Only leaving a 2 star review because my parents enjoyed their car rental. First of all, the way that the line is set up inside the building is not optimal for the space that they are in. It’s confusing and needs to be changed. My experience with this company was horrible. I was waiting in line with my parents who had a reservation. I did not, but was going to book one after they were helped. During their discussion with the employees, there was an app that my parents needed to download. My mom was having difficulties with her service and she also didn’t bring her glasses, so she was having trouble seeing her phone. There was no one in line behind us, so I stepped over to help them get logged in to the app and so forth. The guy that was helping them stepped outside to show them their car, so he could not help me obtain a moped. I stepped back in line because the person that had just walked in was standing far back and I had clearly been there before them. Nothing was said until the employee called for the next person and I stepped up in front of the counter. The woman behind me made a comment about the fact that she was next in line. The employees refused to help me rent from them unless I got out of line and went to the end, which was now 6 people deep. I decided to take my business elsewhere and not rent from this company. When my parents returned their car, the employees explained to them that they only took the side of the other person because they were “afraid that she was going to cause a scene.” I’m not sure why her presence made them think that she was going to cause a scene and I wouldn’t, but apparently that was their excuse. Just overall a VERY poor customer service experience.
