Selection of clothes are unique, from dry fit outdoorsy to fur trimmed fancy coats for women. The button up professional shirts run small unless they were out of bigger sizes. They have shot guns, knives, and pistols for sale. The selection of apparel for women of course was sparse. Although, they did have a good selection of bedazzled earmuffs but they do not come with electronic hearing protection. I ran into the same complaint as others have mentioned in reviews about slow customer service from the older gentleman working the front register. I was ignored, went unacknowledged and was annoyed by his lack of customer service. I almost left without purchasing my items until he noticed me about to walk out empty handed. If we need ever need anything from Beretta again, it will be purchased online. I do not recommend you come here unless you just want to say you've been here.... based solely on poor customer service.

Outstanding customer service. I didn't know this location existed and purchased online with a selected FFL. I was called by Joel at the store to let me know they had the item I ordered. I drove down to pick it up & every person in the shop was incredibly courteous

This shop was absolutely amazing. Lots of items from clothing and shoes to guns of all different types, including some handguns. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly with us and assisted me in my purchase process. I will be returning soon to shop some more. Parking is not easy but that’s just the norm for this area so plan accordingly.

Awesome, awesome, awesome staff! It doesn't matter how great your selection of goods are if the staff do not treat you the way that you ought to be treated. This is a high end store in a pretty high end shopping center, and as someone who is more "blue collar," it was a little intimidating but that feeling quickly subsided as I began talking to the sales rep, Anthony. He gave me absolutely first rate customer service and allowed me to view up-close and photograph several rifles, handguns and shotguns from a priceless antique muzzle loader, to a one-of-a-kind double rifle, to Sako rifles, the Manurhin MR73 and so on. I was even given a complimentary cigar! As someone who has been a fan of Beretta since learning of their expansive history when I was 18 or 19 years old, coming to this store was in ways an excellent affirmation of why I love Beretta *the company* not just their history and their products. They are unwavering in their devotion to the firearms they produce and serve the entire market equally. The store exemplifies this attitude and is not pretentious in any way; there are firearms, accessories and products available for everyone from your average American worker to modern day Royalty, and as stated earlier they, will you treat in the same first class fashion no matter where you lie on that spectrum. In the end I purchased a couple things, and put my name on the MR73 waiting list, but I will definitely be returning to this store any time I purchase a Beretta in the future, or whenever I am in the area. I would totally recommend any fan of Beretta or fine firearms to come visit this store. I drove 4 hours to check it out, and it was an amazing experience I will not soon forget.

I flew in from the west coast for the day to get a hands-on look at a Beretta Premium shotgun I’ve been reading about and viewing YouTube videos for months. The gun was everything I had imagined and more and the staff is top notch (courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, etc.) just as I had expected.

Great experience working with this team. I had to purchase then ship a gift to my father on a tight schedule. They were excellent and communicated very well. All too uncommon and deserves some recognition. Thank you Seth!

My friend from SoCal was in town this weekend and, him being a huge Beretta fan and having already visited the store in London and owning literally dozens of Beretta steel he of course wanted to check them out so I took him. I too, am a fan of firearms but have always stuck to Springfield Armory for the most part. Well, that will change very soon. Beretta firearms are world renown, everyone knows that. But the level of service we received blew us away. I mean, here we were, two guys dressed in shorts and tshirts walking in to a luxurious boutique yet we were treated like friends. Even after knowing that my friend wouldn't be buying anything due to him visiting from the socialist state of California the gentleman behind the counter shared knowledge and stories with him and was so eager to engage in the lost art of conversation. He wasn't 'selling', he was having a conversation and was showing us all sorts of wonderful handguns and rifles. Their competition shotgun room is truly a site to behold. Very impressive. The boutique side has really nice casual and business clothing that was a bit more than I'd pay for dress shirts and ties but I did pick up a really nice quality study range bag for under 70 bucks which I thought was a deal. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the friendly, welcoming service.

Two of my girlfriends and I walked into the Beretta store as we were curious. From the moment we walked in, they treated us with the upmost respect. Micheal was so fun and nice to talk with, and showed us some of the most incredible and special guns. He even took out a gun from 1710!! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Beretta, history of guns in America, and overall provided us with such a great learning experience. Anthony came over to speak with us as well, and continued showing us the guns they had, let us hold them, and gave us recommendations as to where to go shooting (Elk Fork!!). He took out a beautiful mother of pearl handgun, and gave us each recommendations as to which guns would be best for us. Thank you Michael and Anthony for such a fun experience!! Will definitely return upon my next trip to Dallas Absolutely the best service

I bought a beretta 400 30 inch shotgun. not at this store. First hunt was a rainy day. we had two dogs we were getting action. we were standing in soggy blind plywood floor it was flat. I leaned my gun against the blind one dog ran out of blind he bumped my A400 12gauge. It fell to the wet soggy FLAT service, no biggy right. I look down and the shotgun is broke in two. Couldn't believe it, hunt over we were in remote Alaska spring 2025 where I live, gun was new out of box. I called beretta they told me straight out they weren't going to help me tuff shit. Got nothing to do with this store this is the only please that takes comments. The metal they are using doesn't pass the drop test!! I have a Remmington 1100 dropped it lots of times in the last 40yrs works fine. Im not pushing Remington but u get the picture. may go back to Benelli I have 3. cost me over 150.00 to fix they could of just sent me the new part and oh well.

The selection of products is of first quality, building on the foundation of high quality Beretta products, and complemented by excellent selections curated by Gallery management.

If you are looking for high quality, this is the right place. You wont find a sale, but you will find possessions that you can be proud of.

My wife is TOTALLY THRILLED with her 20 GA Beretta A400 with kick-off. A lightweight gun that's easy to swing whether shooting sporting clays, pheasants, quail or chuckar. The recoil is super light due to the optional kick-off recoil absorption system. It cycles flawlessly, even with lightweight 2-3/4" #8 shotshells. A few lighter loads failed to eject, but that was due to their light load and recoil. Overall, a high quality gun of impeccable workmanship. It even came with a complete assortment of choke tubes and a take down case - things that lesser manufacturers charge extra for. She even bought some Beretta upland bird hunting attire, so she ventures out into the grassy plains in style! The jacket even has a gel recoil pad at the shoulder.

Really love this place. I've purchased multiple shotguns/handguns and absolutely love the quality, craftsmanship and service that I've received. Bob and Chris have help me for years. I can always count on them both. Highly highly recommend.

I called ahead to check stock, and talked with a very friendly and enthusiastic Matt, who encouraged me to come by. Great start. When I arrived, I was greeted shortly after walking up to the pistol counter. The selection was good, and Chris spent as long as I wanted showing me pistols and answering questions, was not rushed, and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He knew I was not buying today but still treated me courteously and professionally. He was very helpful and checked stock and order times for various models. If my experience is the norm, I'd highly recommend stopping by, it is definitely a fine shop!

I recently purchased a new Beretta SL3 over/under 12 gauge from this store. Dakotah was my salesperson. I have to say this has been one of my most enjoyable purchase experiences I've ever had. Dakotah went above and beyond, answering all my questions, sending me multiple pictures, and even communicating with me on his days off. He was very patient with me and not pushy at all when it came to finding the right wood pattern and look of the gun I was searching for. 10/10 customer service, I would HIGHLY recommend! I will definitely be back for more firearms/Beretta accessories in the future.

I paid $1,500 a .20 gauge A400 that turned into a single shot within the first three uses because it couldn't properly cycle ammunition... of any kind. Ran 5 different high speed brands through it and none of it worked. Took my shotgun up to Scott, their gunsmith, to fix and getting a hold of this guy is nothing short of a miracle. Have called three different times and sat on hold until I hung up or got completely brushed off. The one time I was able to talk to someone about my repair, they took my number and promised to call me back and never did. This was not the quality of product or customer service I expected when paying so much for this gun. If they offered me my money back I would take it in a heart beat and never look back. Will never buy Baretta again and will especially never purchase anything from this store again.

Excellent! Beautiful gallery. The firearms are excellent! They have a premier gun room that has some of the prettiest grained walnut you have ever seen. Both in shotguns and rifles. They also carry handguns and tactical weapons. The clothing side of the gallery was a bit cramped but had an excellent selection of fine men's and women's clothing and accessories. The prices were on the high side. MSRP pricing. I was greeted promptly by a friendly sales person. Very attentive but not intrusive. Would highly recommend.

Wow, excellent customer service! I received a tactical jacket as a gift for Christmas. The zipper always seemed a bit tough to work. I brought it to the Beretta store in April and mentioned the problem. They agreed it was too difficult to work and tried some lubricant to make it zip easier. They were not satisfied that it was correct so they took mine and ordered me a new one to be shipped to my home. I could not believe it when a new jacket arrived at my door the following day. It does not get any better than this! I should also mention that the store has a wonderful selection of all kinds of beautiful firearms. Chris, the firearms sales rep is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy.

It's was my first time yesterday but a horrible costumer service was okay but the guy from the shotgun department has me disrespecting for not getting my help when I ask for a holster of OWB for my beretta apx centurion, he was like "look over there" and I asked him that it's not the type of holster for my weapon and I once again ask him for the right holster I'm looking for and puts an angry tired face in front of me and my dad for not helping out, the employee from the shotgun department was a horrible service and disrespectful to my race when I have something to buy but the costumer service was not helpful except he was standing there not saying anything to help out, this was my first time coming to the gallery and I was disappointed the way I came to but the product I need and the employee didn't help me out on 100%, the service was 20% to me for not helping and putting an angry face against me, please manager of beretta gallery, train your employees how to make them become positive and helpful for the costumers looking for their favorite product, I will not come again until it gets normal and until the costumer service goes green.

Not open on Sunday for summer hours.... would have liked to have known as I would not have driven from Frisco to find out. Maybe you should update your hours.....

My daughter joined a clay team and I was given a list of shotguns to try for her, including a few Berettas. Quite tricky to fit a female so we demo'd several models at a range, discussed her needs with her coach and other parents, and researched online. I was then prepared to spend a good amount. What luck to discover that I lived within half hour of this flagship store! I walked in behind a male customer who was unfamiliar with models and asked to see just about every shotgun. During this lengthy process, I was not even acknowledged despite standing in front of the counter. Meanwhile, my money was burning a hole in my pocket. When I asked to see the Silver Pigeon by name and the other model designed for females Vittoria, I was told they didn't make anything like that. This was strange since I spent hours researching that Beretta created a shotgun specifically for women. Another male walked in, interrupted us, and told me to buy a different cheap brand that no one on our team shoots. He then proceeded to tell the clerk what he needed and we were again ignored before the clerk told me to come back the next day. Um, I just drove through traffic on this day. Meanwhile, my brother in law - a gun enthusiast with a son who competes - texted me with the name of a Beretta model he wanted my daughter to try not knowing I was in the store at that moment. I was also needing accessories that I saw online but decided to leave and look at the Beretta in a more friendly environment. Disappointed. Still need a shotgun.

Guns, knives, clothes. If you want a $1,000 hunting jacket or an $80,000 gun (not kidding), you must really know what you want and have a whole lot of money. Nice place.

This is a lovely, upscale store for utility and fashion. It is my husband's favorite place to shop, and the staff is courteous and helpful. A great selection, and the clothing is beautiful and unique. We love to shop here as a couple. Italian firearms are the only way to go!
