It's Hoi An restaurant. Hoi An is the town selected as World heritage located in the middle of Vietnam. Then this shop was selected as "Selected" by Michelin. I had a Mi Quan Dac Biet. It came quickly and staff gave me English version of How To Eat manual. I put every material into the bowl and mixed well. Actually I haven't had good impression about Mi Quang before because there are many other better noodle in Vietnam. But But, this Mi Quan was impressive. This was the number one Mi Quan for me so far. Anyway staff speak English and take care customer well, so there was no complain about this shop. I recommend.

Amazing food and fair prices. Maybe the best Michelin rated restaurant I've have eaten in Ho Chi Minh City. For a dish and a dessert I paid less than 100.000 vnd, would return here anytime

i have not given 1 star review, and this is my first time. i order chicken drumstick rice. The meat is so hard to chew. the rice is tasteless. i would give zero star if there is zero star. waste of my tummy. waste of food.

I enjoyed the Mi Quang noodles here. A tasty broth although lighter than some I have tried, lovely yellow noodles and very tasty toppings. The peanut roll was a particular surprise. Highly recommend if you are missing Hoi An style food. At 65k per bowl, very good value.

While the flavors were decent, they fell short of the high standard I anticipated. However, the restaurant's environment is pleasant and well-maintained, providing a comfortable dining atmosphere. The customer service was attentive and efficient, which made the overall experience enjoyable. Despite the slight disappointment in the food, the restaurant offers a good dining option in a clean and welcoming setting.

A budget-friendly eatery in the heart of District 3, recognized by Michelin. I love mì Quảng and chicken salad. The owner was very enthusiastic in explaining the dishes to me.

Two main stars at this cool resto: the chicken rice and mi quang. I enjoyed the rice and the deboned chicken thigh meat. Props also to the chicken soup that came complementary. The noodles while unique to central VN, was a little too thick and soft for my liking. Otherwise this is a gem of a find and will return!
