I have emailed, called both the restaurant i worked at as well as corporate (multiple times), and stopped in asking about accessing ADP for my W2, as the information I gave them when I worked there does not grant me access. It's been 2 weeks since I started asking and not a single person has gotten back to me. Absolutely rude, I've been waiting a week for an email from HR at the bare minimum and any time I try to ask for help via the location I had worked at they are dismissive. They have a couple weeks left to resolve this for me, and hopefully they do because it won't be the first time I've had to file a complaint to the IRS about a W2.

Poor Response to Issue - Since January 2024, I've tried to reach out to both BB Italia and directly to Berg Hospitality via email regarding feedback from my 12/31/23 visit. I have never heard back, so finally decided to publish my review here. Hopefully someone will contact me. Sorry to put this in a review, but since they haven't reached out, here we go... Contents of my letter dated 2/23/24: "A couple of months ago, I submitted a comment to BB Italia regarding my visit on 12/31/23. I am surprised I haven't received any response. Hopefully you can see if they still have my comment on file. We've eaten there a number of times, and love both the food and the service. This time, the food was nowhere near what we expected. Three of 4 orders were below par: General Recap: - My chicken Marsala was first almost cold to the touch. I sent it back, and it was returned luke-warm. It was also thicker than I've had multiple times before, and wonder if the recipe has changed. I didn't bother sending it back a second time. - My partner ordered the eggplant parmesan. It looked more like a standard lasagne, vs the "cakes' she has had before. It didn't taste anywhere as good as she has had before. She was told they changed the recipe. Your website still shows the "cake-like" version. - Our friend ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were luke-warm at best. He elected not to send it back to be reheated. ... Normally, we love to dine there, and have also visited both BB Lemon and B&B Butchers. I look forward to returning, especially to BB Italia, but hesitate due to this past experience. I am not looking for any refund - just looking for some feedback from corporate, since I haven't heard directly from management at BB Italia.
