ข้าวมันไก่เบตง Betong Chicken Rice

Today I brought my family to this popular place to eat Bering chicken rice. The air conditioned part of the shop was crowded n so we had to wait about 30 minutes to get a table. We ordered a few of their signature dishes. Of course we ordered their chicken rice, a whole chopped up steamed chicken, a plate of roasted pork n char Siew, a dish of their signature pork trotters, a dish of stir fry taugeh, 2 plates of fried green vegetables n some taufu. As for drinks,I ordered Chinese tea. The chicken rice was special cos the rice came in the shape of a chicken n they put it on a place. This is my first time coming across such a creative way of serving chicken rice this special n unique way. The food overall was yummy. A good lace for all chicken rice lovers .

One of the several chicken rice stalls in the area. Helmed by a very friendly auntie who goes around the tables explaining the food and introducing dishes. Chicken was decent. Rice was good. Their fishball soup was filled with good stuff. Meatballs, tofu, minced pork. There was a salted vegetable with pork leg dish that was also pretty good.

It's a good breakfast spot. The food tastes really good and the service is quick and swift. The place is clean and the atmosphere is calm. The receptionist speak good English. The place has just a road side parking and can be difficult to get a parking spot.

Alright, listen up! This chicken rice is LEGIT, like, exactly how I remember it tasting when I was a kid. The chicken? Seriously juicy and tender, not chewy at all. And the rice? OMG, it's the real deal, the perfect flavor. I've tried a bunch of places, and even if the chicken is bomb, if the rice ain't right with the boiled chicken, it's a total fail. But THIS? It's freakin' awesome! Oh, and the BBQ pork (Moo Dang) is fire too! You can taste this little hint of spices at the end. Seriously, just order it, okay? It's totally worth it, top-notch stuff! You HAVE to try this place!

Actually chicken rice is not in my bucket list whenever i travel to hatyai. However, I was recommended by my friend to try this out during my recent trip. As we can see from the photos, i like the presentation of the chicken rice. The chicken is very tender and juicy and it taste even better if dip with the sauce. I also order braised pork so I can eat chicken and pork at the same time in the same shop. The price is reasonable and can see the shop is quite clean and tidy.

This is the best chicken rice I've ever had in Hatyai! Anyone who comes here must try it. Even just the rice alone is flavorful—fragrant and delicious. I’ll definitely come back again

Well the food was not bad but if you ask me to come back I'd probably not there are a lot of places like this selling exactly the same. Please don't get me wrong the food is góod enough just not really special.

The chicken is nice, the roasted pork is not as perfect than others but still consider nice, the rice they make it like a chicken shake, but the rice is already cold the time they serve, their seaweed soup with meat ball is nice too. And it not pricey if you order in 1 plate each ppl. Worth to go
