Best Event Rentals

I had a great experience with Best Event Rentals and will use again. They have a wide variety of items that will make parties or events fun and unique. I rented the dual slushy machine and two inflatable games for an event at my work, all were a success! . They were easy to work with, knowledgeable and notified me ahead of time for drop off and pickup times. Cheyenne in the office was helpful and patient with my multiple questions, many of them last minute. The men who did the drop offs, setup and pickup were friendly, respectful and quick! I'd recommend them to others and will use again for future events.

Our experience with Best Event Rentals in Fort Collins, CO was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The farm table we rented was delivered to our garage the day before Thanksgiving, and when we went to set it up, it was immediately clear that one side of the legs was broken. The table would not safely stand upright. The underside showed obvious damage: splitting wood and a metal bracket shifted out of position, preventing the legs from locking securely. We attempted to call the company as soon as we discovered the issue, but they had closed early due to the holiday. When the table was picked up on the next business day, I informed the delivery crew of the damage. I also contacted the company directly, explaining that the table had arrived broken and was completely unusable for our event. We took and submitted clear photos showing the condition of the table. The response we received was both dismissive and unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the representative told us: “As for the table I will call the owner about it as she looked at it along with the delivery crew and warehouse crew. From what everyone is saying so far the table did not go out like that and at this point I cannot refund the table.” That message was sent on Monday. It is now Friday, and we have received no further communication, no follow-up, and no resolution of any kind. In short, the company delivered a damaged table, failed to provide timely customer service, refused to take responsibility despite photographic evidence, and then stopped communicating altogether. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and we will not be using this company again. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for reliable rentals and professional service.

Couldn't have better things to say about this rental company. We used Best Event Rentals for our wedding this past weekend and they did not disappoint. We worked with Amber and John. The equipment has been taken care of, is of high quality & they even helped us out with some last minute additions. We used pipe and drape, coolers, cocktail tables and chairs! The price is the best in town for what we got!

The people at Best Event Rentals were easy to work with, and quite responsive. While there appeared to be some miscommunication between the office staff and those that delivered the orders, Amber was quick to pivot and make sure that our day was what we needed it to be. The people who delivered our sizeable order (I can't remember their names) were efficient and made sure that things looked beautiful. Thanks for making our day beautiful and one to remember!

Very happy with the service! We rented chairs and a stereo system. Good communication, they delivered the chairs and stereo system for us and did a great job setting up. We had to change the timeline last minute and they were able to accommodate us which was so helpful!

This past weekend I hosted my 70th birthday party. Best Event Rentals provided the round tables, serving tables, chairs & tablecloths. Working with Paige was very pleasant. She assisted in making sure I had everything that I needed. The team who made the delivery were on time & very cordial in dropping the items off & picking them up.

We rented a couple of fog machines for a wedding. They were pretty expensive but we were excited to use them. The bad news is that when we turned them on the smell was so unbearable that we couldn’t keep them running. This was beyond any kind of fog machine smell I've encountered, like a cross between a bad fart and a toxic chemical. When we talked to the business about this they were nice but refused any kind of discount. It’s just a bummer to spend so much and not be able to use what we rented. They revealed that the machines have just been sitting unused for a year and are only cleaned when someone returns them which might be the issue.

Best Event Rentals were very easy and efficient to work with. Their prices are comparable and perhaps even a little lower than other local rental companies. The delivery and pick up were on time and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful wedding celebration for our daughter.

Best Event Rentals is great. I only needed to rent chairs, but ended up renting some carnival games as well. Their prices are great and the games made the event fabulous. Their delivery team is super helpful and very conscientious with everything they dropped off and picked up. Could not ask for anything more. I would use Best Event Rentals again. This is an addition to my previous review on 5/29/22. I almost never write reviews unless they are positive because people make mistakes and I understand that, but this is crazy. Guys - this company charged us for tables and linens that WERE not delivered, but appear on the invoice that we paid for and THIS is the response from the "manager". And I'm sorry, who has two employees listening to a conversation, LOL! Oh, and as an even weirder side note, we have been told for weeks that Brittany was out with COVID because we weren't getting a response from her. But somehow she magically appeared to listen in to this conversation? I think not! Please save yourself the hassle - you can clearly see below how they solve problems. Oh, and my "threat" was that I was going to dispute with the credit card company and file a complaint with the BBB. This was clearly their mistake, but I have gone round and round with them. I have no idea who this person is as they have yet to identify themselves (I'm sorry, that's weird too!) Doesn't this sound like a company you want to deal with? Oh my gosh - I would NEVER hire them for a wedding. We did NOT cancel these tables - the caterer required them, but instead ended up paying $200 to buy them and the linens to go with them and had zero cocktail tables and unused centerpieces. This is the most bizarre experience I have ever had with a company! Mistakes happen - they could have so easily made this right. And this wasn't a crazy-expensive rental. Seriously - it was not worth their time, effort and bad reviews to not refund what was not delivered. But instead they have blown us off, insulted us, called us liars and not followed through with what they said they would. This is the latest from this anonymous "manager" - Is this the response you would like to get from a business? "Okay yes I do have evidence that you cancelled items. As a matter of fact I have two witnesses that were listening in on the conversation that your husband had with Brittany where he had cancelled the items himself. I have proof that you paid the cancellation fee and it is on your contract that your husband had signed. There will be no more threats because we printed every email ever time we went in our system and changed your items and what day and time it was that the items were either changed or cancelled. If you would like I can send you the pictures to your personal phone so you can see it for yourself or you can come in and take a look at them in person. I rented a chocolate fountain from Best Event Rentals for a sorority event, and I would definitely recommend this company! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and they offered to come out to our event if any problems with the machine occurred. The chocolate they provided was delicious, and we got nothing but compliments from the people at the event.

Best Event Rentals did a great job of providing everything I needed for my wedding. They arrived on time the day prior to the wedding and helped setup everything where it needed to be. Thanks for everything!

We rented a tent, tables & chairs for an event on a Sunday. BER don't deliver on Sundays so they delivered it on Saturday at no extra charge. We were missing a piece for the tent so we called the emergency number and they brought the piece out promptly with no problem. Thank you for such good service! The tent really created a nice space for the party!

I had a hard time finding a place with Saturday delivery and pickup, but Rose was very accommodating. We had a small birthday party with some tables and chairs and there was a little hiccup with the delivery time, but Tricia was able to accommodate our request. Thanks for the great service!!!

I was thrilled with the carnival rentals we used for a church camp in June!! They were PERFECT and the kids had s blast!!!

Best Event Rentals did an incredible job providing the rentals for our wedding! Heather was so helpful from the very beginning. I made countless changes throughout the planning process and she was always so willing to help and update our invoice. The rentals are such a huge part of any wedding and Heather and her staff made it easy for us. They did a great job of setting up and cleaning up for our wedding. Best Event Rentals was my first choice when it came to renting for our wedding, but unfortunately they had such bad customer service that I had to go with someone else. Not only did I overhear them judging me for "booking so early" while on hold, but I never received a call back when Ashley could not "figure out" how to change the date on my order. It is unfortunate that their bad customer service made them loose out on over $3500.00 worth of business.

Awesome company that likes to help the community. They recently donated all the items for the royal family kids camp birthday party. This is a camp that lasts a week for foster kids and Larimer and Weld counties and gives them the opportunity just have some fun and be kids. I've dealt with best rental in the past for personal stuff and their customer service is amazing.

We rented four games for our church's 20th anniversary celebration on the July 4th weekend. They were used for a Friday BBQ and a Sunday morning outdoor event at Warren Park. I am so glad we rented the games! Kids, teens, and adults loved them! It was a wonderful addition that made our celebration even more special. Working with Tricia was a delight. She was helpful and sensitive to our needs. I would happily use them again.
