"It appears that everyone’s favorite egg-hating celebrity chef Guy Fieri is operating a number of ghost kitchens out of various Bertucci’s locations in and around Boston. Branded as Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen, these ghost kitchens offer bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers, Buffalo wings, burgers topped with mac and cheese, cheesesteak egg rolls, and sundry deep-fried and cheesed-up delicacies." - Terrence Doyle

Visited with my family. Ordered a pizza and kids chicken finger. Pizza came out at a reasonable time and was delicious. I thought it was customary to check on the table after they receive their food to make sure that everything goes OK but that never happened. We didn’t receive any water refills, or extra napkins. When you’re serving a family with small kids it’s helpful to take those things into consideration.

Had lunch with my cousin here today. We were greeted by a very friendly Virginia. She recommended us a salad and two pasta dishes.

I don’t know the sweet girls name but I just wanted to shout out one of your employees. It’s a Friday night 04/26/24 around 9 and the girl who picked up the phone when I called was so courteous and sweet. Definitely someone you should keep with you. I hope she regularly works Friday nights because I’ll be ordering again on a Friday in hopes of having such good service again.

Attitude really is everything. The employees didn't look excited to be there, and why would they be? The place wreaked of gas and the place looks dark and glum, so I was worried about the food I was about to receive, but at least I was taking my food home. They had to be there several hours. And guess what? I was right! Great foundation with the meatball and ricotta pizza and the Rigatoni Abruezzi, only issue is there was no flavor in either dish. As soon as I got it home I added adobo, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, black pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Now it's the bomb!

Had the “Limited Special” buffalo chicken cheese steak sandwich delivered. Was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. Was like eating from a mall food court. Sandwich was very small, covered in something that resembled cheese whiz. I had some expectation of quality and received none whatsoever. Do better.

The pizza turned out cold and not fully cooked. The guy who made the pizza was complaining about his job and didn’t place any effort into making it. I paid $30 but the result was not worth it. I recommend on going to a different place like Dominos.

Firstly, the restaurant was extremely cold. We weren’t even seated near the door and we still had to keep our coats on, the rolls were undercooked and doughy the waiter was also very slow. Our pizza was cold on top of undercooked due to the server letting it sit on the counter for 6 mins on a slow day so by the time we got it it was very unappetizing and cold ,we both ate one slice and my partner immediately started feeling nauseous after the slice. The chicken was also a very weird texture and bland. The only thing we enjoyed were our mozzarella fritta other than that we were extremely disappointed and after coming here for years I’m sad to say this will be my last time as the service and quality have definitely declined.
