The staff were nice, and the burger was absolutely fantastic, fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. Honestly, it was a heavenly experience, and the price was more than reasonable. I went for a double with bacon and all the toppings except pickles, and it didn't disappoint!

Perfect lunch-burger and fries. If you read my reviews you know I eat a lot of burgers and this is a good one. I got the double, it was cheesy and juicy and it came out quickly. Choose all your own toppings at will. Big hand cut fries and YOU CAN SELECT THE COOK OF YOUR FRIES, if you're heading down 95 and you want something to eat around Wilson, skip all of the chains and pop into Best-N-Burgers. It's tucked in behind the Wawa.

The food is always made fresh, and if you like fries, they give you more than enough! It's definitely a hidden gem in the burger world.

Hot dog wasn’t hot. It was sloppy. I usually get the burgers. Decided to try something different. Told the worker. She walked off and that’s it. Probably won’t visit again. Been coming for a few years while staying at Marriott across the street

This place is fantastic, and they really are the best burgers! My friend and I stay at the hotel just behind it every couple of months to meet in the middle - and we gave this place a try last visit. We will definitely be coming back! The fresh made lemonade and orangeade were amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. My dog was brought a bowl of water and some ice cream, without asking. I am THAT dog mom where if you love on and spoil my boy, I'm already going to be raving about you. It's those little things that are truly appreciated. The service was fast and friendly, and my friend and my dog and I were treated with such kindness. Highly recommend

Was told about this place by a local, so I gave it a try. Stopped in around 11:30am. for lunch. Place had about 3 groups of people dining in. Service was quick and polite. I liked how it's like fast food, but they still take your order from the table and bring it to you. The double cheeseburger was nice and fresh with good flavor. The fries were good but were a little overdone for me. Overall, it's not a bad place for lunch.

These are great, made to order burgers and it's a wonderful stop if traveling on the highway. The fries were the best, but the burgers aren't anything to pass on either. Learn from the locals and order online though. The area to pick up and order is small and it's also where people eating in check out. The wait is longer than most fast food joints but it's a great option when you don't want the typical 1.5/5 fare.

After traveling all day to NC I was pretty hungry so we stopped here on the way to Greenville from Raleigh. It was worth the stop. The service was friendly, open seating when you walk in so you can seat yourself, and it wasn't too loud or too cramped. The burgers were hot and fresh and the fries were perfectly cooked. The malt on them is the way to go. The orangeade was fresh but a little on the sweet side for me. If you like sweet drinks it's worth the order.

Service is terrible. Waitress never checks on you and no one was friendly. You finish your meal and go up to pay and you have to stand in line for 15 to pay while others are ordering. The waitress can't take the bills. They need a check out and an order line. This place is run very efficiently and is not worth the wait to stand in line to have to pay for food when you can go other places and not have to wait in long. Also no one thanks you for your payment or visiting your waitress. The food is not good for this experience. Fries and burgers extremely greasy.

Cute throw-back interior with nice staff. Three of us sat down in a selected table and a waitress brought over menus. The place was a little busy so it took 10-15 minutes for her to get back for our order. We ordered pretty simple, just single patty cheese burgers with fries and drinks. This location has self service soda fountain. Food maybe took 15 minutes to get out which was fine, we had good conversation. All our food was good and service was nice. You pay at register after meal. I felt there was good value for our meals.

Check it, you are getting off the highway and look to the right. There is a Burger King, but right behind it there is a place called Best-N-Burgers and the people are standing outside waiting to go in. Okay, instant curiosity has been ignited. What's going on over there? *eye brow raised* We decided to come back a little later in the evening when we believed it might be a little less traffic within the location. As there is a very small parking lot and a lot of businesses in the area. When we arrived back to try them out, the line was still strong but not as bad. You will notice, there is a little bit of seating outside, some when you walk in, and some in the back. You basically find your own seating and someone will come to you. We choose to order our food to go. The place looked very clean and the staff members were very friendly. Even with all the people, the orders were moving very quickly and people were in and out in less than 10 mins. Everything came out wrapped in foil, giving that old school diner feel - love it. Keeps the food hot and best for travel. The burgers were very very good - puts you in mind of Five Guys (if you like that style of burger). We enjoyed everything we got and will be back for more!

Overall appearance is a little run down. Needs a freshening up. Staff was friendly. Their cheeseburgers are fresh and tasty. the hand cut fries are great. Definitely worth a try!

Billboard on the highway enticed me to give this place a try. At 12:40 on a Wednesday I was told it would be 25-30 minutes to get my food? Good luck. Waste of my time. These look like decent burgers but they are of the smash burger variety meaning they cook fast. No way they should be backed up that far. So travelers beware this detour could add significant time to your trip. Giving step starts because at least the girl at the register warned me so I could leave

Traveling with a dog and needed a decent meal without having to leave Fido alone in the car. This was better than normal fast food places. We were able to walk up & sit outside with our pup at a table and have a waiter come outside to take our order. Short wait, food made fresh to order. Fries were a little greasy for us but some people like them that way. We had plenty to eat with the Cheeseburger Special that came with fries and drink for just under $10. Waitstaff came back to check on us & re-fill drinks. We did need to go inside to pay but that went pretty quick and only required one of us. So the other took the dog for a quick trip to a nearby grassy area for a pit stop. You will need your own poop bags to clean up.

Yum Yum We stopped in during our short stay in Wilson and this side of town the food choices are limited. We decided to try for lunch and it was well worth it. Burger was on point and loved the fresh cut fries. Only regret was not ordering the double burger, if ever here again I will definitely stop in.

The Smash Burgers were good and the fries were Great. Next time will get a double paddies are on the smaller side even for smash burgers. Definitely recommend it though. Our server was very attentive.

Whilst on a quest for sustenance on our long journey, we encountered Best N Burgers and thought "what hubris" to claim such a lofty title for such a ubiquitous delight. The burgers, oh, the burgers! Each patty, cooked to perfection, did melt in my mouth as snow upon the summer's sun. The bread, soft yet firm, did cradle the meat like a lover's gentle embrace, whilst the fresh, crisp accoutrements sang a harmonious hymn of flavor. They are not mere meat and bread, but delights fit for the gods. And the fries, dear reader, were a marvel unto themselves. Golden and crisp, these humble spuds were transformed into a celestial delight, worthy of a feast. Sprinkled with the finest of salts and herbs, they arrived piping hot, invoking a joy so pure. Verily, they did elicit from me a joyous exclamation, "Cry havoc and let slip the fries of ecstasy!" The staff, as if anointed by God himself, were well trained for the daunting task of eliciting an experience worthy of such fine burgers. With smiles as radiant as dawn's first light and a grace befitting the most courtly of hosts, they attended to every need with swiftness and precision. Found this one-of-a-kind eatery on a recent drive back from Florida. I love one-off places and try to avoid chain fast food. The challenge is in the name of the place so I ordered a cheeseburger medium with all the fixings (except for jalepeños) along with fries and a soft drink. My gf ordered a cup of coffee with cream and a ham & egg bkfst sandwich. The service was very hospitable and we sat on fixed stools looking out the window, into the parking lot. The place was very clean. The food came out very hot and fresh, my gf fully enjoyed her meal immensely and I have to admit the cheeseburger was one of the best I've had in terms of freshness, taste, and structure. It was good till the very last morsel. The fries were incredible and they seemed to hold their heat for a long time - nice, but I don't know how they do that. If I'm ever near this gem again in the future, I'd be sure to stop. Kudos to the team at Best-In-Burgers ! This was a great find, and I'm so happy I found this restaurant. (Sorry, I didn't take any photos.)

I worked in Wilson for 3 years and ate here at least once a week during my time in Wilson. I now travel to Wilson for a Best N Burger. The staff while busy do their best to keep up with the traffic. Sure sometimes you have to wait but it's well worth it. The burgers are great with a nice char, smash burger type. a tasty mound of fries and a coke and I'm in a food heaven coma . The store has a 60's retro diner feel and personally I like it. I'm amazed at some of the negative views, including the lady that tried to insinuate that the staff was racist which seriously the dumbest thing I've read about this place. Half the population in Wilson 49.5% is black, 36.4 white, 8.62 other. (according to world Population Review) So their goes your race baiting theory that they're racist. It's a shame that they had to deal with you. So ignore the negative reviews from those that live in Virginia and DC that are traveling back to their miserable lives, they complain about everything anyways. Have a Best N Burger and enjoy! You won't regret it

Found this place simply beside the sign on the interstate said "best burgers!" I'm always down for a burger so I checked a few reviews and stopped in on our way to Myrtle Beach. The food was great, fresh, and just what I needed.

Service was great the food was ok however they charge more than ok prices. Good lunch place. Stay with the basics, special orders seem to get lost between table and kitchen

Stopped in on a road trip. Service was A+ The burger and fresh cut fries were excellent. The milkshake was delicious. The dipping dots on top of the milkshake was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back.

Ambiance: It has an old school diner feel but not quite. There are tables available inside and outside of the establishment. It's located by hotels and Starbucks. Service: Out waitress was very patient with us. She did a great job with my kids who were totally annoying me on this day, so kudos to her. Food: We were so hungry that we literally dropped in as it was very close to hotel. At this point everyone is Hangry and you have to go with what is available. There was no time to plan and look around. With a 4 year old terror who just wants to eat, I had to act quickly. Thankfully, this place was a good spot to get a good burger and fries. It reminded me of ShakeShack in NY. Fries are hand cut which is my preference. Throw some salt and malt vinegar and we are good to go. The waitress brought me a side if Cole slaw which was pretty good with my burger. Soda refills are available too so there is enough to wash everything down. So if you want a place that serves a good burger , drop by. I took chance and glad I did. With three little picky eaters, they had no issues with the meal. What more would you want.

This is the best burger place I have found this side of NC. I have got so many people out to try them as well and everyone just loves this place! Staff is super friendly. I always get a cheeseburger and a good old bright leaf glizzy both all the way no onions pleaseee! Oh and don't forget the lemonade

Went with a group and it was a treat. Everyone loved what they got. New place but hope they stay. My favorite were egg rolls. Burgers were so good also. We plan to go back soon.

Food was ok. The phone was off so I ordered online and they "just got it" when I got in 15 minutes later. Then they said 5 minutes I waited 10 before I started this review. Place is dated and unorganized feels dirty bread out in the open and popcorn for sale on the trash cans. A dusty fan on the ice cream pointed at the workers and it's like 80 in here. Broken soda machine. The food took 15 minutes from when I walked in. This place needs help worst-n-service dirty gumball machine windows tables floors. Nothing on the tvs just Roku homepage.

I'm from California and can honestly say I love this place so much more than in n out. Probably my favorite burger joint I've ever had. The food is super consistent and always so delicious!

Found this place while passing through on a roadtrip. Such a great find! If you love a well executed burger and hand cut fries this is the place! Lots of topping options to satisfy everyone. My only recommendation to them that could improve it would be to offer a few different options on cheeses. Other than that it's great!

The place was very clean and the staff was pleasant. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was one of the best burgers I ever had. The fries are shareable so no need to order fries for everyone. I also tried the hotdog and it was amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Small restaurant serving up killer, homemade orangeade and juicy burgers! Red and silver vinyl chrome chairs and vinyl banquette seating line the wall giving customers a throw back feel to the 1950's. Tables socially distanced during Covid. Super friendly young staff. Burgers arrived in a timely manner, hot, melty cheese and with all the toppings requested! They apologized for not having their regular fries and only had crinkle cut. Hummm, their regular fries must be fabulous if they require an apology for not having! The crinkle cut were fried to crispy crunchy - yum! Dessert? Yes, Dippin' Dots and about 5 shake flavors to choose from. Love this burger joint. Wish it was in my neighborhood!

Very good burger and fries. Not many choices other than that, but if that's what you're looking for it's the place to go. Prices not much higher than Burger King etc but much better quality.

These burgers are what all restaurants should follow. They were hot and cooked exactly the way I like it! I felt that my money was well spent and decided I can now tell the difference between a McDonald's burger and a REAL burger. Best N Burger is the BEST! The staff is pleasant and professional.

This place has great burgers and fries, onion rings! Service is great. I have had cheeseburger with chili and slaw as well as burger with lettuce and tomato. Also added bacon and sometimes an egg. Never had a miss with anything. Lemon and orange are both good. My go to for a good burger.

Visited Best-N-Burgers last Saturday evening. We were a party of 4. Service was exceptionally slow and not attentive. The food was good with special props to the melted cheese used on the burger. The fries appeared to be fresh cut and were good. The poor service and slow delivery of the food made it highly unlikely we would visit again. The star rating would be lower but the burgers were good.

Stopped in on a trip up 95north on our way from Savannah to Richmond. We were hungry for lunch and eager to try a new burger place. This establishment did not disappoint. Sit down seating and ordering and it was quick. This is a purely burgers, fries and hot dog place. Go elsewhere if you want a salad. Burger was sort of a smash burger with great velvet-a style cheese. You name the toppings. Delicious! We did not try chili on our burger but many people ordering near us had chili and cheese on their burgers so it must be good. Lots of locals in the restaurant. Servers were all very friendly, even to us travelers. Thank you! Fries were tasty but could be crispier, a bit soggy. Overall a very nice stop. Quick, good food, good rest room. A winner!

Burger are good and you get a load of fries. Normally 10 to 15 minutes wait Time. Near 95 and 264 behind burger king.

Excellent burgers conveniently located near a hotel and the highway. Simple menu- burgers and hotdogs. Great fries- kinda like Five Guys and you could easily split an order of those. Burgers are similar to the smashburger/in and out style. If they served the thousand island type of sauce on these burgers, that would be awesome. The chili is like hot dog chili and you either like that kind or you don't- I wasn't blown away by it on the fries, but it was good when I had it on a burger. Location also serves dippin dots.

I was driving through this town and really craving a good cheeseburger, so I trusted the Yelp reviews and stopped here for lunch. I wasn't super impressed with the burger, it was a solid cheeseburger and I don't have any complaints, it just wasn't anything special. But the fries! Those are amazing fries! And they give you a ton of them, literally almost an entire bag full! the meal wasn't a whole lot more than going to some place like mcdonald's, but the quality here is way better!

Ate here for lunch around 1230 with party of 3. We were not sure if we should seat ourselves for table service or if we order from the register first or what, a little confused. As we were directed to seat ourselves the waitresses were not seemingly taking orders from any of the newly seated tables or acknowledging anyone new. Finally a waitress began to take an order from someone that had been seated after the rest of us. The outside of the restaurant is pretty clean but the inside entrance is a little cluttered . The walls in the seating area is dirty with leftover food debris. Tables were clean but seats weren't as clean. Food was priced fair. Food arrived pretty quick and always fresh. Fries were a little scrawny and kind of dry. Burger was good. Waitress was polite when she brought the food. Restrooms need attention for more cleaning. We will not go out of our way to visit here again. There seemed be enough staff, just a little confusing. There is outdoor seating. Casual atmosphere.
