The Best Vietnamese Restaurants in Dallas and Beyond | Eater Dallas

"Bếp Nhà’s name, which means “home kitchen,” comes to life through its focus on Vietnamese comfort food. Start with the xôi goi du thįt heo (papaya salad served with sticky rice and pork jowl) then dive into a bowl of bó kho (Vietnamese beef stew served with a choice of baguette, rice, rice or egg noodles), or a plate of bánh ťâm bì (thick rice noodles topped with a coconut cream sauce.)" - Didi Paterno

We finally decided to check out Bep Nha after passing by it so many times, and we were not disappointed! First and foremost, the restaurant and restrooms were clean! Food was flavorful and delicious. We thought our portions were good and filling. Servers were nice and attentive. Our dishes came with small sides of soup, and my boyfriend asked for extra. They ended up giving him a HUGE bowl (almost the size of his regular plate), he loved it and drank it all! They also gave us complimentary flan desserts, yum!

Google
Great service and atmosphere, but food needs to be thoroughly checked and consistent before coming out. The first time I went I got a big portion and today I went, ordered the same thing and got a lot less. You can see in the photos. My friends food also had a chunk of uncooked noodles in their soup and mostly fat instead of meat in the other. No problems the first time I went though!

Google
The noodles were flavorful and well-cooked, with a great balance of seasoning that made each bite enjoyable. The coffee was perfectly brewed—rich, smooth, and just the right strength to complement the meal.

Google
Good food, close to authentic, good service. Food took a minute to come out but we had a big party so understandable. The egg foam cafe sua da was 🔥🔥🔥. Overall all not bad, would try again.

Google
The egg coffee is the best! Bun Bo Hue is top notch. Great atmosphere and service too. Will be coming here everytime I come to the Dallas area.

Google
Great Vietnamese classics especially for the Dallas area. Super friendly and helpful service, creative coffee offerings... The burnt egg coffee tastes like popcorn. Casual atmosphere. Located in a seemingly dying strip mall but hopefully this place will help revitalize it. Also hard to see from the road because they are around the corner, but at least the parking lot is big.

Google
This place was pretty good. The Pho Dac Biet is very flavorful and delicious. We also got the Bun Bo Hue and Spring Rolls which both were just okay. Unfortunately most Vietnamese restaurants don’t make their Bun Bo Hue flavorful and this place was no exception. The Passion Fruit Tea was absolutely refreshing! Definitely get it, maybe two! The service was impeccable. They constantly checked up on us and very attentive. I do wish they didn’t have super small paper cups for the water. I like to drink a lot of water, so it was a little annoying they didn’t just have a normal cup of water and ice. The price was fair as well. I would come back here for their Pho.

Google
My party of 5 was seated right away with prompt service. We tried a variety of dishes that were all very flavorful. My only side note is that the menu is a little too condensed, there was a slideshow of great looking dishes and desserts on a screen, however, none were found on the menu. Overall, a great dining experience and I would definitely return for more.

Yelp

Yelp
My first time here !!! Restaurant: clean big and spacious Food :10/10 Drink: 10/10 The food was so big and flavorful. I've had pickled veggies before but this time they tasted different it was so good. The pickled veggies alone with rice and veggies felt like a meal at home . Everything else was so yummy. Lots of bursting flavor. I couldn't finish it all so I took it home. I made pickled veggies before so now I'm curious what they used for theirs cause it's on a sweater side but sooo good!! Service is fast and they're super kind!

Yelp
Bep Nha has a nice interior. Service was quick and the waiters would check every now and then if food and drinks were ok. Ube coffee was ok. The bun bo hue was so good i forgot to take a pic lol. Also glad a friend told me that there's a free dessert table on the weekends. Got to try a cup of sweet red beans with some kind of syrup. Definitely want to try their other dishes when I'm back in Garland!

Yelp
Sooo good! I think this might be one of my fav viet restaurants in dallas c: We stopped by during peak lunch time and there was a short wait but not bad at all! They have a nice seating area outside to wait and its totally worth it imo. We ordered a good amount of things, we got the grilled pork ham spring rolls, bun bo hue, hu tieu, bo kho, combo fried rice and com tam 95 combo. Everything was honestly so good - the spring rolls were super flavorful with pieces of chopped mint and the grilled pork was so yum. I also loved the broth for the bo kho and the beef pieces were tender and flavorful! Also i would literally make the 50 minute drive just to order their coffee bc every single one was oooOo so yummy. We had the smoked coffee, ube coffee, burnt egg coffee, and coconut coffee - all delish but my favs were def the smoked coffee and the coconut one! I took another one togo hehe. Definitely stop by if youre in the area either for a meal or for just the coffee bc its worth it! The restaurant is clean and spacious and service was also quick and friendly!

Yelp
One of the good places to treat yourself to a good Vietnamese food. Stopped in after a long afternoon for iced teas and good viet fare. This visit I had their HỦ TIẾU/MÌ ĐỒ BIỂN THẬP CẨM- Egg noodle combination soup. The broth is tasty and the egg noodles just compliments this type of soup. One order is good enough for sharing. Service is your usual type of Asian restaurant experience. Definitely worth coming back to.

Yelp
A quick stop in after a long afternoon at the dealership. Ordered the shaken beef. Tender chops of beef and good amount of rice, veggies, meat ratio. Wanted to try their Durian Thai dessert but they were out of that. Service was average, the place of spacious and open and it seems to be a popular place around in this shopping center. Hopefully the next time I'm back their durian Thai dessert is available.

Yelp
Took mom here for Mother's Day and it was great! We had a variety of things: Mi Quang, Bun Bo Hue, Bun Mam, Hu Tieu and dry bun combo bowl. Everything was really yummy, hot, and fresh. Service was friendly! Well come back to try other menu items for sure

Yelp
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Dallas, period. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu! Complimentary dessert, inexpensive pricing, and service was quick. we got our food at a reasonable time. The food (pho, broken rice) is full of flavour and tastes authentic. I like the spice in the pho. It has a little kick. I wish there was an option to make it extra hot and that would really hit the mark. I love the ube coffee even though I normally don't like sweet drinks. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Big parking lot!

Yelp
Such a cute spot with an amazing ambiance. Great service. The whole place felt like an elevated take on Vietnamese cuisine, with beautifully presented dishes and bold, authentic flavors. I ordered the combo rice dish and every bite was delicious. I also loved the complimentary dessert bar. This is definitely a new favorite!

Yelp
Got their pho and it was delicious! Broth was perfect and wonderful service. Very cute restaurant as well!

Yelp
I visited Bep Nha with a group of 8 people for Sunday lunch. There was a bit of a wait, but we were able to be seated after 15 minutes. We were seated in front of the complimentary che dessert table which I highly recommend trying! All the desserts they have on that table are so delicious and the perfect amount of sweetness. Their egg coffee is definitely the star here. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I had to try and it's amazing! The egg adds such a nice creaminess to the coffee. I also liked their durian coconut foam coffee. The ube coffee was good, but I'd recommend/rank the other two higher. I had their bo kho with rice noodles - it was seasoned well. My only complaint was that there were some of the pieces of beef that were too chewy & hard to eat, but then there were some that were good & super tender. It was a bit inconsistent, so next time I will probably try something else. I enjoyed their pho even though it's a bit on the lighter side for the broth. I didn't get to try the bun bo hue or fish noodle soup, but they looked good. They have a lot of tasty looking items on their menu, so I will definitely be back to try other things. I will definitely recommend them for excellent egg coffee!

Yelp
Bep Nha is an aesthetic yet authentic Vietnamese restaurant tucked in the corner of a plaza in Garland. First time here and could tell it was going to be good by the large amount of people waiting outside! They offer free dessert (che) while also offering a wide variety of interesting and unique drinks, such as Vietnamese coffee, milk teas, and fruit teas. I got the Okinawa milk tea and it was on the sweeter side (will most likely ask for it less sweet) but still so good. The food is spectacular and flavorful. I got the com ga xoi mo (deep fried Cornish hen) with regular white rice and it was so delicious and crispy. My family got com bo luc lac and said it was delicious, but I believe they said the mi quang was the best here (will be trying that next time). All in all, the service was amazing and attentive (for a Vietnamese restaurant that is wild, and I'm Vietnamese myself lol), prices were lower than I expected but makes it into an affordable, yummy meal. I will be back and can't wait!

Yelp
Wow. I love Vietnam. This place was absolutely ELECTRIC. First off, I'm a broke boy so the affordability for all this food was extremely good. The banh mi was like 5 bucks , in this economy?? The coffee selection here is so cool, with so many different unique options and concepts to choose from. I tried the classic egg coffee and it tastes just like the ones I've had in Vietnam. The food itself was good, nothing bombastic to write home about but everything was well worth the price. They also give you free dessert?? Truly epic. Well worth the trek out here.

Yelp
I came here with a friend on a sunday afternoon and we were quickly seated ! The restaurant was pretty packed and there was a lot of seating. I got the pho and it was so delicious ! I would definitely come back if in the area and would love to try any of their other dishes !

Yelp
my boyfriend and i's go to vietnamese spot when he has a soup craving. there's not a miss on the menu and i LOVE the extensive tea/coffee menu, it gives us a chance to try something new each time. the service is always attentive and easy to find, and the family friendly ambiance is always nice to see.

Yelp
THE BEST MI QUANG IN DALLAS NO CAP! A must try for authentic Vietnamese food! First timers get the Mi Quang stop playing.

Yelp
Super cute interior! It's giving light, airy, and with greeneries. Reminds me of a shop in Vietnam What we ordered: Drinks: Ube coffee - pretty good. Taste kinda like a chocolate/vanilla sandwich actually haha but I love it 5/5 star Lychee rose drink- light & refreshing. Not too sweet 5/5 star Food: combo rice platter - com tam. I really love the shrimp and fish cake that came with it. Very flavorful! Wish it was an appetizer so we can just order it to snack on hehe 4/5 star Bun Bo: the broth itself is pretty good. It's more of a beefy flavor. I like the beef meatballs. Didn't come with the blood cakes. Wish it had more of a lemongrass flavor! But not bad. But not the best either 3.5/5 star! Service was quick and easy. Very nice people!

Yelp
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Vietnamese food. The restaurant is located in a rather desolate shopping mall that needs renovation, but once you step inside Bep Nha, the luscious greenery welcomes a homey atmosphere. We went on a Sunday for lunch and there was a wait, but the staff moved quickly to get customers seated. I was instantly sold on the array of coffee selections on their menu. I typically don't order past the typical Vietnamese Coffee but the advertised Ube Coffee looked too good to pass up. The coffee was topped with semi-sweet Ube cream, adding a silky creamy texture and sweetness. I ordered the special rice dish (Dac Biet). The dish was a nice concoction of meats, pickled vegetables, and an egg on top of a bed of broken rice. The side of fish sauce brought down the richness with its sweetness. My favorite was the shrimp stick on a sugar cane. I immediately went for those first and was pleasantly surprised by their chewy and bouncy texture. The dish featured was full of delightful flavors and made for a culinary experience that I look forward to coming back to. Overall it was a positive experience that was valued at just under $20.

Yelp
Love the Bun Mam and their specialty drinks like Egg coffee and Coconut coffee. They have free desserts table on the weekend and we love it!!! It gets busy on Sunday mornings.
google avatar

Elle T.

Yelp
I got the Bo Luc Lac/shaking beef with rice, stir fried onions, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled carrots, pickled garlic, pickled lettuce, and lettuce. The beef is very tender and seasoned. I like how much vegetables they give on the side. Love the free desserts every weekend...but it is always packed and half the drink menu is not on the menu (especially the ones shown on the TV)??? The decor inside is cute too and the waiters are nice.
google avatar

Alex N.

Yelp
Great service, great food, zero complaints. There was a long line, but the servers were clearing tables quickly, and we made it through the list expediently. The Mi Quang is great, as is the BBH. My daughter housed her Pho Ga, and my wife loved the Bun Chay. They even brought out a dipping sauce that didn't contain fish sauce for people who are Vegan. I don't quite remember what was in it, but it was pretty delish albeit heavy on the sesame oil.
google avatar

Diana L.

Yelp
This is my first time trying hue foods and this is all based on my experience. Again, because it's my first time, I was not used to the food and felt like it was ok. I know people in the restaurant were raving and love the dishes we got. I gave the 5 rating because of all the coffee choices I tried. It was really delicious and a great price. The servers were nice and always available to assist my demands. We beat the lunch rush because the restaurant had a wait line after we got our food. The restaurant is a good size, not too small and it seems very busy!

Yelp
My family went to bep nha for lunch in Dallas before I came back to Houston after thanksgiving break. This is one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants, they provide free desserts on the weekends. They decorate it very nicely inside, there's lots of plants everywhere. It was very packed by the time we got there but we only had to wait for like 10 minutes. I got their com tam dac biet, which is basically the broken rice dish with everything on it. It includes fried shrimp bean, shrimp cake, steamed egg, meat loaf, shredded pork skin, and a pork chop. The portions here are huge for the price and they cook everything pretty good as well. I love how they picked every single vegetable on this plate, even the cucumber and tomatoes. I love their pickled cabbages as well. Everything blends well together. The pork chop has cuts that help you eat it in pieces and it was tender. A very good and healthy dish. My brother got their com Bo luc lac (shaken beef rice) and it was so good too. The beef was tender and the sauce they made for this dish was soo soo good. It had me wanting to eat every grain of rice that was drenched in it. It comes with plenty of veggies too so it had a good balance. For their free desserts, they bring a different type out whenever the previous one runs out. They have a lot of interesting coffee and beverages too
google avatar

Yelp
This place was highly recommended by friends over the years. It did not disappoint. If you're looking for a quieter setting than Bistro B (in same strip mall), and really tasty Vietnamese food, give this place a try. They provide some free cold Viet desserts to pick from during your dining experience. Coconut milk, sweet red beans, jelly/gummy-like add-ins that were delicious and perfect for people new to Viet culture and cuisine. I got the Bo Luc Lac (filet mignon with bell peppers and onions) and it had great flavor. They have great cooks and outdoor seating as well. Their service was great. All waitstaff checked in on us that weekend visit.
google avatar

Brittney M.

Yelp
The best I've had in Dallas! The service was also amazing. The restaurant is clean and in a really good location. I ended up getting more noodles and added shrimp to my pho. The broth is top notch for sure!

Yelp
Stopped by with a big group of 11 after church a few Sundays back and had a very nice time at Bep Nha! We went on the recommendation of a couple of friends and the food was excellent. It gets pretty busy on the weekends because of the free dessert promotion that they're running, so we ended up having to wait around half an hour to get seated. I feel like the staff have a bit of a hard time trying to figure out how to seat people that are in large groups like ours, because I kept seeing smaller parties that arrived around the time we did get tables without thought to how certain configurations could get combined to seat a larger party -- and we definitely saw a group come in after us and join the large table that a previous party they knew was sitting at just so they could "cut the line" which was unfortunate, but we were able to get a table shortly after so it wasn't a huge deal :P Just something to keep in mind for the future. All the food we tried was really good; my husband and I split the bo luc lac (shaken beef) and a bowl of combination pho, as well as egg rolls and spring rolls. The pho meat quality was excellent and the broth was super flavorful. The egg rolls were pretty small and just alright, but the spring rolls were excellent. Shaken beef was also tender and flavorful. The portion sizes for the entrees, especially the luc lac, was smaller than we're used to, but just have to adjust expectations for next time. My husband also got the durian coffee; he said it was well-flavored but just too creamy for his personal taste. Dessert bar was great and is refilled regularly. Our favorites of the ones we tried were the taro sago and the durian pudding, but the icy jelly coconut milk drink was also really good. Would definitely order dessert here even if it wasn't free! Bep Nha's definitely going on our list of go-to Viet places in the area; we'll probably just come on a less busy day in the future, and with a much smaller group.

Yelp
I recently discovered Bep Nha and it's now entered my regular rotation. The Bun Bo Hue has a deeply flavored broth with lots of umami and a nice amount of heat provided by chili oil. The noodles were nicely cooked and the meat was plentiful. This is probably only 1 of 3 places where I would order BBH so I'd recommend it. Many of my friends tried the Mi Quang and loved it so it's on my list to try next time if I can resist ordering the BBH again. They have egg coffee which you don't see too many places so try that if you haven't. I thought about getting the Vietnamese iced coffee but $5 is a bit steep for such a simple drink. The restaurant was clean and had lots of natural light. It's nicer than most of the other Asian restaurants in the area. The water is self-serve but the tiny paper cups are a bit silly. Service was quick and they asked us if everything was good when we paid at the register.

Yelp
We stopped by on a cold day outside The food was great and service was good also. Will be back next time we're here

Yelp
Went back to Bep Nha. They had long lines on Sunday afternoon, waited around 25-30 min. Portions got bigger than when they first opened. Kudos. Banh mi 5/5 Lots of meat , generous portion. Pho 5/5 again generous portion. Mi quang 5/5 Portion got bigger since last time Com tam 4/5 The meat was not that much, but very tasty Free Che 5/5 Love the free Che Will come back

Yelp
Visited with friends this week and ended up loving it so much came back today after work. Very cute, spacious restaurant with various live flowers/ivy on the ceiling and the walls, large tree ornaments, and a big window creating a homey, comfortable vibe. We tried the bun bo hue, combination pho, beef stew. The broth is very flavorful and was not very spicy (the beef stew and pho was not spicy at all, and the bun bo hue was mild). Came out piping hot with ample meat and noodles - was so impressed with both the quantity AND quality of the food, especially the price. Quality banh me for half the price - ordered one more for takeout. The staff were attentive and friendly -- our first visit was a weekday but on the weekends, they have FREE DESSERTS on the side that are creamy and sweet (I don't know what it's called but it was mind blowing). To be honest, I would return even just for the ube coffee. Worth the 30 min drive. Overwhelmingly impressed with this place!!!!

Yelp
I came here on a Sunday afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I had visited this restaurant under old management and wasn't very impressed but I had a good experience during this recent visit. Here's my takeaways. Pros -food was decent -prices were affordable -it was a very lively atmosphere. -decent selection of items Cons -space is small, so it's not good for large parties -I had wooden bench/seats so not super comfortable -Some food items are hit or miss Overall this is a restaurant I would recommend if you are a fan of Vietnamese food. The food here is not the freshest but they have good drinks and coffees here. They have lots of good Vietnamese dishes but I would stick to the popular items for the best experience!
google avatar

Andrew H.

Yelp
These are the best coffee drinks! Love the flavor and taste. Definitely worth a try if you've never had it before. Clean and organized restaurant, very cute. The waiters are fast and nice. Great place! Will be coming back to try the food!

Yelp
Delicious Vietnamese Restaurant in Dallas, TX. My Vietnamese friend agreed as well! We had a delicious meal. Highly recommend the shaken beef! The egg rolls were good, but smaller than what I usually see. Sauces were good. Drinks were good. The restaurant is nice and clean. The workers were also friendly and prompt with our food. I will definitely come back again when I am in the area!
google avatar

Kayla P.

Yelp
Such a cute place! I came for their drinks and they have a wide variety. It's very sweet. I would come back again next time to try their food and coffee!

Yelp
This was probably my favorite meal on my recent trip to Texas! Authentic Vietnamese food that didn't break the bank. Our food came out quick considering every table was taken. My bun bo hue was packed with flavor and protein. I tried my husbands pho tai and it was delicious as well. My son had the rice with grilled pork. This was my least favorite dish. The pork lacked flavor and this dish is better back at home. They offer several varieties of che thai as a free dessert! This is unheard of at most restaurants nowadays. The line was super long by the time we left around noon. I recommend coming early to beat the crowds. It was a great meal to have before heading to the airport! I'll for sure be back in the future to try one of the many delicious coffees they offer.
google avatar

Mary T.

Yelp
Pretty good. Clean environment. Restrooms are decent. Service wad friendly. Food was good. I will def return to try other items. The shaken beef - the beef part looked small, but I think they used a better cut/part of the meat so it was tender not chewy. Lots of flavor. Charred on the outside. Loved it, also plus that the rice wasn't dry! Cornish hen was good. Crispy on the outside and not dry on the inside.
google avatar

Marie N.

Yelp
The ambience is very aesthetic and bright. Staff is friendly and attentive. It is also super clean! The best thing was the ube coffee. It's creamy, smooth, and delicious. I ordered the pho and honestly would not get it again. There was no flavor to the broth and the meats were ok. There are def better pho options out there. Would come back to try other dishes though
google avatar

Wendy W.

Yelp
Ordered the mi quang, bun bo hue, shrimp vermicelli, and shaken beef. For appetizers I ordered the spring rolls (in some places it's called the summer roll). I asked for no pork and they were able to make the order with only shrimp. The spring rolls were missing cucumber and carrots, which is normally a part of the rolls. The peanut sauce was delicious. Mi quang was a solid 4.5/5 with plenty of flavor in the pork. The bun bo hue was not as spicy as some places but very authentic. The highlight of the meal was the egg coffee, which the owner gave to us for free since it's our first time there. It was creamy and a sweet treat. The location was busy but still had great service. Very simply straightforward viet food. No frills but classic good food.
google avatar

Cristal Y.

Yelp
Amazing food and service! I've been wanting to try their ube coffee drink, but it was always sold out b my the time I got there. I was there right when they opened and it was as good as everyone says! They used ube and coconut with sweetener for their foam topper and the flavors complemented each other well. The food is also great, but the drinks are the stars of the show!

Yelp
FOOD IG: @northtx.gemz **** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: authentic Vietnamese street food and cuisine. Known for their free desserts I think. THE VIBE: very cute inside! It's like a modern nature aesthetic. PRICE: ~$35 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes. **** Overall Rating: 8/10 - Love finding new Vietnamese spots that are a good go to! I was very intrigued by their Vietnamese egg foam coffee which drew me to this place. It was SO creamy and delicious. Definitely a good coffee sweet treat. - I enjoyed my rice dish a lot. Only note was the grilled pork was extremely dry I didn't finish it but all of the other meat options like the shrimp sugarcane paste was good. The noodle meat patty was great too. - My mom's dish was honestly not that good lol. I don't know if it's a certain style to not have much soup but there was barely any brother and it wasn't that flavorful. It was not gross it just wasn't good. - Overall, the service is extremely nice. I know some Vietnamese places can be rude being Vietnamese myself but this one I really enjoyed the service - The free desserts are periodically put out and free to grab. Those are really good! The flan especially

Yelp
Although this place is a little bit pricey the flavor is where it's at. I loved both the mi Quang and the bánh tầm bì. I want to come back to try the BBH because I heard it was pretty good. The have pretty drinks and they're pretty yummy too! The decor is cute, modern cute. The service was 8/10. I will be coming back! I want to try moreeeee Mi Quang (5/5) Bánh Tầm bì (4/5) portion was kinda small

Yelp
I was very pleased with my visit to Bep Nha. The food was DELICIOUS, and our server gave great recommendations as to what we should order. We could tell by how busy the restaurant was that it's popular with locals and attracts a crowd that wants authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It was noisy, but not oppressively so, and much of the decor was screens with photos of menu items. I may have to drop in from time to time just to grab a coffee! It was truly a great experience from start to finish. Thanks Bep Nha!

Yelp
I've been wanting to go here for a long time, and finally decided to & I'm so glad I did!! I love authentic Vietnamese food, & it's been hard for me to find a place that serves specialties other than the regular noodle dishes. Most places have that authenticity, but the flavors here are something ELSE! It's truly amazing. I ordered their Bo Luc Lac (shaken beef) & let me tell you, I ate every single part of the dish (I never finish anything anywhere). The pickled vegetables, onions, rice & beef were amazing. It was definitely a new flavor combination for me, as I'm so used to eating the dish with just regular rice & beef. They gave a special sauce on the side & I am addicted to it! The beef was extremely tender, I might have to say this place tops any other place I've been for authenticity, flavor profile, & experience. The staff were amazing, the service was so wonderful! They were attentive and made sure my food & experience was good. They also gave recommendations & a complimentary flan for dessert. I love the vibe here as well, the restaurant was clean, beautiful interior design, & I genuinely loved every part of my meal here!! I'm bringing everyone I know here!!

Yelp
Love love love the food here! It looks so modest from the outside but the interior is so cute and nice, I'm sorry I don't have any pics of it! But I do have pics of the food and my dish was the Bo Luc Lac (Shaken Beef) I cleaned the plate! One of my favorites in Dallas! The Cornish Hen was really good too, super crispy and still so moist. We got the egg coffee because it sounded interesting... the egg part was super thick, maybe a little too thick but I loved it with the coffee. My coffee fiend of a brother though said it wasn't strong enough so if you want something stronger I'd suggest the Cafe Sua Da instead~ The service was fantastic everyone was kind and they were super attentive to our table.

Yelp
If you're looking for all the Vietnamese staples AND delicious coffee drinks, this place has it all. We started out with the coffees: smoked coffee was smoked right in front of us - taste wise it was not my cup of tea as the milk in the drink was heavy cream and the smoke was not something I am used to with my coffee - but it was a very cool experience and I can see someone enjoying this drink. The Ube coffee on the other hand was so delicious - it was like a ube milk tea + a shot of espresso in perfect combination. Food wise - the bun Bo hue was solid. Lots of meat and I love that they used the round noodles (some places use the same pho rice noodles).

Yelp
I love this place for one thing-The Vietnamese coffee. It's the best coffee in Dallas. I tried the coconut and egg coffee. I really wanted to try the ube but they were out that day. I guess I need to come back. For the food l, hu tiêu is good but everything else is just f normal for me. I wish their food was more special but it was just average. The coffee here really does it for me.
