Excellent beer. Very friendly staff. If it's your first time, get the flight. You'll be able to taste all the beers. Now follow up with a few pints of your favorite beer you tasted. Enjoy that brew while enjoying the vast selection of vinyl you can browse while, listening to the guest DJ playing them on the turn table. For food, they have pizza, a huge pretzel and polish potato chips. Goes perfectly with the European style beer. If you are still hungry, they allow outside food! They have a beer garden with bocce ball! Though I didn't make it to sit outside, I love having that option. I will be a frequent visitor.

We had an impromptu happy hour with the team at Cahoot and decided to try out Berlinetta as it was local and we knew their beers were good. What a find! Great ambience, excellent beer and delicious pizza and pretzels! To top it off, it has a record store as well as bocci courts and provided us with the balls etc. we had a blast and it was great to bond and blow off steam outside of work. Definitely adding them to our list of hang out spots!

I came here as part of a "chauffeured" beer day with some friends, as a birthday present. This was one of the stops on our tour and the staff were incredibly nice, and their beer flight was fantastic. Their Westphal Kolsch style ale and Talon Baltic Porter were fantastic. I highly recommend checking them out.

Hipster hipster hipster and I love every minute of it. Lovely beer, nothing crazy or experimental but firmly competent and absurdly drinkable. You know, how beer should be. Lbgtq white guys spinning reggae and pulling pints. It's a new world. Really nice place.

Finally got to pop into BB on a late Sunday afternoon and I am super glad that I did! Had the VLT dark czech and the Gold Coast and they were super tasty. Very welcoming tap room, kind and friendly bartender, the space is warm and watching the sun set and perusing through the vinyls was a real treat. I scooped up a German Prog Rock, an ambient soundscapes, and a NRBQ record. I highly recommend seeking this place out - and its just around rhe corner from the train station! We will be back.

Had a fantastic pilsner and amber Vienna lager. Highly recommend. Great to see Bridgeport building back better.

Fun spot. Excellent beer. We enjoyed browsing the records and books. Pizza was just ok but not terrible.

My favorite after work place. Last summer I kept saying “if only they had an outdoor space” and now my wishes have come true with the beer garden recently opened! Highly recommend for a good beer, tasty pretzel and consistently great tunes.

Yelp
Cute and quaint! If you're a music lover, this place is fun. You can browse records of all genres and test them out before you buy. Beer is solid European style. Staff is extremely friendly and passionate. They also have DJ events at times. One of the more unique breweries I've explored and definitely recommend!

Yelp
Very cool spot, love the record and cds that are for sale all over the place. Small beer selection, but each one was tasty (that I had). Lots of nice plants and decor that fits the records and beer theme. Small space, but that just means you can make new friends when sharing a table. Big bonus points for the giant painting of Cliff Clavin!

Yelp
This place is dope. Stumbled upon it because of the yellow umbrellas across the street that, turns out, is their beer garden with bocce ball! Cool brewery with a funky, almost hipster vibe. Along with beer and a limited food menu (you can bring your own food too!) they have a lot of records for sale! They even have a setup where you can listen to the records before you buy; very cool. This place is right around from the train station, so if you're waiting to pick someone up, you can "accidentally" show up early so you have to kill some time here (or have them meet you here!) So glad I found it. Will 100% be back!

Yelp
Highly recommend this gem. Warm and inviting atmosphere that is both vinyl friendly vibe and great beer. We had a private party and the owners and staff were helpful, welcoming, professional, and delivered.

Yelp
Berlinetta Brewing Company is a craft brewery that opened in Bridgeport, Connecticut in June 2021. It was founded by brothers Rich and Chris Ruggiero. Rich developed a deep admiration for Czech beer and culture on his trips to the Czech Republic with his wife (a Czech native). Eventually the brothers decided to open a brewery with a focus on European style lagers. The location they chose to house their brewery was the newly refurbished Jayson Building, which was the first dedicated automobile showroom in America (circa 1920s). They chose the name "Berlinetta" (Italian for 'little saloon') as a reference to European culture and their love of cars (i.e. Ferrari Berlinetta, Chevy Camaro Berlinetta). I stopped in at Berlinetta last Thursday afternoon not long after I finished work for the day. I arrived right when they opened. I was met by head brewer Rich Ruggiero who talked about the beers with me. I absolutely loved the interior of the brewery! Not only is it a place that appeals to craft beer drinkers, but also audiophiles. The place was filled with vintage analog stereo equipment, a DJ station, and plenty of vintage vinyl records that were for sale. They frequently book guest DJs to perform in the taproom. This place was right up my alley! Ruggiero explained that the brewery's wolf logo was a reference to the Latin name for hops (Humulus Lupulus, meaning "the little wolf that comes from the Earth"). He was amused when I mentioned that my last name was Lupoli (Italian for 'little wolf'). Rich gave me a sampler flight that consisted of a Pale Ale, an Amber Lager, a Czech Pilsner, an Imperial Red Ale, and a Vienna Lager. Everything was excellent, but my favorite was the Pilsner (named "Velvet"). They were playing a nice eclectic mix of tunes as I enjoyed my flight. I ended up leaving with some cans of the Pilsner, as well as a bottle of their Tripel which I enjoyed at home. In a state where most breweries are focusing on New England IPAs, Sours, and Barrel-Aged Stouts, it's nice to see someone doing something different. I look forward to returning!

Yelp
Amazing atmosphere and Beer! Family friendly beautiful beer garden. Exceptional service and music! If your not into beer but into records then visit to find a sweet new vinyl for your collection while siping a NA option or a Mexican Coke (made with real sugar).

Yelp
LOVED this place. In Bridgeport for a couple nights for reasons. I'm a female traveling by myself so always on the lookout for a good spot where I can chill, have a beer, and go through my emails in peace. This place was exactly that. Great space, great beer, great music. Definitely the coolest place I found in Bridgeport.

Yelp
Place is cool. Staff was nice. Beer was good. I'd suggest less racks of clothes and more seating, but that's just me.

Yelp
Killer pizza, nice people, and delivery right to our table at the brewery up the road. What's not to love?

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
Good Czech style lagers and cool analog setting. Could use some food and more albums, The future is for analog loyalists and noble hop enthusiasts.

Yelp
If you want great beer, good music, a relaxed vibe, and delicious calzone/ravioli/cannoli/pizza, this is your place. Oh, and a nice record selection too. Could this place be any cooler? Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
If you love great beer, music, and a relaxing space to enjoy, then this is the place to be. nestled in the upcoming area of downtown Bridgeport. The perfect place for a drink after a trip to bass pro, a drink after working downtown, a drink before you catch a show at the arena, the new amphitheater (reo speedway is playing July 31st!) or the stress factory, or lastly before catching dinner at boca stop here too! Berlinetta is conveniently located next to all these places with plenty of parking for your visit. Specializing in European style beers try the Pilsner it best around. the kolsch and Vienna also get rave reviews for me too! and if you like some hops in your beers then the Gold Coast fills that need. Honestly you can't go wrong with any choice and I recommend getting a flight to try them all. Chips and soda on site, food trucks occasionally as well and plenty of places to Uber eats from too. The staff along with the owners Rich and Chris are very friendly and helpful. They love to talk beer, music, and the history of Bridgeport! You can find me there often as the atmosphere is a welcoming pub to meet new friends and old ones! Hope to see you there soon
