they have treats and goodies for them! Bingo on Tuesday's.

Angela S.

Yelp
Such great cocktails and beers, that are packaged so you're ready to take them on an adventure. They even have a rotating food truck schedule and games to play at different tables. It has really awesome atmosphere with garage doors perfect for summer nights and a great fusion of industrial-comfort.

Michelle S.

Yelp
Spiced Dog ...dang they make these and sell them to you sealed, with a glass of ice. Way to buck the system with an off-sale and be delicious! Or whatever that's called. 19 proof with vodka, grapefruit juice, jalapeño syrup, and lime juice. Yum!! Edit: omg the women's bathroom has bidets installed in both booths. The sinks are really interesting too. Wow the best bathroom I've ever been in!

Brad L.

Yelp
If this brewstillery was bigger I think it would be a lot better. I know they are newer, so it should come with time. I'm a fan of their fruity/sour beers and had a great one called NURDS the last time I was there and really did feel like drinking/eating nerds. I can only have one of them and then have to try some of the other IPAs. I like their artwork a lot within the brewery and on their cans. They have beer / liquor / pulltabs / food trucks (certain days/times) Huge Parking Lot

Brett W.

Yelp
The people here are really great, I tried most of the beers and couldn't really find one that I had to go back for. Either way staff were friendly and I'll give them another chance next time I'm in the area.

Stephen S.

Yelp
Great staff, good brews, dogs welcome, food trucks, great music and very comfortable. It is very popular with the regulars in the area.

Mark H.

Yelp
Very flavorful craft spirits and beers! Our visit happened to coincide with game night. Cozier establishment with good ambiance. Tasty frozen pizza options, manufactured in Waconia, were available to complement the beers.

Michele B.

Yelp
There's a bidet in this brewstillery's bathroom! Also the bartender was super awesome! Helpful & knowledgeable & amicable. Cool dude. A friend had a Groupon for here and offered it up as a place to hang out and try. We got some samplers plus ordered a few extra kinds to use up the amount on the Groupon. I was underwhelmed. I think there was one beer that was all right, but nothing really excited me. I realize it was a Sunday night so football would be on, but it was so loud! And the Vikings weren't even playing! It wasn't that crowded or noisy that the volume needed to be up so high. But if it was for the table of regulars in the middle of the place I can kind of understand. I was bummed there wasn't a food truck at all. Note to self...bring food... I'll probably try to stop again to try the stillery stuff and possibly use the bidet...

Allyson S.

Yelp
Second stop on our brewery tour! So far so good! Bent Brewstillery is super fun, but holy buckets does it get packed on trivia night! Be prepared for that. The bartender was AWESOME. I asked him for a recommendation, he asked what I liked and made two solid recommendations. I picked the cider (I'm noticing a trend) and was not disappointed. Perfect. Not too sweet, plenty of flavor... it's something I'd buy canned. They also had the Anchor Fish & Chips food truck out and we LOVED IT. So good. I know that's not technically Bent Brewstilleries thing, but still. Good partnership, good choice.

K C.

Yelp
The beer here is pretty good, and the space is pretty decent too. My biggest complaint about this place is the "dog culture". There are SO many dogs, and quite a few are well behaved. Unfortunately there are also many aggressive/loud dogs. I even saw a customer pick their little dog up and let it lay on the table. This was close to the bar, and employees did nothing to stop it. Unless I see some changes, I will probably just let the dog people drink here.

Lisa L.

Yelp
More of a unique brewery as they also make their own spirits. We happened to check them out on a day that they were able to save hard alcohol. A kind couple that we sat with out on the patio informed us that laws limit them to selling the spirits only a few days per year. Otherwise it is strictly beer. The group I was with ordered both beers and drinks. I was impressed with everything I ordered and tried sips of from others glasses. Pretty typical brewery set up: inside and outside seating, kids and dogs welcome, food truck in the lot. Lots of free parking in the lot out front. Not typical (not totally awesome): Prince artwork under a halo and a toilet that washes and dries your lady parts after you tinkle. I'd go just to experience that!

Molly M.

Yelp
Yes, please! I'm Bent, too. I love biking here with their nice laidback patio and relaxed atmosphere. I'm even happier to find it open and selling crawlers and growlers.

Julie T.

Yelp
I have been to this place for beer several times and I just realized that they are a brewstillery= brewery + distillery. The bartender here was awesome, he was such a good salesperson he got us bent over and purchased a bottle of rum after a few glasses of beer. He brought us to the back to have sample of their rum and gin before convincing us to make the purchase. Lots of beer, mead and sours on tap... and the option changes weekly. Very ambitious beer and distillery makers. Apparently one's a PhD and the other is a rocket scientist! I also love places with free popcorn, it's such a great compliment to your beer. For the ladies, don't forget the visit to the restroom. They have a bidet. Reminded me of My trip to Japan. I could sit in there for 10 mins, I warned my husband not to come looking for me. Overall awesome and legit. No attitude, totally a cool place to hang out. Lots of parking spots.

Angie S.

Yelp
4 stars for the awesome bartender, 2 taps, use of space and the toilet warmers! This is off the beaten industrial path and would not have known about it if I didn't have a Groupon. First we had a flight, a pint and a growler-AWESOME deal! In the flight was Nordic Blonde, Moar IPA, Belgian Berlin Ur-Block and Nourishing Stout-Nitro. I really did not like it, but truthfully, I have yet to find one I do like. I loved the Nitro the best. It obviously is a crowd favorite, so we were not allowed to get a growler of it. I also had to try the Gewurztraminer (12.5%), It was my second favorite, as it was almost a wine. The bartender was very informative regarding the space and how they came about as a distillery. He also shared about the sodas on tap and cold press coffee. We did not try these, but witnessed many people buying them. It's pretty small inside, but they used up the space with high top and low picnic tables well. The entire wall rolls up and is connected to a large patio. It would be a perfect place to have music in the parking lot, because there is no other businesses near by. Maybe they already to this.

Nicole B.

Yelp
This place is fine, the beers are good but the vibe just feels like a bar to me, versus a brewery. It's located in a bit of a strange spot, and it's just not a place I ever want to spend a long time in.

Jessica L.

Yelp
Delicious beer, awesome staff, they allow dogs inside.... food trucks outside. Enough said :)

Chelsea R.

Yelp
The beer flight was purchased via Groupon and they were so sweet and accommodating ! Free wifi and handicap toilets not to mention DOG FRIENDLY! And omg the owners are on site to converse with you. Seriously the best brewery I've been too! Must try the Nordic Blonde! So delicious! Absolutely delicious

Daniel S.

Yelp
Cool little brewery just outside St. Paul, when you're driving into the parking lot, it's located near the back, we almost didnt see it. The vibe is cool, laid back, lotsa board games to peruse, and a couple TVs playing sports games. No food, but they provide free popcorn which is cool. For beers I got the uber lupin and giga lupin, and the nordic blonde with grapefruit juice (they provide a few beer/juice cocktails which I personally like) The Lupin beers were good, though a bit heavy/darker than how I usually prefer pale ales, but they are labelled as imperial/triples. I went on a Sunday and a good amount of people were hanging out. I enjoyed it and would be down to return

L S.

Yelp
Really unhappy with this brewery. Myself and a few members of my family decided to stop by (30 minutes away for all of us) to try out this place on our MN Pub Pass. Let me just say, it was 25° hotter WITH insane humidity inside the brewery than it was outside. Even with the garage doors open. You guys NEED to figure out how to temperature control your space because it was so ungodly uncomfortable to sit in there. The beers were warm within minutes, and they wouldn't allow us to choose any beer off the menu in exchange for a stamp on our pub pass (against the policy of the pub pass, might I add). The food truck outside was so disgusting and dirty. I peeked into the window over the 9 year old boy taking orders from people to witness meat and toppings burnt onto the stove stop and pouring onto the countertop. It was really disgusting. Myself and my family will not be returning and I recommend you try somewhere else as well.

Amuzme L.

Yelp
Really great place, great beer nice people and liquor to go. And food truck! Location is tough on the first time or if it's dark. But after you find it......

Kashmir S.

Yelp
It's been a while since my last visit here, which after this last visit is going to have to change to a little bit more frequent then once in a blue moon. Found myself here on one of those lucky days in which they had a license to serve cocktails (if I remember correctly they get to do this about 12 days out of the year, serving both cocktails and beer). If you happen to go on one of the days in which they aren't serving cocktails, the beer options are still a great choice. The uniqueness of creating both hard liquor and beer makes these guys stand out from the crowded brewing market. Plus it's great tasting (both beer and liquor). There is a variety of beers to be tasted, which after leaving the taproom and you forgot to pick up a growler, you can grab at your local liquor store. The taproom is a decent size and they have an outside patio. The staff is friendly and helpful and the customers are just as or even more. Plenty of great times are to be had in this tap room as you sip a lazy Sunday away. As they continue to branch out in beer flavors, they will start to attract beer drinkers willing to take the drive outside of the twin cities.

Chris M.

Yelp
I never made it to the taproom when it was Pour Decisions, but I was certainly a fan of their beer. Fortunately, the same can be said now that the brewing and distilling operations are under the same banner, which isn't surprising because it's still the same man doing unique things with barley, hops and many other uncommon ingredients. The taproom might not be in an ideal location, but it's still a good place to hang out over a few pints or to pick up a growler or bottle for the road. Bent has a few staple beers on tap which don't disappoint, however, it's the one-off and experimental beers where Bent really differentiates itself. Whether they're playing around with wild yeast, making sneaky strong meads or running an uncommon style on nitro, you're very likely to find something novel on each visit. The Twin Cities brewery scene is seemingly growing at a fever pitch, but Bent's unique offerings, the fact that they also have their own line of spirits and the laid back atmosphere of the taproom certainly carve out an enjoyable niche for themselves.

Catherine C.

Yelp
Definitely one of my new favorite breweries / taprooms! Maybe it's because I'm partial to Roseville and it's a quick drive from home. We met up with some friends here on a lovely warm and breezy Friday afternoon at the end of July. It was the first time for everyone in our group and we all had a super good time. I loved the Raspberry Ginger Orange Blossom mead beverage (seasonal experimentals menu). It was sweet and spicy with a nice kick of honey. We also got flights and it was great to be able to try all the different beers. I liked the London stout the best - nice and dark! Husband and friends enjoyed their Nordic Blonde the most and ended up getting Growlers to go. We sat inside but had an amazing breeze from the patio. Service was fast and very friendly. Bathrooms nice and large and everything looks clean and new! They have a large space here - the potential is enormous. Would like to see what awesome seasonals they have for Autumn. I'll be out here, sitting on the patio enjoying something new every once in awhile. A great spot that's close to Byerly's, Caribou, Brueggers, Walgreens and Osaka Sushi and Hibachi. Don't let the otherwise empty industrial back roads in this part of Roseville scare you away....Bent Brewstillery is worth a try!

Jessica L.

Yelp
I've been here a few times. I really enjoy their beer. Tonight we sat out on the patio, it isn't very big but most people were inside for trivia so we found a spot. It was pretty hot and stuffy inside plus just one bartender, so it was pretty slow, but I like the beer. The other times I've been here they've had the garage doors open but tonight they were closed, didn't help the stuffiness. They have different food trucks and tonight was the lucky brisket bbq, pretty delicious. For beer, I had the tropikus ipa and the obst hefe. I thought both were very flavorful and tasty. I usually don't care for IPAs as much but the tropikus had a good fruity passion fruit flavor to it. I love wheat beers and the obst hefe was great.

Immaculate I.

Yelp
I am so glad I purchased this deal from LivingSocial!!! Went on a Wednesday evening, the place was quiet and there were a few patrons around. The server was quite pleasant as she chatted happily about beer. I actually loved all the beers on the flight! Although it was a deal that brought me to Bent, I shall return to buy a growler or 5.

Jennifer F.

Yelp
So, Bent is interesting. First off, don't go expecting to get cocktails made with their liquor. They are licensed brewery/tap room, which means they can't also craft drinks with hard liquor. Kind of a bummer. You can buy bottles of their liquor though, if you're willing to purchase without sampling! We have had their gin, which is strong AF. Hubs and I have been twice now - first time with a groupon which got us each a flight, pint glass, and $10 beer credit. The bartender, who we think kind of looks like Leonidas from 300, was quite helpful. Their flag ship beers are solid, I have enjoyed a Lonely Blonde on more than one occasion (heeeheee). Some of their seasonals/specialties are hit or miss. The taproom itself is a bit on the smaller side which is tough if you have more than 4 people. Like Justin K noted, the line can get kind of clogged up with only the one bartender generally able to fill brews. The bathrooms are nice and well kept and ladies, our bathrooms even have heated bidets. Oh, they are so nice. Sorry boys, none for you! They are in the food truck rotation, and even though they can't serve their liquor, they *do* have mead, which is quite good and an option for those weirdos out there who don't like beer. All in all a solid brewery and I would go back!

Laura G.

Yelp
We love BENT! The staff are always nice and helpful and the owners are great! They have created a laid back and welcoming atmosphere. They keep a few of their beers on tap Year round, but are always changing up their other selections as the seasons change. It's great because I have my old favs to fall back on, but can always try something new. The best thing is, they are SUPER dog friendly and allow dogs inside and out. Dogs can usually get water, and sometimes get a treat! Some days there are food trucks, but they are fine with outside food when no trucks are around. Super chill place with a diverse selection. Check it out!

Kapil G.

Yelp
Good for one time , may not come back again . Not my cup of beer little sweet for my taste .

Jamie P.

Yelp
This place is great! They are dog friendly, which is amazing! They let dogs inside and out. They provide water for the dogs and treats, also. My pup got lots of attention from all the customers, as well. Beer is also very good and they have a wide selection. Staff are extremely friendly, as well.

Kester W.

Yelp
So 1st time coming to this brewery, man did I hit the jackpot with this place. The beer is awesome , let me rephrase that, AWESOME!!! The atmosphere, awesome, customer service, AWESOME! And I hope I don't butcher their names but Dani and Craig, if you got these 2, then your in great hands (I can't vouch for the others) Dani and Craig are not only knowledgeable, their customer service skills are the best out of any brewery that I've been to (and I've been to many) they can hold a conversation. Dani was more than willing to give samples to my friend and I so we could find our special beer, craig took us to the back to try the liquor (it's a distillery as well), and man I loved it all. And the kicker, while I'm there they tell me about the crawfish boil that's going to be held the very next day (crawfish is my favorite thing to eat ever). I came back the next day and destroyed some crawfish , beer and enjoyed the vibe that was there. Do not miss out on this gem.

Creig A.

Yelp
Bent is the closest tap room to where I live so I've stopped in a few times now. The remodeled tab room opened in August and I've a fan. Location is a bit hard to find, it's literally in an office/warehouse park so check your route before you go. They have a wide selection of interesting beer - everything from ales to sours. My favorite is Moar, a Scottish Session IPA. But I also like the Nordic Blond. Nice patio with a hodgepodge of picnic tables, metal mesh rounds and barrel high-tops. I'd give them 5 stars if they had a food truck more often. Can't wait to see what the 'stillery' part of their name brings.

Jesse K L.

Yelp
Great spot for beers and dogs! Great atmosphere and staff! Please make sure that you take some time and support this great little Brewstillery!!

Abe M.

Yelp
Bent Brewstillery brings more variety to the previous Pour Decisions brewing after the merger. I've been here a few times and I'm loving the taproom. The amount of space here is awesome and has a modern look to it. But of course a taproom is nothing without the beer to truly define it. The merger between Pour Decisions and Bent Brewstillery just made sense. Pour decisions was know for their sours and barrel aged brews. Since Bent is a distillery as well, they get the best of both worlds. Barrels that can be used and reused as often as they want. A perpetual cycle of delicous beers and the distilled hard liqours. When I went, they had the Bent staples, such as nordic blonde and Moar. Both good (I prefer Moar), however there was a fantastic sour called Rose Gose that was very near perfect. It's worth a glass if you're into sours. I have high hopes for Bent Brewstillery and so far they are meeting them.

Gary M.

Yelp
Went for a walk, got bent. I went for a walk after my physical therapy appointment in the light industrial / warehouse area near the clinic. These kind of areas always seem to hold hidden gems and man did I stumble on one. Okay boys and girls, just go to this place now - and I do mean now. They open Friday at 2:30 and this weekend is a special weekend because they will be able to sell both their spirits and their brewed beverages. Simply outstanding beer and cider selection with the incredible addition of award-winning spirits. I sampled the Maroon and Bold (I think that's the name...probably could easily been called Marooned and Fold at 9.5%!)...a wonderfully smooth, hop-headed beer. I also sampled the extraordinary, International Double Gold award-winning, Navy Strength, Gunner Ghost Gin. Holy Crow, what a gin. No juniper berries here, just botanicals, unlike anything you've ever tasted...almost needs to be done straight up, maybe with a bit of ice or a splash of soda water. The taste us so smooth that your just not going to want to mix it. In addition, I tried the Bent Anchor Poitin (pronounced, I believe, Poocheen). It is an Irish vodka-type spirit made from potato scraps. And where do the potato scraps come from? Tada, our friends at Anchor Fish and Chips where so many potatoes are slain every day that, well, we had to do something with it! This spirit is like a very light vodka with a slight hint of potato. Very lovely. But, from talking with the Master Distiller (Bartley if I remember correct) and the front office man, Jake, the absolute best is yet to come tomorrow, 10/29, when they unleash their spiced rum and a new brewed item (I think it was a Stout?) about which all the folks there were raving. In terms of atmosphere, I think they are going for a Wisconsin bar-type look which probably suits them well now (I'll talk to Jake about that later ;-)). You might think you're in the wrong neighborhood when you come here...just persevere and you will, indeed, find it ironically located behind the renovation of a warehouse into the Twin Cities Chinese Christian Church. The pub is toward the very end of the warehouses on the left side. Well, I know where I'll be watching my beloved Cubbies in the World Series this weekend! Special cocktails available only this weekend (a special permit was pulled so brewed and distilled items could both be dispensed). A food truck is said to be on hand. Two last things: 1) try the Mule they have on tap...yummy, 2) gotta love a place that has pinball machines, Heggies pizza, and a staff who, during their break, were discussing determinism. Enough said, see you there.

Jennifer R.

Yelp
POOR COVID SAFETY *** wanted to stop by for a beer because we missed this place. When we stopped by - patio was packed with no masks or social distancing in sight. Only one employee wearing a mask- owner was inside NOT wearing a mask. We did not feel comfortable staying especially with inappropriate dogs ( barking and aggressive) - which is also against policy. This was a place we enjoyed coming to with our dog- we will finding a new place now. Serious changes need to be made before we come back!

John W.

Yelp
I wanted to like it. I went several times. I've asked everyone I know if they've been to Bent Brewstillery and tried their beer. And everyone I talk to says the same thing: It is not good. Numerous brews: they all taste too minerally, chemical aftertaste. The IPAs are overblown. The darker beers are imbalanced. The bartender never seems happy to see customers let alone serve beer. The space feels disorganized and the TVs give it a half-hearted sports bar vibe. Patrons smoke cigars on the patio, and the smoke drifts across the whole space and right into the open bay doors so even those seated inside get smoked out. Maybe someday Roseville will have a more fitting brewery with pleasant staff, but it is not this day.

Dave F.

Yelp
Nice quiet spot. Lots of dogs. Less kids than most place. They fill growlers, but don't sell them kind of disappointing as I don't normally carry an empty with me. Coffee beer was good nice mix of hop and coffee.

Kelsey P.

Yelp
Bent didn't leave quite as much of an impression as I was hoping for. I wanted to love this place, I really did! I love the location, out in the middle of an industrial park (it just feels so genuine to the nature of brewing) and I love the taproom! It's s beautiful space with ample parking and pinball machines! The tap-tender just didn't seem to have any passion for the beer or job. I expressed some indecision and where ordinarily a server would make some recommendations or offer a taste or tell you what their favorite is, I got a, "okay, I'm going to go change a keg." Which I get! It seemed like he was alone and he needed to take care of that right away! But when he came back it was just, "ok have you decided?" Yeah, I guess so. Hopefully just an off day and not representative of a normal experience here. I don't think that I necessarily disliked the beer... I think what really got me was how straight up wrong the descriptions of those beers were... Pay more attention to the IBU than the description. The highest IBU across the board was 83, yet half the beers were described as hoppy or very hoppy. The "sour" was a little fruity, but definitely not sour. Overall just fell flat a little.

Nichole R.

Yelp
My husband and I were really excited to visit Bent Brewstillery after realizing how close they were to our place - new haunt maybe? sweet! Meh - me thinks not. The two of us walked in and bellied up to the bar - the place was not particularly busy at all - maybe 2 or 3 other people at the bar top and a couple tables with patrons. We decided we wanted to do two flights to try a wide range of delicious sounding beer. After sitting and waiting (at the bar, at a chair, mind you) about 15 minutes for the guy to even acknowledge our existence (he thought dishes were more important I guess) my husband decided to get up and stand in front of the bar. Hey, maybe we were in the wrong and even if you sit at the bar you have to get up and stand in front of the bar? Weird but okay. Even then, he waited another 3-5 minutes for the guy to make contact and that was after he helped some girl who walked up AFTER my husband did. Really, dude? OKAY. We are generous tippers and always looks for a new place to spend too much money on beer but this guy was not making this place look good. After we finally got our flights we sat down and were not impressed with a single one. You know, it would have also been nice to have been talked to ABOUT their beers like many places do - like they actually take pride in what they create and want to share details and things of that nature. A REALLY good beertender will find out what you typically like to drink and make recommendations based on that. It's not like were high maintenance or anything. Overall the beers were okay - but like another reviewer said, none of them left me wanting them again. Might I also add, we were never approached by that bartender again before we finally left. That's okay - there are PLENTY of other breweries we've visited that love and appreciate our business - we'll just stick to those ones. Beer: 2 stars Service: 0 stars

Yelp
Awesome beers. Free popcorn! Great staff. Friendly atmosphere. You can't drink the spirits on site, but can purchase Off-sale. Small outside patio.

Yelp
The only brewery in Roseville is average to poor. It's easy to miss as its tucked far away in a little warehouse zone off County C. You'll wish you kept driving if your taste buds work even a little bit... Their cherry sour was the worst I've had anywhere and I've tried dozens of sours at this point. We ordered 5 beers total with none of them providing any elevation in spirit or taste. Atmospherically, the place is fittingly gloomy, cheered up only by a couple of pinball machines and some Christmas lights. The employees want to go home and so do you. Nordic Blonde, their flagship, is about the worst excuse for a fermenter this side of Miller Brewing. I would honestly prefer a good old fashion PBR or Grainbelt Premium over this bland offering. Add to that their petty war with the far superior Bent Paddle brewing over namesake and you have yourself a brewery that needs to pack its shit and make room for some new contenders as soon as possible.

Yelp
Long time fan, Bent Brewstillery has possibly the most unique brews in the Twin Cities. Personal favorites are the dark stouts and some of the sour beers. Didn't know I liked sour beer until I tried them there. They also have a nice assortment of spirits available for purchase. Here again some unique offerings like potien, a potato based distilled spirit. Think Irish moonshine. Their Navy strength gin and the assortments of rums are also outstanding. Finally the overall ambiance is great. Nice folks- highly recommended.

Yelp
Awesome spot - they allow dogs inside and out and it is always fun! Great beer, comfortable seating, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Yelp
This place is relatively small and up and coming. It's great for a good beer and some trivia on a week night. Not the greatest place to have to sit and hangout for anything other than trivia. Beer is pretty good. I would maybe go here again.

Yelp
It was just ok. I don't love the atmosphere, its kind of crowded and lacks good sunlight. We found the beer good, but not 'go out of your way to get it' good. Overall; ok, just not great.

Yelp
The only thing in Roseville I've been to, this was worth the trip for me. Brewstillery is a strange concept for me as it's illegal in the state I'm from (Arizona) and it seems bizarre that it's legal here in the land of arbitrary liquor laws that are just now changing in 2017. Once I got past that, though, this place is amazing. A great selection of pinball that you can pay for with an app (since no one ever has cash these days) and a ton of beers on tap with something for just about everyone. And if you don't like the beer, there's always the house-made liquor! While we were there, there was also some kind of celebration happening and we were offered free cake. Great experience!
