I called for a quote for removing a simple sign over a week ago, and I was told someone would get back to me later that day or the next business day, at the latest. I'm still waiting for a call back.

"Best Signs" is absolutely the best sign company in the valley, and the only company that I will ever do business with. I've done business with multiple sign companies over the last 12 years of having my business, nine years ago, we had Best signs create multiple signs for the exterior of our building, and the interior after having used other companies three years prior when we first opened and not being happy with the other companies, we used. After using bestsigns nine years ago and them doing such an amazing job we have never used any other companies since. We've also have had them do decal work on the exterior of our building on the windows and the work they did came out, so perfect just like every of time. Recently we had to get our interior logo they did taken down because we were painting our lobby and bestsigns came through for us is such a timely efficient fashion and being in a bind, and they really came through for us. I want to say thank you so much to Bonny for always being so kind and connecting us with Astrid who gave us our quotes and set up the job for us, she really came through for us. Thank you so much Astrid. Memo was the technician that came out to take our sign down and will also reinstall it. Memo did such an amazing job and was extremely friendly. I had to leave this review because they have always done such amazing work. I don't know why I didn't leave a review sooner. Thank you so much bestsigns! A+++ I worked with Alma and her team to get a new sign installed for a commercial medical property in Palm Springs. There were some air bubbles and a small scratch afterwards. However, they were very responsive to feedback and scheduled another day to come back to fix it. Overall, would highly recommend Best Signs. And one last tip: if you notice some small air bubbles under the sign, don't worry those will fade away!

Excellent company. They did the sign for my office - Palm Springs Podiatry Center. I got the phone number wrong by one digit and since it was my fault I thought they would charge me. They fixed it the same day and did not charge me a dime. Awsome!

I recently started a Pest Control company and I knew how important it was to find a good company to design the logos on the vehicle. The former company I worked with used Best Signs, so I decided to give them a chance to earn my business. I have to say that I was impressed. From beginning to end I had a great customer service experience. This seems harder and harder to find in the customer service industry in my opinion. I must of sent 20 emails and phone calls back and fourth before we finalized the deal. They were patient and never made me feel like a "Bug". No pun intended... The price was Fair. Some companies may offer similar products for less price but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Thanks to Jennifer, Esmeralda, Alma and Mike for the great customer service and delivering a great product.

Our company has been attempting to reach out to this company since 2015 via emails and telephones calls. Our company to date left messages and still had no one call back or schedule a time to come and make our company a sign for our business. Customer service is key in this desert and it's unfortunate that some companies just don't hold that as their #1 guarantee.

We have used Best Signs for years to label our work trucks and the making of all our business and building signs. As for the quality of the product it is definitely top of the line and withstands being out in this high heat desert for many years with little to no touch ups. The only thing I have a problem with is in the most recent jobs the customer service in has been off their game BIG TIME and they could use some fine tuning... it seems that if the person answering phones is not the one that handles what I call for it pretty much gets passed over and no matter how many times I have to call back I'm giving the "not my job, so not my problem" approach and always told a message to return the call will be left but it usually takes a few call backs by myself to remind them there still has been no-returned calls from the person that is supposed to handle my request. The main reason we have stuck with the company is that the quality is top notch but getting on the schedule for either estimators to come out or workers to complete the job is the hard part. We were even asked if we could just email all the photos of what we want done on the last 2 jobs we did which is not necessarily an issue but we are less than 5 miles round trip away from them and I assume that coming out to estimate is worked into the cost of job so its really not saving us anything to do someone else's job for them. Even when there is approval for the work, the workers just show up, we are never given an estimated time frame, yet alone even an estimated day of job completion beforehand and when we try to get an ETA the office will say the installer schedules everything so they don't know when and that they will call us to schedule, but we do not receive any call from office or installers even on the day of. Like I said earlier the installers work and the product is high quality, so I would like to give the credit where its due there, but as for the customer service quality and call backs for scheduling that is what really needs some work.
