So good! Saw a review that said they stuffed the bagel too full… which is exactly why I went! You really get bang for your buck here. Timely on my pickup order time and order was as requested. Would recommend ordering ahead of time to avoid busy crowds.

I love bagels and this chain is my favorite. Just tried near my new workplace and got half dozen including banana nut and got a great egg salad sandwich with beyond sausage. Great service and seems a lot preorder. A bit of a challenge to park but parked in neighborhood and walked in the back.

The best bagels I’ve had in a very long time! The soft inside dough with the perfect outside crust is the best. Daniel was so nice and professional I gave him my favorite baseball cap

Bethesda Bagels is a great spot for a quick lunch, especially with their solid deal — a pizza bagel and bagel dog combo with a soda for around $10. The food is fresh, tasty, and hits the spot without breaking the bank. It’s a smaller location with no seating area, so it’s more of a grab-and-go setup. Be prepared to wait a little bit during the lunch rush since it can get busy, and there’s not much of a waiting area. Still, the place is well stocked with plenty of options and a good variety of bagels, spreads, and sandwiches. Definitely worth it if you’re nearby and craving something quick and satisfying.

This place has a lot of vegetarian options (including beyond sausage). I got a fresh veggie bagel with chive cream cheese. It was super fresh. There are so many bagel, topping, and cream cheese choices. The service was really good. The bagel I ordered got picked up by someone else. So, they made me another one without me even asking. It can be packed and is more of a grab and go place. They have an online ordering system too which I will be trying out. Can’t wait to come back and try out all the flavors!

This place has a great awareness of how much cream cheese I truly need on my bagels. Aka a LOT. The best!!

What a selection of bagels!!! From your standard plain bagel to an everything bagel and all flavors in between (even an orange cranberry). We picked up two dozen bagels for family in a variety of flavors which was $42. I also got a toasted banana nut bagel with honey walnut cream cheese to go. Bagel had the right amount of chew and was dense in a good way. Enjoy!

Amazing breakfast spot, would recommend. As someone from Jersey with a high expectation for breakfast food, they make bagels and breakfast sandwiches like they do back at home- they even have pork roll (Taylor ham)! The service is quick and the restaurant itself is a strictly in-and-out situation so perfect for anyone on the go or before work

We've been loyal customers of this Bethesda Bagels for years, but this visit was a big disappointment. They couldn't apply my rewards points and made no effort to fix it. Our order was #253, yet they were already calling numbers in the 300s -- much larger orders -- while we waited. After 48 minutes, our two sandwiches finally came out cold, with no apology or explanation. Hopefully this was a one-time bad experience, but I wasn't the only frustrated customer that morning. I truly hope management takes steps to fix these issues, or we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Still a very soild bagel spot and their online ordering process is pretty efficient. Ready when promised and still hot. You can really load up your sandwiches here, but I've learned that less is more; otherwise it becomes too messy.

Came in the morning to order a BEC on an everything bagel. Decided to blindly tip because of those guilt tripping kiosks (it's also near Thanksgiving). Came home and found out it was on a PLAIN bagel. I proceeded to give the biggest sigh ever. Didn't feel like driving back and showing the error and also just too annoyed to do that. One thing is for certain, I will never be blindly tipping for counter service EVER again. The breakfast bagel was not bad even though it was wrong. I like Bethesda Bagels, but you guys can't make small mistakes like this. Please do better.

My husband ordered white fish today and said it was the worst he has ever had. He was picking bones out of it. The bagels on the other hand were great.

This is a small bagel shop that's packed with flavor! They have so many bagels and cream cheese flavors, it's totally crazy!!! I got the egg everything bagel with caramelized onion and black pepper cream cheese. I felt like I was at a Boyz II Men concert in the mid 90's....it was so good!!!! If you know you know!!! My son got he plain bagel and plain cream cheese and I ate half of his too!!! The bagels had the perfect crisp and pull and the cream cheese was thick and very flavorful. Run to this place and you won't regret it!!!! As for the service, they were very patient waiting for me to finally pick my bagel and cream cheese flavor. There are so many options!!!. They were so nice!!!

Cute little shop in Shady Grove. Sad that there's no indoor seating, but still a great place to eat. It gets crowded pretty quickly over the weekend, but they are able to take our order quickly. The food is so good and they provide great portions. My go-to is Steak Egg & Cheese, which never seems to fail. Will be coming back here again.

Every time I go to this bagel shop, I'm blown away by the chewy yet crusty and overly satisfying features found in all of the bagels. They are so yummy! The breakfast sandwich is absolute, perfect perfection, the best eight dollars you'll ever spend. The crispy rounds of bacon, the beautiful, scrambled eggs, your choice of cheese, and my choice, Munster, and all on a plain bagel. All of it comes together beautifully! I also like to get a schmear, so the blueberry bagel with the blueberry cream cheese is also highly recommended, because not only do they load it up with the most delectable cream cheese, but the pairing puts you in blueberry heaven. A solid win every time, just wanted to make it known to the world!

These bagels are next level! Perfectly chewy on the inside with that golden, exactly how a bagel should be. The flavors are fresh and authentic, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether toasted with cream cheese or made into a sandwich, they're absolutely delicious. Definitely my new go-to spot for bagels

I have to say, I'm a fan of Bethesda Bagels. "Out of all the gin (bagel) joints in the (DC area)" they do have a PRETTY solid bagel. They have a variety of cream cheeses. They have a SOLID chicken salad. I have to say, I had no idea about the chicken salad until my friend Diana introduced it to me recently. And man, do I want that chicken salad recipe. I have a STRONG inkling that it might have some MSG in it. It almost tastes too good to be true. To be clear - if you have read all scientific studies of MSG - it has no adverse effect on the human body. PLEASE do your research. Also, they have a very solid whitefish salad. The bagel is large, nice and chewy, and heavily coated in seeds when you order a seeded bagel. Service is quick and efficient if not a bit brusk most times I've been there. They do a TON of call-in/to-go orders which they have shelving for on the right. This is probably the closest solid bagel place to me. The last time I was there was my birthday when I treated myself to a sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was fantastic.

We've been ordering bagels from the Fallsgrove location for a few years, and the quality has always been excellent. Unfortunately, today was an exception. We ordered an egg and cheese bagel and a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel for pickup, but we came home to find that one was missing bacon and the other was missing egg. Our kids were already hungry, so we didn't want to make the trip back to the store for a replacement. This was very disappointing, especially since we've never had issues with our orders before. We hope this doesn't happen again.

On the hunt for the best bagel breakfast sandwich shop by me! Stopped by on a Thursday morning to try out their breakfast menu. Located inside the shady grove shopping center, Bethesda Bagels has a wide selection of both bagels and bakery items. With a build-your-own type of menu there is something for everyone. The restaurant is spacious, be advised there are no tables or seating areas. I ordered the turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. I like that they have the option for turkey bacon, it was crispy and fried perfectly. The bagel was supposedly toasted, it did not have any crunch on the outside but I enjoyed the how soft and chewy it was. The hashbrown patty I felt was too dry and overcooked I would not order it again. The cashier was friendly and answered all my questions regarding online ordering. My breakfast came out hot and fast which I appreciated. Bethesda Bagels is a good choice when it comes to fast and yummy breakfasts!

The food here has always been great for me. The variety of available options is pretty incredible as well. The Shady Grove location is pretty consistently busy so I place my order online and wait in my car until I get the notification my order is ready. The speed is acceptable for a busy place with good food. The staff is pleasant enough, but not overly friendly. So why only 4 stars? First is the small lobby that gets crowded very quickly. It's not uncommon to find a large number of people standing around waiting to order and waiting to get their food. There is no place to sit and the way it's laid out, it's hard to find a standing spot that isn't in the way of the drinks, coolers, order line, etc. Second - and the biggest grip I have - is the coffee. They have a coffee machine that dispenses Folger's coffee. A premium bagel shop that doesn't offer fresh-brewed premium coffee? That's almost immoral! It's a real drag to go there for a great bagel, but need to go elsewhere to hunt down decent coffee.

I am from New York originally...so unfortunately, i am picky about pizza and bagels...but this breakfast sandwich they make at Bethesda Bagels is as close to perfect as it gets. The over medium egg's yolk was perfectly slowly drippy in a gel like state and it was literally a PERFECT breakfast. They cook their bacon perfectly; thin bacon layered perfectly crisp. We LOVE this place!

Well the price increased to $2 dollars for a bagel!! Okay so costs are up for all of us... However, the bagel tastes like a roll. It's full of air. It has always been inconsistent there and you never knew what you were going to get in terms of taste, texture, or size. Now, they raised the price and the quality/value decreased. Being from NYC and one who has eaten bagels there for most of my life, I can't take this place anymore. Sorry because it's so convenient to my home.

Bethesda Bagels is one of my favorite bagel places in the DMV although I'm from NY so I'm very picky about bagels and schmears. I ordered a matzah ball soup and an egg everything bagel with egg salad. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order which is a little longer than I would've hoped. I have to say the matzah ball soup was incredibly delicious and to my pleasant surprise it came with a mini bagel. My egg everything bagel was good but I would've loved the egg salad to be a bit more creamy and for there to be a little more on the bagel itself.

We walked into this location to some upbeat music and a friendly front of the house customer service. There are a lot of options. We explained that it was our first visit and she was very friendly and patient. I went with an everything jalapeño egg sandwich with avocado, cucumber, sprouts, lettuce and American cheese, toasted. It was fantastic!!! I also ordered a toasted Asiago cheese bagel with jalapeño cheddar cream cheese. It was rich in flavor. I liked my other bagel choice better. The service was fast and friendly enough. The prices are very fair for what you get. I would certainly recommend this location.

It was my first time here and enjoyed my smoked salmon bagel. They make their bagels in house and they are not shy with the cream cheese. Next time I'll pick everything bagel instead of the sesame bagel.

I love a good bagel and cream cheese. After having a delicious one at another bagel shop this morning, I decided this would be the day to try Bethesda Bagel and compare. I assumed nothing could be as good as what I got from a nearby bagel shop. Wrong! I ordered an everything bagel toasted with vegi cream cheese. The bagel was toasted perfectly. It was larger than the bagel at the other place, and slightly less salty. The bagel had excellent crunch followed by soft, but not overly chewy, bread. The vegi cream cheese (nice portion added to the bagel by the shop - you don't have to get a knife and schmear it yourself) is very tasty. Smooth, creamy with tiny bits of carrot and a nice garlic highlight. Delicious. I like the larger vegi pieces that some other bagel places use in their vegi cream cheese, but this one is very good. I ordered at the counter and the bagel came within a few minutes. Only problem here is that there is no place to eat. They have a nice menu with bagels, sandwiches, pizza and other things, but everything is takeout only. So, if you have a hankering for eating in, I recommend Bageltowne Deli nearby. But if it is take-out you're looking for, I give the overall edge to this place.

We ordered 2 bagels and both were so delicious! They put a lot of cream cheese and for my chicken salad they proportionate the toppings well!

Got a sausage egg and cheese here. It was delicious. It was so easy to order and they had so many choices that I can't wait to go back and try a new combination. Specifically, they have some unique spread flavors.

This is our favorite bagel place in the DMV. It's a small shop and it's never empty in the mornings but the line moves quickly. Service is surprisingly fast. It's the only bagel shop that I know that has mini bagels. Our go to orders are 6 mini bagels half plain and half everything and small plan and small veggie containers of cream cheese or a hot breakfast sandwiches of bagel egg, sausage and cheese. They have more than one location but we are so happy this one is a short walk from our home.

This was my first time here but it certainly won't be my last. My coworkers get Bethesda bagels often so I decided to give it a try. It smells amazing inside. This location is super clean. I got the bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeño cheese bagel with tomatoes, caramelized onions and strawberry jelly. This bagel was so heavy and fulfilling. I can't wait to try more of the breakfast sandwiches and the lunch menu too. They also have so many different flavors of bagels and cream cheese. I ordered online and my sandwich was ready for pick when I arrived. I can't wait to go back.

Happiness is fresh bagels and cream cheese. I decided to try the new Bethesda Bagels on Shady Grove Road. The store is not large, but they have it well organized. As you wait in line to reach the counter, the refrigerators cases have all kinds of smears and salads( like lox spread, whitefish salad, chopped liver, and tuna salad). The line moved pretty quickly. Bethesda Bagels had a nice selection of freshly made bagels. The superstar was Kaoe, ( forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly). He was a ray of sunshine and even offered to bag my everything bagels, separately from my other bagels. Thank you, for such excellent service. Bethesda Bagels is not cheap. It cost $10 and change for 6 bagels. I couldn't wait to get home and lather my bagel with cream cheese. Truthfully, the bagels are good, but are too thick for my liking. I would rather have a bagel that I can taste the toppings. I just cut it into three pieces, instead of halves and it was good. So, it is potato or potato? Nice clean bagel shop, excellent service, a little more expensive, than I am used too. If you like large, doughy bagels, this is the place for you. Or you can share my tip and cut it into threes. Anyway, you cut it, Bethesda Bagels taste good.

The ginormous bagels were airy, but also a bit dense. While the bagels were fresh and not stale, they didn't have the fluffiness that I was hoping for. Lots of flavors! Of the Everything, Whole Wheat Everything, and Cinnamon Chip bagel varieties, my pick was the Everything bagel. The Whole Wheat version was a bit denser. I enjoyed the Chive cream cheese and appreciate the small size option.

They are consistently good. No complaints. Ordered via app and the staff is always helpful to ask if you placed an online order and then get it to you. Their carmelized onion cream cheese is probably the best flavor in the DMV area. It cannot be duplicated. Pair that with a toasted everything bagel and ur ready for hearty breakfast on the go. Place is always crowded, yet clean. Kudos to the staff for that.

First time here and the person helping suggested I try the popular NOVA & CREAM CHEESE. I enjoyed it. Also my first time trying a WHOLE WHEAT EVERYTHING bagel, which I enjoyed. They were quick, friendly, and it seemed clean inside. I would go back to try other signature sandwiches.

The best bagels I've had in the DMV area!! I'm obsessed with bagels and I've definitely had my fair share of average (or bad) bagels in the area. I got a Turkey Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Jalapeño Everything Bagel and a Blueberry Bagel with Strawberry Cream Cheese. Both were SO good. The berry bagel and cream cheese tasted like Trix yogurt to me- so delicious and nostalgic. And I highly recommend the Jalapeño Everything bagel, it had just the right amount of jalapeño flavor and spice. ALSO the turkey bacon was perfectly crispy!! Often times, I find turkey bacon tends to be too floppy and soft, but they did it right. The workers were nice and the wait was short even though it was busy. There's no seating inside but there's plenty of space to sit outside and around the Bethesda Row.

On my way to work one morning and I was craving a breakfast bagel sandwich. Since I was running behind time, I wasn't able to stop at one of my favorite spots in NE, DC so luckily YELP recommended "Bethesda Bagels" since it was within my route. Parking is a hit or miss but if you come before 9am, you don't have to worry about the meters. Food - I ordered a breakfast bagel sammich, Over-Medium egg, cheddar cheese, avocado, vegan sausage on a scooped Everything bagel. This was AMAZING & by far worth every bite, crispy edges and semi soft center and beyond filling. I also got a pink frosted donut because it looked so cute and was the only 1 left, it was sigh aight, I just wished it was softer and had a more fresh taste to it. Last, I ordered their HOT COCOA , this in house drink is made with gourmet chocolate (not powder) and steamed to the gods plus topped off with whipped cream, I'm so in love with this hot cocoa and will ALWAYS get this when I come here for breakfast. Its not too sweet not overly chocolate, a perfect balance for me. It's $4 well worth it and has replaced my Starbucks addition lol. Price- I spent roughly under $13 for a full meal, in my opinion, pricing isn't bad and depends on what and how much you want. Ambiance- Clean, cozy, small yet have home vibes and so much selections/options to choose from. Customer Service - Beyond AMAZING, I look forward to seeing the staff because even when they're busy, they still don't rush you and give a sweet small talk as if you're the only one there. The staff are great and after a while, they definitely recognize their regulars which I always love. Service will a SMILE always gets me. Overall, this place is definitely now added to one of my new favorites and I've been 4 times within a month already .

Bethesda Bagels absolutely never disappoints. I am so glad they have so many locations so it is easy to snag their $5 bagel sandwich almost anywhere I am in DC and Maryland. I always order my Bethesda Bagels on their online ordering platform. It's the best way I can ensure I get to bagel with tofu cream cheese and pick all the veggies I want. Most of the bagels at Bethesda Bagels are vegan, however their wheat bagel contains honey. Their tofu cream cheese is vegan and fantastic! For $5 you can get a bagel with tofu cream cheese and pick 4 veggies. I always get cucumber, sprouts, tomato, and hot peppers. The cream cheese portion is so generous, their bagels are phenomenal (not chewy, plenty thick, and taste like the NY style I love), and with all those veggies to choose from how can it ever go wrong? I also think Bethesda Bagels gets orders out quickly. When I order online I never wait longer than 15 minutes for my order. It's my favorite place to take out of town friends for breakfast and it is so affordable I can even cover everyone's meal. I highly recommend visiting, and am so thankful for their vegan friendly options.

Really enjoyed my bagel this morning. I got a plain bagel with lox spread and it was really good. The bagels are pretty big and the filling is generous so it will def fill you up. I also ordered a steak and cheese on an everything bagel for my husband. I got to try it and it was delicious! They did not skimp out on the meat. The cons: They sell coffee but the options aren't great (it's just your standard black coffee, didn't see any espresso drinks). There's also no seating area. It's also busy on Sunday mornings. It kinda took a while for them to take my order because there were so many online orders coming in as well. It was understandable but just something to keep in mind if you're in a rush.

I'm so happy that Bethesda Bagel is at Fallsgrove. It's a small bagel shop, though its not a dine in restaurant. Their menu will wow you. I got there early and so indecisive on what to get. I changed my mind like 3x before getting my rainbow bagel. Friendly staff. They have a breakfast and lunch menu. As far as bagels it's like NYC style. It's tastes homemade and they are huge. They even have Flagels, if you don't won't a lot of bread. They don't skimp on cream cheese either, unlike (PANERA) The Asiago cheese bagel, I didn't get. It wasn't cheesy, and others have mentioned it, I passed on it. The avocado blt looks good that's on my list, for next time.

Great selection of bagels here. The salt bagel was excellent which you cannot find at a lot of places. It was nice they had some donuts as well. The coffee is on the pedestrian side so dont expect that to stand up to the bagels

Just had Bethesda bagels for the first time! I did an online order and it was really easy to navigate their site and order. I appreciate that they have vegan cream cheese options, I was really excited to try it. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with the veggie tofu cream cheese and I added onions, capers, and sprouts. They have a lot of add-in options. My bagel was perfectly toasted. Soft on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside. Was very impressed by the bagel and def will be back

Delightful. I ama believer that breakfast should be ALL day. I mean all day bacon, eggs, pancakes and the like anytime my belly requests it. Anywho, I'm in the area and I see a bagel spot, I'm a lover of bagels and breakfast so I'm thinking why not!?!? The place is quaint, has a coffee bar, a couple of fridges that have juice, yogurt, lox and the like. They even had a crap packages to choose from too. They have breakfast all day, lunch items and the ability to buy bagels a la cart. I got the everything bagel, egg whites, avocado, cheddar cheese and Turkey bacon sandwich. This bad boy was good! Huge even, so much that I had to eat half at one moment take a break and come back. The egg was good, avocado was fresh, and the turkey bacon was crisp. I only wish they had spinach to take it over the T O P. Happy I tried some place new, next time I'm in the area, I know where I'm going. Nommers!

3.22.22 Highlights and feedback -Fast and friendly service -Highly recommend the chicken salad on croissant. The croissant was flaky, buttery and fresh and the chicken salad was seasoned well. Simply perfection. -Fountain soda root beer was sweet and tasted better than other fast casual restaurants. -I don't recommend the brownie. I like mine soft and crumbly and it was a bit crunchier than I would have liked. Although the chocolate chips were semi melted, which I like. -Asiago bagel - Mild flavor and not as cheesy as I would have liked. At other bagel shops, there is visible cheese on the top slice of the bagel, but not here. -Salt bagel - Husband said it was fluffy and the cream cheese was airy. Fortunately, they don't go overboard with the salt. Usually my husband has to scrape off the salt at our local bagel shop. Useful Info -Online ordering is available for pick up in the store. -They sell items that are not included on the online menu including donuts, cookies, and brownies. -I was told that the beginning of the week is less busy than later in the week. I came in on a Tuesday around noon and there was no line. Definitely loved my lunch and will probably stick to the lunch menu.

Very, very slow service on 9-21-2025 at 11:35 a.m. and the accuracy of the order is potentially questionable. This was the second occurrence of this happening within 3 weeks. I spoke with a manager or assistant manager who was working in the kitchen. I didn't find her answers to my questions on my order to be satisfactory. Essentially, the kitchen staff prioritized online or pickup orders while disregarding in-person orders. Both in-person and pickup order customers who ordered after me with large orders - I repeat LARGE ORDERS THAT CAME AFTER MY ORDER - were served before I was. The kitchen staff handled my order very badly and slow and what is alarming is that they were well-staffed with at least 6 people in the kitchen, not including the extra hand of the manager or assistant manager on duty. By the time I received my order, my egg sandwich was cold and not very enjoyable. Piss poor service, disregard for in-person customer's time, and questionable accuracy on order fulfillment. Congrats!

I always love to try new bagel places, so we gave this one a shot while staying at a hotel nearby. I tried a wheat everything bagel, which I had never seen before. I topped it with sundried tomato cream cheese and it was delicious! I would definitely go back again!

When I heard Bethesda Bagels was opening up next to the hospital I work at, I was shook. I remember walking down to the Downtown Bethesda location back in the day. Must have been 25 years ago.... Ppl would line up for bagels! Some bikes over, finished their morning run, or walking the dog.... The neighborhood would literally come get bagels every weekend. The idea of having Bethesda Bagels nearby made my mouth water and nostalgia ring. Their bagel sandwiches are loaded! Like wrapped up they are about the size of my face! I ordered a BLT and of course added egg and cheese! It was amazing! Brought me back to the days of having Alex in the grill at Bethesda Country Club cooking up this! My favorite sandwich! Next up was the steak and cheese! Added sprouts to bring back memories of the student union co-op and getting sprouts on every type of sandwich just cuz they had them and the texture brings life. Finally, The roast beef... simple yet so satisfying.... Again added all the veggies to be healthy! All sandwiches fed 2 adults and 2 kids and we were stuffed! This location is going to get a lot of traffic next to the hospital!!! Easy 5 stars. Not just because I'm feeling nostalgic.... Haha

The beagles are very fresh. That morning my daughter ordered two bagels for me and they delivered so fast. The bagels arrived still warm.

Love that they finally opened one in Falls Grove! We came opening weekend and though the place was busy, it wasn't overly crowded. I got the BLT with avocado on an egg bagel. Delish!! The bagel was fresh and so were everything inside the bagel. They have lots of selections and I can't wait for them to start selling the rainbow bagels (they said maybe by next weekend!) because those have always caught my eye. Anyway, my son really wanted the donuts as well and they were good - a little more doughy and less airy but good! Anyway, I'll definitely be coming here again! Great job on your opening weekend!!

We loved our sandwiches from here. Chewy, flavorful bagels. Tangy cream cheese (but not too much of it). Good eggs (not rubbery), and real cheese. Can't ask for much more. So happy to have found the Gaithersburg location. Will most certainly be back again and again because we love our bagel Sundays in this house and don't mind waiting in line to get bagels this good!

Bethesda bagels will be known for their bagels. Maybe not so much for their Reuben sandwich. I got a Reuben sandwich on wheat everything. The amount of corned beef on the sandwich was the bare amount to still call this a Reuben. The sauerkraut on it was great. And again, bagel, spectacular. But overall the sandwich could be better if they weren't skimpy with the corned beef. I look forward to trying Bethesda bagels again. I'll stick with breakfast sandwiches here.

I really enjoy the bagels here, but they need to get their act together in terms of service. I placed an order for a baker's dozen bagels (not pre-sliced) and some cream cheese containers via a delivery app. Nearly an HOUR later the order wasn't ready. My delivery driver was waiting for about 20 minutes. They literally only had to throw 13 bagels in a bag and grab some pre-packed cream cheese. The length of delay was totally unacceptable.

The store is clean and new. There are many bagel options. Service was quick/the total wait time was short. My bagel sandwich was hearty and delicious. I can't wait to try their other sandwiches.

Super excited that Bethesda Bagels has officially opened at Fallsgrove! Stopped by today to pickup lunch. I ordered online which was easy! Got a text message when my order was ready! Walked through the front door any my order was on a rack ready for pickup! Ordered the Nova BLAT on a plain bagel. It's enormous! I'm not a messy eater, but this took 4 napkins to get through! So tasty! Bagel had just the right chew. Nice amount of cream cheese, bacon and lox. I ordered matzoh ball soup too, but that's saved for later cause after finishing off the bagel sandwich, nothing else was going to fit in my belly!

Fast and delicious! The toppings are fresh and most of them are free add-ons. You can watch them make the bagels fresh from the outside (or inside). I ordered several breakfast sandwiches and split them multiple ways with family I was visiting. Favorite bagels were the jalapeño everything (faint kick), Maryland bagel (Old Bay without being obnoxious), whole wheat everything (maybe we just like salt). The spinach Florentine was a favorite. I suppose I will be visiting family more frequently now.

BB- I saw the chaos going on for a Saturday at 12:30pm and must admit I was intrigued (breakfast places busy after mid-morning?). Well, they don't just serve breakfast, there's lunch thrown in their menu as well (pizza, sandwiches...a smorgasbord). The air insane was piping hot (from all the ovens they're running), but it sure felt good coming in on a chilly day with my little one. We ordered bagels, a cream cheese, and some latkes: I enjoyed how solid (dense and big) the bagels were. Other reviewers are right in that the asiago bagel did not have any asiago taste. The jalapeño cheddar cream cheese had solid bits of cheddar and jalapeño and had a kick, which was all surprising and good. The latke's were a bit on the greasy side. Quick service. 3.5 Stars
