Y’all lost a sale because your display is broken, and when I was open to purchasing and trying it out at home instead, I was told there would be a 15% restocking fee if I returned it…… What idiot would spend this money and NOT try a camera out at the store then? Why is your display broken? Target had one and it does work pretty good, thought you all should know for the next customer. ⭐️ Changed it to one star with traffic you have to go through for this service.

Visiting this Best Buy location was quite the disappointment. The store was extremely disorganized, and the monitor and computer sections were covered in dust, crying out for a much-needed cleaning. I found a product I wanted with a price tag below the MSRP and thought I had stumbled upon a great deal. However, when I got to the register, I was informed that the price was incorrect and they refused to honor it, even the manager stood by this decision while showing him a pile of products with this price tag. It’s no wonder more people are turning to online shopping these days. Given the poor service and limited inventory, it's not hard to envision this store following the fate of the Best Buy at Pflugerville location, potentially closing in a few years, or even facing bankruptcy like Circuit City or Fry's Electronics. For a brand as large as Best Buy, this experience was truly underwhelming and I don’t expect to visit this location ever again.

7/7/25 I buy all my electronics from this place. They sold me a faulty phone a month ago. The cellular data just stopped working yesterday. The best buy chat helped me and reminded me because I am a best buy member I have a 90 day warranty and to talk to the manager. When I went to talk to someone Supervisor Estrella was very rude and disrespectful. He does not represent best buy well. I will go back tomorrow and talk to geek squad again. Also in the middle of our conversation he starts talking to his staff through his mic headphones that has nothing to do with what we were talking about. I understand Multitasking but you should tell the person you are currently talking to "excuse me I must take this. " I give Estrella 0 stars. Do better bro! 7/8/25This is a follow up to the review above done yesterday. Today I went back to Best buy and Marshall from Geek squad fixed everything and was professional and nice. He gave me options and was so much help and treated me nice and respectful. Because of him, Best Buy will continue to get my business. Thank you again.

Probably a good idea to get there early in the morning if you want service help otherwise bring a lasso because these youngsters move fast and they are smart and they are working no doubt about that I went in there and I'm old enough to not care about putting my own phone back together so I told the young gentleman I said man I'll give you a tip if you'll just make me walk out of here with basically my new phone on the new phone all my old numbers all my old stuff and he said that I can do that for you but I can't take a tip by so come on now! I don't mind paying a little bit extra for great service. He absolutely refused exclamation point upon leaving I asked him to throw away some trash for me 0 he appreciated it so much. I could tell that it happens often but I was smart enough to get it to him without it being a problem with the manager and then on the way out I said to the manager hey man I tried to give your dude a tip and he would not take it and he goes yeah they're not supposed to so if you go in there and you get good service like I did man don't be afraid to give these up-and-comers and hardworking kids a little tip just do it on the down low thank you Best buy the hypothetical scenario above does not in any way reflect an actual event of course your employees didn't take any tips LOL 😔😆 love the store off of William Cannon Access road I-35 South...

I was sad to learn their return policy changed early last year. Only 15 days for returns, unless you pay for a membership. A customer service representative tried to tell me "it's always been this way", but a quick Google shows otherwise. Now even the convenience of a brick and mortar store over Amazon isn't worth it anymore.

Online order arrived in store on time, but staff didn't get it ready for pickup until four days after promised date. When I went to get item, there was a network issue so I couldn't check out. Staff shrugged and said I'd have to come back, although they had no idea when problem would be solved.

Make sure you record and take pictures of anything you buy from Best Buy SouthPark Meadow in Austin Texas. If they sell you a damaged box that was already opened by their employees you will be charged for the a restocking fee when you try to return it . Trying to speak to their manager Alex ESTRELLA or Anand if pointless, ESTRELLA is rude, aggressive, and basically tells you in your face that your a liar. I had pictures to show as proof but they did not care. ESTRELLA talks over you and will lie to your face. Unbelievable!

I would avoid this location. I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau to assist me I’ve brought my PC in here for a simple RAM upgrade and installation, once i arrive home, the PC was no longer running. I returned and was told the PC could use a cooling upgrade. once i paid $170 installed and arrived home, the PC was still not working. the geek squad has promised a free diagnostics check, however once in store, they said that won’t happen and will just try and sell me more products. i’m pretty disappointed. Will is a great help in geek squad, but they are just not willing to take responsibility for the damage they have done to the PC. How does a PC work great for years, and as soon as Geek squad touches it, it’s broken. How can you not take responsibility?

This review is really about the Ember Temperature Control Coffee Cup. This coffee cups temperature is controlled by a app on your phone' it will keep your coffee hot up to 148 degrees for as long as 80 mins. Down load the app put the phone and cup in pairing mode it connects and you're read to drink coffee of any hot beverage and take you time with it by controlling the cup temperature with you phone. Set the cup in the provided base and it will keep it hot all day. It's a very good buy and I don't think you will not regret it. The cup Is sold in 10oz and 14oz cup sizes there's a travel mug with a car adapter for those on the go. Try it you might like it.

I purchased already not working charger out of the box. not a few hours since opening I am back at the store and they will not accept return and only tell me to call a support line. No other form of assistance offered I had recipes and was within return policy.

I went to Best Buy yesterday to buy speakers for my record player. I had the speakers I wanted pulled up and they showed in stock for this store. My partner & I looked for about 8 minutes before we were approached & asked if we needed help. I showed the floor guy the speakers we were looking for and he said... cool! Stay here, I have no idea what that is. I'll be right back. We waited for 20 minutes, he came back and said someone else was looking and they'd be back to check in with us in 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes passed (we felt bad that they were putting in all this effort and wanted to make sure we stayed where they thought we would be!) and we finally just started looking on the other end of the store ourself. I found it in 3 minutes. I grabbed the speakers and walked past the workers "helping us" as they sat at the front desk talking to each other lol. This store is in complete disarray and the workers were unhelpful.

I tried to return an item to customer service that was 1 day past the return date but due to weird circumstances. The rude rep at customer service blew me off like it wasn't his problem, I asked him to speak to a manager and he denied me. Order online on Amazon, screw Best Buy! Amazon will let you return things and Best Buy is a dying company for a reason.

A follow up to my last visit and purchase at this store. I was wanting a dash camera and there were none on the shelves and what displays they had were all I had to go on what they sold. No sales person was around the entire time I was there to give me assistance on what makes one $100 more and various features. I was there for a good 20 minutes looking around for anyone in a Best Buy shirt. There was nobody except up at the cashiers by the front and CS counter. So I went to the cashier at the front of the store to buy the last Ring camera in the store and inquired about the dash cam. The clerk knew nothing but did tell me about the customer buy in program to get discounts on purchases that I'd never heard about. I ordered a dash cam and paid for it as well as the warranty and store buy in. She said it'd be a store pickup and would be ready on Friday. I've never ordered a store pickup item before and wasn't given any details other than show back up at the store. She didn't explain or give me an indication on how this was done. Friday arrived and I show up at the store and as I ironically entered the store, I received an email to say my order had been cancelled and product was returned and sold to another customer. I was furious as it was supposed to be ready for pickup and yet it was returned the day before. The clerk said I can buy another one and do a store pickup. so I repeated it back to him. You want me to buy another one and repeat this process when I've already paid for one that hasn't been refunded? You expect me to come in a third time and be out the $300 twice and still not leave with what I bought? Why was it returned and sold to someone else in 3 days? No answer. Now I'm not one to ask to speak to the manager type but this was outrageous to expect a customer to do. The manager came over and did whatever on his computer and said it'd be mailed to me in a few days and I didn't have to pay twice and come back to the store. The whole experience was one of the worst I've had shopping a higher ticket item here. Gone are the days of a helpful sales staff knowledgeable about their department's products. It's all very questionable why go to the store if you're not going to get assistance? Just order on their website and have it shipped. Don't waste your time going in person.

DO NOT come here for phone repairs. I made a reservation 2-3 days in advance to fix a scratch on my phone/ screen replacement. When i got there I was told they didn't have a screen for my phone and for them to order a new one, I would have to leave my phone there for a fews days until it arrived. I'd highly advise going straight to Apple if you have an iphone

Way to ruin Christmas BEST BUY. Please go to a different location I always have problems here and I just went to pick up my daughter laptop and Santa gift and they treated me like a criminal because they had cancelled it and didn't tell me and said they had me on video picking it up. (I bought my mom one two weeks prior) and when I went to just purchase it anyway the price had doubled in the two days it took for me to get it so my daughter was back in school and the manager REFUSED to honor it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVWR GO BACK. Until my husband comes home to give them a piece of his mind for treating me like that. Despicable. I'm soooo not a Karen just an angry mama who was just treated very poorly for NO GOOD REASON!

This is the worst establishment. I came to the store to buy a family a charger for an iMac, I got help and they assured me this was the right charger. I was living out of town for work and my wife works from home, so she needed an Apple charger. I'm not well versed in technology so I chose Best Buy for knowledge. Wrong. I came back 16 days later to return it and the guy said he couldn't return it because it's only 15 days. He walks away, I talk to the manager and the manager says too bad and to go back to back to the customer service desk and wait in line again. We can only do a an exchange of store credit for today. He then pointed to the customer desk and said go back and stand there and ignored me again. He was incredibly rude and I've never hated an employee so much. Anand is his name and he's the reason why Amazon is the way to go. This management has ruined south park meadows.

Terrible customer experience. I've been using the local best buy stores after signing up for their total tech membership. One of the first products I bought was a Nest Thermostat. They repeatedly don't show for appointments with all day time windows. So I sit at home and wait, but no one shows up. When they came, they broke my AC. I've made two dozen calls to different tech support numbers, been transferred to every department available, called the store and no one called me back, drove all the way back into the store and was promised resolution and a time frame but no one followed up or responded to my subsequent emails when trying to resolve. Easily the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Now I am paying out of pocket and will need to chase them down for reimbursement. Use Amazon and save the trip.

Purchased a television and was not offered a warranty. Went back another time to purchase AirPods, and was not offered to purchase apple care, they also did not add the free four months of Apple TV, News, and Music that was supposed to come with it. So I had to call customer service. They can't do anything for me, so I have to go back into the store. I specifically asked the cashier to add on the free items and she didn't.

Unhelpful staff, store policy is completely out of step with every other store I've worked with. I've spent thousands of dollars here on TVs and appliances but never again. After I was turned away from returning an unopened product because of a ridiculous 15 day return policy I will never buy anything again from Best Buy. I Should have just used Amazon like a regular person but thought it would be easier to just get from an actual store.

I am regretfully not able to remember the young man who helped me but he was really knowledgeable about televisions and their differences. He was able to make clear what you were paying for with each of the various priced models and brands and then really helpful getting it out of their warehouse area and to our car. Please note, I had to ask him for help as he was walking by and i said, "Do you know anything about tvs?" and he says, "a lot. Let me finish this task and I'll be right with you." I know not everyone there was a knowledgeable but he was great!

Worse customer service, management needs better training and customer service is the worse. Shop at Costco they at least follow their warranty guidelines . After a frustrating situation at this location I called to get assistance and the reps were very helpful and followed warranty. After my situation I was leaving the parking lot and the Best Buy guy pushed another woman who was also having an issue.

I just don't get it. Two and a half stars. Where is the love? I love Best Buy. I have never had an issue with this location. I have spent thousands of dollars on items here. High-end TVs, refrigerator, iRobot sweepers; you name it and I have bought it. If it is an electronic item. I have one. Cray cray lol. As a consumer, I do my homework. I read the reviews. I ask questions. I shop. I do my research. Before I dropped $5K on a refrigerator; washer and dryer; Dyson Vaccum; I did hours of research. Reviews and more reviews from across various websites. I love their buy online and pick up at the store. Easy service. Delivery to a location; always perfect. Never an issue. The wife has bought many TVs for staff Christmas Party. Again great service. I have only used the price guarantee once for a phone. While I did not use here at this location. I can see the various signs offering this service. Other than the purchase of my house and car. I spend a ton of money at Best Buy. They never disappoint. Just do your homework people.

I went on my lunch break to buy a drone $1000 left my wallet in my work truck. So I decided to order online for curbside so I could just grab my items once I was off work and go home. Long story short I placed my order at 5:45pm it's the next day and my order still is not available it still says "we'll email you when it's ready" clearly the app said it would be ready the same day. Oh and it won't let me change my item to "ship it instead" So I called bestbuy and their suggestion was for me to cancel my order (which I have already been charged for) buy it in store and wait 3-5 days for a refund on the original purchase ??????? Excuse me ???!!!! Next Day: waited on hold at least 30 minutes before I finally hung up. I just want my item but I can't afford to cancel and repurchase. So if I cancel I'll have to wait a least a week to go through the system and then repurchase. This sucks !!

My ac went out in July with temps over 100 degrees. The ac company determined that my nest thermostat was faulty. I decided to buy it at best buy using the curb service delivery. I ordered the thermostat about 10:30 am. Store opens at 11 am. I show up at 11:09 and checked in using the app. I waited and waited. I couldn't go inside because I use a wheelchair and just had surgery the day before and had to stay in my car. Called about 11:30 and finally talked to a live associate. He transferred me to the "front" and it rang and rang and rang and finally someone with a friendly voice came on. Unfortunately, it was from corporate, not the actual store. I told the person my issue and he said that stores are very low and staff and very busy and it might take a little longer. He suggested that I flag down a person and ask them to tell someone inside that I needed help. I tried doing that, but they just walked past me. Other people pulled up for curbside service and I told one woman that parked next to me that I had been now waiting for 45 minutes to get my order. I explained that I used a wheelchair and couldn't use it due to recent surgery. I told her she probably would be better off going inside to get her order. She did, and about 10 minutes later she got to her car and told me someone would be out with my order soon. I thanked her and almost an hour later, I got my curbside deliver. I know it's very hard to find employees now so customer service is really hard to maintain, but it is ridiculous that there is no way to make a call to talk to someone in management at the actual store. Why offer curbside delivery when it is so poorly implemented and ruins the customer experience? Good news is that my new thermostat solved the ac problem and my house feels comfortable again.

Very poor customer service. My husband bought a computer which didn't work from day one. When he tried to return it, they told him to let Geek Squad look at it. By the time he got it back from Geek Squad, it not only was still not working, but it was past the 15 day limit for returning the item. So now he's stuck with a computer that does not work. We will never do business with Best Buy again.

Asked where something was to a manager passing by. He just told me where it was instead of showing me and asking if I wanted assistance. Then I waited 20 minutes while no one was even close to coming up to help me. I had to go to the front and ask the security door person to have someone come help me get an item out of a locked glass case. Once I paid for the item I asked for a bag to carry it in and they said they didn't have any. Worst BestBuy I've been to, honestly.

So, Best Buy of Southpark, you and I have what I like to call a "sometimey" relationship. This isn't a good thing, honey. See, sometimes you're attentive and loving and friendly and I want to cuddle with you all day long. Then, other times, you're cold and unfeeling. It's like I am invisible and mean nothing to you. That hurts, Best Buy... I've given you a lot of my time and money. I must let you know that I will be seeing other Best Buys... maybe they'll be better to me. You lost out on a good thing.

Do better. I popped in to quickly get some Polaroid film, and had to stand in the customer service line, because they no longer have a checkout line. There is no separate line for purchases so I'm line for 20 minutes behind people who need repairs and returns and exchanges... I had to leave before making my purchase because I ran out of time.

My husband and I stopped here as he wanted to get a USB drive 64GB. He found what he was looking for and we then looked on Amazon (Best Buy will price match if it is Amazon sold products). At Best Buy the item was retailed for $89 and on Amazon it was listed as $14.16. We went to the cashier and they were shocked by the huge price difference. They tried to get it to work but there was an issue in Best Buy system. The lowest they could sell it to us was for $27. Umm no thanks. We went next door to Office Depot and they had it retailing for around $18 and honored the price matching for Amazon. What a rip off.

If I could rate them lower than a 1 I would. I had an appointment to get my phone screen fixed with apple care and was told it would take 45 minutes so they didn't have time even though it was an hour and a half before they closed. I asked why all the guy could say was "my manager said no so we can leave on time for closing." Why was I able to schedule an appointment and drive almost 45 minutes for the appointment to be told it couldn't be done due to time and that I should leave my scheduled appointment here and drive 20 more minutes down the road to another location where they might not have the parts or the availability to fix it. Literally so stupid and such a waste of time and gas. Wouldn't recommend the geek squad here to anyone:.

Poor customer service at the Geek Squad. I went there to fix a Tracphone and was told they couldn't help because they were slammed with appointments all day with only one person on staff. TV screen with the list of everyone's appointments showed the next one was at 230pm. It was 1140am. I told the lady on staff my phone stopped connecting to the internet over data but worked over WiFi. She sarcastically asked how do I know it wasn't connecting to the internet. Umm what? I'm a millennial, not an 80 year old. Then she says she's only certified to work on Apple phones not android. I'll accept that excuse, but could have just said that upfront..... they need to train their staff better.

We bought our tv in OCTOBER 2021, it's now FEBRUARY 2022 and they still have not came to swap out the defective tv they delivered and installed. I regret buying my tv from here SO MUCH. If you have any respect for yourself and dont want to visit best buy 20 times trying to get them to fix their mistakes, just avoid this store. CANCELLED

This store, at least the iPhone people, is awful. It wasn't always this way. I've purchased 2 iPhones from them and everything was smooth. This time (Oct '19) was a total nightmare. I was there from 2:20 - 6:05 - that's very close to FOUR hours. The sales rep was awful - he said he'd recently transferred into the store. He did everything extremely slowly, and he walked away from the sales counter repeatedly. I finally asked for a supervisor and the guy said he'd already called one. @0 minutes later, no supervisor. So I walked over to the complaint department and within 5 minutes had a supervisor. When a manager or supervisor was standing over his shoulder, the guy was semi-competent. Anyhow, it's a long story. Suffice to say get your iPhone somewhere else!!!!

Very helpful staff and a nice, clean and organized store. I went in just to look for a charger for my Samsung S3 Watch that I didn't bring for my trip. I was able to find out that you can use the Samsung Wireless QI charger and the stored carried plenty of them. We went on a Tuesday morning so there really wasn't a lot of people and we were able to find our product and pay for it right away. Pretty good overall experience.

I took off work and waited all afternoon for delivery and installation of dishwasher. Never showed. I would not have known they WEREN'T coming if I hadn't called THEM. I was not even on the schedule, although I got an email confirming my appointment today from 12 - 4. I called Geek Squad, who didn't have me scheduled at all, and gave me Home Depot's resolution department. I called them and they said I called the wrong number, but would try to help. I called Home Depot back and was rerouted to Geek Squad again. I was angry enough to spit nails. The poor young people who work for this incompetent company had the misfortune to hear me ranting about their amazingly bad customer service. They didn't know WHY I had not been contacted, or why my order wasn't being delivered at all. They offered to find out why. Why? I don't care why, that's their problem. They offered to reschedule. Are you kidding? I cancelled the order. Never buying an appliance from them.

To whom ever may even give half a shit about a Best Buy customer, I am absolutely 100% unsatisfied with your delivery and installation service. Tonight is the third attempt to install washer and dryer I purchased before Christmas. Attempt 1: No stacking kit included Attempt 2: Friday 12-30. Scheduled between 4 and 8 pm. No call received. I call at 730pm only to find out that the stack kit is on back order and not available till January 12. After discussion a kit is located at another store and will be there for me to pickup on Monday at store near me. I go to store Tuesday at noon. Stack kit is lost or issued to another customer. Another kit is located for me to pickup later that night. Attempt 3: scheduled for Wednesday 1-4-17. Confirmation call received day before for 4 to 8 delivery. I call at 730 again. Trucks behind but on the way. I call at 1055 to be transferred and then hung up on at 11pm phone service close time. No installation and no call from delivery or service tech You people have wasted my time energy and patience. I find this service to be unacceptable. I will never buy more recommend best buy. I will discourage family and friends from best buy. I will install this stuff myself. I have wasted enough time with you and returning everything is more hassle that I do not have time or patience to deal with.

I've had some good thoughts about Best Buy in recent years. I even forgave them for killing Circuit City. OK, that's a stretch. My tale goes that I have used the car audio bay for some small work. Basically, they did what I didn't understand. Good folks over there at store 749. Or was it 441? I had way less luck at some other stores in the area. Count this review as a double play aimed at two other BB locations. Due to difficulties at my favorite location, I called around to get the work done. One install bay flat refused to take the job for less than $50 plus supplies; another location, got two visits from me thanks to a sign that said they were closed on Tuesdays, but weren't. On my second trip, the doors are down so they are sitting in the bay doing absolutely nothing. Hey District Managers, make them mop the floors or something! I explained what I needed, and they wanted $79 plus supplies. The third store was booked solid and couldn't fit me in. But at least they were honest and willing to take the small job. That makes two locations were willing to do what I needed for some quick money. I ended up back at my favorite store this morning, and while my tiny amount of work was being done I scouted prices for Christmas gifts and made a few purchases. I not going to say that I spent thousands of dollars just to rub it in like some folks would; that's not me. I bought a DVD, and did some research for my mom on e-readers. You have to admit that every dollar counts in this economy, and I gladly spent my paycheck where I've done for many years at this my favorite location. 1229? The other two locations have the lowest customer count I've ever seen when compared to the favorite; wouldn't they take every dollar they could earn instead of refusing to take a paying job? Chillin' in your install bay playing Angry Birds? What are you install guys union? No stars if I've ever called such a thing. Rock bottom customer service.

Great customer support, all employees willing to help & knowledgeable. I came in to price match some light strips I purchased and it was such an easy process (unlike other major retailers that make you jump through hopes to price match). Not to mention, most things are in stock since everyone focuses on Amazon (barf).

My experience at Bestbuy. I buy a 32 inch TV and pay for it back in the TV section. I put the receipt in my wallet and walk up front to leave. The yellow shirt at the front door asks to see my receipt. I tell him its in my wallet and that is where it will stay. he says how do I know its paid for? I ask are you saying I am stealing it? and he say he doesn't know. I keep walking past him and he says he is going to call the police! I ask what for? not showing my receipt? I told him to fuck off and kept walking to my truck. Does Bestbuy think everyone is a shoplifter? Having to show my receipt after I paid for it just to be able to leave the store is something I don't agree with. I never show my receipt because I feel that I shouldn't be treated like a thief after just spending my money in the store.

Ahmed helped me today. I left my laptop charger at home in Dallas and needed to do some work today. He was patient in helping me find the right chord and headset as well. Sadly the ear buds I like are no longer available. Mine of 7+ years were stolen, that gives you an idea why most stores don't carry it anymore. I just don't like the new ear buds.

Most of my complaints have been fixed since my last visit where I gave it a poor review. I think the representatives at the store have really worked on their customer service and being courteous to customers that are having issues.

Been to this location twice now! First time to buy a refrigerator. It took a moment for someone to ask if we needed help. We let the gentleman know we were new to the area and we wanted a refrigerator for our new home! He was super nice. Let us know that they were running a deal extra 20% off all open box items! He helped us pick out a Samsung black stainless refrigerator that had a few scuffs on the side. You cant even see it in our house. We paid about $800 for a refrigerator that was worth well over $1400! The reason there is one star missing is because the ice is not coming down through the dispenser! They're going to have it fixed this week no charge, as we did purchase extended warranty. Otherwise great store!

They sent me an email at 913 that my curbside was ready. Nowhere on email did it state hours. Got to Best Buy and they didn't open til 10. How hard is it to list hours on an email.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased an open item Apple Watch Series 4 (GPS + Cellular) 40mm Gold Aluminum Case with Pink Sand Sport Loop Unlocked from bestbuy.com. My girlfriend didn't like the color so I went to the store to return the item but they said they have to charge me a $45 restocking fee b.c the item is open. I told them I bought it this way b.c it was already an open item. The Store manager said there is nothing he can do (or willing to do) (pretty disinterested in helping) and said it states on the website if cellular items are open and returned there is a fee. I reinforced that the it was sold to me as an open item and I never used it. In addition, the policy he was referring to is for new and unopened. I told him it doesn't say anything about an item that was sold as an open item. I called the bestbuy helpline to assist and they basically said yes you are right but they couldn't make the store manager override the fee. I asked to speak to her manager and have a copy of the phone recording transcript emailed to me, then the bestbuy rep said there is no one else for me to talk to.... but I reinforced that I want to speak to her supervisor then she said she will get her manager and to hold on the phone. I was on hold for over 1 hr and then the bestbuy rep just hung up the phone on me. Worst customer service ever and I will no longer be taking my business to bestbuy.

Guess why I did not buy my $2000 TV from you. Because you don't answer phone calls. I called throughout the day yesterday and I was put on hold each time for over 10 minutes I would just hang up. Your a big box store ANSWER THE PHONES

This is the second time I've driven up to Best Buy this year to purchase a Samsung Q80T 55 inch TV. Historically I preferred to buy my electronics from them. However this was the second time an employee told me that their price match guarantee didnt count for the online offer I got from Amazon. They also gave me lip that those sites on Amazon are scams and actually told me, "Good luck with that Amazon order, you're just going to lose you money." Glad to report that my second Damsung TV arrived and functions great today. Don't trust Best Buy's price match guarantee, I'm not sure they even actually offer that.
