I’ve been living here for about a year, and overall I’ve been satisfied. One of the most impressive aspects of this community is the maintenance team—especially Greg and Carlo. Every time I’ve needed help with an issue, they’ve responded incredibly quickly. I usually hear back the same day, and even on weekends they’ve never taken more than a day to get back to me. They’re always attentive, thorough, and proactive with updates and solutions and are genuinely good people!

I toured with Hanna last Wednesday and the property is very cute. The rooftop is beautiful and everything is very clean. She answered all my questions patiently. I’m not moving for another four months, but I’ll definitely be applying here when the time comes.

Lived there for two hears from 2023-2025, probably the best living experience I've had in LA since I've been here (7 yrs)! The appliances in the apartment and the living space are modern, and the amenities are great (made a lot of use of the gym, the pool table in the lounge and handy guest parking). Great location for train commutes and very walkable to many great restaurants & Hmart. The most distinct selling point for me though is the tight-nit community feel: there are regular community events, all the managers (shoutout to Anthony and Bianca) we had were great and attentive, and special shoutout to the maintenance staff: Greg and Carlos are the best (super timely and great communication)! I did not get the feeling that I was just another renter on a spreadsheet of a big management company here at all. Only reason I moved out is that I wanted a change in scenery, 10/10 would recommend!

I have been here for 6 months. Bryce from the office was very helpful when I came to sign the lease. All the staff I have encountered during the 6 months have been friendly (cleaning, repair, office). I am satisfied with my life here. Sometimes the elevator smells like weed, but I know that it is not the apartment’s problem. I think the weed smell is the other tenant's problem. If the rent increase is reasonable after the end of my remaining lease, I am willing to live here for several more years.

Toured the building the other day and got shown around by Bianca. She was warm, helpful, and made the whole thing feel low pressure in a good way. First thing I noticed was how clean everything was. Like… unusually clean for a place with that many amenities. Pool looked inviting. Gym had actual useful equipment (not just sad dumbbells in a closet). Clubhouse felt like the kind of spot where you’d actually want to host people—it felt comfortable and well put together. And the rooftop deck? Definitely has that vibe where you could bring friends over and they’d assume you live a much cooler life than you actually do. Would recommend checking it out if you’re looking.

I had an escorted tour scheduled for today, however when I got there and called to tell them I was there I was met with no response. Unfortunately every time I called, I was met with AI that would send me in loop and not connect me to anyone human. When I went to check the leasing office, i found no one there and a sign that said it was closed. Why would you let me schedule a tour on a day you’re closed? And why would you not communicate in the week leading up that it would be closed on the selected tour date? Customer service is terrible and logistics are terrible. You can’t even tour.

Been here over 4 years and I love it !! :) Maintenance issues in my apartment are always promptly fixed, everyone is super friendly, cleaners come every morning to clean and freshen everything up, it’s never too noisy, the gym is never packed, and it’s a super great community for the dogs too ! I like that the building has security at nights, so I feel safe while walking my dog. I also love the BILT program. K2LA introduced me to the BILT credit card and I love being able to get points to pay my rent without a credit card transaction fee.

I’ve lived here 2 months now and the place is great! Everyone has been super kind and helpful from the start, especially Bianca the property manager who promptly answered any questions I’ve had. The neighbors I’ve met are nice, professional and keep to themselves. I haven’t had time to try out the amenities, but they look like they’re kept up very well. I have enjoyed the times I’ve been able to go up to the roof and watch the sunset, it’s very peaceful in this busy city.

I have been living at K2LA for a few months now to give my honest review about this apartment. Like many posts here, the maintenance team are always helpful and gets to your request in a timely manner. If you're looking for a nice apartment with no roaches, clean communal areas, and great amenities like 24/7 access to the gym, this is your place. Bri is the new property manager and she was cool enough to introduce herself to me and offer her assistance. I feel safe in this apartment and for the price, you are getting good service here. I don't remember the last time they shut down my water line for maintenance. If they do, it's usually quick and not as frequent. No false fire alarms ever since I've been here. If you ever shop for apartments like I have, I believe I hit all of the key things you were wondering.. -Safety -Cleanliness -Roaches -Maintenance -False alarms, water shut downs -Price (shop around the area, you won't beat this price) Last but not least, I MUST give a shout out to the hard working people of this apartment. The cleaning people are here every morning. I've lived in a few apartments before and Carlo is one of the best maintenance/handy person to work in your building. Greg is cool, he just watches Carlo do the hard work.

Cant complain about my time here! Close to everything you can think of so that's always a plus. Maintenance was always quick to get to our issues and were super friendly. I was surprised how this property hosted little to no community events having such nice amenities to do so. The only real complain I have is the guest parking situation; your guests are probably going to need to find street parking or pay for parking at a nearby structure.

My husband has lived here for the better part of 5 years. He needed to move to a different city for work but we couldn't leave without saying how amazing this place has been. He works weird hours and for LA this place has always been safe, secure, and a great management team. The most impactful thing is the cleanliness. It is just top notch! No pet smells and all the common areas are nice, clean, shiny and inviting. Gas grills are always in great working order. Sad to be leaving. If you need to live in LA this place is great! Love the in unit washer and dryer.

Ever since management got taken over and Bianca came in charge, the place got so much worse. She is not helpful or accommodating to any of her residents. The first manager there had approved all my ESA pets and I was not getting charged any pet rent for months, and I didn't even pay a deposit on them because they were ESA and if they weren't I wouldn't have moved in if they weren't approved!!!!! bianca came in half way through my lease all of a sudden said my pets were not approved, started charging my esa animals, I NEVER EVER have been charged any complex I went, and even in the current one I moved into all my ESA's were accepted. Even after giving her ALL THE PAPERWORK, CERTFICIATIONS, AND A MEDICAL LETTER she still kept asking for more forms making it impossible. Now on my move out statement, after I moved out email communication has been HORRIBLE, she is trying to charge me for my pets being in my apartment for the time added after my lease end date. I NEVER HAD MY PETS THERE ANS THERE IS CAMERA FOOTAGE TO PROVE THAT AND SHE REFUSES TO CHECK THE CAMERAS TO READJUST MY MOVE OUT BALANCE. Also on the email she sent it said I was not required to do a deep clean YET SHE CHARGES ME A DEEP CLEAN ON MY MOVE OUT like what the fuck, I would've just deep cleaned myself to avoid the extreme charge. Instead she never responded to my email and just decided to file a claim against my move in deposit. She is so unkind, and unfriendly. Not the vibe a manager should have especially coming in 1/2 way through people's leases, changing everything with zero communication. Even when she first came there was tons of problems she had with EV spaces, despite sending emails out to everyone, she felt she had to personally come up to me to remind me of the rules of the EV space, as if I was breaking them. The rules were stupid as fuck, and they put EV in the guest parking, so guest would use EV spots even if they weren't EV, and it was like our problem that they combined the two, and you needed to pay for a guest spot which is so dumb. All this complex cares about it money. She's so unprofessional. The complex fell apart after she came in, all my packages started getting stolen, no camera footage apparently but they wrote the time and date everything was stolen coincidentally. Never any grace for residents any where. Carlo and Greg were the only good people, helpful. Kind, and the black female security guard give her a fucking raise.

Great customer service on repair requests, gets done promptly and well! Been a good time here.

I toured recently and was pleased with building. The property is clean and well maintained. The apartments were spotless. The office staff was responsive and went out of their way to answer my questions. Bianca the property manager was very helpful.

This is our second year so far here in K2LA. Great management, AJ & Anthony are friendly and knowledgeable. Both managers are always communicating with talents. I also appreciate Carlo & Greg, both gentlemen are doing excellent maintenance service all the time. They respond quickly whenever we need in our unit. Two thumbs up for both gentlemen. I and my partner are very satisfied, and happy to live here in K2LA

Been living here for more than 6 months now, and my experience has been pretty good. Everyone who works here are very friendly and welcoming which makes me feel at home. Starting off, the amenities are always clean and organized looking great at all times. Management team has a pretty quick turnaround time, they are flexible and accommodating to my needs. Maintenance team is superb and are very conscious with your space when they need to do work. My only complaints are a few environmental factors that is out of the building's control but overall I really enjoy living here.

Honestly best bang for your buck! What they have: - Clubhouse with pool table -business conference room -Hella bbq Grills -roof top -covered secure parking -alot of outdoor chilling areas -outdoor fireplaces -pool and hot tub -fast maintenance turn around -attentive property managers -24 hr building cleaners -updated apartments with all the fixtures you would want -pet friendly -guest parking -SECURE package boxes -concierge and security -balconies -built in speakers in the units I had been a property manager for over 5 years and am very picky about where I lived. I was searching for over 6 months and found this place and applied IMMEDIATELY!! There are alot of buildings in this area that have around the same amenities yet honestly the property management company sets them apart from alot of other buildings when it comes to providing you with a great living experience. I lived here for 20 months and honestly have no complaints about the building. I didn't have a need or issue that was not addressed promptly. They honestly provide a great experience with any maintenance issues. A beautiful CLEAN building with so many places to entertain family and friends. A QUIET luxury apartment with guest parking in Koreatown with a roof top stop it!! Honestly, other places around offer less for more. I have never sent management an email that wasn't responded to in 24 hrs. Honestly, highly recommend this building. Teresa, Anthony and AJ I appreciate the experience you provided. I had a studio with balcony, it was beautiful.

My kitchen sink was clogged since last night and Greg, the maintenance supervisor, came and saved the day like always. He's very knowledgable and has kindly explained on how to best maintain the sink and other issues I've had during my residency. Teresa and Anthony from management have been great as well since they day I was looking for a new place to live. There were a lot of issues with my previous apt especially with the mgmt and I hope I enjoy Teresa's warm hospitality and great service as long as she stays.

I LOVE K2LA! We've lived here for almost a year and I can truly say this is one of the best places in Koreatown! Not only are there AMAZING views from our rooftop and awesome amenities, but the customer service here is incredible. Megan in the Leasing office is so helpful and nice! She definitely makes living here feel so welcoming. We absolutely would recommend these apartments to our friends and family!

Moved in a few months ago and I've become more and more unimpressed as I continue to live here. The leasing office is very quick to respond to issues (which I appreciate) but there is an excuse for every issue. They charge for every single, little thing and it seems ridiculous at some points (I've lived in other LA luxury buildings before). I gave it a few months to see if it would improve but I feel worse everyday thinking that I'm wasting my money living here. I even asked the leasing office to resend the move in survey so I can fill it out with my honest opinion and they said they will, but never did. 1. The floor is completely uneven. I've had to use sticky grip pads for a lot of my furniture to make sure it's not wobbly. My closet door has to be held by a door stopper because if not it starts to swing shut. And I know my floor is uneven because none of my furniture was wobbly at other apartment buildings. When I place a chair on different floor areas of my apartment, it sometimes wobbles and sometimes does not. 2. Cockroaches - I wish I had known this was a problem prior to moving in. I found 3 dead cockroaches as I was opening up a drawer. I brought this up to the leasing office and was told they offer pest control. Also they told me that the cockroaches were a problem since the building was built. I don't need more cancer-causing chemicals sprayed around my unit and I'm hoping I don't see more roaches. 3. Before signing the lease, I was sent photos of the unit. When I saw it in person it was similar but everything was on the opposite side. The leasing agent Erica became very defensive and told me that she is very careful about the emails she sends and that she must've attached the photos as reference and not of the actual unit. I checked the emails and that is not what was said in the emails. I was fine the apartment, but I don't appreciate Erica's attitude especially as someone who was becoming a tenant there. 4. The hallways have no air circulation whatsoever even though they said there are fans. It's humid and excessively hot and it seeps into the apartment unit (in turn, makes you use more AC). There is also a weird smell that lingers in the hall that seems to get worse when it's hotter. The smell constantly gets into my own unit and have to always ventilate. 5. Internet & cable package is mandatory and $80 a month. I don't use cable and don't need it. It would be much better if each unit can choose what they want rather than have to go with the collective decision. Same with the way they split water/gas/electricity here. 6. Also all the handles for the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom, fridge, and door handles all had a ton of sticky stuff on them. I don't know why but I had to get adhesive remover to get rid the stickiness. Not sure how thoroughly they cleaned the apartment before I moved in. Overall, I think that I have to just deal with living here until the end of my lease but this review provides a more accurate view of the place that a lot of these other reviews don't show. I really wish the rent was lower because then I wouldn't feel so mad about living here.

My kitchen food waste disposal got clogged last night and the maintainable team (Greg and Carlos) came very soon today to help fix it. They are super efficient and very friendly too! Def enjoyed their great maintenance services! The property manager Anthony was also very responsive to questions and inquiries!

They have a professional property management office that responds quickly to maintenance requests, helps you with package deliveries, and all the other amenities expected in a luxury apartment experience. While I was living at k2la, everything was peachy and comfortable, so I really appreciated that However, they ate my entire $500 deposit (I got like $25 back lol) in spite of the fact that I literally have no life and no parties with which to possibly damage the unit to the extent most landlords would charge me for cleanup or repairs. I don't have pets, I'm very clean, and live alone. I think I had a handful of common scuff marks (you know, the sort where your shoe or the end of a broom one day might make a scuff mark on the wall), and I had like.... 3 nail holes for some pictures. I've lived in a dozen apartments over the past decade of my tame adult life in Los Angeles (with an impeccable payment record, and zero drama) so it's not like I'm naive. I know the difference between common wear & tear, and a wild tenant that's just damaging their surroundings because they're a slob, or some such. For the last decade I haven't ever had issues getting my deposit back and 3 picture nails never caused any trouble. I really didn't have the energy after moving, and, frankly, I'm not miserly enough (though I should be), to start some crusade and fight to get my deposit back. However I will at the very least announce publicly and warn others as to my displeasure at what I felt was a property management team all too eager to gobble up deposit monies. It was almost as if the *routine and regular* re-painting and cleaning of the unit, which should be part of the property owner's maintenace expense in between tenants, was directly billed to the tenant through the deposit. Look, I'm not going to fight it. I know the advice- putty your nail holes, take photos, blah blah. But I'm just warning other Yelp reviewers out there to be extra careful at taking pictures before and after moving, to clean up and patch things up when moving out, because THIS property is exactly the reason why that advice exists in the first place.

Maintenance team & security team are very nice and helpful (they are also outsourced as far as I know, so zero star for the Berkshire corporate). The management, not so much. Their lack of prompt communication, and the "corporate" style of dealing things really left me a pretty bad experience, and thankfully it's the last month I'll be living here. 1) We did not get notified at all when there was extremely loud overnight construction going on across the street on a Friday night a few months ago. I mean if I knew this would happen, I'd go stay at my friend's. Instead, I went out to the construction site at 3am and asked their supervisor, and he told me they had notified all near-by properties and was shocked that I did not get that information. Apparently K2LA forgot to let its residents know about this, and that night was a nightmare for all of us. Also they want to charge me 5k for ending lease early because I can't stand the construction noise since last November, who does that? When you question, they will absolutely have you check your contract and omg it's definitely hidden there in one of those appendix or whatever, so you can't get out a lease easy. My friends ended their lease early due to covid and they were only charged an extra one-month rent, so does many other apartments. 2) I kept receiving emails about hot water shut down, electricity shut down, internet problems, garage gate shut down, dates changes all the time as well, like there was one week I got three emails about no hot water due to repair. And everything seems like an "emergency repair" and of course we need to always understand those "emergency situations". I wonder why. 3) No courtesy to its residents. Since covid, all amenities were closed and our rent hasn't been adjusted nor any special offers has been made in any way. It's this corporate style to just declare that as "to use amenities is a privilege, and it's not included in rent". However, who will pay this price to rent your studio apartment, without all the pool, hot tub, rooftop that you've been advertising so hard in the first place? Overall it's just not worth it. Rent from an actual human being landlord, or a small property management team that actually cares.

This apartment complex is great! From the staff, to the amenities, they absolutely earn 5 stars. I had the easiest move in day and since then have felt super secure in this building. The 24-hour security makes sure of that. Megan and Vicki are amazing and helped me so much before move-in. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering living here.

Greg and Carlo are BOMB! They replaced my garbage disposal, fixed the light in my closet and replaced a hinge on a cabinet in less than 20 minutes. Really great guys who do great work.

My partner and I moved here 3 days before Christmas and I would like to express my gratitude to Megan who made our move from San Francisco to Los Angeles a lot easier and smoother. From emailing back and forth in a timely manner, informative virtual tour, assisting our paperwork, and managing huge package deliveries for us was above and beyond! Even with our move-in inspection, as we struggled to settle in that day, Megan was able to point out a few things that needed to be repaired and maintenance took care of all of them the next day! They are quick and attentive to details even when my Pomeranian kept bothering them LOL

Thank you to the staff for being amazing. These individuals go above and beyond when it comes to service. Thank you again for all that you do.

Here is the update. My package that valued over 500 is stolen. I moved to the other city, but I planned to choose K2LA again when back to LA so I never remove this delivery address from shoppers. The drama is I mistakenly use this address for a delivery, so ups was going to pick it up and return the package to shipper. However, the package is in nowhere after delivery. I asked both leasing office and ups for help. (Leasing office is good. Megan responded me quickly even though she did not find the package.)Finally ups officially confirmed the package is missing. One star is for leasing office, one star for the wonderful previous living experience. This place is removed from my list. Who knows what kind of person is interested in other's belongings?

I was really hoping to move here since I liked living in another Berkshire property. However, I was disappointed by two things that have kept me from making this my home. 1. When I asked about the roach issue, the woman I spoke to (Erica) told me it was an old issue. However, there's a review and image of a roach (not even the large water bug ones, but the small ones that come in packs) from 2020 (aka just earlier this year!). I understand that bugs come based on how well we keep our apartments clean, but they also come because of how our neighbors and management take care of the property. I felt nauseated and disgusted that they are not aware of these reviews. 2. The biggest issue for me, however, was their lack of response. I called them about five times this week and aside from one time, I got their call center who told me they couldn't help and to talk to the leasing office (mind you, I called their LA number each time). A couple of times, the call center took down my message and said someone would call me back. It's been three full business days since the last message (five since the first one) and I'm still waiting. Clearly they don't want me as a tenant so I'm happy to spend $2500 on an apartment complex that wants my money instead.

Notice any critical reviews marked as "not recommended" because it makes the apartment look "bad." They're only telling you the truth! Noisy and dusty construction outside makes you cough 24/7, some neighbors walking around the apartment smelling like alcohol or yelling at residents about some nonsense. Looked like the security guards and the staff got too used to or doesn't care about the alcoholic always getting in arguments with residents.

We have recently moved in to Berkshire K2LA and we would like to say that we were very pleased with the whole process. The leasing office staff and support staff are very friendly and accommodating. But we are giving a special mention to Erica! She was the one who gave us the tour and assisted us in the whole application process. She was thorough, responsive and very pleasant to work with. We love our apartment and all the amenities that K2 offers. We do not want to sound overly exaggerated, but this place really is hands down amazing to be called home.

I recently moved into the building! I love it so far. Erica was very helpful during the application process and was quick to answer any questions we had. The move-in process was also fairly easy! Any maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly. I didn't even realize they came by. The apartment is very well maintained and the rooms are more than I could have ever wanted for an apartment! The location is also very conveniently located to many restaurants in K-Town.

I just visited K2 today and have loved it! It is a brand new apartment with some really cool new techniques like the center-air-condition controller and the living-room speaker. So I have decided to move in there for the following year. Hope to get a wonderful live!

Just moved out of LA and I am going to miss my K2LA home. I loved living here for the past year. The staff has changed a little bit but they are always friendly and accommodating and quick to answer any questions you have. The property is always clean and I love the 24/7 guards. I'd definitely recommend this property if you are looking to live in Koreatown.

I have lived in K2 for a year now and its been great! 1) Staff is awesome - sure they have changed a few staff members since I first moved in but the news ones are super accommodating! Christine and Erica are very helpful and will resolve any issues that arise. 2) Hosted get to know your neighbors happy hours / Events - 4-5 times since moving in we have had events for the tenants. 3) Electricity bill is soooo low - I run my a/c 24/7 - I am used to paying $90-$130/month in the summer for my a/c bill. Our bill has not been over $20 since moving in....what! They told me it would be low before I moved in but it is unbelievably low. 4) Location - Koreatown is awesome and safe. Alot of bars and korean bbqs are local and you can walk to them without having to uber everywhere. 5) The amenities - the pool, gym, lounge areas, bbqs are all luxury.

Berkshire K2LA has been very accommodating so far. Because I am from Northern California and wasn't able to see the apartment in person, Michaela was able to give me a Skype tour of the studio I was interested in. On the day of the move-in, Michaela was very kind and even personally came outside and led me to the direction of the future resident parking lot! All in all, the moving process from the application to the actual move was very smooth and enjoyable.

Megan was an incredible host and made us fall in love with the building. Her kindness and persistence made our apartment hunt and application process easy. After seeing multiple complexes, we chose Berkshire K2LA because if it's location, amenities, apartment size, price, and the staff. Megan and her coworkers are responsive and eager to assist. We fully recommended Berkshire K2LA as your next home!

I was scheduled for a 10:00am apartment viewing and I arrived at the leasing office at 9:55am. I was greeted by a guy at the front desk and I told him I was scheduled to meet with Megan to view an apartment and he tells me "she went for a walk". I sit down in the lobby and at 10:06am I send Megan an email telling her I've arrived just so she knows I'm there. Fast forward to 10:30am and she's still a no show and the guy at the front desk does nothing to check on her whereabouts. While I'm sure things happen or come up I'm pissed that I rearranged my work schedule, drove all the way to Koreatown just to be stood up. Avoid this place like the plague, if the communication is this piss poor before renting just imagine if you actually lived there and had an issue that needed to be resolved in a timely fashion!

Love my place!!!!! K2LA is the best place to live! The staff and the entire community is wonderful is fantastic!!

Best thing about this apartment is the employees they are all so kind and considerate from the guards to the housekeepers . Wanted to give a shout-out to Greg in Maintenace for fixing my garbage disposal and going above and beyond . They always come within 24 hours of you calling them so I never have to worry about anything breaking in my apartment .

Ok, so.. to be honest. This is a review from an actual tenant. - As you all know, "cockroaches" is a known issue here. They are everywhere and the whole building is literally occupied by cockroaches. Even after building-wide pest control effort, so many of them still do live here and the number only goes up. - Walls are thin. You basically hear your neighbors. - Floors are not concrete. If you're unlucky like myself, you hear all these from the unit above you: stomping on the floor, hammers being dropped on the floor, furnitures being dragged without carpet underneath, yelling. Yes we have the "quiet hours" but again, if you're unlucky like myself, you hear all these quite often at 2:30AM or even 3AM. You report this to the management office and call the courtesy patrol every time it happens. But basically it's YOUR OWN LUCK and you don't know who live above you and around you until you actually move in. If any of these bothers you or if you have experienced any of these in your previous apartment(s), you might want to look elsewhere. These are the issues I have had since my day-1 here and i see people constantly move out. Every single person who works here is so hardworking and they are all professional (office staff, maintenance/cleaning crew, courtesy patrol) and I really appreciate that so much, though.

I lived here for three years and really enjoyed it. The people who work in the office are super nice, the amenities are great. I found everyone on staff friendly and accessible. When I had issues with noisy neighbors I found the courtesy patrol and management were responsive and helpful. Plus the location is fantastic. I've been a renter for 14 years and moved out to be closer to work. This is the only building I was truly sad to leave.

Update after living here for more than a year: I've complained so many times about the noisy neighbor/s above my unit but no one seemed to care even after I explained how much of an inconvenience it's been and how it's affected my mental health. I have to keep knocking on my ceiling which is ridiculous. Every one of my guests has complained about the noise as well. Apparently if it's extremely loud footsteps which rattle your ceiling lights, there's nothing the office can do about it. Great.

I loooove this building!! It's super close to everything - restaurants, stores and even the Metro for when I feel the need to venture out to other areas of LA. What's even better is how attentive the staff is my needs and wants. It's rare to find staff that actually listen to their residents. I couldn't be happier!!

Staff was awesome. All my questions were answered immediately. Great location right in the middle of K-Town. A lot of Amenities and the building is extremely clean. No complaints here.

Great place to live! I lived here 2 years ago and I felt that coming back was the right choice. When I had any problems, Office staff Erica was always there to solve any problems. Having all the extra amenities helped my decision into coming back to live here.

I will be coming up on one year at living at K2LA and have nothing but positivity for this place. Besides the fact that it is truly a great complex to live in at the heart of the ever-exciting Koreatown, the staff itself is what sets this place apart. Christine, Erica, and Michaela have made living here extremely enjoyable. When I have any questions, requests, or concerns they immediately answer their phones and do their best to make sure that it is taken care of within the week if not that very day. When I was looking to get a 1-bedroom apartment they went out of their way to make sure I got a unit that fit all my needs and worked around my schedule to make sure I could have a smooth transition from one unit to the next. Though they close at 6 pm on most days you will often see somebody in the office working late and more than willing to help you with anything you bring their way. Their level of attention to detail and concern for the people living in their apartments is the primary reason why K2LA is better than any other luxury apartment complexes in the area. Anyone looking to move to central Los Angeles should give this place a look first before going anywhere else. They also have pretty cool parties every so often with tons of beer and lots of pizza (which is always a huge plus!).

Went to check out the location for my sister moving back to L.A staff was super nice and friendly my. Apartments nice and specious. Nice gym.with all the latest equipment. We where sold once we Shaw the rooftop Lounge. looks like we will be in Korea to6wn alot more since she is making this her new home

Amazing property and more amazing is the staff. Always helpful and always on top of any little problem we might have without apartment. I use to live in The Vermont around the corner and the staff at K2LA is much better. Always clean and easy parking are a plus. Clean trash rooms. Never have seen a big or cockroach anywhere. Getting packages and food deliveries as well are easy with a security at the front door 24 hours. FOB keys for main entrance, elevators, and apt door are a plus, and make us feel safe. Metro is close also a plus! And great food everywhere. ++++

Some background, I came into this with probably too high of standards because the complex I was moving from in Glendale treated me so well. It felt like resort living and I didn't think I could find one comparable. Anyway, I wasn't having the greatest luck with my apartment hunt, one example: I scheduled a tour with a different complex in Koreatown and their leasing office decided to leave early for the day they had my appointment. Well, I'm so glad that the other leasing office closed early that day because my experience, from tour to move in, with Berkshire K2LA has been phenomenal. I walked by randomly. Contemplated, then called, Michaela answered. I asked if there was availability for a tour, she said there was and that she did have another tour before me but she would call to see if they were running late. They were. I got there. She greeted me with a smile. So friendly and personable! She talked to me about my options, possible concessions, showed me the amenities, and the apartment. By the end of it all I was so pleased with her and the tour, I applied for an apartment I didn't have to move into until a month later! Communication has been great and they're so organized. Thank you Michaela! So happy to call K2LA my new home.

There is much problems with pot smoking in building. Strong smoke smell comes into apartment from vents. Also is very strong in hallway too. Managment is not doing anything. They say they can not do anything about it. But lease say no smoking policy. Management is only interested in keeping apartments full. They do not care about tenant well being.

I enjoy the apartment very much. The location is good, The apartment has all the features that I was looking for at an affordable price for now. I commute a little longer because I know if I rent a place closer to my work place, I cannot find an apartment with these conditions. The maintenance team is very helpful, they respond to issues related to apartment quickly. Tho, it would have been better if they give me a call when they are going to come in to the apartment. They did it when they first came to fix the electrical switch. I assumed thats what they will do in the future but they did not. I learnt my lesson that I will leave a note to call me. One time I was sleeping and caught unexpected. The security team is also helpful. The only problem is the construction across the apartment complex. Unfortunately, I cannot leave my window open when I sleep because of the noise of the construction in the morning. In addition, I was happy getting morning sun in my apartment but unfortunately it is gonna be gone because of the construction. I think the management needs to communicate better if the constructions will continue after hours and at the weekends. Yes, waking up with construction noise is very annoying. I was not communicated well about the construction before I rent the apartment, I only see the apartment from a video because I was going to move from another state. The management should have been transparent about it. Overall, it is good but should have been better.

No idea where this Berkshire K2LA came out. Their staffs have extremely low profession and know nothing about residents, bothering us every day. Only contact us when they want something from us but never respond when you come up with existing issues. Interesting. Especially the assistant manager who never has professional attitude toward her customers. How can she be so rude when they have so many problems and troubles. We pay so much rent every month, not for accommodating you leasing officers. Correct your attitude then serve your clients. BE AWARE! This is an apartment making you headache every other day.
