What to Know About Feast 2019 | Eater Portland

"Brunch Village is moving from Pioneer Square to the Redd on Salmon Street this year and will have hours that slightly overlap with The Big Feast, allowing guests to choose a single event or stitch together a full day between the two." - Alex Frane

3 reasons why Paris’ La Vallée Village is a must-visit for shopaholics - SilverKris

"An open-air luxury outlet village about 40 minutes from central Paris and five minutes from the Disney parks, this boutique destination clusters over 110 French and international fashion and accessory labels along tree-lined pedestrian streets and pastel-fronted low-rise buildings, creating a postcard-like shopping environment. Shoppers can find cutting-edge and heritage names such as J.M. Weston, N.Peal, Lancel, ba&sh, Paul Smith, The Kooples and Hackett London, alongside children’s wear and accessories. The experience is positioned as five-star and stress-free, with luxury coach and shuttle links, a multilingual concierge, hands-free shopping (hold purchases at boutiques for later collection), free Wi‑Fi, a VIP lounge, phone‑charging stations, shipping services and personal shoppers. Pricing is transparent—original and outlet prices are shown—and year-round discounts on last-season collections typically start around a third off and can reach up to about 60% depending on season and boutique; non-EU visitors can also claim tax-free refunds (around 12% back on purchases over €100 per boutique). During the holiday season the village is festively decorated and hosts events from gospel choirs and DJ sets to workshops, parades and late-night parties; it is open seven days a week and is served by the Shopping Express shuttle from Bercy and the RER A Val d’Europe station a short walk away. Frequent flyers of Singapore Airlines can earn 1.25 miles per euro spent." - Ink Creative Studios

Google
Great location right by hotel, park, and metro. Good selection of restaurants. Geltato cart, Five Guys, and the Mexican restaurant were awesome! Crepe restaurant had slow apathetic service. There was a giant pile of trash sitting in front for a few days and we did see a huge rat coming out of a trash can.

Place is amazing and full of life. The shopping area is altogether different experience than a conventional shopping center. This place is having amazing restaurants and the vibes are outstanding. Would have loved to spend more time but will definitely visit next time ! Short walk from Bercy train station.

Google
Nice shopping area, situated in the south of Paris. It is not so big but there are many interesting shops and restaurants in this area. The place is beautiful, clean and nice. There is a cinema UGC next to. It is very convenient to come here with the metro (metro 14 Cour Saint-Émilion), which is just at the front.

Yelp
This is such a cute little shopping park! We found it by accident bc we had to ride the metro here to catch our small bus for our day trip to Fontainebleau and Vaux-Le-Vicomte, otherwise, we'd never have ventured this far. When we returned in the evening, it was bustling with people shopping and eating and sitting outside on the patios enjoying drinks and desserts. Several stores selling jewelry, women's clothing, fragrance, electronics and clothes and other gifts were open as well as a ton of restaurants and cafes of all kinds. It's an easy metro ride so I highly recommend it. We already had dinner plans so we only spent about an hour walking around and browsing but we might come back for dinner and explore more next time we are in town.

Yelp
A cute shopping center close to the Cour Saint-Emilion subway stop. This area has a ton of various stores, cool art installations, and a cinema next door. If you're visiting France from elsewhere I wouldn't say this is worthy of a visit in of itself since there's so many other great areas of Paris to explore but if you find yourself in the area it's worth a short stop.

Yelp
My sister and I stayed at a nearby hotel on our stay to Paris. After we checked in we were hungry so we decided to venture out and look for somewhere to eat. The front desk person at our hotel mentioned there was a lot of restaurants down the street so we headed off. We ended up in Bercy Village and fell in love with it. This shopping area has a decent amount a restaurants, a bakery, stores to shop at as well as a gym and theater. I fell in love with the Italian restaurant Vapiano. I have been dreaming about that pasta since I left Paris. I really enjoyed visting Eric Kayser. They offer some delicious desserts as well as breads, drinks, fruit, sandwiches, and ice cream. The most crowded place I saw was Five Guys. The lines were ridiculously long around that restaurant. There was an awesome kitchen store that had a variety of items and there were multiple clothing shops. It is a very nice area to walk around and explore. Another great thing about Bercy Village is that it's located very close to the metro. Everything was very accessible from Bercy Village. If I ever return to Paris I would not mind staying in this area again. I thought it was wonderful.

Yelp
I completely fell in love with the Bercy Village area. We found a hotel, the Kyriad for a great price in this area. It was close enough to the Metro station and near enough to the city center. After we checked into our hotel we decided to go for a walk. It is only about a 5 minute walk down some small streets to Bercy Village. There is so much in this little area to keep your attention. We found some great restaurants, my favorite being an Italian restaurant called Vapiano Cour Saint-Emillion. There are all kinds of restaurants, fast food places, bakeries, and dessert stops. The village also has some clothing stores, kitchenware stores and other little stores. There is also a gym and theater. The village is about a 5 minute walk from the metro station. It is easy to hop on and off. I found Bercy Village to be a lively at night, calm in the day and a great place to stroll if you just want to walk around. I would definitely return to Bercy Village if in Paris again.

Yelp
Not really worth the trip out there unless you're a local looking for a movie, specific shopping items or maybe to grab a bite. It's like going to Woodbury commons but with not many options and brands that are readily available in the states. There are a bunch of restaurants but nothing special. The park near by the village is nice though. Otherwise skip the trip out there as a tourist.. It was my 6th time out to Paris and I had a day with nothing to do so made the trek.. was totally underwhelmed.

Yelp
Pretty chill shopping center/restaurant area in the middle of Paris. You pretty much find everything you need here for an outing - plenty of restaurants, bars, a huge UGC cinema, a gym, some shops...what more could u want? Obviously if ur coming here for shopping, u may not find everything u need, but they do have a Sephora :) other than that, we have a "cheesecake and co", frog pub, CMG sports club, and soon a 5 guys burger and fries - yum. They put that delish burger joint right next to the gym - no chill hahahaha. They wrong for that one! But anywho, cool spot, easily accessible on line 14 and nice park nearby.

Yelp
A really cool place in Paris to have a drink, go to cinema , in a restaurant or simply hang out in the shops I recommand the shop Album

Yelp
Very surprised! what a nice neighborhood Bercy was. We visited the village and had a fabulous lunch then by mistake we found the old winery garden. We spent over an hour strolling around the garden, delightful.

Yelp
Ew. Shopping here is on par with a big American strip mall. None of the stores are anything you can't find elsewhere in Paris and it's not near anything interesting except the lovely Bercy park and neighboring movie theater. I recommend staying away from the restaurants as well - they looked overpriced and mediocre.

Yelp
this place was my hood for 5 days! It had everything you could possibly need as a tourist. A grocery store, clothing and department store all in one (mono prix), various pastry shops and coffee place and tons of restaurants!

Yelp
It's a bit pricey, but unlike many other places in Paris, it's clean and new. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Rarely overcrowded, and next to THE most beautiful park in Parisimho.

Yelp
Americans and Australians (or any other nationalities whose towns center around strip malls) will feel at home here. In August on a Sunday this shopping center was a welcome oasis - it seemed like nothing else in Paris was open for a weary traveler except this place. It has casual outdoor dining and retail shops to kill a few hours.
