We got the shoyu and tonkatsu ramen and both had an egg which was nice! I really like the type of noodles they used. The flavor for shoyu was a bit salty for me. Tonkatsu broth was pretty good. It was the first time I’ve seen cabbage in my ramen but it worked well together. The shoyu ramen had bamboo and the tonkatsu did not. The food will come out pretty quick. The plaza isn’t big and lots of big shops are nearby so if you aren’t here by noon. It’ll be hard to park.

A hole in the that has endured the pandemic. I used to go here with my dear friend Mitsu of the formerly Mitsu's Garage; AE86 service and parts garage when before it got mainstream. Ramen is nice, atmosphere is chill. Staff were very nice. Had extra eggs, karaage, and chasu on the side cuz I was hungry.

Unique place for Ramen and Fried Chicken Karaage! Refreshing broth over Shoyu Ramen. Love it and must try. Tiny yet cozy place. Highly recommended. FYI, no restrooms for guests.

Food tastes like it’s actually Japanese with strong miso and soy sauce flavors. It’s really great! Some of the best ramen I’ve had in America. Their karaage and takoyaki are also stellar.

My new go to ramen spot! Cozy little place, fast & friendly service and complimentary iced green tea. I usually go for dinner or on weekends but finally did take out (while WFH), did not disappoint one bit!

Sides are worth getting. I ordered cold tofu with sesame sauce and fried chicken. Totally worth it on top of my soyu ramen. You can tell they take heir time to make their food to order and plate it nicely to your table. Recommend trying. Place is small so try to beat the lines.

I get the daikon salad and the pork belly bowl with a bowl of Jiro Ramen. They have complimentary rooibus and green tea. Great option if you’re craving ramen!

I've eaten here since day one when they opened. My review is for the Tsukemen (dipping ramen). They have a very rich soup base that hugs the noodles and coats them when you dip. It has deep flavor and the perfect consistency for dipping. None of that water broth stuff. The noodles are thick, slightly curly and al dente. Very nice chew to them, as it should be. There isn't much meat in the broth, if that's what you're expecting. This dish is about the broth. However, there are chunks of pork belly in it. The small pieces are so good and fatty. The soft boiled egg included in the dish is always, always perfect. It runs into the noodles when you break it open. Complimentary green tea or rooibos tea come with you meal. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.
