I ordered food to be delivered from the Braintree location. This was the first and last time. The food took almost 2 hours to be delivered and was cold and overcooked to say the least! I called to complain and spoke with Mike T. (according to the so called manager) and expressed my concern about Mike T. and how he hung up on me! The manager was just as rude...what a surprise. Unprofessional is an understatement. Word of mouth is powerful as we all know and no doubt they will be closing that location soon enough.

I was very disappointed today! I ordered soup and salad for lunch. I re wives a Luke warm soup and no salad! Sent the soup back to get warmer soup…still waiting on side salad. Slow, disorganized and disappointing! Bertuccis has always been my go to, not any more!

You should be ashamed of yourself, I am a food critic, You have the audacity to charge a glass of wine Kendall Jackson $ 17. 25 for a glass of wine! You are no fancy restaurant a rip off. My server Angelik absolutely no personality whatsoever. I will never go back and will let people know what a rip off you are . A total disgrace, you’re not in Boston .

Got a take out order, pizza which was fantastic. However obtaining my fantastic pizza was not a good experience. I felt like I did something wrong by how the girl (black)with the dreadlocks treated my wife and me. Her greeting if you want to call it that, consisted of "help you?" I handed the girl my $ and when I put my hand out for my change she slammed it on the counter disregarding my hand. No "thanks for coming", or "have a good evening folks". Just uncomfortable. Next pizza take out night I think Ill go 2 miles further to the West Roxbury location... Also, you may want to consider doing a marijuana test because I could definitely smell the aroma of a skunk from somebody who apparently smoke some marijuana before or during her shift. I like Bertucci's but I will say I will never go to this location again.

Ordered pizza and chicken parma via the Internet to be ready at a certain time. I arrived 10 minutes early and the food was already ready, resting on top of the oven. Got it home found that the pizza was burned, the sauce was unevenly applied and the pizza was basically inedible. The chicken parma for $17 had 3 slices of chicken, little spaghetti and a drop of sauce. I live less than 10 minutes away and the food was cold by the time I got home. I filed a comment card and still haven't heard from them. Now I know why when I went there their place was empty. Apparently, they don't care.

With much excited anticipation my family of 3 went to Bertucci's for dinner the other night. For a long time I wanted to try their food, etc... So I was glad we were finally going. Upon entering, the hostess didn't say anything like welcome to.... (like Olive Garden does) or even a simple hello. She said, how many? Unfortunately this is common in a lot of restaurants. Too bad they can't be welcoming like Chic Fil A, which doesn't seat you but they do greet you. So like cattle we followed the hostess to a booth. In the Annapolis, MD location this area where the booth was a 3 walled room, not very well decorated or inviting. When I asked about another location, nearer to the windows and more open looking, she said no one is serving in that area. However before we left the area was used. Oh I forgot to mention,she did not ask us if we preferred a booth or a table. My husband and I order the soup and salad. My son got the lasagne with soup. The minestrone was better than the sausage soup which was not very well spiced. Our server was pleasant and smiled but did not take away the plates in a timely manner,when they were no longer needed. Overall, I should have asked for better seating. The other side of the restaurant looked much more inviting. I think that would have helped with our 1st experience. With all the place to eat now a days, and you have to select carefully where to spend your hard earned money, will we not be going to this or another location.

If I could give this facility no stars I would. The bartender was rude. The leftover food from another patron had bugs crawling on it. The bathroom floor was equally disgusting. Was going to order food, but decided against it.

Bertuccis recently shuttered the doors at their Melville, NY location with no notice to any employees. They had everyone work Easter Sunday as if everything was normal, then called the staff Monday morning and told everyone they don’t have jobs anymore. They did the same thing at their Hauppauge, NY and Westbury, NY locations. To add insult to injury, in order to receive severance pay all employees had to sign a waiver saying they wouldn’t file a class action lawsuit. This waiver came with a VERY short time frame to complete and return it. It’s obvious they’re just trying to weasel out of paying everyone. This company is trash and I would recommend eating literally anywhere else.

I love Bertucci's Tiramasu! In additional to my usual desert fix I enjoy Bertucci's kids chicken dinner. Its just the right size for me and they've never complained about my age (grown ups can be kids too!) Their seasonal specials are tasty as well.

Staff was sleeping in the both at the hingham mass location place was dirty and food wasn't good. Called and left a message with corporate and they never got back to me. Obviously they don't care.

Sorry Bertucci's! I hoped I'd never ever have to do this! I worked for you years ago before you were a "chain!" You never should have changed your menu! I went tonight to get some sausage soup, one of my faves - came out as thick as risotto! I immediately said something to the waiter about the lack of broth and he offered to bring me some hot water to add to the soup - ummm what? Then, he took our bowls away (I was with my son), and, well.. they apparently added water ("broth", not) to my risotto! We also got meatballs, since it's Meatball Monday and they were half off - nope, not happy!! Meatballs were extremely bland, the Bertucci's sauce that I have always loved was not Bertucci's sauce, more like a can of unspiced diced tomatoes poured over the top! Needless to say - I will not be returning! Oh, and when I told the waiter that I just was not happy and didn't want the soup, he asked "why? We added broth to it so it should be fine now." Just take my word young man.

I'm reaching out to you regarding our Mother's Day experience at one of your Bertucci's locations. I am 33 years old and that entire time my mom has always cooked for the entire family for every holiday that includes Mother's Day. We would complain and say It's your day you need to sit and let us wait on you and she would say no and cook for everyone. This year we finally convinced her to allow us to order. She said she wanted something simple but something that she likes to eat. We decided to order from Bertucci's because she likes your restaurant. My father and mom stopped by onw of your restaurants the Friday before Mother's Day and ordered 2 meals that feed 10 and one that feeds 4 that came out to be a total of 394 dollars. My parent's said they spoke to Caitlin who was nice and told them they didn't have to pay that day and could pay for it the day we came to pick up the order. We requested that the order be ready by 2pm on Mothers day. We figured 2pm would be good because everyone would be out from Church and at our house and ready to eat. We arrived on Mother's Day ready to pick the order up and guess what Caitlin never placed the order. it Took about 15 minutes just to tell us that. no worries because we can place the order now she says but we'll have to wait an additional 30 minutes. we decided to do it because the family is coming and we have nothing prepared. My mom and aunt place the order and say please tell them not to rush because we don't want them burning the food. the food is finally prepared they ask once they receive it is everything their and the server assures her that it is. We call everyone and tell them we're coming because the food is done We live about 35 minute from the restaurant so it takes us some time getting home. Once we arrive we star unpacking the food. guess what we have an entire tray of salad missing we have desserts missing and on top of it some of the food was burnt. We call and speak to the store manager dairy we didn't get his name but complains about the missing food. He apologizes and ask for the card that we used because he's going to give us a credit. we can expect to see it in a few days. we again took for granted that we were getting the truth. We looked at the bank statement no credit. it's a shame because I'm occasion my mom spends over 100 for each visit. I've told her not to spend another dime

Visited your store in Medford Ma on Thursday 8/29. This was our very first visit to Bertucci's and we were greeted by a Sandra Cruz what a wonderful representative for your business. You people have a very knowledgeable and caring person with this employee. Please thank her for us and let her know we will be back. Food great, atmosphere was great and service outstanding. It was a great night. The antipasto was done up in a way that was different but enjoyed by everyone. We ordered brick oven pizza. They were good without any grease like a lot of places. The waiter, Jack was very personable and friendly. What a great evening.

The landing page for Bertucci.com is of the best professional sites I have ever seen! The layout - the quality of the pictures - the interactive nature of the landing page and subtle call to action to collect potential client information is more than impressive. If I am ever in Maine I will so look forward to eating at your restaurant!! Your menu looks wonderful and the pictures make my mouth water. Your restaurant may be the excuse I need to come to Maine!!
