I have been coming down to Bet MGM at Nat's Park for some years now. They are always very helpful. One man who I have seen there for a few years I think his name is Jason or might be Jayson is very helpful and patient with me as I am not exactly the best at doing betting on my cell phone. He has done a great job for me in getting what I need to get done.

Had a great experience. The staff was helpful as my partner, Rufus, and I have never bet in person before and needed help. We got our bets placed with the staff's help and then walked right into the Nats game and our lizzles kept winning all night. Will definitely go back before or after our next Nats game.

Want to come to the worst sportsbook this side of the Mississippi? This is your place! Step right up to MGM Bet at Nationals Park, where dreams go to die and customer service is a long-forgotten myth. We walked in to find not a single soul in the place, and after two minutes, we figured out why. The ticket writer? “On break.” The rest of the staff? Disgruntled, disinterested, and entirely unhelpful. One employee behind the bar looked like he’d rather walk into oncoming traffic than answer a question. To that same employee, we asked if we could exit through a door and were treated to a condescending gem: “You can… if it says exit, you can exit.” Wow. Thank you, Socrates. I hope your pillow is warm tonight. We didn’t even place a bet. To top it off, the machines didn’t even allow parlays, literally the most basic function of any sportsbook. The entire experience was so unbelievably bad I thought I was being pranked. I will gladly take my business to the DraftKings app, where I won’t be belittled. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump. I’ll be telling people to steer clear of this place for the rest of my life.

The Braves game was rained out so we explored the Navy Yard area. The staff at the sportsbook were friendly and helpful. We will be coming back tonight.

Im shocked this sportsbook is still operating. It is always empty all day. The employees out number the amount of customers. Ive learned through heavy observation finding quality daily management and labor with skills is a daunting task in the sportsbook industry in DC. It truly shows in the lack of customer exoerience. Cesars Sportsbook is the better option.

Meh. I dunno. I have found the greatest success and ability to keep my bucks by ... oh what do the kids call it? Oh yeah! I don't bet on baseball. Or other sports. It just works for me.

Google
Cool place but be sure you're making your bets there (not on your phone -and just there to enjoy the games) SPECIFICALLY if you parked in their garage which is $50 -because we didn't bet there, they wouldn't validate our parking. Just be for warned.

Great place! First time there. Staff and management was very helpful and friendly! Definitely will go again!

Yelp
Me and my friend bet separately Nats winning. She, apparently, pressed the wrong button and put the wrong bet (she put the Nats being up after 5 inning). We should've made sure she put the bet, but we both independently made this bet. Horrible. She was nice and kind. We should've made sure she was inputting the right bets.

Yelp
Made the mistake of parking in the garage trying to make a brunch date. So once I realized it was $50 to park in the garage I went ahead and went into the establishment. I must say I was quite surprised. It's a small bar that allows sports betting, but the staff were very friendly and I was able to get a quick bet in which allowed them to validate my parking. I will definitely come back for a sports event or watch the game and grab some food.

Yelp
Staff were extremely rude and condescending! Told my friend, "don't say what!" when she couldn't hear them and were like, "we hate that word." Also sat on the side of the bar and the bartender said, "you can't sit on the side if you're not gonna order anything," and ordered me to sit in a booth. Don't recommend and am never coming back!

Yelp
If you want a nice, chill place to watch UFC, this is the place. Food is ok, but drinks are reasonably priced for the area.
