Yelp
I stayed here for a wedding and it was beyond amazing. The Inn is absolutely lovely, both the outside area around it and inside. They always had cookies, water, and coffee available for guests at any time of the day. The breakfast (and brunch we had) was delicious!! We had things like pancakes, eggs benedict, bagels, baked goods, and fruit. On one of the nights we were here it snowed, and we were able to light a fire in the fireplace. It was so cozy! I would say the only drawback was that there is not air conditioning. While this was not an issue for us because the weather was cooler (it was in June) and we could open our windows, I could see it being a problem if there was a heat wave or later in the summer.

Yelp
A perfect piece of heaven in every way possible. Everything is so well thought out. Our stay was so peaceful that we are dreading having to leave. Maria is amazing, personable and truly the heart of the Inn. Breakfast was exceptional, and the best part of our mornings. Can't wait to come back !!

Yelp
We found this hidden gem last year in Wilson Wyoming and came back this year for another visit. The Bentwood is fantastic with great rooms, awesome breakfast, and a fun social happy hour after skiing. Both times that we have stayed here, we have met amazing people from all over the country. The inn is located right next to the Stilson Park and Ride where you catch the free shuttle to the Tram in Teton Village. The shuttle runs all day and is the best way to get to the mountain. Lastly, the in. Keepers Taylor and Maria are extremely hospitable. Taylor is a chef and they do dinners for guests at the inn on request. Our dinner was the best meal we had while in Jackson! We are already planning our trip for next year as we love the Bentwood Inn that much.

Yelp
0-10 stars. I was expecting a better experience than the $400.00 a night tinder box of a room. We were given a second floor room with no elevator. After a long day of sightseeing last thing I want to do is to walk up two flights. The door stuck, the ceiling fan/light combo the light came on in the middle of the night for no God given reason. No mini refrigerator to store a cold drink or vending machine to buy if you can thirsty. No AC and the fan did NOT keep the room cool enough. ON top of this I noticed there are no fire extinguishers, no sprinkler system and our room was missing the smoke alarm!!! This is a LOG cabin I am shocked they are not more Safety aware!!! No second escape route there is a tight seinfstair case I would have had to run down or jump out the window.

Yelp
I have stayed here a few times now and it's always the best. The rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the chefs always have so much talent. There is also a happy hour where you can meet other people staying at the inn included in every stay. Additionally, you can add a bistro dinner to your stay and eat incredible food. This inn also has a great location. It's in between town and the ski mountain so it's the perfect spot for both summer and winter. All in all, if you are looking for a great place in Jackson, stay here.

Yelp
Voted one of TOP 10 Bed & Breakfast Inns in the country and featured in Log Home Living. Your lodging options are abundant when planning a vacation to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and the Grand Teton National Park. Glad we got it right the first time by staying at the Bentwood Inn Bed & Breakfast. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer place to stay. We weren't even checked out yet and already planning our return visit. Teton Village is five minutes away, Downtown Jackson Hole is approximately eight minutes away and The Grand Teton National Park is approximately ten minutes away. We stayed here for two nights September 15 - 17th. We were greeted by the Managers of this luxurious log home, Gene and Carol, upon arrival. There was a jar of freshly made warm chocolate chip cookies next to the guest book and we arrived just in time for their nightly wine and cheese tasting which began at 5:00 p.m. The wine and cheese tasting gave us an opportunity to meet some of the other guests staying at the inn. Gene lit the log burning fireplace for us which made for a very cozy evening. This magnificent custom log home backs up to a Moose Habitat and although we did not see any moose in the yard during our two day stay, we did see evidence of moose presence throughout the area. We stayed in the Bunkhouse room. It was CLEAN, cozy and comfortable. It featured a unique built in queen bed and an overhead loft with two double beds, a fireplace, balcony, flat screen television, nice magazine and book selection and a key to lock the door. This room faces the back yard. In the morning, Carol and Gene made us fabulous breakfasts. We had eggs benedict and scrambled eggs, along with fresh fruit, yoghurt, home cured salmon, english muffins, bagels, donut holes, coffee, a variety of hot tea, hot chocolate, etc. Carol buys organic greens from one of the local farmers and it sure tasted healthy! The continental breakfast begins from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and breakfast is served every morning from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. If your vacationing plans call for an earlier start, Gene and Carol will make you breakfast on the go (the bags are on the table with your last name on them) and you are free to make hot chocolate, coffee or hot tea for the road. They provide take out cups for you. Gene gave us a little history on this beautiful log home which is 23 years old but does not show it's age at all. It is immaculate, smoke free and well maintained. It is very close to the main road yet the trees in the front yard block all traffic noise. I have read some other reviews which state it was hard to find. If traveling from the Grand Tetons or Jackson Hole Airport, you will pass the Chuckwagon Supper entrance on the right hand side of the road and the Raven Haven Road will be minutes away on the same side of the road. Wonderful experience. We can't wait to return!

Yelp
We spent a week in this wonderful Inn that makes you feel like you are in a luxury log cabin in Wilson, WY, just 10 minutes from Jackson Hole. It has ten beautifully appointed rooms with all the amenities of a 5 star property. The linens are soft and the bathrobes and towels fabulous. Breakfast is prepared by the lovely Innkeepers and every day it's a different savory dish. Everyone is warm and friendly, it's a perfect spot for weddings or a ski or summer vacation. Relaxing next to the fireplace or sitting outside watching a deer or a mouse come by. We highly recommend it!

Yelp
What a wonderful stay! The Bentwood Inn is located perfectly to enjoy everything that Jackson Hole has to offer. It is located about 15 min from both the town of Jackson Hole and the Ski Village. The Inn Keepers go above and beyond to make sure you have a spectacular time in Jackson Hole. Everyone that you meet while staying there is warm and inviting. You can create some great friendships and connections with the other guests. The meals were uniquely prepared and tasty. I will for sure be back to explore more of Jackson Hole while enjoying all the comforts of the Bentwood Inn!

Yelp
0/5 stars. As much as I would have liked to leave a positive review about The Bentwood Inn, which should have been our wedding venue in September 2020, it is due to unfortunate circumstances and poor customer service, that I leave this review. Especially for for couples who are looking at The Bentwood inn as a possible wedding venue, please continue reading. My fiance and I initially expressed interest in having our wedding at The Bentwood Inn back in December 2019 when Aiden and Allora were the innkeepers. Due to their exceptional customer service and the charm of the inn, we agreed to pricing for rooms and dates for September 2020 - we also made a considerable down payment at this time to lock down the dates, followed by another down payment a couple months later. In March 2020, I drove 4+ hours to the Bentwood to sign what I assumed to be a contract (trust me, I would not have driven that 4+ hours towards the end of winter if I was told I would be signing something other than a contract). Then COVID-19 hit and we had to make several difficult decisions, eventually leading to postponing our wedding to September 2021. During this time, a "new contract" was e-mailed to us to be signed, which now included increased costs for rooms, an increased group fee, a fee of an additional $3500 due to having more than 50 people (which we initially told staff was going to be between 55-65 people and this additional fee was not discussed at this time), an extra $750 for a portable bathroom (which also was not discussed previously), and other financial details that felt honestly like nickle and diming a hard working couple that just wanted to get married in Jackson Hole. After speaking with the owner, Keith, to discuss this new contract that we never signed and ask the business to uphold the contract that I signed in March 2020, he refused. We also requested that the Bentwood send us all copies of signed documents, which they never sent. Furthermore, they continue to deny that a contract was signed even though we had already made two separate down payments, received receipts for what we paid for, and I signed a document (the contract) in March 2020. Keith later informed us that several staff members at the Bentwood resigned or left due to personal issues, COVID-19, etc. This explains why my fiance and I have spoken to five different people now in the planning of our wedding, and this disorganization within the business has unfortunately led to us losing out on our wedding venue. As a result of The Bentwood Inn's decision to not honor the contract, we are now in the process of having to cancel services from other vendors, which we have now lost thousands of dollars in deposits. To add to this nightmare, we are now struggling to find a new venue for our wedding next year, which as been difficult given the number of weddings already scheduled for 2021. This is all to say, we are VERY disappointed in how The Bentwood Inn has handled our business. It is even more disappointing to know that this business does not honor what was previously agreed upon when signing an initial contract. During a time in which COVID-19 significantly affected small businesses, we agreed to let The Bentwood Inn keep our $3600 down payment as a place holder (rather than taking our business elsewhere) given they said they needed the money to survive as a small business and assuming we would continue to remain customers for our wedding in September 2021. To then turn around and increase the cost of our wedding and void a previous contract that was signed is unacceptable and terrible business practice. To prey on the vulnerability of couples who want nothing else than to celebrate their marriage with loved ones is not a business that has or ever will have my support.

Yelp
We just stayed at Bentwood Inn in Wyoming. This was a most memorable stay. Inn is nestled in the woods and so very inviting. The Inn Keepers Natassia and Andy were marvelous hosts. We felt like family from the time we walked through the front door. Our room was so clean and kozy with a fireplace and private bath. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Now breakfast each morning was incredible from egg bakes, french toast, homemade scones, omelets, dutch babies with fresh strawberries and much much more. Evening with other guests in the living room with a roaring fire in fireplace was enhanced with wine and snacks every evening. We would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast for couples and families. We really hated to leave this charm

Yelp
Everything about this inn was amazing! Everyone was extremely warm and inviting, and they did a great job of catering to our dietary restrictions (vegan) even though we didn't mention it until our first breakfast! It was so unique and wonderful, everything was absolutely perfect! 10/10 for sure will come again soon!!

Yelp
This place is HEAVEN!! It's a slice of perfection with the most kind and amazing couple managing it and running it! Virginia and Bob are the best! Bob is a chef and his food is to die for...from the breakfast to the cheese and wine and little bites in the evening to the amazing sinners they prepare once a week (I am not sure how often he does the dinners, but they are not to be missed). The rooms are adorable and quaint and comfortable. The ambiance is romantic with cozy too. They have wild life that walks through the backyard on a daily basis and it's near trails and just a short drive to grand Tetons and Jackson hole! I will be back and I encourage others to try this place out. You will fall in love!!

Yelp
Just back from staying here. Thrilled with all aspects of this delightful Inn. The rooms are comfortable...mine had a fireplace and whirlpool tub. The staff are helpful and fun. I loved the location as I really explored Jackson Hole for the first time....from camera safaris to dog sled riding....all found with great help from Holly at the Inn. Breakfast in the morning. Wine and hors d'oeuvres at 5pm...what's not to like? Even four legged "Jack" was periodically wandering around to help me get through my own pets-at-home withdrawal issues. I will be back. If not this fall, then next February again.

Yelp
We had a really great stay at the Bentwood. It is such a cozy and warm environment! Coleman and Melissa were fantastic hosts. We looked forward to breakfast every morning - SUCH good food, homemade hot chocolate at night, evening fires, and the softest of beds to rest on. Highly recommend staying here!

Yelp
Aiden and Alorra welcome all who stay at the Bentwood Inn, and we thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. This is a gorgeous property, and the innkeepers spoil all by providing delicious appetizers at the happy hour and a lovely homemade breakfast every morning. We stayed in the Cowboy room on the first floor and were so comfortable. The bedding is divine, and the towels are like beach towels! The bathroom products are lovely also. While there is no AC of course, the evenings are so cool, and the breeze pleasant. They can also offer a fan on hot days/nights. We enjoyed the location of the Bentwood Inn: right in the middle of both downtown Jackson and of Teton Village. One morning we took a wildlife tour through Brush Buck Tours to the Grand Teton Park, and it was a quick 10-minute drive to the Teton Village to meet the group. (I wrote up this company on a separate review; I highly recommend the tour!) Additionally we enjoyed meals and shopping in downtown Jackson, another quick drive from the Bentwood Inn. Overall this is a perfect place to stay. I would enjoy a return visit, perhaps in the winter to see how they decorate for Christmas and to enjoy some mulled wine at happy hour! Thanks again for your gracious hospitality. And our best wishes for your first winter in town!

Yelp
There are walking trails nearby and a 5 minute drive to Teton Village, Teton National Park and downtown Jackson Hole. The Inn Keepers who hosted us, Scott & Susie were a delight! They were extremely accommodating to our children, one who is gluten & lactose intolerant. Susie made sure there was almond milk, fruit and oatmeal daily for her. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. When we left, I felt like I was leaving family and we look forward to coming back to this hidden gem in Jackson Hole Wyoming. Watch the video they offer on the website. It truly depicts how gorgeous the setting is! Note: Don't go to Jackson Hole in early November if you plan to ski or see Yellowstone National Park - closed! In fact, so are the hot springs & other lovely places that the town offers. We are adventurous & found plenty to do while we were there - the museums & tourist centers near the Teton National Park were incredibly interesting, the children's play center, the swimming recreation center, the local restaurants (Café Genevieve is a must!), driving to Idaho, driving up to Alghamani for lunch (Another must see/hidden beauty), searching for moose & buffalo, exploring Mormon Row, & just relaxing at the Inn. Room Tip: They are all lovely & quiet rooms. If you have kids, the room with the loft is super fun for kids...

Mark D.

Yelp
I recently stayed here with a couple of friends as we were visiting the Tetons for a ski adventure. The location is perfect for skiing the resort or backcountry on Teton Pass. We arrived around 5pm and the fireplace in the living room draws you in. It is dramatic to say the least but the place is so cozy. The staff is topnotch and they prepared a great appetizer with wine and beer to unwind after a long day of skiing. The bedrooms are well appointed and the mattresses are so comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and quite filling to fuel your day on the slopes. This really is the place to stay while visiting the Tetons. I can imagine that summer might even be better as you can enjoy the quiet views from the patio while sipping coffee in the morning.

Yelp
Very disappointed with the innkeepers and the service at this inn. Started off with a bad taste and ended the same way. We were told when we called after driving for 6 hours that there was no early check in but found out later they had let two other couples do it. Wine and cheese were late being put out but right on the 1 hour dot being picked up. 6 of us showed up at 6:03 pm and we're told too bad, but handed us the wine bottle with a small drink left and did not a over glass.(only 9 people booked) . Better be within the 1 hour allowed for breakfast, my niece was there at 9:03 and the cook threw away and bagged up cooked bacon and sausage after telling her breakfast was over. The house and location are great, but again had to push the innkeepers to light the fire outside for 7 of us, . I felt very unwelcome and it was like we were a bother instead of a guest. In three days we saw the innkeepers Bob and his wife 2 times. No help on places to go, eat, or do anything. As for the home itself, top notch, but for the money spent...a joke, a very expensive one.

Caroline P.

Yelp
Our family loved the Bentwood Inn! The rooms are cozy and beautiful, with luxurious down duvets. It feels like a lovely log cabin home, with friendly innkeepers Rachel and Neil who helped with whatever we needed, from a last minute dinner order (great bistro dinners - they served us elk and organic salad) to ordering an early morning taxi to the airport. Great breakfast in the morning, (homemade oatmeal, carrot bread, eggs, pancakes) tea always available throughout the day, appetizers in the evenings that we enjoyed on the porch overlooking the lush green lawn and woods surrounding the inn. Walking distance to bike/walking trail that goes to Teton Village and beyond. What a find! Stay as long as you can!

Nathalie J.

Yelp
This Bed & Breakfast is outstanding both in terms of accommodations and service. The log cabin is an architectural beauty and a peaceful oasis. We stayed in the Indian Paintbrush Room (three nights) and it was extremely quiet. The bedding is soft and the bed is very comfortable. The Inn is conveniently located near the bike path that takes you to Wilson, Jackson, Teton Village and Grand Teton NP. It is also located near a START bus stop (shuttle to Teton Village and Jackson). Bob and Virginia, the Innkeepers, are the perfect hosts who make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. They are very friendly and nice while being respectful of their guests' privacy. Bob is also a wonderful chef. Breakfasts are copious & delicious and include an assortment of cereals, fruits, juices, coffee/tea, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, breads and the best homemade muffins, Croissant Eggs sandwiches and pancakes. We also decided to join other guests for the bistro dinner (four-course meal) Saturday night prepared by Chef Bob and we did not regret it. This is a must if you go to the Bentwood Inn! ! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere so enjoyable. It was a real treat that culminated with the best Key Lime pie we have ever had. Overall, this stay was extremely pleasant and memorable. (We even had a visit from a moose.) We highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast.
