Bethlehem Farmers' Market

Great little producer-only market!! Open on Thursday afternoons, May through October - local vendors only. Great lunch spot with outdoor seating and live music. In it's 11th year serving the campus and community. Typically has fresh, local produce, fresh baked bread, meats, eggs, cupcakes, pastries, kiffles, peanut butter, awesome lunch options and more!

La Madame chocolate chip cookies and peach lemonade made the perfect pairing to begin my market shopping experience. Soft breezes, Dave Karchner's sweet classic rock tunes and more. Thursdays in Bethlehem, Farragut Square 10am-2pm. Friends shop at Farmers Markets 💕

My hopes were high for a one day weekly farmers market. But as knowing this fairly new farmers market, I give it a higher rating, just because farmers markets are dope. So it was the beginning of the season and there wasn't a large fruit or veggie section but you know which booths will have abundance of veggies as the season progressed. Oh they have plenty of baked goods and snacks, but which place that surpasses all of them is a vegan spot! They sell amazing vegan donuts and cupcakes and worth the drive alone.!!!! Next I bought gmo- free range chicken eggs, delicious like always and the farmer is extremely friendly. Will go in depth as soon as I return!

Really nice place to visit, check interesting stuff and get some Amish food.

Very small, quaint setting. Was eexpecting to find lots of fruits and vegetsbles but found a vendor selling plants, one selling potted veges, one selling soap, and one selling pies. Not much to choose from. Beautiful day for a stroll though.

This farmers market is great because it brings something fresh to South Bethlehem. It's hard to find local, organic food on this side of the river. It also gives Lehigh students a chance to experience good food. The produce vendors at the market sell a lot of good staples like peppers, zucchini, apples, peaches, etc. There are also a handful of good bakeries that sell homemade (fresh, with no preservatives) baked goods. This year, there have been a few food trucks, a kettle corn truck, and a Caribbean catering company with a stand at the market. I can't really judge Caribbean food since I've never eaten authentic food from that region before, but what I had was tasty but a little mushy. I would recommend the jerk chicken. There could be more vendors at this market, but I think the ones already there offer a great variety of goods for people to buy. It's a really great addition to the South Bethlehem neighborhood.

It's ok, but really small. Not many vendors to choose from. The ones that do have fruits and vegetables are very good vendors.
