Just missed getting scammed by people at the metro pretending to help you book tickets for the metro. Instead, we booked via mobile and through a card. The scammers will tell you that the cards and NFC don't work. Don't listen to them!!!! Not the best experience, first time in Paris.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had at Bercy station on Monday, April 29th.This was my first time using the Paris metro. While at Bercy station, I encountered an issue with my Navigo weekly pass, which I had purchased on my phone. It was not working as expected. The reason I am writing is to commend a RATP agent named BRAIDO (badge number 766967). He provided me with invaluable assistance in resolving the problem with my Navigo pass.I was particularly impressed by Braido's exceptional customer service and professional attitude. He initially explained the company's procedures for dealing with such issues in fluent English, at first, It was only calling to Navago side to sort it though, I felt a lot of anxiety due to myself non-French speaker. He helped to alleviate my frustration. However, he went above and beyond to solve the problem directly. He made numerous calls to Navago customer service and ultimately managed to work my weekly pass.I am incredibly grateful for Braido's assistance. He not only helped me with the Navigo pass but also challenged my preconceived notions about Parisians. He was incredibly mindful, patient, and tolerant with me, a non-French speaking customer. Thank you very much indeed!

The worst experience of renting a car here. If you don't have a boarding pass you can't reach the place from the Swiss airport part to the French part. Only by taxi for 40-50 chf

Got robbed at this station by scammers who pretended to be staff helping you out to buy metro tickets! Very crude place

Very good point metro bercy for visitors who come from out of France come by buses.metro bercy near bus station which come out of France.and one thing have there very cooperatively staff

The metro in Paris is ridiculous, shabby, no elevator or escalator. Rude staff.
