This restaurant is worth the 900m walk from the parking A modern take on the Black Forest rustic interior design with a massive outdoor terrace partly overlooking the valley. Friendly welcome & service, great menu with lots of regional specialities. From the menu we selected the hirsch ragout and the schaufele (amazingly tender pork meat slice), enhanced with some great weissbier Food served was delicious Definitely a venue we will return to and highly recommended to those after a great culinary experience in a natural setting

Excellent view and good food. Service was attentive and quick. A bit pricey but worth it.

Service was very good. I had the Fritzburger, a mix of Hirsch and Beef. It was small and too salty for my personal taste. The restaurant looks very new and clean, and the terrace has great views. They serve the local beer which I find lacking flavor, so I had and apple juice and soda. My suggestion to them would be to have a selection of normal burgers and add schnitzel to their menu and to get Andechs Beer, even in bottles. Nice place to visit, but menu could be improved, from my point of view.
