"Berry & Maple is a cosy Clapham brunch spot where the door opens every four seconds to reveal another pram, a couple in matching fleece vests, or a family about to navigate the emotional fallout of sharing pancakes. It can be chaotic, but you can still wander in on a weekend and get a seat without being herded out like a time-waster. Inside, everything is beige and serene, but the dishes aren’t the usual brunch on autopilot. The menemen is excellent: rich, tomatoey, and satisfying. The ‘breakfast tacos’—pancakes bent into taco holders and stuffed with scrambled eggs and salty halal beef sausage—sound gimmicky but are actually quite pleasant, especially when drenched in maple syrup." - Rianne Shlebak

Overall, it’s a lovely place to visit. The presentation is beautiful and very Instagram worthy. The pancakes are excellent, while the other food items are more on the average side. Some of the food pairings could be improved, but the overall experience is still enjoyable. A nice spot to try, and I’d recommend it.

I visited this place for the first time last weekend. The food was delicious. We both ordered The Berry & Maple Brunch, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the pancakes were. The presentation was also great. The scrambled eggs portion felt quite small, probably about the size of one 1/2 egg. On top of that, it was absolutely freezing inside, with no heaters on, so almost everyone had their coats and scarves on. Unfortunately, our food got cold quite quickly because of this. Service was fairly good considering how packed it was. Overall, I would give it 4 stars. Delicious food, but I would not return on a cold day.

Berry and Maple is a good enough brunch place, but in my opinion it is not what all the hype makes it out to be. It is clearly a very Instagrammable spot, with beautifully presented dishes that look great in photos, but unfortunately the food itself did not live up to the appearance. The French toasts were great, but everything else we tried was quite average and forgettable. Because of that, I would not go back again, and I am not sure I would really recommend it either.

This was my first trying out this place and I am glad I did. Had the breakfast wrap, chicken waffle and some hot chocolate. Enjoyed every bit of it. I would definitely be going back there!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was 10/10 — I enjoyed it so much I had to order a second plate. Every dish was cooked to perfection with beautiful presentation and incredible attention to detail. The atmosphere and décor are lovely, and the environment was spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place won’t disappoint. There’s a wide variety of breakfast platters and they all come with huge portions and tasty combinations. The only downside that it’s a bit too cool there, we were sitting inside but I needed to have my sweater and jacket on.
