Berlin Central Bus Station

Hello There 😊, Bus Station 👌 Nice and clean 👌 But when Bus is late they don't say sorry! 😐 To my point of view: to everyone in transportation, or any type of any business, The way you want us, to respect the work you do! The station looks new and its location is in walking distance from many good restaurants. Station toilets costs 1 euro and it has to paid with coins which may be challenging for non-European residents and others who do not use cash. I payed for inva-WC since I had a big backpack and I must say the toilet was very clean and pleasant after long bus trip. In the future it would be nice to use the toilets for free with *Flixbus ticket QR* for example.

Looks like brand new. Good facilities. Lots of connections. Flixbusses are going every 10 minutes to many destinations in Europe.

I had read some reviews prior but I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, well lit and nice cover and food whilst waiting. It was just a little bit further from the centre of Berlin than I was expecting. Also, if you are filling in some time, the Lietzenseepark is worth a visit.

I will describe from my experience, I will certainly not go on my own and I do not recommend letting children go on the bus route. Some drivers are rude and speak to people in a shabby way. At night, there is no one at the information point, no security. You are attacked from all sides by people who ask for money. I felt very bad and not safe . There were some suspicious people in the toilet. The signage is good and easy to find out, but don't travel alone!

Nice and clean bus station unlike any other central bus station. It's also well organized in terms of all the necessary facilities for individuals.

Nice, easy to find&access. A lot of commotion when you're already there, there are a lot of different bus companies arriving & departing from there. People seem to forget that the Bus Station as a place/company isn't responsible for the mistakes of external companies. There's nice waiting room inside, several food points, Flixbus shop and toilets. There is not many places to sit outside, but that's understandable. Everything was smooth while visiting several times already, so I got no complaints 👌🏻

Really nice service in terms of food and staying until a departure time. However, rest room is paid service but card reader wasn't working. So, it looks like you must have a cash which is unfair on our digital world 🌍.
