Very cute place with lots of fruity tea drinks to try! It’s hard to decide there are so many choices! They come in 3 sizes and I recommend large they are so good! Get the boba on the bottom!

Great place, always playing good music, friendly staff. Get "less sweet" if you are not a kid, so you can actually enjoy the taste. My favorite bubble tea is Rose All Day.

Unique and quaint, this local gem in New Bedford is known for its delicious bubble tea. But they also have delightful pastries and coffee available. The staff of very friendly and helpful, and the clientele naturally tend to be a bit younger; roughly college age.

We love besteas!! Never had a bad experience or a bad tea! I love most fruity flavors and prefer the boba over the jellies!

Wonderful vibe and customer service. Easy to order and has a "build your own" option for more customization. Drinks come out quick, are delicious and pair well with their various snacks and pastries. Ample meter parking, a small bar for inside seating, wonderful and helpful servers.

My friend and I whenever we are in the area stop by and by at least one (mostly 2 a piece) of there boba teas. We have told them for years they need to build one in Taunton hehe. They are so nice and the service is always amazing there. There changing menu and regular menu give you all the options you need and more.

This place has such a friendly & sweet staff. Making sure to answer all my questions due to having a milk sensitivity. Was very clean. Prices are great. First time I went I bought a Cloud 9 tea and fell in love!!! Before I left that day I bought a gift card as well as a drink coozie. Must go place!!!

Who new New Bedford had great boba tea? Well now you do but not just great but fantastic! Got the cinnamon bun and mocha coffee. But were so good. The girls were friendly and loved their recommendations! Really cute inside, small but homey.

I was very pleasantly surprised on how good it was. Tea had an actual tea flavor. You can tell by their menu that they understand tea and take it seriously. Their menu was extensive. They only had brown sugar boba. No honey boba, but it was fine. All drinks we got were great. I am surprised on how great it was. If I'm in the neighborhood I'll definitely come back

This is my Sunday morning stop after church. The varieties are endless so you are sure to find something you will like. The nicest thing about this charming shop are their employees. The staff is delightful!

Best boba locally that's for sure. Cool wall of specials and a lot of options for their regular menu items as well. The baked goods in the case look yummy but I haven't tried them personally.

Not only is this a solid spot for bubble/milk tea, but it's also the only one in the area that doesn't also serve food. This would be a perfect 5 star place if the hours were expanded. Many won't be able to enjoy after work hours, but certainly worth the weekend trips. Every drink is delicious. Try all the specials you can!!

Pretty average Boba Tea but it's a good price. The boba was definitely fresh and the drinks aren't overly sweet. I had a build your own chai milk tea with pistachio infusion and tapioca pearls. It was a great combo but there was a $0.50 up charge for oat milk. It's very unique but didn't seem so authentic. Not a lot of places to sit or a trendy picture spot. The area itself is cute for pics but it's a grab and go place. There was also a small line.

Best boba tea place EVER!! The macrons are marvelous, and the boba is great! I get the Black Magic drink every time and i love it so much!! The inside of the place is so well decorated and pleasing to the eye. And the service is amazing! even when it's busy! 10/10 experience, been going for 2 years!

I come to this place all the time! Best boba around. The Strawberry Shortcake Boba is top tier. I love the vibe of this place, the LED lights and the cute little couch and the chalkboard menu! And the staff here are very kind and helpful. I love the Instagram reels too (haha!) Defo recommend this place!

This was my first visit here and I can't wait to come back! Very accessible and truly such a beautiful space inside and out. The staff here is so friendly, warm and inviting. I had to try the Ride or Thai and my daughter decided on the Queen Bee, both of which were delicious! We tried the Heath Bar cookie and these cookies are absolutely enormous and equally amazing. Prices are very reasonable and we enjoyed everything that we ordered!

Holy cow, Bubble Tea in New Bedford, how good is this? I tasted Bubble Tea in Chinatown in 2001 and nearly fainted. The ooey chewy tapioca pearls at the bottom combined with a delicious milky tea, wow. Fast forward to 2020 when a bubble tea room opened my fav South Coast city. I had to wait until today because they closed as soon as they opened due to, you guessed it, COVID 19. Today, they did a curbside opening and I tasted heaven. I called ahead and ordered two teas, one for my man, a now regular customer and one for moi. I am dairy free so ordered RIDE OR THAI*; Premium Thai tea infused with brown sugar and spices topped with brown sugar tapioca pearls with a non dairy base. I asked for low sugar and this was heaven. Seth got his favorite, BLACK MAGIC*, a tasty tea infused with black cane sugar & brown sugar tapioca pearls. His was much sweeter and super delish. Call ahead they deliver to the door, no contact, leaving it on the table. Thank GOD they opened again, as I needed a little heaven, today.

Seriously some of the best bubble tea I've ever had! I love the Black Magic! Some of the sweetest people work there and if I could visit them every day I would! Highly recommend this place! They have other items too (coffee and some baked goods) but I go for the bubble tea! You won't be disappointed!

Yum, yum, and yum! Cool, (though you can get hot if you're into that sort of thing ) refreshing, sweet, and tea! They also have coffee if you don't want a tea. I go as often as I can and sometimes get two. The staff is friendly; you don't have to wait, you can call in advance to order and pay, parking is easy, and did I say yum! I highly recommend them.

I love their creativity with their drinks!! Their seasonal/monthly specials never disappoint. Such a great addition to the Downtown NB area

When I travel, I plan my trip around yums, including coffee and tea and bubble tea specifically. BesTeas is some of the best bubble tea I've ever had, and I'm so excited that they're here! We were in a bubble tea desert before and this is the oasis. I'm amazed by the quality of their carefully planned flavors and specialty boba or jellies, at a really comparative price with other treats you might get to sip on. My most recent trip I shared two: a London Fog with Taro, which was the most gorgeous blend of taro bubble tea and lavender milky goodness. The bubbles really hold the sweetness and flavor of the brown sugar. The other was the Undercover Lover which would be like a dream on a summer day, and even on a cold rainy November afternoon it was refreshing and fruity and fun! I can't wait to try the winter flavors. Ordering by phone was nice and easy, and they're being careful about distancing in store.

Very reasonable prices and great fruit teas! Usually bubble tea gives me caffeine headaches or it's way too sweet but this place does it just rate. It's my favorite boba place I've ever been too and it's locally owned rather than a chain, what's not to like.

Awesone! Love the new strawberry shortcake. Could you please keep it forever. It really should be part of the menu I will be disappointed if this goes off the menu. Love it !!!
