The Best Offal Dishes to Try in Los Angeles | Eater LA

"There’s a lot to love about the Chongqing-style noodles at Tony Xu’s chain of Mian restaurants, especially the “Piquant Intestine Rice Noodles” complete with bouncy strands and a properly tongue-tingling broth. This gutsy bowl is not available at the West Adams outpost." - Cathy Chaplin

16 Tongue-Numbing Sichuan Restaurants to Try in Los Angeles | Eater LA

"The best dishes at Rosemead’s Best Noodle House aren’t even noodle-related. Try the cold skin-on chicken, which is thoroughly dressed in a mouth-numbing mala sauce with crushed peanuts and scallions. The pig ears in chile oil cold appetizer is also fantastic." - Kristie Hang

Google
Came to place because I like the confidence. It's a a good noodle house, one of the better ones been too. Good combo of soup and noodles flavor was all on point. The service was great, and for the price you get a good amount of food.

Google
The noodle bowls were full of flavour and heat. Lots of spicy options, although I’m not sure you can trust the information on the menu if you’re looking for something non-spicy. I picked the noodles with the mixed pea sauce because it didn’t have a chilli pepper sign, but it wasn’t mild at all. Regardless, the food was pretty tasty. We also got some dumplings, which were very nice. The ambience was less than ideal, however. While the place was a little hot and looked slightly rundown, what was truly off-putting was the man in the kitchen constantly clearing his throat and hocking loogies. He was really going for it, one after the other, trying to get rid of everything… He could’ve gone to the restroom to spare us.

Years ago my mom randomly came to this store after a gig in the area, and she was shocked by how good it was. We happened to be in the area again, and my mom INSISTED on coming here. We ordered number 1 and some cucumbers. Clean, rich flavors. We got mild, and while there’s a kick it isn’t overwhelming. Numbing spice though! Cucumbers were fresh, salty and rich on the outside and crisp. Unassuming interior, delicious meal.

What’s not to like about a hole in the wall place. It looks so authentic. it’s not that fancy shmancy The food was VERY good. I recommend the chili wonton soup and also the intestine noodles

Google
My favorite Chongqing noodle restaurant in LA. Flavorful noodle that can come with or without spice, great for family with kids. Consistent high quality, very friendly service, sweet price point, this is a fantastic restaurant to have a delightful dinner with family.

Google
This place is an underrated gem. Great food and service, good value for the price, highly recommend for noodles. I always try to come here when I'm in LA. Their specialty is their Chongqing xiao mian, Szechuan style noodles in a spicy soup. My favorite dishes are the hand made noodles (it's a specific dish) and the glass noodles. They also have yummy appetizers like pig ear, preserved duck egg with peppers, and salted duck. I hope they get more business since we were the only customers during the one hour we were there on a Monday night.

Flavorful Szechuan peppers dishes. Plenty of parking . The noodle was a little hard . Good service .

Good decent springy bouncy noodles with simple toppings , order came out in decent time , food was filling and simple

Yelp
THE GOOD ---------------- Decent food. Affordable prices. Comfortable seating. Friendly and humble staff. Plenty of available parking. THE BAD ------------- The restroom could be a bit cleaner. THE UGLY ---------------- A cunning and ravenous mosquito ate us alive during our visit - until we clapped him.

Yelp
3.5/5: This review is for to-go order only. We decided to pick up three noodle orders and an appetizer from Best Noodle House. They definitely do not skimp on the quantity of noodles that they give, so if you are looking for a filling dish, this is a great place to try. But the toppings felt a little lacking. -Cucumber salad: A standard appetizer, but the marinade wasn't anything special, similar to what I can make at home. Not worth seven bucks IMO - Sour and Spicy crystal noodles: Served with preserved green beans, minced pork, crushed peanuts, and other garnishes. They separate the soup and the noodles so the noodles don't get soggy. I enjoyed this noodle dish, which had a nice tang to it. There was also a bit of a mala spice to the soup. - Dan Dan Noodles: Served dry with a side of sauce given separately. Also topped with mince pork and ground peanuts, and a couple of bok choy. This was just OK to me, and I wasn't a huge fan of the type of noodles used (yellow egg noodles). - Chongqing noodle soup: served with a hard, boiled egg, minced pork, and bok choy. Also a very large portion of noodles. Not bad considering the large portion, but also serve at the same egg noodles. Overall, this is worth a try, especially if you're hungry and looking for a large portion of noodles.

Yelp
Passed by this place after a tire rotation and it happened that today is the 15th day of the lunar month and I don't eat any meat so I ordered the noodle with mixed pea spicy sauce without the miced meat. Chongqing is know to their fiercely spicy, tingling and aromatic. The sauce is not spicy at all, but it still got the aromatic taste. The sauce is not salty at all. The pea in the noodle is yellow pea similar to chickpea. A taste of the noodle makes me feel like home cooking. Will come again to try other dishes .

Yelp
Small-medium restaurant. Holds 8 tables that seat 4, 2 tables that seat 2. They have window walls. Food is taiwanese style noodles/sides/rice and dumplings. Also sell herbal teas and drinks. Condiments are soy sauce and chili oil. They have hooked spoons that dont fall in bowls. Waiter is dressed casual in t shirt and running shoes. Not very chatty. Menu is in QR code or paper. There are toddler raised baby chairs. There is a public bathroom. They have A/C and fans. They have TV. They have handicapped parking. No outdoor dining only indoor. Portions are larger than average. My dan dan noodle with soup came in a wide bowl about a feet in diameter. Parking space is limited as there are maybe 10-15 spots. You are better off parking by Rosemead park and walking over. The nearest EV charging station is at Rosemead High School. They accept cash, credit card, and apple pay.

Yelp
Amazing beef noodle with nice pungent chili flavors. The juicy pork dumpling is not super thin skinned but filling is juicy and not gamey. Had it through doordash so I can't wait to try the restaurant in person

Yelp
This truly is the best noodle house. At first glance when you come in and sit down, the door was left open and there was flies flying in, there is dust and dead flies along the window sills. But their food.. their food is amazing! The noodles we ordered were sooo flavorful and delicious. The spicy noodle soup has just the right amount of spicy for me and was so perfect on such a cold day. The spicy stir fried noodles were sooo flavorful. The dumplings we got could've been a little more crunchier but still a hit.

Yelp
I ordered the Dan Dan Mein & cucumber salad to go. I was craving Dan Dan mein and these hit the spot! I ordered medium spice and it was perfect. Super flavorful, a slight hint of spice and slight mala. The portion was big enough that I saved half of the noodles for the next day. The cucumber salad (not spicy) was room temperature (I didn't mind it) and perfectly flavorful. I ate the whole thing immediately. It tasted like there was a hint of sesame oil in it as well. I ordered over the phone and they quoted me 10 minutes for the food to be ready. There is a parking lot in front, so parking was easy.

Yelp
I ordered through UberEats one time... highly disappointed. The cold noodle was lacking in sauce and the sauce was lacking in flavor. I have never been so disappointed in a Sichuanese restaurant, of which there are plenty in the area. I would only recommend this place if you have a strong preference for mild flavors, for which Sichuanese cuisine is not supposed to be.

Noodles were very delicious. The service was good and prices were reasonable. Ambiance was good too.

Yelp
Little spot in a very unassuming plaza. The inside doesn't look or feel like a lot of the newer trendy spots but the noodles and soup are yummy!! When we came in there was only one man working. I'd guess he's the owner. He's the server, food runner and cook. So if you entered and weren't greeted right away it's probably because he's in the kitchen making someone's order. He's quiet and has a super sweet demeanour. We ordered the beef noodle soup and Chungking handmade noodle. The Chungking handmade noodle was our fave of the two. The wide noodles had a really nice texture, chewiness, bite and flavor. The soup was also really tasty. Sichuan pepper broth that had a lot of flavor and looked spicier than it was. The beef noodle soup was good. The beef was soft, seasoned nicely and easily fell apart. The noodles were pretty good too, nice texture, not over cooked. Definitely recommend to check this little spot out and support this small business. The owner is so sweet and such a hard worker. We'll definitely be back to try other items.

Yelp
Loved their Dan Dan noodles! One of the best we've had in sgv. It had a little kick but the sauce was not too thick or peanutty. Their house noodle red soup base was too spicy for me so I ended up drowning the noodles with leftover Dan Dan sauce. The cold chicken was slimy - wasn't a fan but it was bogo. Overall - would return for their Dan Dan noodles.

Yelp
Quaint restaurant in an unassuming plaza with some of the best noodles in the area. I've only ever seen 1-2 workers handling the register, the floor, and kitchen but they whip up food relatively fast. I found it a bit difficult to flag down one of the workers to be seated due to lack of staff when we first came but he (I assume the owner) was nothing but polite and kind. My favorites are the chongking noodles and Dan Dan noodle--tangy, numbing, and umami with bouncy, chewy noodles. Their homemade plum juice is another favorite of ours as well. Will be a regular spot within my food rotations in the 626. ** tip to pay cash to avoid a 3% fee

Yelp
Had the Dan Dan Noodle Soup , Delicious very spicy ( that's up to you ) inside similar to a fast food Chinese combo joint but the menu is totally different a Chongqing style , I would recommend.

Yelp
Good food, fast service reasonable prices. Very tasty food, authentic cuisine . I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Yelp
I come here for a very specific dish. The YOUPO noodle. It is a must-have. It is a very authentic northern-style dry noodle. YOU means oil in Chinese and PO means splash. As they were preparing my noodles, I could hear the sizzling oil sounds as they splashed on the noodles. I could smell it already before it arrived at my table. The seasoning is very unique and it has a delicious taste to it. It is plain so feel free to add topping to your noodle. There is a list of different toppings you can add. I chose the marinated intestines which taste so yummy along with my noodle. You can also choose to add eggs, vegetables, liver, beef, and many other choices. They have the best noodles too just like the name of the restaurant. It is fresh hand-made noodles and it is thick and wide. Will definitely come back again for my YOUPO mein.
google avatar

Jimmy H.

Yelp
Best noodles you'll ever have. I like putting a dash of white pepper (it's complementary and comes in a shaker at every table) before taking a big bite of the noodle. There's something about the combination of chili oil spice and dry white pepper spice that make it so addicting. After being disappointed by overpriced overhyped food all over LA, eating here was refreshing. Two noodle dishes and a side set us back less than $30 bucks. This hole-in-the-wall is truly a hidden gem
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered take out and waited almost an hour for my food. Told me it was almost ready 20 min in and realized they never printed the ticket after 40 mins of waiting.

S R.

Yelp
The dan dan noodles were not to my liking so unfortunately I cant give additional stars. The service was ok although refills were not provided and we had to wait.
google avatar

Yelp
Went during lunch time and there was no one inside but the owner and his daughter. I ordered the chongking noodles and my partner ordered the Dan Dan noodles. I think I prefer the Dan Dan noodles because it has a mala spice to it versus the chongking noodles. We also ordered the pork soup dumplings which were extremely flavorful. It was a nice contrast to the noodles. However there was barely any soup in it and a few have already ripped by the time it reached our table. I would probably come back for the dan dan noodles.
google avatar

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised! I had very low expectations for the place since I drive by it daily and it's a hole-in-the-wall kind of restaurant by the liquor store. We ordered the Chungking Handmade Noodles as we were craving some Chinese schezwan-style numbing beef noodle soup. Tasted homemade and the couple that runs the place is very kind and nice. The handmade noodles were perfect and the soup broth was very tasty. The flavors have definitely stood the test of time since they have been around for over 5+ years and with more popular restaurants opening nearby (like Mr. Dragon Noodle). We only gave this spot a try because the other restaurant was closed - but it was still good :)

Yelp
This is the sequel to the OG Chung King, the restaurant Jonathan Gold used to rave about that annually appeared in his essential 99. The restaurant never did so well and closed down a couple of time before re-opening as this noodle shop. For a short while, they would also serve some of the greatest hits from Chung King in the early days. That chef has since left and sadly those greatest hits are no longer in the rotation. I really miss their cumin fish. It is one of my all time favorite dishes in Los Angeles. The noodles here are still very tasty. Let's keep them in business in hopes that the cumin fish can rise from the dead.

Yelp
Worst noodle house I ever try. Only one people work there take money and cook. Noodle no meat only very tiny ground pork quantity small. No service at all have to wait long time Does not deserve one star
google avatar

Charlene C.

Yelp
Taste of the food is okay but the shop is stuffy, because the AC wasn't even on. It's empty on a weekend, and I tried to order their popular spicy oil noodle and a side of cucumber salad which tasted good but when I'm paying the owner charged me more than the price on the menu. Saying that everything increased price due to inflation, and they said there is a note at the door mentioning it. I checked the note it's like dropping off from the door hanging on a tape, and why didn't they mention before customers order or even change the price on the menu? I find it unfair. My order was $20 for the noodle and the side, and it's small portion.
google avatar

Hao C.

Yelp
The noodles and appetizers are so delicious! You can customize your spiciness level so you can choose any of the items without being worried they are too spicy. Special shout-out to the excellent service by the owners who are so nice and they even gave us duck necks to taste for free! (They are delicious BTW)

Yelp
I've long considered Best Noodle House to be part of the trifecta of good Sichuan spicy noodle houses in the SGV, alongside Mian and Chong Qing Special Noodles. But I'm always pleasantly surprised to see them still open because unlike the other two shops, this place is never crowded. My usual has been the Chungking dandan noodle, but on my most recent visit, I was greatly surprised by how good the double wild pepper beef noodles were. I was always intimidated by its name, but the double peppers refer to chili pepper and huajiao (Sichuan peppercorns), and having ordered a medium spicy bowl, I found it much milder than expected. It's an oil-based sauce, yet it's not too greasy -- reminiscent in texture more of chow mein or Japanese yakisoba than the soy/bean sauce-based dry noodle dishes. The noodles are sure to become part of my regular rotation going forward. The cold steamed chicken with chili sauce ("saliva chicken") is adequate, though I prefer the version they serve at Chong Qing Special Noodles, with a smokier flavor in their sauce. Still, the one at Best Noodle House is an acceptable version to nibble on while you slurp on your noodles. It's a shame this shop doesn't attract a bigger crowd, since their noodle offerings are solid.

Katherine T.

Yelp
Gave us the wrong noodles and forgot the base of the Chungking noodles. very disappointed was looking forward to this place.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
I got togo so the noodle was turning sticky but the taste is still good. A lot of choices of Chongqing style noodles. I like those without soup but spicy.
google avatar

David C.

Yelp
From the moment I walked in, the owners greeted me and made me feel very welcome and cared for. It was raining that afternoon and they wanted to make sure patrons didn't slip as they walked in. They had a bucket for the umbrellas and cared for their patrons until we were seated. I was hoping the food was as good as the service and it exceeded my expectations. First time here, so the owner suggested i order the Chungking noodles, which was their specialty. I wanted thicker noodles, so i ordered the Chungking with hand cut noodles. Flavors were on point and temperature just right, meaning soup was hot. Why do so many restaurants get that pet wrong? Soup should be served hot. Anyway, I will be back.
google avatar

Christyl J.

Yelp
Came in, waited several minutes and tried to get someone's attention but no one came out. Place was totally empty too and smelled dirty.
google avatar

Meena N.

Yelp
Went in around 4pm. Hardly anyone there. Got the dan dan noodles, spicy. The chunking noodles, mild. and the spicy wontons, wantans. The Dan dan noodles were very good. Perfectly balanced. The hand pulled noodles had the awesome chewy texture....lovely. I would give the Wantans a miss the next time. It was just okay. The lady taking care of us was very sweet and helpful. She helped me mix the Dan Dan noodles because I was doing an awful job.

Amber G.

Yelp
I've tried the Chung king noodle soup To go The broth was delicious after some paste and chilis and soy sauce. The problem I had with my to go order was that my noodles came in a hard rock at the bottom of my dish. I will definitely come Back but I will not order takeout
google avatar

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
found this place on Yelp for a quick grab and I was not disappointed! I got a large portion of noodles and the price was very affordable, like $9. They have limited capacity in-door dining, interior and bathroom was very clean.
google avatar

Sandy M.

Yelp
Saw this place on yelp and really wanted to try the noodles here. Ordered Chungking Handmade Noodle and Double Wild Pepper Beef Noodle, and Xiao Long Bao. The noodles were WONDERFUL! Chungking handmade noodle has a great broth, just the right amount of spiciness and numbingness and the noodle was stretched to a perfect thickness to get the perfect chewiness. Usually the handmade noodles are super thick and it's too chewy and difficult to eat, but it was just perfect here. The Double Wild Pepper Beef Noodles was fantastic. It looks like a plain bowl of dry noodles, but mix the noodles up and there's so much flavor. I'm not sure what sauce it is, but it's so good. This one is definitely a lot spicier and numbing than the Chungking handmade noodles. All I can say is that I kept eating if even though it was so spicy. I started off eating the peppers and then it got too spicy, so lay low on the peppers so you can finish the whole bowl. The Xiao Long Bao on the other hand was not good. There wasn't a lot of soup in the dumpling and the dough was very thick. Don't order this. Definitely order their noodles because it was bomb!
google avatar

Sklar T.

Yelp
Don't know if it is the Best Noodle House around, but it was pretty darn close. And with the reasonable prices, this was a win, win situation. Service here was good, and our server spoke Mandarin, Cantonese and English as well, making it easy to order. Since it was still slow at 11:45am, the food came out pretty quick, and soon, we were out of room for variety of dishes we ordered. We were able to have them dial down the spice level of the dishes for those at our table who are not spice fiends, and but the food was still delicious. Nice layering of flavors with a little bit of heat, and quite the amount of mouth numbingness from their more aggressive use of Sichuan peppercorns. Perhaps, they just know to break open those peppercorns so that the effect becomes more pronounced. We pretty much finished everything we ordered and are looking forward to our next visit here. Remember, CASH ONLY!
google avatar

Brian W.

Yelp
There's so much competition in this area that I'm not sure how to feel about this place. Friends and I enjoyed our meal, but a day later none of us found it all that memorable. Pork intestine noodle was quite good, as was the black fungus and the cold cucumber. Everything is slightly spicy so keep that in mind.

Yelp
My friend and I were craving pho, but all the restaurants that we wanted to eat at were closed on that particular night. So we decided to go with a last minute plan to eat anything that was open - and that happened to be Best Noodle House. I've passed by this noodle house a ton of times - located on Valley and Rio Hondo inside a small plaza. Although they don't seem to be super busy, they do have regulars that come in, which definitely helps keep business up. This establishment seems to be family owned. The workers were super friendly and nice. Menu does offer specific foods - they seem to have a lot of specialty dishes, namely cold appetizers and spicy noodles. We started with pig ear with chili oil ($4.95) and salted duck ($9.95). I thought the pig ear was pretty good - a little on the chewier side and the pig ear wasn't as juicy due to lack of sauce. But the taste was good and the portion size was decent for the price. The salted duck was a recommended dish that my friend was eager to try. The meat is super lean and - like the name implies - incredibly salty. I wasn't a big fan, but I know some people who like eating this style of duck. We also added on a Chinese cucumber salad ($4.95). Cucumbers were a little soft and there wasn't enough acidity in the dish as I would have liked. But it was super refreshing and was a good contrast to the saltiness of the duck. For the noodle dish, we had a hard time deciding but ultimately decided to split the sour and spicy crystal noodle ($8.95). For the price, you get a good amount of noodles and the soup is really tasty. This was my first time trying out this flavor profile for a noodle soup, and I actually really liked it. The crystal noodle is similar to vermicelli except that Best Noodle's is a little thicker and a lot chewier. Because it absorbs so well into the soup, each bite tastes tangy and slightly spicy. The soup is the same - a little numbing but the acidity mixes well and keeps you wanting more. No minimum for credit card; we were both pretty happy by this restaurant find. Definitely will be returning in the near future!

Yelp
I've always wanted to try this restaurant out because I've always pass by it on the way to the liquor store (same plaza) hahaha! Looked on yelp, and saw that it had great reviews! So, I decided to give it a try! What I ordered: 1) Chungking noodle "red soup" ($8.95) super spicy soup noodle topped with 1 boiled egg (halved), minced meat, baby bok choy, and green onions! The spice is tolerable, but it's "mala" spice so its more of a numbing feel. 2) Chungking dan dan noodle ($8.95) Very similar to the Chungking noodle soup flavor and spice level! The dan dan noodle is made without soup! It's topped with peanuts, baby bok choy, green onions, minced meat. I thought this was more flavorful compared to the soup noodle because of the chopped peanuts! 3) Szechuan style dumplings ($8.95) Also very similar to the soup noodle flavor! I think they use the same soup for their spicy dumplings! Came with about 10 pieces of dumplings! Everything we ate was very delicious! Also super affordable too for the amount of food they served us! The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was pretty clean! They share a parking lot with 2 other businesses, but there is plenty of parking available. If you like the boba ice cream, they serve it at Best Noodle House!!

Yelp
There seems to be several of these Chongqing style noodle places around the area. I'm not sure if they're a chain, but if they are, they sure are humble. Although this restaurant is on a main street, its dated aesthetics and quaint size makes it easy to bypass. But don't judge a book by its cover--the noodles are delicious here! There is a large parking lot and no wait at all. (Like I said, easy to miss this place.) Our server was very nice and polite. Our food came pretty quickly too--I was already borderline starving at this point so that's saying something. My friend and I ordered the Chongqing spicy noodles and the salted duck, which complement each other well. With the noodles, you can choose level of spiciness. I don't do well with spicy foods; even so, I didn't want to just get clear soup. I asked our server if they can make it mild and she said no problem. The broth that came with the noodles was so fragrant and you definitely smell the spiciness. The duck was served cold and salted and relieved my tongue from time to time from the chilies. If I can handle the mild, then it's really not spicy at all. Our server made sure to ask if we needed more water because she knew how much I couldn't handle spiciness. What a sweet girl. This is more of a family or friends dinner kind of place. I wouldn't try to impress a date here, but food is delicious and perfect for a cold night.

Yelp
Rating: 3.5 Stars Brief reason for visiting: Been eying this place for some time and now I can finally say that I saw, came, and conquered this fire breathing shop. Location/Parking: Located in a quiet strip mall next to the fire station. Parking is sustainable... I doubt you'll have a hard time finding parking. Ambiance/Decor: Quiet ambiance with modern furnishings. Not much to see here folks! Service: Staffers were attentive, friendly, and provided great service. They even gave me water when I inhaled all that spice and started coughing up a lung! My bowl of noodles came out fast. Food: I've only tried the dan dan noodles and thought it was okay. I couldn't really taste much of it because I became a fire breathing dragon and my mouth and tongue was getting numb.. I decided to ask the staffer for sesame paste and crushed peanuts. The simple request tamed the heat and made it 100% sustainable to eat. Plus, the sesame paste gave the noodles a nuttier taste that I love. Will definitely frequent more when I have a craving for dan dan noodles due to the proximity of the restaurant to the house.

Yelp
This place has one of the best beef noodles! Great food, awesome wait staff ( Gao Jing or Jing Jing is so lovely!) great price, parking, not too crowded, good operating hours and easy to get to. What's not to love?! Coming back again for sure!!!!

Yelp
One of the better random noodle houses in the 626 area! I was looking for dan dan mian and was excited to find this place since I've gone to some noodle houses looking for it but it just wasn't as good. We ordered the dan dan mian, the spicy wontons, and the chongqing hand pulled noodles in soup. I loved the dan dan mian because it was really saucy and had a good sesame taste and I love sesame. I asked for extra sesame to get that extra flavor and it was really good! I also loved the soup noodles because it had a lot of flavor and the hand pulled noodles were delicious. The spicy wontons came in a soup which was a little unusual, but it was decent. Probably wouldn't get the wontons next time. Service here is really nice, although kind of absent since they're just behind the counter the whole time but other than that I liked my experience here! The dishes are fairly priced too.

3.5 Star Clean restaurant. Very friendly and helpful service. My favorite was the youpo noodle. Loved the texture of the noodle. To me the food was not that spicy at all. They smelled fragrant and good but not really spicy nor numbing.

Yelp
They were closed for a while because they had to take a long vacation to visit family. Now they are back but with fewer dishes. The selection is now more focused on noodles. Most of the non noodle dishes were struck from main menu which I will sorely miss since I am cutting out eating processed carbohydrates.

Yelp
3.5/5 this place is not bad. The Chung king noodles soup was good. They have Szechuan spice in it. They instructed me to mix the dish then eat it. Omg noo... herbie strong taste all at once. Its better if you don't mix it all together. If you can handle a lot of Szechuan spice, then go ahead and mix it. I didn't finish the soup because it's very oily. My meat all fell to the bottom lost and mixed with peppercorn spices. The noodles were soft, chewy, and tasty though with the egg and ground meat. I actually enjoyed the parts I didn't mix! I had the juicy pork dumplings and they were good and decent, just smashed looking when it came. The service when I wanted the bill, no staff in sight. Patiently waited. Actually had to stand up and tried to be noticed until someone finally came out of the kitchen.

Yelp
Clean interior, good and fast service. This noodle shop is cash only and delicious. The San San neon is perfectly balanced with a few bok choy and the spicy wonton soup was worth the burn. I will be back to try more dishes!
