Better Buzz Coffee - East Las Vegas

I found this Coffee shop out of nowhere as I was driving by and even tho I was hesitant at 1st, my husband and I decided to give it a try. And let me tell ya’ll I’m glad we did because their coffee is superb and definitely hits the spot. It’s 20min drive from our house but worth it. A s/o and special Thank you to JAMES he is a whole vibe I love him! he will light up your day as soon as we walked in he greeted us and made us feel welcome, he even hooked us up with their delicious cheese danish. Will most def be coming back this has become our new coffee spot. <3

Anaí V was very helpful with making sure my drink wasn’t too sweet! I was greeted immediately although all of them were busy making drinks or food. I highly recommend the Best Drink Ever coconut at 1/4 sweet, unless you enjoy very sweet drinks. My drink was made very fast!! I didn’t try their food but I will next time for sure, especially now that I’ve joined their rewards program

I’ve ordered from Better Buzz on Nellis several times now, and every time has been spot on — orders ready on time, perfectly labeled, and always delicious. But today’s experience truly stood out!! I had placed a big order that I thought was for 8:15 AM pickup, but when I arrived around 8:07, James and one of the baristas kindly greeted me and came to check on my order. That’s when we all realized I had accidentally scheduled it for 8:15 PM — totally my mistake! Instead of asking me to cancel and reorder, they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They took a photo of the original order off my phone, cancelled the PM pickup later, and made everything fresh for me on the spot. Within 10 minutes, they had all my food and drinks ready to go — and everything was perfect!!! James and the entire barista crew were so thoughtful, professional, and fast!! Thank you, Better Buzz team! 🙌☕️You guys ROCK!!!

I tried today my free signed up coffee ( Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew ) combination of: cold brew with a touch of caramel, topped with vanilla & cinnamon cold cream! 😋 I love the customer service and atmosphere in this location. I meet Manager Jose and he was very attentive and helpful! I tried for the first time a delicious “OG Acai”; organic acai, vanilla almond granola, fresh berries, bananas and honey all combined!

Best coffee in Vegas outside of the strip. They have amazing fresh food & I love vanilla lattes so I tried their “Best Drink Ever” because I thought the name was funny and it actually is… the best drink ever. Top rated coffee place for sure!

This coffee place is great, I’m so glad Better Buzz came to my side of town. The customer service here is wonderful and everyone is so nice. My only complaint is that almost every time I place an order either inside or a mobile order, they consistently leave my items on the counter behind them and fail to check it. I’ll be waiting 5-10 minutes for my food to be ready, whole time it’s on the counter and not a single worker even looked at it to let me know it’s ready. I shouldn’t have to keep reminding them that I’m waiting for my food/drink items. Besides that though, keep up the friendly service!

This is a nice alternative to the big guys. Service was good and fast. Much faster than Starbucks! There were a couple of issues that I will credit to the newness of the operation. Overall, it is a good value in the growing coffee shop market.

Great, coffee shop awesome place to To eat in get coffee, breakfast food And awesome music California Vibe with a touch of Vegas lights try it out. My favorite drink is the buzz sneaker, doodle, chocolate, and caramel drizzle and chocolate covered espresso beans with cinnamon cold foam Less than 7$

I have been here a couple times for there açaí bowls which is amazing every time. Today I tried their Carmel vanilla coffee for the first time and I will be back for another! their store looks great also.

I ordered the Hazelnut Divinity through the drive thru today. Honestly, I was disappointed with the drink because it tasted so bland, no hazelnut flavoring at all, and it was over $9! I had to eat it with a protein bar just to give it more flavor since I was on the road. I rate it 3 stars because I've gone to the Better Buzz on st. Rose and liked the ambiance and the drink I ordered so I had the same expectations. It was the second day that they opened this location and the staff were friendly.

Great coffee and great service! Alex greeted me with a smile and I got my vanilla latte in a flash. I will definitely be back!

Ofcourse I had to go in because it was my first time here and I didnt know I wanted. I ordered the ham and cheese criossant and got the best drink ever. My daughter tried the mango smoothie. This location also had an outdoor seating. Great service the young lady that took our order was super sweet. I asked if her type of milk they used and she explained to me that all their coffee are water based. Interesting. Over all the taste of both our drinks were good. The croissant was warmed and crunchy.

DriveThru order was fast and easy they had a person outside taking the ordes. It was at 7:30 am so the waiting to order was not that bad. I only had 3 cars ahead of me. When it was time to pick up my order (Ice Horchata latte and a Yogurt Bowl) they asked me right away to park on parking number 2 because they were still working on my bowl. Then the car that it was behind me had to wait for his order on on parking number 1 and the 2 car behind me had to to the same but he was just waiting right across parking 1 and 2 because they had no more parking spots to wait for your order. After waiting 10 min for my order drove off to work. My "Horchata latte" was more like CINNAMON latte. I had Horchata latte from other places and they had more Horchata flavor than this drink I got. My Yogurt Bowl was alright I think it needed more honey. For a total of 23 dollars I would rather get a better and and bigger breakfast meal from the Island Pacific market.

Inside, the ambiance was fantastic--uplifting music played at the perfect volume, setting a happy and energetic mood. I also appreciated the convenience of having water on tap, allowing customers to grab a drink anytime without needing to ask. The overall vibe genuinely made me feel "buzzed" in the best way possible! We visited on Valentine's Day, and they handed out adorable "Be Mine" stickers, which was such a cute and thoughtful gesture. It made the experience feel even more special and showed that they pay attention to little details. I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew with sugar-free caramel, looking for a low-calorie option. It had the right amount of foam on top and definitely did its job--I felt productive and energized. The sugar-free caramel didn't quite taste like regular caramel, but that's expected with sugar-free options. I got the 16 oz, and it was just the right amount. It was our first visit, and they gave us a QR code to download their app, which came with a free drink for next time--a nice little perk! This spot is definitely Instagram-worthy and a great place to catch up with friends. My boyfriend ordered the Honey Latte, half sweet, and absolutely loved it. He regretted not getting a larger size because it was so good! The option to customize the sweetness level is a great touch. He rated the entire experience a solid 10/10, from the drink to the ambiance. Overall, Better Buzz Coffee nailed it with their fun theme, welcoming atmosphere, quick service, thoughtful touches, and delicious drinks. We'll definitely be back for more!

I love the different options they have for lattes, smoothies and food items. The first coffee shop I've gone to that offers Acai smoothies and bowls. The cashier was patient and kind. The rest of thecstaff is very respectful and kind. The restaurant is cute with behive wallpaper and buzz inspired sayings. I enjoyed a lavender Latte, which is the best lavender Latte I've ever had. My daughter had the vanilla carmel Latte with a brownie. I will definitely be going often to this place as they have many drink options.

So glad to have a Better Buzz on the Eastside!! The food is delicious in my opinion. The first time I went my boyfriend got the Ham & Cheese Croissant with the Hazelnut Divinity with Cinnamon Foam (loved). & I got an iced matcha with blueberry cold form with the Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap (loveeed). I've been here 4 times so far & I'm impressed with their food/drinks. My only takeaways are the wait times (i understand this is a new stand so this is more of a note for people not a complaint) & the staff being extremely passive aggressive/rude with me. I might have caught them on a bad day but overall I will continue supporting & encourage people to try it out!!

Very nice place service was fast they do sell Merch in establishment i ordered a regular coffee medium roast and a vanilla hot Latte cheese Danish and a turkey Ciabatta total was about $26 and it was just alright my big con with this place is there calling everything as it comes out Example: vanilla latte then a danish and so on i had finished my sandwich by the time i got my latte now im sure that was a accident but still would have just preferred to gotten my complete order

Grand opening! The first 200 customers receive a cap and tumbler. It's nice to see a coffee shop that opens early at 4:30am and an option for coffee on the east side. There isn't much on this side of town, but it's great to see new businesses like this in the area. On grand opening day, we were greeted by friendly staff. The establishment was well lit and its bright decor was inviting. Not many in the area are familiar with Better Buzz, as it's an SD establishment but I'm glad to show my support from the East side. I ordered the best drink ever, hazelnut divinity latte and better breakfast. All that I devoured . The best drink ever was sweetened but just right. The hazelnut was rich but both drinks were amazing. I have yet to try the others and my friend had the buzz energy mimosa drink that is only offered at this location, which is like a tangy energized drink but no actual alcohol. The better breakfast was fresh, but a standard breakfast sandwich. I wasn't too crazy about it, but would try their other food items. They also have a rewards program. This wasn't as busy on opening day in the first hour and I don't think people on this side know about it or it's grand opening day unless they follow their socials, but it's exciting to have a place to be early in the morning for my coffee fix :)

Got to go to the grand opening and was surprised it wasn't busier. Happy to have scored one of the 200 hats and tumblers though! It was clean and open inside with some seating. Staff was helpful and welcoming. I ordered the mimosa and breakfast sandwich. I hadn't had the mimosa before and it was refreshing and good. The breakfast sandwich is one of my usuals and was delicious as always! Definitely will go back when I'm in the area!

This place is so adorable! Living on the east side of Vegas, I understand that we don't have the same boujee cute shops as Summerlin or even Henderson. So I was pleasantly surprised at seeing how cute and aesthetic this little place is!!! It almost seems out of place - but in a good way! The coffee is amazing, and they're really creative with their menu. It's not just the boring hazelnut & vanilla, they have a horchata latte, miso chai, salted caramel, and tons of other cool stuff! I also love the pastries! They're huge!!!! And I had no idea, but the blueberry muffin has blueberry pie filling. Delicious. I've downloaded their app to start getting points, and this will be a new regular spot for me!

The service was amazing and, my order was ready so quickly, my food was enjoyable and the drink was excellent!! I love the environment and, music choices!! I'll definitely be back again!!

Very iffy about the coffee shop. I've been here three times and all three times the coffee is not full. They leave about an inch and a half at the top which is such a waste. I've ordered regular and large and it seems to be a consistent problem. Very slow drive thru experience also.

My cousin & I were driving by and decided to check it out! We used the drive thru. Our server was very nice. You can customize your drinks and caffeine level! Too bad I don't live on this side of town or where the other location is at. Definitely check them out!

Well finally we get a good coffee spot with to go breakfast and lunch options, coffe is really good and breakfast options are looking good. So I hope everyone gives this spot a try, and makes the transition from them other expensive spots to this one and show support.

The only thing I'll get is their pretzel looking sandwich (I forgot the name) and their coconut blended coffee 10/10 so yummy. Their matcha is straight up water. I was honestly disappointed. But I'm so glad they opened one in the east side.

Hands down the best coffee shop in town! The vibe is cozy yet modern, with plenty of seating and a welcoming atmosphere. The baristas are super knowledgeable and always craft the perfect cup, whether it's a rich espresso or a velvety latte. Their pastries are fresh and pair perfectly with the drinks. It's the kind of place that makes you want to stay awhile--whether to work, catch up with friends, or just savor a quiet moment. Can't recommend it enough!

Better Buzzed Coffee is a chic place. It has a modern design with many places to sit both inside and outside. During my visit everyone was welcoming. My husband ordered "Best Drink Ever" it was decent. I ordered the "Caramel Vanilla Latte" it was just what I was craving. We also ordered a danish the pastries are huge! The cheese in the danish was a bit sweet. Overall it was a great place to go chat. The only negative is by the water area it smelled a bit like sewer.

This place is so cute!! East side never gets anything like this. The patio is so nice, especially as we move into spring. I tried their Better breakfast sandwhich and OMG. so so good!! Add a little tomato or avocado = perfection. They were quick and friendly & I feel like I paid similar to what I would at other coffee shops but this food was fresh. 10/10 would go back again

I visited this location on Nellis Blvd. When they had their grand opening on the 18th, I had the Lavender Latte with Coconut Milk instead regular milk which was delicious, I also had a cheese bagel which was also delicious. I seat inside and staff was friendly and welcoming I even had a chance to meet the Manager (Lanna) and she was amazing and very knowledgeable she recommended I try the best drink ever and the better breakfast sandwich which I took to go... the best drink ever delicious and the breakfast sandwich I shared with my wife and we loved it all in all my experience was amazing I definitely recommend this place and I will be back with my family to try more items.

i am so fustrated! i woke up very to excited to start my day with a little buzz. i ordered thru @doordash and i don't even know where to start. The coffee is sooooo strong!! i asked for 1/2 decaf, its definetly regular coffee. My bagel was suppose to conclude cream cheese but instead it's dry and burnt. this place has been on my radar for some time especially being from cali and to experience this on my first order is crazy. i have tried contacting the coffee shop to see if they would be willing to remake my order and i pick it up BUT no one is answering the phone . $15 down the drain for a drink i can't drink and a bagel i can't eat. so dissatisfied! this is fustrating

I was skeptical at first but the coffee is actually really good. I got the Vanilla bean latte, hot. I haven't had the food since it looks plastic like the food they have at Starbucks where it looks fake yk? But the drinks are good

Went back today to give it a second chance and was so glad I did. I got the OG Acai bowl and a caramel iced latte and they were delicious. I was not disappointed. Looking forward to trying something different next time

The coffee was good! BUT once it came down to sit down and enjoy it, the place was dirty. The floor had so much trash, tables too. It was not inviting to seat down and have your coffee. I understand when it's too busy but they weren't... Ordered light ice but got like 3 scoops of it. The barista seemed to have an attitude. Felt bad and didn't ask for a remake.

This coffee shop is seriously the cutest. It's grand opening was this past Friday and my girls and I tried it Sunday. They were busy but the staff was pleasant and they were kicking out orders fast. We've been back once daily since- i can see this becoming a problem hahaha. Food is good, coffee excellent. So glad to see the east side getting better options.

We got 2 free coffees for the grand opening and baught 2 and all four were good. The Horchata tasted like they made it from scratch not just syrups like Starbucks. I would skip the sandwich tho it was alright but yeah this is the best coffee shop close by the east Las Vegas area.

I visited this coffee shop recently and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. The coffee did not meet my expectations, as it lacked the quality and flavor I was hoping for. Additionally, I noticed that the service was not up to par. The team appeared disengaged, and there was a lack of visible teamwork, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming. It's clear that a positive and collaborative work environment could benefit both the staff and customers.

I recently visited this establishment, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The coffee was not up to standard--it was melted and lacked the freshness I expected. Additionally, the food was cold and hard, which made it difficult to enjoy. I understand things can sometimes go wrong, but I was really hoping for a better experience. I hope the team takes note of these areas for improvement so that future customers have a better experience

I got a prickly in pink (middle) and it did not disappoint! I like energy drinks so if you are into that sort of thing give it a try! My family and I had our order taken by Kaleon and he was friendly. The ambiance was nice with filled people but they could use more space

Coffee was good but was wayyyy more expensive than expected. Gluten free bread for breakfast sandwich tasted pretty decent though so that was a win, just crazy prices.

The employee named, "Sarah" is so unprofessional and rude. Rolling her eyes when I asked a simple question. I was unsatisfied because of her service and I will not be going back because of her. Do better with your employees and their customer service.

My third visit here today revealed that every table was filthy and that there were no napkins or forks available. When I went to request napkins, the staff was occupied with talking and video recording.

What's the point ordering online when you have to wait 10 mins after the approximate time given. Employees looked lost.

Food was actually really tasty, I had the turkey pesto. Drinks had too much ice in it so I was done with the drink before I even finished my sandwich. Atmosphere was okay, music was super loud, does not give a very cafe mood vibe. Please lower down the music! Thank you

Very rude snotty employees especially the manager lead " Brandon " he's very unprofessional rude . I had told him my drink was not as good as I always buy it most of the time I will have them remake it reason is they could never get their drink right ! My drink was not sweet enough I had explained to him my drink don't taste like caramel, He gave me the syrup on the side and was told do it myself so he don't have to remake it . when I was told if we don't like our drink they will make it over we are we supposed to keep our drink if it's not made correctly !! Which I don't care for the drink to keep it's more about what I am spending my money on and I'm paying for what I ordered I got my refund and left . once California workers left it came a terrible experience. California workers are the ones who brought the customer's with their positivity and good energy very respectful and know exactly how to make their drinks and how to treat customers how they should be treated.

Horrible service, they took my order and than after I paid and got to the window, they told me half my items were not available and I'd have to wait for a refund. Better off going to Starbucks!
