I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had at Bercy station on Monday, April 29th.This was my first time using the Paris metro. While at Bercy station, I encountered an issue with my Navigo weekly pass, which I had purchased on my phone. It was not working as expected.
The reason I am writing is to commend a RATP agent named BRAIDO (badge number 766967). He provided me with invaluable assistance in resolving the problem with my Navigo pass.I was particularly impressed by Braido's exceptional customer service and professional attitude.
He initially explained the company's procedures for dealing with such issues in fluent English, at first, It was only calling to Navago side to sort it though, I felt a lot of anxiety due to myself non-French speaker. He helped to alleviate my frustration. However, he went above and beyond to solve the problem directly. He made numerous calls to Navago customer service and ultimately managed to work my weekly pass.I am incredibly grateful for Braido's assistance.
He not only helped me with the Navigo pass but also challenged my preconceived notions about Parisians. He was incredibly mindful, patient, and tolerant with me, a non-French speaking customer.
