I want to highly commend Lalo for his assistance today. He was patient and expert in helping us choose headphones for my daughter. I was also impressed by the overall store environment—it was clean and easy to navigate. The checkout process was incredibly fast, and the cashier did a great job highlighting promotions and warranty options. A very pleasant experience overall thanks to a great team.

Out of all the Best Buy’s I’ve been to lately I can say today’s visit has been the best. It was very busy since it’s right after Christmas. But I had the best service ever. I needed help finding a good camera and Brian answered all my questions. Brian was kind, helpful, and calm. I didn’t feel rushed. I hope there are more workers as kind as Brian. I felt very good making my purchase when I came with no knowledge. At the cash register Thalassa was very kind also. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

HUGE shoutout to Luis who took care of me during my last trip to the Burbank Best Buy! I had a ton of questions about purchasing a gaming monitor and needed help making the right choice for my specific needs. Instead of pointing to the most expensive or most popular monitor, Luis took the time to explain how different monitors could impact my gaming experience and the key specs to prioritize (he was so knowledgeable). He also used the display models to show me how these specs actually "show up" on the monitors, which was very helpful to me as I'm a visual person. Most importantly, he was VERY patient with me (I was all over the store, bouncing from one monitor to the next) and allowed me some alone time to consider my budget (lol) while checking in on me as needed. The five stars is for an associate named Ed in computers. I was supposed to receive a free 6 months of virus scan with my new computer purchase, which I didn't. I was on the phone for at least an hour with best buy customer service the previous day and kept getting transferred and not helped. Then, I went to the back to this store where I purchased it was transferred around the store to different people. I finally went up to an associate named Ed in computers, I talked to yesterday about my computer purchase and guess what? He knew exactly what he was doing! I was so excited because he was able to do an exchange and repurchase and add the free virus scan. It turns out someone was supposed to check a box when I purchased it to add the virus scan. So now I am all set! All employees on the phone and in the store should know what they're doing like Ed, because no one knew what to do otherwise and I wasted so much time previously. Thank you Ed!

Spent over 20 minutes in the checkout line because now they group people checking out with merchandise in the same line as people returning merchandise. Why would you do this? Have a separate returns counter like you use to have. I know you revenue is down to a measly 41 billion. Surely you could pay someone 20/hr to work a customer returns counter instead of grouping the returns with the checkout lanes. Waste of time purchasing any items in the store. Next time, if there’s gonna be a next time, I’ll order it online. But, probably not from Not so Best Buy.

The new and remodel Best Buy has brought back the old days of when going to Best Buy was an experience! During my Black Friday adventures I went to BB in Burbank and completely enjoyed it! I even spent a ton of money because of how the store was laid out. The have a Magnolia which has high end stereo. If you want the old school BB shopping experience - go to BB in Burbank or BBB. BTW the have an Best Buy outlet next door.
