We had a wonderful experience. We made a reservation for 8pm but showed up at 7:30pm and there were no issues with that. Atmosphere is dark and romantic. Definitely a place to dress up for but we came in shorts and it was fine. The staff all treated us well. The cocktails are delicious. The food is pretty and we enjoyed some dishes more than others. They also take a photo of you at the end of the meal and have it printed as a souvenir which was thoughtful. Recommended for a date night or special occasion. The service is really where they shine.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the host, Mr. Ibrahim, whose service was top-notch—professional, attentive, and personable throughout the evening. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, adding a personal touch that truly elevated the experience. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was a creative celebration of Malaysian flavours with a modern twist. The presentation was stunning, and the taste was even better—layered, balanced, and thoughtfully crafted. Every bite told a story, and we were genuinely impressed by the chef’s ability to highlight local ingredients in such a refined way. Highly recommend Beta for those looking for a world-class fine dining experience with heart, heritage, and hospitality. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend booked Beta for my birthday, and it was a memorable experience. At first, it felt a bit unusual—we were guided to a lounge area for drinks before heading to the dining room. I’m still not entirely sure why this step was included, but it turned out to be a nice touch. There, we learned about Beta’s concept and vision while enjoying a light appetizer, which piqued our curiosity. Once we moved to the dining area, each course was a delight. The flavors, presentation, and storytelling behind every dish were exceptional, making the experience truly enjoyable. Using ingredients sourced from across Malaysia, the food was rooted in tradition yet presented in a modern, innovative way, elevating the joy of seeing, hearing, and tasting. Beta is undoubtedly one of the most unforgettable restaurants I’ve visited.

Elevated Malaysian food. Portion is just right and not excessive. Definitely one of the best fine dining experience that I have had. Best value for money. Biggest issue with the restaurant is its location - when we arrived, two rubbish bins went right between us and the reception.

The experience is one of a kind. The Customer Service is superb. The food was an explosion of flavors that works so perfectly well together. The chef really knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. Everything was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend. Come hungry. You will be full when you leave.

What a nice meal to end our trip to KL! Rare finds of Malaysian fusion cuisine. Staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. From the appetisers (can’t stop eating the homemade bread and chilli ) to the dessert, we enjoy every bits of the meal !

amazing if your a foreigner wanting to taste Malaysian food . but as a Malaysian our normal foods have more taste than the fine dining foods, for example the lamb doesn't have enough salt, but the Nutty Whisky is a 10/10 must try
