While I was working in computer maintenance, a customer called me to report issues with his work computer and another one at his home. I went to his house and inspected the devices he had. I informed him that one of his computers was quite old and facing issues—mainly being very slow and having some internal fans that had stopped working. I performed the necessary maintenance, and the computer returned to its normal functioning. I also advised him to consider purchasing a new computer for work and another for home use, as the ones he had were over 10 years old. He agreed with the suggestion. I searched for good specifications and reasonable prices, and I found some great deals at Best Buy. I purchased a desktop and a laptop for him at very good prices. The staff in the sales/accounts department were very helpful during the process. The customer was very pleased with the new devices.

This is my 3rd time making the trek to this location for a big purchase that I could have easily bought online but wanted to test in person. Each time there have been no employees willing or able to help me. 3 times now I’ve gone in with the intent on buying but due to the helpless experience in store, I decided to spend my money with the manufacturer rather than give any money to Best Buy. What is the person of going in store to buy your tech when you don’t even get to have any of your questions answered. Very very disappointed and frustrated with this location and their staff.

WARNING TO THE PUBLIC AND BEST BUY: THIS LOCATION IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOUR BRAND. The employees here are absolutely TERRIBLE. They do not value customer service, and they definitely do not care about loyal, long-time customers who have supported Best Buy for years. Their attitude is indifferent, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. It’s no surprise this company is circling the drain — with staff like this, why would anyone want to shop here? This experience made it crystal clear why Amazon is winning. They understand service. Best Buy clearly doesn’t anymore. One employee even admitted to me that people are constantly quitting, and that they wanted to quit too. That says everything you need to know about what’s going on behind the scenes. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save your time, money, and sanity. It’s a shame — Best Buy used to be a great company. Now it’s just a shell of what it once was. No leadership, no standards, no care for the customer. Avoid this place at all costs.

Amazing Best Buy. Definitely one of the better ones in the DFW in terms of product offerings and quality. It was my first visit just to check out some items and I ended up buying so much that i probably didn’t need. However, just due to them having product availability I had to buy it rather than have it in my amazon cart for the next couple weeks.

I was having a problem getting wi-fi set up in our new home. I knew the theory of what to do, I just did not know how to do it. I made an appointment online for Geek Squad help from this Best Buy. It was easy. I received a phone call in advance that they were on their way on the day of the appointment. They showed up on time. I explained the problem. They immediately diagnosed what needed to be done and did it. It was fast and easy. They then checked all my locations for the mesh system to make sure they were optimized for wi-fi. Overall, the team was efficient and professional. They knew what they were doing. They solved my problem quickly and efficiently. The cost was $150, which I thought was reasonable because I would not have been able to solve the problem myself. That $150 covers as much time as they need to solve the problem. In my case, it was less than 30 minutes. But it could have been 8 hours and that is covered the flat fee. No complaints and was very pleased. I would use Geek Squad again.

This was by far the worst repair experience I've ever had. I dropped off my PS5 to be repaired, and not only did I deal with terrible communication the entire time, but I never even got my console back. Every time I tried calling for updates, I either got no answer or was given vague, unhelpful responses. Weeks went by, and I was still left in the dark with no clear explanation of where my PS5 was or what was happening with the repair. At this point, I've had to escalate the situation and contact Progressive just to try and resolve it. It's unacceptable to leave a customer without their property and provide zero accountability. I would not recommend trusting this place with something as valuable as your console.

I experienced horrible service in the appliance department today. She was very rude and not helpful. I went in asking for a repair and was told by the lady that I can't repair. I spent over $5,000 on appliances with Best Buy, What's the point of a warranty if I can't use it. I did further research and found someone to repair for $30.

Very disappointing experience at Park Lane store. Went in to purchase a new Pixel phone. Once I traded mine in, I was then informed the phone I wanted was not available in any of their stores! So very sorry that I purchased here as forced me to be without a phone for 3 days!! Management made excuses but no offer to help me....Last tiip ever there!

During the storm I lost my Fride, Washer - Dryer and one TV. After weeks of dealing with repairman, electricians, insurance and etc. I decided to shop Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy. I ended up choosing Best Buy due to 24 months finance, good prices. After waiting in the store for over 30 minutes on Park Lane, I finally got a sales person who actually was very good. I bought everything I needed within probably 45 minutes and got on the 24 month plan. The problem is the delivery service! My washer and dryer was supposed to be delivered on July 9 and the team showed up without the side vent install kit which I have paid for. It was rescheduled to July 17 and they no showed. it was rescheduled until July 20 and I got a call that they could not deliver because they didn't have a second person to stack my units now is supposed to be delivered Saturday, July 27, stay tuned!

I tried to return a TV mount and fire stick that was unopened. I was 18 days past the purchase date and they would not let me return it because it was outside of the 14 day return. Boxes unopened. Very frustrated. This is why we shop at Amazon and not Best Buy.

First of all Gus doesn't care how a customer is treated, unless you're from Highland Park. He thinks calling you anything but "Sir" or "Ma'am" if you're not well dressed. He told me that "they wouldn't let someone like you (speaking of myself) into Highland Park!" How the hell does he know how rich or poor I am? He said that calling you "Dude, Buddy or Man" is cultural and that has to be respected!! How about Gus respect customers and not demand that his customers respect his staff's "culture"? Gus got upset with me because I wouldn't call him sir. He said that I was disrespecting him! Gus wouldn't let me talk to store manager, because "they don't have a store manager... they have a manager who has about six words in his title! The reason why Gus wouldn't let me talk to the store manager, is because he's in a "very important meeting, with very important people! Who are more important than you!" A customer is a customer not matter if they are spending $1 or $10.000. This started because they wouldn't honor the price of an item that was different than the price on the shelf. Gus kicked me out, he said that if I returned, they would have me trespassed from the store. Gus, you need to learn that a little bit of respect goes a very long way. If you treat customers with respect and kindness, they will tell one person. You treat them in a bad way, they will tell everyone. When I'm treated right, I am loyal and I will sing your praises. You have earned nothing but shame. This is not your first time of being called out by a customer you treated badly. I will never go back to your horrible store.

Just bought a pack of air duster for my computer. It was a pack of two dusters. NEITHER OF THEM WORKED. I decided to return them an hour after buying them and was REFUSED a refund. I delivered the deflective product and the receipt - again, I had purchased it an hour before. It was $20 bucks and not the end of the world but their policy is to NOT stand behind their products. THIS IS A BIG DEAL! So I drove out to Midway Road to MICRO CENTER and purchased one can of their comparative product. (It was less than half the price) The Clerk was friendly and instructive and assured me if it was defective to be sure to come back for a refund. So I decided to buy a new monitor and some drives. I live across Central from Best Buy and will never set foot in there again - By the way, when I got home the Micro Center product was excellent Go figure. Do yourself a favor - Best Buy doesn't honor its own products -

Absolutely the worst best buy in existence and thats after going to the one on midway the one in plano, allen, garland and Irving so I can attest the service level at this location is prime example of why many BB locations have been shut down and this one should be next because the workers here clearly do not value their jobs! The young black guy at the front is always talking to other workers not greeting and when asked a question its answered like hes being bothered then the lil hispanic girl at customer service should be trained on eye contact when dealing with customers. No one ever helped me in the television section so I ended up ordering it in store online and picked it up at the counter. Pathetic

Have pretty much never received worse customer service in my life, and that's coming from an AT&T customer. Here was my situation: I bought a refurbished Xbox Series S with a refurbished controller included. First I was assured they would mail me a replacement controller, *I* had to call back after a day to confirm that was a mistake/lie after never receiving a confirmation email. Then the next person told me I would get an exchange in-store no problem. So I took the time to drive 25 minutes to my closest Best Buy, Park Lane. I go to customer service and I am told I can not get my controller refunded. I can not get it exchanged. I would have to return both my xbox (which works fine) and my controller AND then I would have to pay the difference in value between the bundle I was offered and a new Xbox and new controller separately, not bundled, to get new ones. Oh and top of that, they're out of stock of Xbox and couldn't genuinely offer me that bullshit offer anyway. I explain why that's obviously not a reasonable solution. Frankly I cannot afford it. I waited patiently to find an Xbox deal so cheap and available, it sold out in hours, this price point is why I bought it in the first place. The woman then had the audacity to tell me I have to reach out to Xbox if I want a refund for a product they didn't even sell me. A product that was "Geek Squad Certified". I've reached out in about 5 different ways. Nobody has offered me help or sympathy at that hell hole. So I suppose the answer now is just to review bomb them and do my best to expedite the process of them going bankrupt. This is the first major company I've ever bought a product from, it immediately doesn't work, I immediately alert them it's faulty, and then their response is essentially "fuck you, you bought it." I hope Best Buy sees this and realizes they should just do right by me, but that'll never happen. So frankly, fuck Best Buy. Fuck that Park Lane employee. Fuck the Geek Squad. And fuck anyone at that company that reads this message and chooses to do nothing about it like the big ole pieces of shit that you all are. Cheers!

Let me paint a picture of the worst TV buying experience. If you want to buy a TV, I recommend literally any other location instead of this one. You go to Best Buy to purchase a TV, you call to inquire about the TV and they tell you they have an open box TV. They disclose that some things are missing but the TV is in "perfect" condition. The person that you speak on the phone assures you of what actually comes with a listed open box. "Yes the TV has the box, the remote and the power cable... it is missing the TV stand and the mount" You're thinking, ok no problem you have a mount anyways... You show up to Best Buy to purchase the TV. You pull into the lot for store pick-up. Inform them that you are here. You wait 20 minutes and nothing. You go into the store, frustrated. You wait in their customer service line for another 20 minutes, people are walking by ignoring you are even there. Finally someone stops to talk to you. They tell you that your open box is not as advertised on the phone. It's just the TV and that they lost the items because they are remodeling. You want to pay less, because there are more things missing and then what was said on the phone and now you will have to purchase them. They claim that the people that handle the phone "have no idea what they are talking about". Really? Don't they work for Best Buy too? Nah, they say you have to call the store to find out what's going on... only thing is... you CANT. They won't allow you to call the store directly. Instead they will send you to the incompetent service agents at their call centers. More on that later. You are promised that the TV is in working condition. Have they tested it? Nope.. if it was sent to them it should be working.... You are told that you can get a remote & cables for free from another Best Buy because they usually have some stock... but this one is remodeling which is why they don't have it. You end up repurchasing the TV for 10% off with now double the amount on your credit card. Finally, after an 1 hour and 30 minutes later you have your TV. Off to go get your remote and cables from the other Best Buy. You go to the other Best Buy 20 minutes out of your way. They are confused why someone would say that they can offer original parts for TV. They don't have any. Jokes on you. Another 20 minute trip wasted and another 30 minutes home. Ah it's whatever, we'll just buy a cable and I'm sure we have a universal remote lying somewhere right? Another journey to purchase the cable, finally home. Let's get this bad boy running. You take the bubble wrap off of the TV and there is a crack staring at you right in the face. The same TV THAT THEY SWORE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE SCREEN. Listed on the sticker it states... cracked screen. So now... they lied to you, wasted your time but who cares. As long as the TV works right? You plug it in, and you can see the pictures that I saw below. How upset would you be? You put it back in the car and bring it back to Best Buy, frustrated you ask for them to bring you another open box as they have one in Plano so they can replace your TV. You spend another hour and a half trying to return the TV as it took a while for you to speak with the great manager, Gus I believe was his name. He says nope, not his problem that the customer service agents on the phone promised you a TV in a specific way... they have "NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT". So that's the customers fault? The customers fault that Best Buy's own employees refer to the off shore call centers as incompetent. How was I compensated? By being threatened to deny the return and lose my money all together if I didn't just take the return and leave. You want to call Gus's incompetent support agents to complain about service? Good luck. Melanie (who will promise you compensation and an apology escalated call back in 24-48 hours), Zakia Johnson (who will talk over you and not listen), Zach (who will give you false expectations on what's in the store), Baby will just waste more of your time. They finally got me on the phone with a supervisor who claimed that I was a liar and that they never were going to offer me compensation. Please, go to Walmart, Facebook Marketplace, or even Craigslist before giving this sad establishment any of your money. They don't care about the customer here, you're just another number to them. You call support, no one will take care of you. What they did was wrong and they don't care how they treat you. I'm case they haven't noticed, making false product claims, even if it is from there incompetent support team... is classified not only wrong but illegal.

I tried to return a case to this location with my receipt as a total tech member and they refused because it was two days past the 60 day policy after spending 2500 on the laptop here the case I was not about and it was 100 for that case they would not give me back my 100 so ridiculous MATTHEW the supervisor could care less and was not willing whatsoever to help me and kept walking in circles with the policy it made no sense he kept saying he could then couldn't total airhead. I will never buy another electronic from this store also their remodel makes it absolutely the worst shopping experience of my life

Apparently the location received a remodel...it is horrible. It feels extremely crowded with different fixtures and displays of third party companies and they have no inventory. No sales associates to help out, if they're some they seem to hide or stray from helping customers so no customer service as well. There is always only ONE employee ever working the registers and bless her heart she needs a raise because this is ridiculous. Every time I come in it's the same employee with a line of 10 customers waiting for help. It seems she works both check out and pick up by herself. I believe her name is Fina or Phena. And every time she always manages to bring that line down on her own and she also has the best customer service. Be better Best Buy you're the only electronic store so you have no competition, let's get it together. Hire better, train better, staff better.

This store is annoying me right now. I've had other problems in the past but since I paid for their stupid Total Tech Protection I usually try to make my purchases here. Today, I went in to buy a set of computer speakers and a battery backup. Did my research, came to a decision on what I want, went to their app and checked to see if it was in stock at this store. All systems go. I head in, and grab the speakers, and now I'm walking around looking for where the battery backups are and can't find them. I finally manage to flag down an associate who points me in the direction of where they are, but doesn't stick around to make sure I find what I need. So I look around, and the one I want isn't there. So now I go looking for another person to help me. In the process of this, I literally watch a guy bring his dog in the store and the dog immediately takes a gigantic dump on the floor. An associate brings the guy some paper towels but doesn't stay to help clean it up either. I finally find someone to ask if they have the model in stock and he points me to the direction of where the battery backups are, back towards the steaming pile of poop. I tell him that model isn't up there but the website says it's in stock, can you go look? Eventually he returns but says they don't have any. I suggest ordering it and having it shipped to me. He then says he'll check the stock of other stores and I can go pick it up there. I finally had enough. Either ship it to me or I'll just buy it from Amazon and it will be at my house tomorrow. It's not that hard Best Buy! Take care of the customers you have left or you will go the way of many other electronics retailers before you! I can order from Amazon, B&H or even drive an additional mile or two to Microcenter. But I came to you, don't make me regret that decision. I really think the dog taking a dump In the middle of the sales floor is a great analogy for my last several interactions with this store.

BEST BUY Canceled My Total Tech Membership without me Asking The option of zero stars was not an option so they got one star without it being warranted. Best Buy cancelled my Total Tech Membership without me requesting it to be cancelled. I had almost a month left on my membership and planned to purchase a car stereo and have the radio installed as a part of the plan. When asked why my membership was cancelled, the person told me that he was reading from the notes and he was sorry for my experience. Then, he asked me if I had purchased the car stereo yet. I told me no. He told me I could purchase the stereo and the new plan at the same time and I was assured then that I would be able to have the memebership. Best Buy does not want white people as managers, and I guess that goes for the customers as well. If this is how they treat their "white" customers, then maybe they can move to Mozambique. Now, off to google Best Buy's competitors to give them some loyalty and business.

I am a traveler and needed some last minute supplies, so I bought a DSLR stabilizer and some batteries online during my layover at the airport and these guys had my order ready so quickly! The guys helping me were super kind and quick to help, and actually helped me find a better deal on some batteries I was interested in. Super grateful. Thanks so much guys!

I haven't shopped at this store in a minute. My BF has made a couple online purchases to be picked up, and I was the pick up-ee. They cannot make the process easier for you. There are a few parking spots for people picking up stuff right up front. Woohoo. You walk in and turn to your right and that is where you are scanned to pick up your orders. If you are the pick-up person they will ask for your ID and they scan it to make sure you are whom you say you are. You get your stuff and you are out of there! Both times it took all of about 2-5 minutes car to car. I am a fan.

Pretty average franchise to get electronics from. The car pick up is pretty nice, but it can get very busy - I've had to wait up to 1.5 hours before due to how crowded it is. It's nice not having to enter the store to get something you bought online.

After reading "the heart of business" by Best Buy's CEO on the focus on customers I had high expectations and hopes to purchase more product from Best Buy. I purchased one of their Insignia TVs to be used as a monitor for my Mac mini. However suddenly it stopped working. I went back to the store / service desk to see if it was the tv itself or the remote that had failed. They would not touch it or provide any assistance. I'll take my business to MicroCenter up the road which appears to have a service department that cares or to Amazon. I prefer to support brick and mortar stores to keep them in business but if they (Best Buy) don't care why should I support them. Take your business elsewhere.

first off the customer service is awful. Tried to change out cell phone accessories with a warranty that was already paid for the customer service. Try to charge me extra when I explained to them about the warranty. They said I was wrong even though I've had this warranty over a year and I've changed out several times before and no issues Manger GUS needs to be trained on common sense, ethics, and definitely understanding of Best Buy policies so if you are going to this store in particular keep going further this is not the store to go if you wanted to be valued as a customer or heard as a human being

Service is terrible it's a bunch of high schoolers running the store. There's no service in customer service. Just a really long line of the blind leading the blind. They also have like 0 supply. I didn't expect much from a big box electronic store but the bar is in the basement.

Won't shop here again. They can't deliver a washer i purchased more than a month ago. Delivery delayed 5 1/2 more weeks. Little to no empathy from customer service or sales people. It's a shame BB couldn't be proactive during this, and instead makes their customer jump around to find their own solution. Luckily they have a pandemic to fall back on. With supply limited, they know i can't go elsewhere and have to rely on BB. You win this round BB, but I'll not be spending my money with you ever again. Dueces!

Do not purchase anything from here that you will need to have delivered. Me and hubby dropped a ridiculous amount of money on a TV (which we also looked at at Nebraska FM) to have delivered to our new place, we were given a date and a time frame of how long we'd have to wait around at home that day and went about our day. Fast forward to Monday. Our window was 10-6PM and the TV was never delivered. We never received a call or not even a heads up (my husband took off of work for this day, and ended up missing out on a days worth of work). We called around to see what had happened and we were greeted with "we don't know what happened, something with the payment (we paid.. cash.. got the receipt to show for it) let's reschedule for Friday" Friday comes around, we were given a 7AM - 2PM window and ONCE AGAIN, TV never arrived. At this point we're done and we called about getting this fixed and refunded because we've lost out on work and time, a guy in customer service apologizes once again, and informs us that correct compensation would be given for our wasted time and promises they'll call Saturday to set this up. WELL, Saturday comes fast of course. We never get a call like we were told that we would. So we call once again, and we're told we can't get any help with the issue until we RESCHEDULE the delivery and physically receive it. We're done with BEST BUY. arranged for a refund which they informed will be 10 days through the mail (HA! Funny how quick they are to take your money but aren't able to give it back just as fast) If you want to pay out money for things and expect for them to be delivered then I STRONGLY suggest to not shop at Best Buy, please don't end up like us, we got the run around for a whole week. Back to NEBRASKA we'll go - who mind you, don't have the best turnouts either, but their customer service is way more thoughtful and they won't delay your time or money like Best Buy. You'd think during a Pandemic where sales aren't as high or frequent that they'd be a little more appreciative. Obviously not. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE, or you'll regret it!

No one ever believed that Circuit City, Radio Shack or Sears would go out of business but they all had one thing in common - they forgot that their customers were the most important element of their business. I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from this store in 2022. A refrigerator, giant TV, Soundbar, etc. and I also purchased their Total Tech Service. After they refused to hang my TV, I paid off my credit card in full and will never do business with them again until the have a going out of business sale. When Best Buy closes it's doors, they will wonder how it happened, but I won't ever wonder. I will know why.

I purchased a nest learning thermostat ($250), a yale assure smart lock ($240), & a nest thermostat trim kit ($15) after the store floor rep told me I needed the trim kit plate for the thermostat I went in to purchase. I installed the thermostat and the nest thermostat I purchased came with the trim kit in the box. So I went in to return the extra trim kit I have ZERO use for and they want to tell me the serial number on the item and on my receipt don't match as if its my fault/issue? (It's a piece of plastic not a device?) Why would a piece of plastic need a f****** serial number? They wouldn't accept the return unless I paid $50 for a best buy + membership. The item was $15 I just want my money back for something I have no use for and was told I needed it for the thermostat. At this point I understand that it is only $15, but what the f*** is this crap.

I used to work in this area so would come to this location quite a bit. To me, it always seemed less crowded than the other stores. I most recently came to do curbside pick up (no going in due to COVID). It was mother's day weekend so it was a little busy. They had plenty of workers outside of the store directing traffic and answering questions. All the employees had PPEs on and used hand-held devices. I pulled up to a numbered spot and checked in on the Best Buy app and within minutes an employee came out of the store with my product. They seemed to be taking COVID seriously and appears to have trained their employees well. The guy that came out with my product approached the passenger side window (where no one was sitting) and waited for me to take the window down. Then he placed the product in the empty seat and thanked me. Very easy and quick process. Would recommend doing curbside pick up.

Best Buy online order DO NOT BUY - Up until now, I was very satisfied with Best Buy. I've bought many products from them everything from smart watches to speakers, laptops, etc. However, they have screwed me tremendously. I recently placed 2 separate pre-orders through them for The Child 11 inch plush. Now, this is a hot item because of its popularity. I was planning to give these to my baby cousins. Where it went terribly wrong...first, I receive an email that there was a delay. Fine. This can happen. No worries. Then, they email me weeks later that the delay email was sent by error and it will be sent by the original delivery date. Good news. Then, I get an email that both my orders were cancelled for no reason. Keep in mind that I placed my orders about ~5 months ago and only now do I hear about the cancellation. Given the demand of this product, it is now sold out everywhere, in which back when I placed the order, I could've ordered it elsewhere while available. Now, Best Buy screwed me big time. Insult to injury, I just received another email that the cancellation was made by error and I can reorder the products through a link. I click the link and it says the product is sold out. How does a company your size not exactly know the quantity of how much your customers can order and you joke and tease by back and forth emails, which in the end you say, "thanks for pre-ordering with us almost half a year ago, we can't match the demand so we'll cancel your order for a full refund. No harm, right? Whom would've received your present doesn't want it or need to get it right?". Good job Best Buy. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, BEST BUY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND TEASING TO AN ALREADY WORST EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM FOR ANYTHING. This won't be the last time they do this. Go buy on AMAZON as they'll actually commit to your order.

This is the worst BB I've ever been to. The service is terrible and the employees seem more willing to avoid you until you leave than actually help you. I will avoid this BB like the plague in the future. In fact if it were between going to this BB and losing my job, I'd start sending out resumes. If a guy was holding hostages on a bus and was going to blow them up if I didn't go to this BB, I'd start apologizing to the victims families. If this BB had the last part needed to build the rocket to escape earth before a comet destroyed us all and I had to go pick it up, humanity would be doomed. This Best Buy sucks.

Do NOT waste your time or $$ here - or any Best Buy! (unless it is cheap and can carry it out) Badly managed store & company! Ghetto, slow working, no knowledge, uncaring staff. Last time, I waited 30 min - to be told staff are "not allowed" to tell about brands, or know much. Even the white mgr said they cannot know everything & wont help! 8/2023, lots of staff walking, but do not have time to offer help or answer questions - they said! They run away. A front guy, Jamal, had no clue about products, but barely checked if something was in stock. He said they only focus if you are buying today! He oddly asked if I worked. Staff are arrogant, know nothing, waste your time, and easily lie and belittle you - the customer! Staff get paid but are trained to help or care.

I would recommend staying away from ANY Best Buy. I have been trying to place a simple order and have the products delivered and installed for over a year. It's a simple order: A monitor, a monitor stand and a docking station. If there was ANY other game in town, I think this company would shut down. There customer service and sales associates were absolute jerks. I am filing complaints with everyone I can find.

I got a MacBook Pro 14 inch for Christmas a couple weeks after I got the product I found a chip in the display after talking to Best Buy customer support over the phone and I was under the impression that I would get a brand new MacBook for zero dollars but I went to Best Buy to exchange mine for a new one. They said that I would have to pay $344 for a new computer which has the exact same MSRP of my old one so we're at $344.going this is unacceptable Best Buy, you need to fix it.

Be careful when ordering for store pickup this 2nd time this has happened at this location. Place order was supposed to get email in one hour two hours came and went no email, call store does not let you speak with someone. Drove to store was told store had not received my order gave the order number they then told me they were out of item. Asked then to transfer my order to their Midway store only to be told I had to do it. Transfer order went to store went to store and again they had not received my order told me I could cancel my order and purchase. Even when Park Lane store was able to Pull up my order and try to fill when they had not received my online order. So I have now been charged twice and told they can't refund my online order I have to request a refund for the online order and that can take 7 to 10 days business days for the refund to be processed

I'd like coming to this location and for this particular visit I was picking up a printer for my boyfriend. It did not take me long to find the printer as everything is labeled well in the store, the price matched what I saw Online and even if I needed help there were plenty of people working to Assist me . I do not recall the name of the gentleman that helped me looking for charging cables for my android phone but he was very helpful because I walked right by the area Inge's didn't see I was I where are the cables ala Alex right here and he just walking by I'm sure he had other things to do in who is right now it's right here he show me a couple of on and although I did not purchase one, I now know where to get you next time I'm in there . I'll be back soon.

One star because there isn't a lower rating. I absolutely dislike having to post a negative review and always give benefit of doubt. This trip is the exception. Went in with a friend who had completed a lot of research on which laptop she wanted. As we looked around, a few associates would ask if we needed help and then walk off before we could answer. This happened five times. They not only walked away, but walked out of the area. For seven plus minutes, there was none in the computer area. So I went to the near by Geek Squad Area and asked they send someone. Three minutes later, an associate shows up. It is a busy store, and there were a lot of sales associates around in small groups talking to each other, not customers. I noticed lots of displays in poor state of maintenance, stocking locations out of product and trash on floor. I began to wonder if there was any desire to help customers or if management was even around. We showed him the model and told him we wanted one. There had been some showing on hand the night before. He walks off to check inventory. (What happened to the days of being able to use the stores' computer to check so you don't leave a customer alone?) He comes back four minutes later to inform us there aren't any in the store and we could go to another store. Our thoughts were we need to find this somewhere else. As we left, I spoke with the store manager about the experience and was really disappointed that he wasn't concerned about our observations or that his store had missed a sale.

Finally, asked for help from the entrance male with little English & kept asking what I wanted to buy instead of getting help. Back in line in phone area. A no emotion teen male said they are not allowed to tell about products. He ripped his name tag off when I asked his name! Asst mgr said to research it myself since they don't know everything! A worst store with staff who get paid to do nothing.

Clean and well organized. Plenty of staff available to assist if needed. Will price match items from the internet. Bathrooms are clean and readily accessible. Great place to grab CD's and DVD's. Has a built in "phone center" for any phone needs including screen protector installation. Accessible from the service road of 75. Plenty of parking.

If I could give 5 stars for how amazing Anthony was I would. He was so honest and had such a great attitude and customer service it was amazing. He helped us from start to finish, didn't try to up sell me, took initiative and priced matched everything I was buying. He was seriously great. Now on to the manager who needed to stop buy to verify a price match, guy with the extremely too small of a shirt... smacking his gum. Anthony asked him a question about printing out receipt, mind you the manager was 2 feet away.. he completely ignored the question and continued to text.. then walked away. Alrightyyy...we moved along and thanked Anthony once more for all his help, made our way to the door for the security to check my bag. To say that this guy was one of the snarkiest condescending a hole is an understatement.. End of my rant. If you go to Best Buy I highly highly recommend working with Anthony.

I'm done with this place. Bought a returned sound bar online, and went to pick it up. They couldn't find it, so I left while they looked for it and said it would be at the front when I returned. Drove back four hours later and they had to go look for it again, and certainly it was not at the front. They finally plopped down a filthy sound bar and sub-woofer, without the remote that was supposed to come with it. I wouldn't have paid $50 at Goodwill for it. Manager on duty basically told me to love it or leave it, so I cancelled the purchase. I'll take my business somewhere else.

Do not use Geek Squad to set up your new computer and move data from the old one. The tech they sent totally botched the job--data not moved or lost. Peripherals not working correctly. When I went to the store to try and get it fixed, i was told I had to call for a "re-do." After thirty minutes on hold, the guy said he would call me back about scheduling, hung up, and of course I heard nothing more. I used an individual tech guy who corrected most of the problems, but I couldn't get a refund for the $250 I paid the Geek Squad. Avoid them at all costs.

Great Beat But location, well run with a friendly staff. BB is the gold standard in big box retail, try any other store and you can barely find a teenager to help you. At BB they seek you out and offer help and go find answers to questions if they don't have them
