"Upscale grocer Royal Blue Grocery has announced plans to open a third DFW outpost in Oak Cliff. According to CultureMap, Royal Blue will (fittingly) take over the space formerly occupied by specialty market Bolsa Mercado, which shuttered in 2017. No word yet on when the swanky shop, which boasts fancy grab-and-go eats, locally-baked pastries, and more, will open its doors." - Amy McCarthy

A great place to pick up a few essentials or hangout and work while drinking some really good coffee. They also have a selection of prepared food to grab on the go. I'm not a fan of Taco Deli, so I'm happy they make their own breakfast tacos too. They are way better. I'm definitely adding this into my workspace rotation. And they have their own parking lot! So don't worry about parking!

Great little cafe in the Bishop Arts area. Has a nice selection of wines and charcuterie board items. We stopped in fir lunch and had the Cuban, Grillled Cheese and the Turkey/Pinto Bean soup. Was delicious. love the fizzy drink options. My wife ordered an iced matcha when we headed out and loved. Cant wait to come back

Super cute spot. The roast beef sandwich was sooo good. There are lots of seating options both indoor and outdoor. I will definitely be back! Grocery is very specialty but nice to grab a few things.

Such a great spot! We are in town from Charleston, SC on a road trip and stopped for breakfast - the breakfast tacos are genuinely some of the best I have ever had! We grabbed a bunch of other bites and really loved it. Recommended for sure!

I originally went to Royal Blue in HPV before it was Berkley’s and everything was great. Since becoming a Berkley’s it seems like everything changed. Customer service isn’t the greatest. Coffee is always terrible. I just had to throw away my latte (from the Berkley’s oak cliff) because it was undrinkable. Espresso beans were burnt and VERY bitter. I wish employees would take the time into making each drink carefully instead of rushing. Just keep throwing away my money in hopes coffee will get better but it doesn’t. UPDATE: Owner reached out to me to fix things. I will give them another try again soon

BEST COFFEE AND ESPRESSO IN TOWN! I’ve been enjoying Berklys for two years now, ever since I moved to bishop arts. My favorite time of the year at Berklys is when it’s spring or fall and the doors are open to the patio, and I get to enjoy a nice glass of wine and eat a yummy sandwich while I work or read a book. I also love stopping by and grabbing a coffee on my way to work, never fails. I do wish they would serve their breakfast items not just on Sundays, and the tacos arnt the best, last few times I’ve got them I didn’t eat them because they were either burnt or cold. It’s the place I go when I need something quick from the store, or lacking a few ingredients at home. Overall love this spot

Absolutely obsessed with Berkley’s. Bishop Arts/Oak Cliff’s answer to Jimmies - but with more space and easier parking. We ordered their take on the Italian (with pesto and bell peppers) & the Roast Beef (with bacon onion marmalade). Great selection of snacks, sweets, even households needs. The beer and wine options are unique and quality. They poured up our bottle for us. Perf all around. Highly rec.

I am a concerned customer. I love to have my coffee at Berkleys and shop while I sip. Today I could not do that. The store was extremely cold, as if I was shopping outside. I mentioned the temperature to one of the employees and was told that the heater was not working and had not been working for days. I then go to restroom and the toilet does not flush. This is a concern to me as a frequent shopper and to the employees. How can anyone shop and work in this environment. I will be calling the City of Dallas because this is a hazard zone. I would hate to look for a different market but if this is not fixed you will lose customers, including me.
