When Is Amazon Prime Day 2019? | Eater

"A national electronics retailer that frequently offers competing prices during sales events, so some Prime Day gadget discounts may be available there as well and not unique to Amazon." - Ellie Krupnick

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Anthony Erazo and Shawn Satti! These two truly know their stuff when it comes to computers and building PCs. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel confident with your purchase. Their knowledge is top-notch, and the level of customer service they provided was outstanding. They were patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. If you’re looking to build a PC or just need expert advice, ask for Anthony and Shawn in geek squad —you won’t be disappointed!

I stopped in on 8/2/25 and was asked if I needed help and was directed to the mobile area to purchase a Galaxy Z Fold 7. The guy that walked over, Wilmer, looked like he couldn't be bothered to help me and made it seem like I was wasting his time. He didn't ask me any questions and I had to tell him everything I wanted. First he asked me if I wanted the 7 or the FE which is the Flip not the Fold, so he didn't seem too knowledgeable about the products. I literally had a Z Fold 6 in my hands and advised I wanted the Z Fold 7. After I explained I wanted the Z Fold 7 open box that was listed on their website, he told me, without even glancing at the cage behind him, that it was at the outlet store and they had closed at 6PM (It was 7:05). I showed him on the site where it was at their location and he just stared at me for a second and looked around. At that point I asked for a manager and then he walked away for about ten minutes and came back with another employee, a girl with glasses and tattoos. They looked through the phones in the cage and I heard her state that maybe it was in the back. After another five minutes, she came and told me they couldn't find it. She then proceeded to tell me that it was possible someone returned it and repurchased it, thus causing a computer glitch. She said these happen all the time. I explained that I had drove an hour and with the half hour I wanted and the return trip, I was out 2 and a half hours. She just kinda shrugged and I walked out. I called customer service and they advised that I could go there to pick up the phone and when I advised they did not have it, she told me I should be able to go back there and get it. I decided to just forget the whole thing. This, a long with another issue I had a year or so ago, will cause me to never step foot in this store again. Their customer service and attitude leave much to be improved on.

I was helped by Sebastian and he is very knowledgeable about the questions I had about laptops. I asked about Apple and Windows and he shared the different options. He always remained near as I walked around trying to make my decision. Once I chose the best option for me, he shared the pros of getting the Best Buy membership as well as providing information about Microsoft products. All in all a pleasant experience. My boyfriend also had questions about other video equipment and he was able to answer them too. I would certainly look to find Sebastian every time I need to make a purchase if I have any questions about anything in the store because he demonstrated to have ample knowledge about what the store sells. Best Buy should be proud to have employees such as Sebastian working there. If he is appreciated by the company as much as I do for his dedication to customer satisfaction, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him climbing the ladder to Management positions.

They will not honor their own warranties. I purchased headphones from this location and less then a year the headphones stop working. I took the headphones back in and was told I had to travel to another location for my warranty. This makes no sense. I will not be shopping here again. Do your research before shopping here or go somewhere else to purchase your products!

Went with my husband and kids two weeks ago. We were just looking to purchase an AC but after looking around and talking to a worker there we were convinced to buy a new fridge. The worker asked us what would we like and our budget. We gave it to him and after a while he found us the perfect fridge. My husband paid and everything was great. When the fridge was delivered it turned out that it didn’t have one of the qualities we specified that we wanted. I went to the store , a very nice girl helped me and everything was going great. She said that because of the inconvenience they would knock some money of the fridge that actually had what we wanted. When she called the manager “David” he said there was nothing for him to do. He explained that although it was their fault, I could either keep it or just return it. I explained that getting the fridge and then returning would be a huge inconvenience. We paid $300 to get a water line installed, we moved things around , got rid of our old fridge and having 5 kids it takes forever to get all this done. But after all this he said it didn’t matter to him cause he couldn’t help me. He told me to just return it and that was that. I just think this is horrible costumer service. And just a horrible experience. I wasn’t buying a chocolate bar or anything cheap. It was a big purchase at least for me and it was still treated like nothing. So for that we’ve decided to return the fridge and cancel our credit line with them and never purchase anything from there.

My experience at Best Buy was completely ruined by an employee named Jayla. She’s a redhead working in Appliances, and honestly, I’ve never encountered someone so rude, dismissive, and completely unqualified to be helping customers. From the moment I asked a simple question, her attitude was nasty — like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. It felt like I was annoying her just by speaking. Not only was she completely uninterested in helping, but she also didn’t know anything about the products in her own department. She gave vague, clueless answers, and when I asked for clarification, she acted like I was the one being difficult. She didn’t even try to get help from someone else — just stood there with an attitude like she had better things to do than help customers. It blows my mind that someone this unprofessional is even allowed on the floor. It’s one thing not to know something — it’s another to act like you're too good to care. Jayla shouldn’t be working in retail, period. Her behavior reflects poorly on the store and makes the entire shopping experience miserable. Best Buy, do better. Train your staff or replace them with people who actually want to work.
