Empty seats because everyone is standing. They charge $50 to sit in chairs. Good way for a casino to not have return customers. Garbage. The service looked horrible on top of that. Came here to watch games, gamble eat and drink. Left at halftime with a sour taste. Will never be back. Terrible experience.

Bet mgm sportsbook is by far the worst of the major books. The app is slow and wonky. If u win a couple bucks they limit you anf give u no profit boosts. Dont waste your time with this trashy book. Use draftkings and fanduel they are much better

I was wondering why, The app Sucked. Now that I have read the reviews. Its makes perfect sense. I have problems everytime receiving bonus. Doesn't pay out. Will be deleting this app. Beware people. They make over 2 billion. Because they don't pay and over charge

I won a 25 dollar bonus on price is right slot. The slot was and is froze. I did all trouble shooting they said. Chated with them few times, also called. They wanted a screen shot which I did. It's a still picture of slot nore error because it's froze. Then they wanted a video of it. I give up. So now I'm out 25 dollars because it expires pretty fast. I'm just very disappointed. I feel they could have at least given me 25 dollars on different game. Feeling very frustrated. Thank you.

I placed a bet on the Super Bowl using the app, still haven’t received my money! First the app kept rejecting me, I go to the MGM casino to cash out. They called security and had me escorted out stating I had been banned from the MGM, but couldn’t tell me why! Finally I got in touch with security they said something happened in 2002 but they didn’t know what it was. I had been there several times playing and winning had no problem until I used the app. Still haven’t been paid they keep stating the relevant team will get back to me and has not. They said they mailed a check out March 22, 2025 I’m still waiting it’s almost May!

BetMGM is a SCAM – Avoid at All Costs! Review: I’ve never seen a company operate with such blatant disregard for its customers. BetMGM happily takes your deposits, but when it’s time to withdraw, suddenly they “can’t verify your identity” or “your account is under review” with no timeline for resolution. They’ll keep you waiting for weeks (if not months) while giving you the runaround through useless customer service reps who copy-paste the same excuses. If you win too much? They limit your bets or outright ban your account. If you try to cash out a bonus you rightfully earned? They void it with vague “terms violations.” I’m not alone in this—just look at the flood of complaints online from people scammed out of their winnings. BetMGM is happy to spend millions on celebrity endorsements, but when it comes to treating their customers fairly, they’re absolute crooks. DO NOT deposit your money here unless you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and scammed. I’ll be filing official complaints with regulatory bodies and warning as many people as possible. STAY AWAY! This kind of review hits hard because it highlights real pain points that potential users care about. If you want it to spread faster, post it on multiple platforms and encourage others to share their experiences.

Horrible app. Worst ever! They’ll give you a bonus after you deposit, a bonus you didn’t want or sign up for and then when you win they’ll say you can’t withdraw b/c you have to gamble more money or you can forfeit the bonus you never wanted but you will also forfeit your winnings. Biggest SCAM ever. They’re scamming all bettors and couldn’t care less. Don’t use this app if you want to win and also be able to withdraw your funds b/c they will give you some excuse as to why you cannot. Gaming commission should look into the scam BetMGM is running. This site should be shut down!

On 2/14/25 I updated my bet mgm account details. Shortly after that I've made multiple deposits and withdrawals. Today 2/24/25, I go to make a withdrawal and it's rejected. Saying that my debt card was updated through the mgm app but not my government issued ID. The problem is I gave what was asked of me and "they" still couldn't resolve this issue. "Maick" the person I spoke with on bet mgm live chat had all of my account details and couldn't even get my name right and kept asking queations that I had already answered. Crazy! The saddest thing is that all of this is over an address change to my account. Which by the way is still unresolved. I will no longer bet or place any of my money on mgm Detroit. Mgm in other states is way better anyway from my experience. Poor poor service. If I could have given no stars at all I would have.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Moneyline extorted us. We reserved a high top table and arrived to an empty sports bar. We were never told about any terms when we arrived, only given the standard drink and beer menu. After drinking $150+ worth over 3 hours, asked for the bill and they added $200 EXTRA CHARGE to the bill. They said their terms were $50/hour for a reserved table or you have to buy a bottle. We were never told about this when arrived and never given a bottle menu. When we asked the rude manager about it they brought over two of the oldest security guards in the casino to breath down our necks and extort us into paying extra for no reason whatsoever. Will never go back.
