I found this place on the Michelin app and wanting to try authentic Vietnamese food, I made my way over. The noodles were so fresh and the dish I had was pretty good. I am not a fan of spice but added a bit of chili spice for an extra adventure. I did also order the banana leaf wrapped rice paper and shrimp but that was a little out of my comfort range. Overall food was good!

I had high expectations for Quang Nam’s flavourful dishes and a Michelin’s selection but was disappointed a little bit. I find their food pretty standard, which I can find in most Hoi An restaurants. The chilli sauce is very spicy and should be put aside. The highlight is definitely Vietnam’s succulent gà ta. Ambience and service is nice tho.

It’s decorated like a traditional Hoi An house. The noodles are delicious and suit my taste. Fresh vegetables, too. Worth a try for anyone looking for authentic Mi Quang noodles.

The quang noodles will be forever something I reference as being “the best food I’ve ever had.” I ate here for lunch 3x’s in a row 😂. It’s the type of food that you eat & with every bite, it just gets better & better. Mellow atmosphere, great service, hopefully I can eat here again.

I see why it became a Michelin star. From the tenderness of the chicken you could tell it was fresh. Tendernism of tenderness lol. The rice, herbs, and chili sauce accompanied it quite well. The soup that came with the Hoi An chicken was a perfect balance. Also had the lemonade lemongrass drink. Helped a little bit with the heat. If I lived here I would definitely keep coming. The price was work it.

What an awesome restaurant! Friendly staff! Incredible food! They even tell you on a menu how to eat each dish! ( Very helpful for foreigners) One of the best sellers on the menu was Absolutely outstanding! I was blown away! The staff are super friendly and can speak English. The food is fast! Clean, with all the side sauces, spoons, clothes, chopsticks, fresh chilli and toothpicks in a little basket on each table! Definitely 5 stars! All I can say is WOW! Fantastic! Thank you! 🙏

I had the Hoi an Chicken rice and it was so delicious and the chicken tasted so fresh. Oh dont forget to get the lemonade with ginger and lemongrass. It is so refreshing. To top it off the service was great from beginning to end.

It's Hoi An restaurant. Hoi An is the town selected as World heritage located in the middle of Vietnam. Then this shop was selected as "Selected" by Michelin. I had a Mi Quan Dac Biet. It came quickly and staff gave me English version of How To Eat manual. I put every material into the bowl and mixed well. Actually I haven't had good impression about Mi Quang before because there are many other better noodle in Vietnam. But But, this Mi Quan was impressive. This was the number one Mi Quan for me so far. Anyway staff speak English and take care customer well, so there was no complain about this shop. I recommend.
