Best Peach Farms in Georgia - Eater Atlanta

"Looking to stretch those legs and break up the monotony during a drive south down I-75 to Florida? Consider adding Berry Good Farms to the road trip itinerary. In addition to blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries, Berry Good offers peaches that are ripe for the picking. Berry Good is a modest, family-owned operation, so call ahead to secure a U-pick spot." - Sarra Sedghi

We brought our 6 kiddos here and had an absolute blast! The blackberries were what we came for, and they were plentiful and delicious! We picked 2 gallons!! Our teenagers and our toddlers both really enjoyed the experience! The woman who owns it was so kind and allowed my rambunctious babies to play in the dirt and be kids without batting an eye. A fabulously beautiful young lady even took us around to the back bushes so we could get blueberries and WOW they were good! It was so welcoming, and to find out it was pesticide free means we will be back every season! Thanks for a wonderful time! We made Jam with the berries and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

What a WONDERFUL Family owned U-Pick Farm! The organic pesticide-free blueberries, blackberries and peaches were amazing! I picked a gallon of tasty berries today just before the rains! Wish we lived locally what a great place to bring the grandkids for a fun outdoor adventure! 🫐🍑🫐

The ladies were awesome. Great customer service. All the fruit, peaches, blueberries and blackberries are very juicy and delicious. Just on customer service alone. I recommend this place over Lane well worth the extra drive.

Google
Absolutely beautiful farm with the sweetest owner! Well worth the trip. They had an abundance of berries! Very well maintained property, so the worry of stumbling across a slithery critter in tall unkept grass was not an issue. The ice cream… *chefs kiss* ! I will definitely be making a trip back here.

We have been going to Berry Good Farms for 8 years. The owners have always been very friendly, and we look forward to going every year. Our favorites are the Blueberries and Blackberries, but they have strawberries, peaches and other fruits during their respective seasons. When you go, try their homade ice cream, the blueberry is fantastic!

Google
Cute little farm with the absolute BEST homemade blueberry and peach ice cream! I recommend visiting and giving them a try. 10/10 We saw a sign on the interstate and decided to stop as we needed to get out of the car for a bit. There weren't any obvious signs when we got off the interstate, so I had to punch it in the GPS to get there, but I'm so glad we made the effort to stop by. We will definitely be back!

Quick stop in while driving through. Bob met us when we got there & gave us some details. Very nice place & looked like a good place for kids. Bought some jam, little satsuma oranges & persimmons. Definitely recommend a visit!

Yelp
What an absolute experience! I went for just peaches to having almost some of everything to take back to Indiana. It's about 10 minutes from the freeway, and not hard to find because the signs are very visible. I'm so glad I stopped to get goodies to share with my family and friends. Be sure to get the blueberry ice cream. It is homemade by the Queen of the farm, and it like no other ice cream you will ever have. So happens that the farmer is from my home state, go Hoosiers! I will be back! Also, give rubs to Betty, the dog!

Yelp
Grandkids enjoy picking berries and especially enjoy the homemade ice cream inside the little store area. Enjoy the conversations with the gentleman who owns the farm.

Yelp
We stayed overnight near this farm stand. We wanted to pick up some Georgia peaches before we went north. This proved to be a lucky find. The gentleman that owned this business provided directions and we arrived and bought peaches. We tried the peaches on his property. They were sweet and tasty. He said they would be even better in a few days. He also have a blueberry frozen custard that was delicious. He has pick your own options. Other fruits and vegetables in their season. Glad to find some nice peaches.

Yelp
Saw the billboards on the freeway so had to come by and check out the place. While berries were out of season, we got to pick mandarin oranges and persimmons. They have goats and chickens. Very friendly place; highly recommended.

Yelp
Stopped by here for a walk around on our road trip. Just what everyone needed walking around, fresh fruit and fresh air. We are definitely going to be making this stop anytime we're this way!

Yelp
Such a cute place to go!! Came all the way from Tallahassee & it was definitely worth it! Not only do you get the fun of picking fruits but they also have goats, birds, & a beautiful chocolate lab! Also a really cute place to take pictures and include as a date idea. 10/10 recommend Really easy to find as well!

Yelp
We had a wonderful time exploring the farm and picking blueberries. I was so excited that I got to see apples on a tree for the first time. Wonderful family place and very educational.

Yelp
Visited here on 11/29/19. Was visiting family for the Thanksgiving holidays and was looking for something fun for my little girl to do. I found this place online and went. The host was very friendly, knowledgable about the crops and the seasons of when they grow. We brought pecans, pickled okra, peach jam, blueberry jam, and blackberry jam. We even tried some of the product. Also, my daughter was able to feed the goats and look at the farm animals. I would definitely recommend going here to pick fresh fruits of all kinds when there in season do call to find out what's available, but overall all a great and pleasant experience.

Yelp
The most family friendly farm you'll find! They have huge blueberries the size of quarters and animals for the kids! You won't go wrong with going here!

Yelp
We visited in the heat of June. It is a nice little farm and the u-pick blueberries and blackberries were delicious! Owner states they do not spray the berries with anything so that is nice. It does not take very long to pick--- maybe 20 minutes? We did not see any animals, just the berries and a small shop. Would return if in the area.

Yelp
This is an awesome place to visit! We will stop by here each time we are traveling through Tifton. I cannot wait to go when blackberries are in season to pick! They have chickens and goats and the happiest pups! The jam tastes like heaven.

Yelp
A search on the internet for a local source of fresh blueberries led me to this convenient farm just a short drive about 3 miles East of Tifton on Hwy 82. The range of fresh berries and fruit varies during the year but I'll be returning regularly on visits to Tifton. Blueberries, blackberries, muscadines and other fruits are available at various times for pick yourself or prepicked if you are in a hurry and just passing through. A really pretty place, the owner obviously takes great pride in his farm. Kids would love the opportunity to pick blueberries and find out where food really comes from in addition to the grocery store. A small gift shop offers local jams and preserves if you haven't already loaded up at my other local favorite in Tifton, Adcock Pecans.
