I visited Bespoke Kitchen and honestly, it was a big letdown. The atmosphere was just okay, definitely not what you'd expect from a place with "Bespoke" in the name. There was no clear theme, the design felt random, and if you sit near the front by the kitchen, it gets cold and has a strange, off-putting smell. We asked to move to the back, which was a little better, but the floors were dirty and the table was sticky. Not a great first impression.
We ordered four items: two coffees and two entrees. The coffee was terrible, low-quality beans, poorly made, and a weird aftertaste. Whatever oat milk they used didn’t help either. Easily a three out of ten.
As for the food, the omelette with bacon and sausage was awful. Overcooked, rubbery, and the meats tasted cheap. I brought it up, but they did nothing. The bulgogi Benedict had one saving grace, the poached egg was decent but the bulgogi was slimy, the bread was just basic toast, and it all felt low-effort. That one gets maybe a four out of ten, and that’s generous.
Overall, it feels like they're cutting corners on everything; ingredients, cleanliness, and quality. You're in Vegas, you can do better. I honestly don’t understand how this place has a four-point-six rating. It should be closer to a two-point-six. The server was nice, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.
If you just want something quick and don’t care about quality, maybe this place works for you. But if you’re looking for a good meal, skip this and spend a little more at a casino restaurant. You'll thank yourself later.
