We overall had a pleasant experience staying in this motel. The rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and chatty and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was mediocre comparing to breakfast in Europe. There were a few warm dishes, like burger patties and scrambled eggs, but no fruit or veggies. The air conditioning unit was quite loud too, but the night was chilly, so we didn’t use it much. All in all I’ll probably visit again.

We love this hotel! The housekeeping staff was friendly, efficient and kept our room clean and replenished with towels and sundry items. The breakfast staff also kept the food items replenished and were very sweet and friendly to the guests. The handyman attended to our A/C issue extremely quickly, diagnosed the problem (a leaky shower above) and recommended that we change rooms so that we would not be inconvenienced while they dried out the carpet. The pool was clean and stocked with towels. We will definitely return next year!

I called to book a king suite room for my family and I and the gentleman there accommodated me right away. I recommend travelers to always call and check in with the hotel because sometimes through many websites and apps, rooms would be marked as booked and this was my case. Upon arrival, the check in process was very smooth, no issues and the gentleman was very nice. We were luck to have won a gift card for Best Western for $100 so we only got to pay the small remaining balance. The room itself was large and spacious, bed was very comfortable, exceptionally clean. My partner tried the pool and said it was very nice and the jacuzzi was a plus. The area is quiet. I would recommend they fix the doorknob though because it was somewhat loose and could cause a safety issue. For winter, I recommend they leave the heaters running a little because when guests arrive the rooms are very cold. We didn’t get to try their breakfast but their coffee is good

There are so many reasons for this low review. First, there are no elevators, so if your room is on the second floor, plan on hauling you luggage up the flight of stairs. Not the worst thing in the world, but if you have heavy luggage, or in our case, mountain bikes, it's definitely inconvenient to lug it up the stairs. Once we got into our room and closed the door, we noticed that the back of the door was covered in some kind of sticky substance. It looked like someone splashed a Coke or something, but it obviously hadn't been cleaned by house keeping. We called the front desk and someone came and cleaned it, but if house keeping missed that, it makes me question how clean the rooms actually are. During our stay, any time we were watching TV, the TV would regularly go black and "No Signal" would flash on the screen before the picture would return. Also, when taking a shower, the water pressure was constantly dropping, and at one point the water flow completely shut off for a few seconds. It was like any time anybody in the building used their water, it affected my water pressure. Finally, when we came back after being gone all day, the room had not been cleaned at all. The trash was still full, and the floors were still messy from the stuff that was tracked in during the snow storm the night before. When my wife went and asked the front desk about it, she was told that the hotel's policy is that they won't clean rooms unless the guest is in the room when house keeping knocks and gives explicit consent for house keeping to enter the room and cleans it. I honestly don't know if this is an actual policy, in which case it is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Do they actually expect guests to wait around all day for house keeping to come by. If it isn't actually a policy, then it was a really lame excuse by a lazy clerk to cover for house keeping screwing up. Either way, I have never been less impressed with a hotel. I'll wrap this review up by saying we will never stay here again, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Follow up: After reading the Best Western's response, I called to clarify the cleaning policy. According to the person with whom I spoke, our room was not cleaned because we had a privacy sign up. When I said that we did not have a privacy sign up on Saturday, the day in question, the manager proceeded to argue with me, saying the she guaranteed that the sign was up. Since I was the one who took the sign down on Saturday morning before leaving for the day (it was up on Friday), I assured her it was not up when house keeping came by. So her effort to make it right was to argue with me and tell me it was my fault. The even more frustrating issue was that we were told by two different clerks, one on Saturday night and one on Sunday morning when checking out, that the policy is not to clean rooms unless the guest specifically requests the room be cleaned. It does not appear that this is actually the policy, but brings into question the training of the staff. After my call with the manager, I stand by my initial review and do not recommend this hotel.

We love this hotel! On our road trips to and from CA we stop here and always have a great stay. Great breakfast, clean & tidy, pretty grounds, friendly & helpful service, and a wonderful hot breakfast with waffles being the highlight for my family and the potato dishes (although 2 days a week they do not have potatoes 😥). The pool always looks clean and well maintained, although we haven't had time to utilize it. It's in a great location, not very far from Zion and Bryce in a very safe feeling city. Anyways, I highly recommend this hotel for your travel needs.

I'm here on business. Most Best Western hotels will reward me with points regardless of who or what pays for the room. Apparently, this Best Western does not. So, no tip will be left in my room. When I plan a vacation and I need to pay some or all of the reservation, not going to happen (at least here at this location). In regards to this hotel, while the room is clean, room is dimly lit. Decor is outdated. The chair to sit in while watching television looks like it came from a donation center. It's really worn. Across the street, there appears to be another Best Western that looks much newer. One good thing this room offers is a fridge with an actual freezer. I refreeze ice packs for my insulated bag (for treats and snacks).

Google
There is definitely not enough parking. This room was okay. It is clean, but pretty small. Definitely an older style motel. The bathroom is tiny, and there is only one plug available between the beds. All of that I can deal with. What I can't deal with is the air conditioner. The heater kept kicking on and filling the room with a horrible sickly sweet smell. It was terrible. I would much rather stay at Comfort Inn.

Google
This place is okay. It's on a corner of an intersection and you get a lot of noise from said intersection. The rooms are nice and have an old 80's feel to it. They didn't seem too busy but the front desk staff seems annoyed anytime you ask for something. Even if it is something even associated with your tier level.

Teri Anne S.

Yelp
Stayed here for work...when I drove in from Freedom road I actually drove past it since all you really see from that way is an empty Sizzler on the corner that apparently closed down. Staff was unfriendly and room seemed dark. Also had a fly buzzing around in bathroom, when I told front desk they seemed not to care. The 2 stars is for the location as you can walk along Main street easily.

Yelp
Booker beware!!!!! I booked a room after 4pm and had to cancel an hour later because of extenuating circumstances after many calls, they gave me half my money back, and told me they don't inform people that they can't cancel only if someone asks. I will never stay at a Best Western again the manager said they were sold out so they would of had no problem renting the room!! Bad practices and no mercy for your emergencies.

Nycole R.

Yelp
For what it is, this is a pretty good place. Keep in mind, this is a motel where you enter the room from the outside; all the parking is in the middle, surrounded by guest rooms. When I visited, most of the hotel was booked out to my son's high school marching band-so there were teenagers all over the place. I was impressed that the staff was able to keep the breakfast area stocked and the rooms cleaned each day-despite being Covid time (which other hotels use as an excuse to not stock breakfast or clean rooms during a stay). Everyone that I interacted with was pleasant, and the property was well maintained. The indoor pool is nice-I appreciate that it's indoors and has a hot tub. There's also a great little workout room onsite that has all the basics for your travel exercise. Our room had a small fridge and microwave, both very appreciated items. There are plenty of dining and shopping locations nearby as well.

Brittany P.

Yelp
I think the reason they give you two pillows is one to lay on and the other to put over your head. Don't expect to get any rest as you can hear everything. Between the dump truck and car alarms going off you might be able to get an hour or so of sleep. Also the toilet is so close to bathtub that after your done doing your business you can slide off the pot right into the tub. How convenient!

Arwen G.

Yelp
This place is listed as pet-friendly in a lot of places. Well, we went to check in and they said no pets. Luckily we were able to find other accommodations for the night. Don't list yourself as pet friendly when that's not the case.

Meranda W.

Yelp
smells like animal urine on the carpet. I found trash behind the furniture.

Cara T.

Yelp
I'd even give it more than that for the price and experience! Very nice amenities, room was clean, inviting and roomy! Had a desk and separate big upholstered chair as well. Nice size fridge & bathroom. Breakfast included with your stay! Appreciated it being a motel style, a big bonus when it's bad weather and during the cold snow season. You can park your car in front of your door which Is always appreciate, makes it so more convenient! Only issue ( not a big deal) Couldn't figure out the thermostat, so I was up a few times trying to adjust the heat. Called the front desk and they were able to walk me through getting the heat back on. Otherwise, nice and quiet room & location too! This was great one night stay while traveling to another destination. Definitely recommend this location if your staying in the area. The breakfast was excellent. Nice presentation for continental style. You'll have to walk outside to get to breakfast room. Service and staff was on point ! Enjoyed our stay..

Yelp
Perfectly serviceable place, but I paid premium prices during off-season when they had a near empty parking lot. Small bathroom, little in the way of amenities--definitely not an upgrade over a decent economy hotel I would stay here unless you can get a significant discount.

Yelp
I haven't had such a terrible hotel experience before. The general manager canceled my room when I asked her not to (she refused service) and purposefully hung up on me while I was talking to her during a call. I called back about 15 times after (ringing 15+ times each) and they refused to pick up. I've never been refused service at any establishment in my life, and am shocked by the lack of service and hospitality here. I'm glad that it seems others have had good experiences, but it honestly shocks me. The story: I had called about a room booking issue through a third-party vendor. They told me I had to call the third party, and when I did, the third party contacted the hotel and said the hotel would change my room if I called the next day and talked to a manager. The next day, the manager would not change it. When I pushed her on it, she said she would if I paid extra $. I was unhappy after spending an hour+ and getting the runaround, and being told they would change it. On principle, I didn't want to pay. They didn't budge. I spoke to the general manager. I was not happy since I had spent so much time at this point with nobody taking customer service seriously. I told her I'd have to rate the hotel poorly if they didn't take care of the situation. At that point, the manager canceled my reservation and stated I would not be able to stay there and hung up on me when I said I still wanted the room. I am shocked that at such a low bar they would refuse service. While I was very unhappy and firm, no reasonable hotel should've done that. They refused me service, but they did not honor what they said they'd do.

Yelp
I booked my stay at town and country and was not impressed. There were ants in the bathroom and then we found ants in bed. We called the front desk and they apologized and relocated us to another room. Upon moving rooms we found dirty towels left in the room. We spoke to the front desk and they tried calling management but they didn't answer or respond to the front desk. I am very disappointed. I have tried calling management a few times with no response.

Germaine D.

Yelp
With several Best Westerns next to each other I randomly selected this one. We paid with points and upon checking in we were told we were upgraded to a suite. It was amazing! The bed was so so so comfortable! They had the thermostat set at 69 and it felt like a refrigerator in there lol. But I love it that way when I sleep. They had down comforters which made the sleeping much nicer. In the morning we got up and hand their breakfast which was tasty. Hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausage was excellent. If we hadn't arrived so late (midnight) we would have taken advantage of the patio. We will be staying here on our way back home and will follow up. Definitely recommend!

H H.

Yelp
this is the first hotel where they want to charge me extra $25 for checking in before 4pm. I got there at 1:45, not sure if they charge that if you show up 1 hr earlier, but keep that in mind if you are staying here.

Ivan R.

Yelp
I stayed here for 3 days. The good thing I can say about this place is that it was clean. Besides that, I would never come here again. The girl "Julieta", the front desk clerk had such a bad attitude for no reason. Every morning I walked by I said Goodmorning and she ignored us. When I decided to check out I told her I wanted someone to check out the room before I left so I would not be charged something extra on my credit card. She said , the maid was not there at the hotel at the time ( but I found the maid 10 steps away after our conversation with ended) . She said I would have to come later. I told her if I can talk to a manager and she said they don't have any . She had such a bad attitude and didn't feel bad one bit . I would never come here again. That was terrible service. Thank you Maria the maid for being so helpful and understandable. The maid agreed that the front desk girl had attitude

Vince L.

Yelp
Worst customer service, openly admitted to putting my family in a room that they knew had bed bugs.

Yelp
Great place to stay during Utah Summer Games. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. I will say the room wasn't super clean- a bit of dust, but nothing that was a real big deal. They offered DirectTV for in-room television with a ton of channels. The location is fantastic. There is a Sizzler in the parking lot or a ton of other places that are all within a super short drive or walking distance. There is also a fridge and microwave in the room. Lin's grocery store is across the street and is a very nice grocery store with a Starbucks. You could grab quick food items to keep in the room. Super cute town that felt very safe. I will say that the indoor pool wasn't real big and so it filled up quickly. Not certain about any other pools. Also, we were in rooms that were next to the road and it was pretty noisy. I don't know if I had super loud neighbors or if the walls were fairly thin because I could hear them pretty well, but then again, we are talking a bunch of teenagers running wild. I would stay here again, just ask for a room further from the road.

Kislev A.

Yelp
So we checked in really late, but they still managed to save us a room. Of course we have a reservation, but I still hold fear that front desks will give away my room. It wasn't that hard to find this Best Western even though this one is not right off the freeway. There was a large free parking lot, and it was almost full, but there were several spots still open. There was a very large building structure for their pool and jacuzzi making it an indoor pool. It was nice and cozy inside. There were tales and chairs beside the pool as well as plenty of fluffy towels. Complimentary breakfast was not just your usual continental; this breakfast also has hot breakfast such as make-your-own waffles, breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches. The bathroom is a little tight but the bed is pretty big. The room has a microwave and a fridge. There is a large working ice machine nearby. Very convenient when you're about to go on a hike. Warning note: When I was in line to check in, I spent a long time listening to a poor gentleman trying to get an ADA accessible room. He said that before he made a reservation, he called to double check to see if the rooms are ADA accessible and he was assured hat they were. But he discovered that the room he was given, though he could wheel into it, has a bathtub instead of a shower in the room. He tried to switch it to another room but was told there have no room with a bathroom he could use for him. He asked if there were other Best Western he could go to that has ADA accessible rooms/bathrooms and he was informed it doesn't work that way for them. I felt bad for the dude and the young lady that had to explain things to him. Management should not have advertised hat the rooms are ADa accessible if they were not.

Yelp
Came her for a stay after Christmas. Pros: - Good room, wifi, fridge - Full breakfast, wonderful staff - Close drive to brian's Head Skiing (40 Minutes) - On Main street where its close to nearby restaurants Cons: - Like others said, 2 stories, no elevator. We were lucky to get the first floor. - If people in the adjacent or upstair rooms taking a shower, you can definitely HEAR it.

Sarita S.

Yelp
Clean, quiet, spacious and comfy. King size bed and pillows are good quality. Pool jacuzzi was nice. Staff are nice and helpful. Good water pressure. Lots of dining places nearby. Recommend pizza joint Centro. Rylee was out waitress and she was amazing. I'd stay at this hotel again for sure. Room 210. Price was ok $84

Lauren S.

Yelp
Staff was extremely friendly when I got in and the room was clean and cozy. Everything was stocked and in good condition with the price being extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for a stay.

Norm G.

Yelp
Norman Bates, are you there? I say, Norman Bates, are you there? I did a bad job of picking this place to stay overnight at in Cedar City. First impression was the unfriendly person at the front desk, who asked in a deadpan manner, "What brings you to Cedar City?" And I don't mean deadpan like the charming way Aubrey Plaza delivers her lines as April Ludgate in Parks & Recreation. No, I mean "deadpan," with an emphasis on "dead." Then when we opened the door to our room, we noticed the very dark carpet that probably covered up a wealth of sins that only happens in a motel room. There was a desk of sorts with an office chair, but there was no way to scoot the chair under the desk, so it protruded into the tiny room, making ingress and egress to and from the bathroom quite difficult. Adding to the ambiance were a bunch of guys and gals (guys mostly) with Harley's who were revving their engines at various times. Then there was the free breakfast, which was a paltry affair with no place to sit inside. It was definitely a "motel" and not an "inn," and it was, in a word, depressing.

Mayra C.

Yelp
This hotel was nice & clean, bedding was very nice & comfortable great pillows. My room over look trees second floor very private. Great customer service . For a older hotel was very satisfied would of given a 5 star but shower faucet was not working perfect.

Steve F.

Yelp
Staff at check in were friendly and efficient. Large parking area. Comfortable beds, restaurant (Sizzler) on-site. Pool w/hot tub available, laundry, fitness center and free hot breakfast included. Only gripe is outdoor corridors. I hate them!

Robert H.

Yelp
First, I know we come from California where everyone is viewed as spoiled and only stay at exclusive properties offering spa services and fresh squeezed orange juice at our door. This is not the case with us. Also the vast majority of my reviews are positive do I don't like to hear myself gripe Our family lives in this community and we visited over the forth of July. We booked through hotels.com (another thing we would do again). We wanted a nice setting and a pool. What was not told to us by either hotels.com or best western town and country was that the hotel was under renovation. When we checked in ( no choice at that point because it was the 4th and the weekend of a festival). When I asked to speak to a manager I was directed to the assistant manager who told me we should have checked the national best western website. Who does that when you use a booking firm and you are going to a specific property. For three days I asked to speak to the manager. No calls. We were not the only news surprised by this. Again. We are not complainers but I think this is indicative of customer service attitudes today. It would be very interesting to see how many people who are in customer service jobs and not responsive or courteous are the biggest complainers when they don't receive quality service. Long and short. We are going back to cedar city because our kids are there. The 4th of July parade was fantastic and reminded me of days when service and courtesy were a part of our daily lives. Great city. Bad motel

Penny G.

Yelp
Booked online on short notice. Great staff and helpful front desk. However when we got to the room I found Unflushed feces in toilet and a damp hand towel on the bathroom counter. It was late and we were exhausted so just slept in the room even though it left us wondering if it had been cleaned at all. We left at 4 am and had another long day ahead so didn't bother front desk then either Sent email to them later when returned from trip. It's been two weeks and no response Would I stay here again? Yes as it was quiet and fulfilled its purpose. Disappointed with acknowledgment of my email to manager.

Bret P.

Yelp
Happily surprised. This place is very well run. The rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable. The pillows, bed, and comforter are pretty good. The continental breakfast was hot, good, and the attendants were on top of it. I enjoyed the older 70's build with the updated freshness.

I-Lin L.

Yelp
Really nice hotel rooms, spacious with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. I liked how there were 4 square pillows on each bed instead of 2 regular ones. Different and kind of cute. Really nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion provided. Fridge and microwave in room. Flat-screen tv. Weak WiFi connection. Although my cellphone showed full signal, I couldn't get online at all. The breakfast setup was really crappy. Well, it might have tasted good, but I didn't get a chance to eat much to find out. The area was way too small, and they didn't replenish the food fast enough, so all I got was a bowl of cereal and a little bit of granola with yogurt. They only had one 2-slot toaster which was obviously not enough to service our tour group of 50+ people and any additional hotel guests. 4 stars for the room, minus 1 star for the poor breakfast.

Kelly T.

Yelp
I booked through Priceline and requested a king suite with a whirlpool tub. When I walked into the room there was no whirlpool tub. I called the front desk she explained that I paid for a king suite but the price difference for a whirlpool tub was five dollars. The issue is online it said whirlpool tub why should I have to pay the difference for a mistake between the hotel and an authorized booking agent? I finally just hung up the phone the lack of customer service is appalling.

Danny B.

Yelp
Since it is just a short visit all the amenities were there. Pool and clean spacious rooms.

Ron A.

Yelp
Outstanding place to stay. Had an issue with the pool (people's behavior) and it was quickly resolved. The front desk manager even let us swim past the posted closing time. Great stay and will certainly stay here again!

Tina B.

Yelp
We booked this hotel online. At the time of the booking and prior to check in we were never told the hot tubs and swimming pool would be closed for "scheduled maintenance". We found out when we checked in. We definitely would not have booked this hotel had we known. The hotel is older and some of it shows. We had to change rooms because the mattress in the first room had a big dip in it. All of this might be okay. What was not okay was the General Manager "May" attitude. Not one sign of concern or apology. She was very flippant about letting us know we had booked through a 3rd party so she didn't care. "had you booked through us I would have discounted your stay" Needless to say we won't be back to this hotel again.

Dianna S.

Yelp
This hotel was less than acceptable. The manager May was the rudest person and doesn't respect her elders. The staff is loud and rude and wakes up guest when walking down the halls. They over charge you and then tell you they don't know why you have extra charges it might be your bank. Them the tell you your card declined when the run the wrong card number. The food is the worst. Then when you complain they tell you to go to your room as if you were 5 and they were your parents. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It seems that there is always a problem with the best western chain of hotels. I wouldn't even give this place 1/2 a star. Also the manager May makes rude comments as you leave and then runs to the back room like a child.

Molly U.

Yelp
Great little stop! The hotel was clean and convenient to get to from the highway. Several gas stations, restaurants very close by (you could walk). A grocery store across the street. They had a working ice machine and their pool was open and clean! Got a really good price too.

Malina J.

Yelp
As far as inexpensive chain roadside motels go this one is great. We had wished the front desk had been as helpful as yelp in picking a good local restaurant. Despite this the room and it's amenities were definitely above average. There was a flat screen tv, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. We found the bed and pillows to be quite comfortable. The only drawback to the room was the somewhat noisy heating/cooling unit. I personally enjoyed how the towels were creatively shaped in the form of a crab with two candies as it's eyes and placed on the end of our bed. The continental breakfast included eggs, hash-browns, sausage, cereal, bagels, donuts, bananas, coffee and juice. . Although we did not take advantage- the hotel does have an indoor pool and fitness center. Overall a clean motel and would definitely stay here again.

Emily S.

Yelp
We are staying here for 3 nights while attending the Shakespeare Festival and we cannot rave enough. The trip fell over our 5 year anniversary and when the staff found out, they upgraded us to a whirlpool suite! When we got into town, the two girls at the front desk were extremely nice and gave us lots of advice on things to do nearby and restaurants to try. When we got to our room, we found it decorated with towel art (see the pictures) with a lovely note from the staff, congratulating us on our anniversary. They even left a container of cookies for us! The room was huge, clean, and very nice. The breakfast the next morning was really nice and included fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, assorted meats, oatmeal, and waffles. As we began to explore the town, we realized the hotel is literally in walking distance to everything. There's a grocery store across the street, 15+ restaurants within 2 blocks, and the Shakespeare Festival is a block and a half away. We will definitely be coming back. Literally the only downside was the sheets were a bit scratchy. Other than that, we loved it here.

Kara L.

Yelp
My daughter and I were kind of stranded (long story) and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They were more than helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable

T H.

Yelp
This is a great place to stay. The 2 improvements needed are there stairs freeze and are a little scary and the desk chair in the room is too big and just needs to be smaller. But, people were nice. Room way immaculate (thanks, Diana!)! The breakfast was the best we've had with fresh pico and fruit, bacon, eggs, waffles. Impressive! ;)

D S.

Yelp
We've been here four times in two months! Wonderful staff friendly clean and comfortable rooms, excellent pricing always have close by parking and in downtown so it's near everything so convenient!

John S.

Yelp
Great place in Cedar City. Room was clean and modernized. Person at the counter was friendly and helpful. She let me park my Motorcycle near the main doors under the roof and also gave me a room where I can see it. The free breakfast the following morning was great prior to a long motorcycle ride. Nice place. Will stay again. It's close to all attractions including the Shakespeare festival. I will be back .

Anthony A.

Yelp
We were charged for 2 nights but only stayed 1. The hotel refuses to refund the night we did not stay there. I urge you to look elswhere, unless you have money to throw away.

Maria H.

Yelp
This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in a long time and the beds were super comfy. Plus they have an awsome indoor pool an jaccuzi which is perfect for when it's snowing outside.

Roy R.

Yelp
This is actually the second Best Western we stayed in during this 10 day road trip of ours; the first one was in Torrey, UT, for approximately the same amount of money. The "what have you done with my Best Western?" feeling started when I entered the elegantly decorated lobby. Arriving at the room, we were blown away by the huge room (they combined the standard bedroom with a sitting area / living room), feather duvet, and tasteful decorations. The bed was super-comfortable, and outlets -- something that with a mifi, laptop, and two phones we're sensitive about -- were plentiful. Wifi was, of course, complimentary, and delightfully fast (tested at 1729Kb/668Kb) -- fast enough that we could easily watch Netflix while falling asleep. There's one minor blemish -- in our room design, the TV was clearly oriented toward being watched while in the 'living room' area of the room, rather than from bed. It was a little harder for both of us to watch the TV from bed than in most standard rooms BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS SO BIG. I mean, seriously, first world hotel problems :). I'm still stunned by how the heck this could be a Best Western, to be honest. While I saw some other no-name motels in Cedar City advertising a lower rate (I think we saw $32/night somewhere), I really love the value we got from this room at $68/night.

Yelp
Again, yelp aided me in making the decision to stay here. Wow. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Best Western and luxury don't usually go hand in hand in my book. But, this particular hotel was really nice. From luxurious soaps, mints on my bed and a fully stocked and wide variety in the complimentary breakfast, I'd say it's a win in my book.

Yelp
My family and I stayed here this weekend, as well as a few years ago, when we went skiing in Brian Head. Cedar City is about a 30 minute drive from Brian Head and a great option for lodging. The Town & Country Inn is pretty "no frills" but it's very clean and comfortable and I don't think you could do better for $39/night. If you're going skiing be sure to mention it when you make your reservation because they have some nice lift ticket packages for Brian Head most weekends. Breakfast is also included, but it's just toast, donuts, and cereal. When we stayed here previous we got one of their suites which has 3 queen beds and is great for families.

Yelp
The location is great. Right off Main Street and right next to Southern Utah University. They have two hotels under the same name... One is the older one and we stayed in what appears to be a newer addition. The newer addition is nice and clean. The pool wasn't ready for us due to construction and the elevator didn't work either. I had a heavy cooler and wasn't happy about having to carry it up the stairs, but they were very helpful and offered to help carry it up. The free breakfast was tasty. Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and hash brown. Fresh cut fruit, oatmeal, pastries, etc. We will return!

Yelp
I was really disappointed when we pulled in to this motel because the doors opened to the outside. However, the two young ladies at the front desk were so nice and courteous and the room was very very nice and clean. It was quiet and the outdoor opening was not a problem at all. Loved our stay here!. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone!. Well done Best Western!. Well done!

Yelp
Spent 4 nights up at the Best Western Town and Country in Cedar City Utah this last week. Great room with lots of room, clean and updated. The Breakfast isn't the best but the donuts and coffee were good. We stay here 4 or 5 times a year because of work in the area and it is our first choice to stay at. Did not use the pool this time (indoor) or the weight room. Place was not as full as usual as The National Parks were closed until the last night. Then it got packed, Shame on you MR PRESIDENT, You are costing a lot of private people a lot of money and wasting a lot of peoples vacation time by closing down the National Parks. Only bad thing about the room is the couch was worn out.

Yelp
This was our first stay at Best Western hotel chain and we really enjoyed it! Rooms were great, big, clean and you could feel like being on vacation :) They have a small pool, which is also great for sunny days. Breakfast was above average & staff helpful. We'll be definitely going back there.

Yelp
The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower products were great, my hair is very soft! Nice gym to get a quick workout done. The pool and sauna was awesome looking. And the best part, complimentary breakfast. They had an impressive spread!! Very happy we booked here.
