Better Buzz Coffee Mira Mesa

Went here for the first time. The drive thru was busy but it wasn't inside. My order was taken and my lavender latte was made quickly.. It was a little on the sweet side. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good and I recommend ordering that.

I ordered a nitro cold brew and was surprised it was filled to the top with ice. Nitro is typically served without ice to preserve its smooth texture and natural creaminess, so this felt off. The drink ended up watered down and disappointing especially at nearly $6, plus tip and I ended up needing to buy another coffee elsewhere. I hope the preparation is reconsidered, as this didn’t feel like good value.

I’ve been hitting the drive-thru more lately for a quick boost before school drop-off. The drinks are always perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The drive-thru is consistently clean, and though the line might look tricky, it moves quickly and smoothly. Awesome work, team!

I enjoyed the atmosphere, it wasn’t a good place for working though because it didn’t have outlets for charging in the dining area. I didn’t like the coffee.

I have to give them 5 stars. I've come here pretty regularly since they opened. Lately, they've just really gone above and beyond. The staff are all friendly, the service is super quick (yes, even when their is a long line in drive thru) the food and drinks are pretty consistent, I've been to other coffee shops, where you see your drink and can tell if it was made right or not. I'm sure you've all been through that before. This place is super cute to come and sit at and study or hang with friends. Everything is clean and they are welcoming, especially in a time where other places are trying to reduce seating. Thanks Mira Mesa location! This is my favorite location. My daughters and I will definately keep coming back.

I often visit Better Buzz Coffee with friends — we love the vibe here and come regularly. However, unfortunately, there’s one barista who sometimes spoils the experience. On a few occasions, he added way too much milk to my cappuccino, making it taste more like warm milk than a proper coffee. I even had to throw it away once. I don’t want to name the employee, as I don’t wish to get anyone in trouble — but I do hope the team can ensure more consistency in drink quality. That said, I still really like this place and continue to recommend it to my friends.

I LOVE better buzz and make regular visits per week but I have one disappointment : if you’re going to charge $10 for a yogurt, then give us $10 of yogurt. This is literally the same amount I could get for $4 at the grocery store but I choose to get yours because I’m coming to you for coffee and it’s a nice presentation & mixture. I’m not saying this has to be a full container but at least meet us halfway. Haha I also don’t usually get strawberries and that doesn’t shave any cost off the top so the least you could do is add a dollop more of yogurt 😂 Anyway, thanks for reading.

Been here a few times and must say that their coffee is pretty good. My personal favorites are probably the best drink ever and the mint infused iced coffee. It is a little bit more on the sweeter side, but I think you can ask them to adjust the amount of syrup they put in the coffee. However, I would not recommend ordering the matcha latte if you are a matcha lover. It definitely lacks a rich matcha flavor, which you can tell by the lack of green color in the drink. It is definitely more milk than anything. Parking is relatively easy, which is a plus. There's also some seating inside, which I've seen people bring their laptops to study. Nice coffee place to visit while in SD.

Great replacement for that 'starry' chain coffee shop. I am in love with the almond croissants! I don't like coffee but my daughter is a barista & when she comes to visit this is her choice for coffee-she says it's always a smooth taste from a just a black coffee to all the lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, and espressos. I am a tea and hot chocolate fan and this chain does tea and tea based drinks well! I do like my hot chocolate more on the bittersweet side so that is something I'd like to see them expand (offer hot chocolate varieties like they do coffee)... but that's my preference. A new one is opening in Poway -can't wait to try it out.

Gave this place another shot (see my earlier review about how I've gotten sick three out of three times eating here). The good news: the Berry Bursting Buzz was decent, the pop rocks stuff was a pretty cool idea, and it was pulled off well, although the taste was just average. The bad news: there was a good 2 inch-long plastic sliver within my drink, like those kinds of plastic "tags" punched through new clothes you always have to remove. Luckily, it got caught in my teeth so I didn't swallow it, and I'm going to imagine this was just an oversight, but uh... ...while I didn't get sick this time, it again shows something's up with the quality checking here for this to be four out of four times *something* went wrong.

As always, the service was fantastic! My breakfast sandwich was hot and crisp, my drink was made to perfection and I always love coming to the store because the barista always know how to make my day. I've been really struggling mentally so it means a lot to me to have a place to come to where I feel welcomed.

I like Better Buzz. The Mira Mesa location is in a weird spot though. The interior is cute. However, the drive through is wonky. I ordered the Chili crunch breakfast wrap and a Hazelnut Divinity. Coffee drink was amazing. Food was a tad lackluster. It also took a very long time for my drink to be ready. The line to order and online order pick up are too close together which causes confusion. Probably will stick to the locations in PB and Encinitas.

Drive thru visit for plain cold brew and breakfast sandwich. Service was pleasant a and fast. The coffee was fine but not as smooth as other cold brews I've had, the sandwich was made well but had very little flavor. At $17 this is $5+ more than any of the chains for something that wasn't superior in my opinion.

A delicious cup of coffee with a layer of cream. Just the right sweetness! And the coffee shop itself was so cute - with lots of tables to sit/work at. We ordered our drinks online ahead of time and they were ready to pick up as soon as we got there!

Disappointed with the declining quality. I've given this location multiple chances, but it's clear their quality has taken a serious hit. The coffee, which used to be rich and flavorful, now tastes watered down and stale. In my last visit, the milk-based drink has been disappointing. My latte was lukewarm and poorly frothed, with no attention to the texture or flavor. It feels like they've stopped caring about quality altogether. The service isn't much help either. The staff seems unmotivated, and I've had to wait far too long for a simple order--even with online orders. "Have you been helped?" after 5 minutes of standing there and multiple staff members glancing at me. This location had so much potential, but has fallen very short compared to other the locations in San Diego.

Had an amazing experience ay the Mira Mesa Better Buzz!! The Best Drink Ever was delicious as per usual. The staff was super friendly!! The store is super pretty inside and nicely decorated and this location plays their music at a decent level

Better Buzz Coffee in Mira Mesa is at the top of the list for a drive-thru coffee experience in the neighborhood.   I prefer this coffee over Starbucks. I will be upfront and say that you should order every drink at least half sweet - and honestly, I recommend quarter sweet. However, if sweet drinks are your think, order your drink as is. I love their flavor combinations and seasonal offerings (winter cannot come faster, because this is where Better Buzz shines). I tend to get their cold brews with their seasonal foam option. If I do not get their cold brew, I get a latte (with a pump or two of Snickerdoodle if I am feeling zesty). The coffee is not mind-blowing or too memorable, but as I said, it is better than Starbucks.   Their pastries are from Bread and Cie (go visit them for more options), and I love them - pro tip is warming up the scones and dunking them in a plain hot latte. This combo is elite!   The interior at this location is aesthetic and fresh, so it is a solid option to crank out some studying or work. There is not too much seating, but finding a spot has never been an issue. Their drive-thru lay out is a bit inconvenient, but they do the best with their location and it works! The staff here do a great job of busting our drinks quickly so that I am never waiting in line for too long.   I want to give a shoutout to Adrian for making my morning - quite literally at 5am. His warmness, kindness, and smile made my day. Him asking about my morning and wishing me well on my exam pushed me to finally write a review about this location. Being that personable at 5am is quite the talent. I can only imagine how many more days he makes by simply being himself! The rest of the staff at this location is also great.   This place gets a 4.2/5 , but the staff brings it up to a solid 5.

If you're a coconut fan, get the Coconut Buzz... it literally changed my life. I turned my life around and I got a promotion, bought a new house, and got married all thank you to Coconut Buzz!! The customer service here is phenomenal especially Carmela. She's always very kind and happy to serve you.

I usually make my coffee at home but I looooove getting a hot white chocolate mocha at BB (and then during winter a Peppermint white chocolate!!). They also have the best chocolate chip banana bread. The vibe is always energetic, Violeta is always super friendly, even when they're slammed and has suggestions whenever I want to try something new.

Very cute little cafe, service was great and friendly. They have a large section to choose from. There are several seatings inside and a couple outside. I also noticed they have a drive through window which is perfect. My matcha green tea latte was delicious I substituted it almond milk and it tasted really yummy. Area has a huge parking lot easy to access.

As you can probably tell, I love Better Buzz Coffee! Got to try out this location and there were fast and knowledgeable. It had an odd drive thru but it works and it goes by fast!

Better Buzz Coffee is where coffee dreams come true, especially if you're lucky enough to try the Signature Vanilla Buzz Mix powder. I swear, this drink is basically the liquid version of "I woke up like this" smooth, sweet, and with just the right amount of "I'm ready to tackle the world, but also maybe take a nap later." One sip of this vanilla masterpiece and suddenly you're not just awake, you're superhuman. You'll feel like you could run a marathon, have a deep philosophical conversation, and still make it home in time for your 3 p.m. nap. It's like someone took vanilla ice cream, dunked it in espresso, and said, "Let's make this the most productive moment of your day." Seriously, after drinking this, I'm pretty sure I could do my taxes and reorganize my entire life, all before my next coffee refill. This is not just a drink; it's a life upgrade in a cup. 10/10 would recommend, but proceed with caution you might start believing you're too productive.

my best breakfast sandwich was amazing only to be followed by a matcha latte that is mostly oatmilk. thanks for the warm oatmilk i guess. Coffee Bean remains the superior matcha destination.

The aesthetic of this location is great. There's a decent number of tables. I'm sorry - can't remember the exact amount but my family def took up 2 while we were waiting for our drinks and there were still other tables. It felt bigger than the Escondido location. There is a drive thru option and ample parking as this is in a big plaza (my family was actually there to get dim sum at golden island). My cinnamon cream cold brew was delicious. My nephew loved his chocolate milk. When I visit San Diego, I make it a point to get Better Buzz.

Small cute cafe with yummy lattes! I'm not the most avid coffee drinker so I prefer mine to be on the sweeter side when I do indulge, so the Best Drink Ever was perfect for me. We went at an off time in the evening so it was a super short wait. Neon sign was a cute touch and also seemed like a nice area to study.

First time here and the coffee was great! We got the Best Drink Ever and it's actually one of the better coffees I've had in a while. Staff were helpful and the shop was clean! We'll definitely be back.

If you like sweet coffee drinks this place is for you! Iced hazelnut divinity is my fav and the iced caramel vanilla latte is my bf's. Both are super sweet and hit the spot. The interior is small but has a few tables and is cute inside. Private parking lot. Friendly staff.

I was recommended this coffee chain in San Diego by three different people (two friends and a Lyft driver) within 1.5 weeks. For some odd reason, I've never heard of this chain until these three people recommended it LOL and I've been in San Diego for about 4 months. Definitely had to bring my boyfriend for us to both try! The location that we went to is located next to Chevron gas station and shares the building space with El Pollo Loco close to Camino Ruiz in Mira Mesa. There's ample parking stalls all around the area but only a few closest to the shop. They also have a small drive-thru for customers. My boyfriend and I shared a pistachio croissant and a large Best Drink Ever with whole milk (thank you to the worker for giving me the option for either milk or water! I was so confused when she asked). The pistachio croissant was surprisingly very good. It wasn't overly sweet and had a good amount of pistachios. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed it as his breakfast pastry. The Best Drink Ever was fantastic! I can see why the three people recommend this drink as it wasn't too sweet yet strong with coffee. Delicious! When I left the shop, I went to see what was in the drink, and it said americano. Did NOT expect that but definitely not complaining. I came back another day and got their Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew, and omg. This was the drink I fell in LOVE with. LOVED the cinnamon cream on top of the cold brew. It had a very nice, not too overwhelming, cinnamon flavor that worked so well with the cold brew. From then on, I just kept ordering this specific drink LOL. I tried one of their fall season drinks: the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. I'm a huge sucker for this kind of drink because I'm OBSESSED with Starbucks one. I wasn't that impressed with this shop's pumpkin cream but the cold brew here definitely was a lot better and stronger. Definitely would be getting more of this as I do love my strong coffees. As you can see, ever since my boyfriend came and we tried Better Buzz, I've been obsessed LOL. Definitely will be coming again a lot more as I live just down the street from one of their locations! Specialty coffee shops are definitely a different breed.

This Better Buzz location has a very nice interior: it's very aesthetic with its black, white, and gold/rose gold details. There's plenty of tables and comfortable seating! I saw some people working in there but I didn't see if there were many outlets around. I recommend the Best Drink Ever! If you prefer sweet drinks, it's perfect for you. I personally prefer less sweet drinks so I get that 1/4 sweet and it's still tasty! Food-wise, their sandwiches are pretty simple. I recently got the turkey pesto, and it only had 3 slices of turkey, a few mozzarella pieces, and some pesto aioli. It tasted good but left me wanting more, I think it would improve with more fillings like tomato or avocado or lettuce. You can add those but it is extra. They have great coffee but I think their food could be better. I always order ahead on the app and my order is always on time on the pickup shelves. You also get a free drink after your first order through the app!

Carmela was so nice and efficient! The store was clean and lively, and even though it was busy, she made sure everything was all good and was so helpful. I got a hazelnut divinity and it was absolutely delicious! I definitely will be coming back again!

I ordered some drinks for tonight and for the weekend, I'm waiting for them to finish my drinks, I forgot to ask order the vanilla powder when I was ordering with the drinks. So I asked someone who was cleaning by the window if I could buy the powder really quick, apologized for forgetting and I see this note.. I'm never going to this location.

I stopped into Better Buzz Coffee as a Buzz trip, this January. I like the unique cafe setting and kitchy modern cafe setting. I feel like it's a Bravo Channel coffee shop. My coffee came with a higher than normal price, about 20% higher than what I normally would spend, but well worth it. I don't know what makes the coffee higher but I enjoyed it. I been to Better Buzz before and it seems to get better each time. After being with the brand mantra for at least 10 years or more, I see it growing past the 2050s.

Just picked up the drink I ordered a few minutes ago, and it is absolutely delicious! I ordered via Google's 'Order Pickup' for an Iced Honey Latte, as described on their website with 'Honey with just a touch of Vanilla, espresso, Milk, and Ice.' I chose the Regular Size, Substituted Oat Milk (+$1.00), requested Light Ice, and asked for it to be 1/4 Sweet. Just minus one star because it the barista added extra ice, despite me requesting light ice, as you can see in the photo. This was my first time here, and I was a little confused about where to pick up my order. Despite that, the staff was really nice. They asked for my name and assured me that my order would be ready soon. Two people were very kind about it! I wonder if my awkward waiting made the barista add extra ice, but that happens at most coffee places, doesn't it? I'll definitely come back again! Overall, it was a nice experience!

I had to bide some time before my Best Friend's Dad's funeral, so what better way than to grab a cup of Joe. This was my first time visiting Better Buzz and I now understand why patrons visit in droves. I already had my usual one cup of coffee at home, but since I was off today, I wanted to taste if the hype was real. I can assure you that the coffee at Better Buzz hit the Mark. Better Buzz is a small chain of coffee shops in San Diego. I know of the one on the southwest end of Rosecrans Blvd., which was always packed when I passed by it. The one I visited today is located in Mira Mesa and it shares half of a building with El Pollo Loco. It is across from Golden Island Dim Sum & Asian Cuisine and it's in the same shopping center as Target and Hobby Lobby. As you enter the shop, there is table seating with a black and white, beige, and gold color scheme and you're greeted with their slogan, "Life's Better Buzzed." There is outdoor seating with umbrellas and plenty of parking. The young Asian girl behind the counter was really friendly and provided quality customer service. The only issue I had was that my cup of Java was messy, so I had to Pat it with a napkin to clean it. Customers flock to Better Buzz and after consuming my first drink, I now know why the allure. I think even my family friend Zola spoke highly of this place. Besides coffee, they also sell sandwiches, toasts, teas, bowls, and smoothies. I didn't see that they sell Ruben sandwiches, but they have other types of sandwiches. When I was perusing their menu for their types of coffee, I asked if their Horchata Iced Latte comes in a hot version, but sadly it doesn't. I asked the kind employee helping what was a popular coffee and she said any items in yellow or the item boxes, which was their Best Drink Ever. The Best Drink Ever is a Classic Americano with Signature Creamy Vanilla. Make sure to blow on the coffee because it's scalding hot. After cooling down and taking my first sip, it was a great recommendation. I loved the taste of the drink and the sweetness was just right for me. I definitely want to try the other highlighted drinks. Better Buzz lived up to the hype. If you're visiting Better Buzz for the first time, I highly recommend The Best Drink Ever as the first coffee to try. This was a good way to pass time until I can be there to support my dear friends.

Starting to become one of my new favorite coffee spots! They have a ton of drinks and food options to choose from. The only downfall that this is a small location and they have a drive thru so it took a while for our drinks when we walked in.

Always fast and easy to order through the drive thru. Service is friendly and baristas are keen on providing great coffee mixes efficiently. I love how energetic the crew is and you leave knowing that your drink is delicious and ready to invigorate you!!!

This isn't my coffee. I don't buy "coffee" from places like this, however a friend got this Large and this is what she got. Sad! This was a hazelnut latte so there should not have been room. But what do I know I'm not a "barista". Tldr they push sleazy amounts of at-best-mediocre coffee

I'm glad BB has opened numerous locations within San Diego County because their products are the real deal. Decades ago, I'd frequent their O.G. locations in PB (Pacific Beach) and within the Fashion Valley Mall. My go-to iced drinks are the famous "Best Drink Ever", Horchata, Caramel or White Mocha Latte, and Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew. Of course, I'd get the Pumpkin Spiced Latte or Cold Brew when in season, such as rn! Pumpkin Cold Brew - large ($7.49): sweet and creamy with that addicting and satisfying pumpkin flavor! Always been a fan, 9/10. I haven't tried the pumpkin loaf slice or the O.G. acai bowl, but my sisters say they are the best. I believe them and will have to confirm soon. I will also have to order the Snickerdoodle Latte. I've yet to enter this store, as I've been ordering via the drive-thru, which is convenient. The staff have always been friendly and fast. Don't be discouraged if there is a long line, as you won't wait long. Besides, good things come to those who wait. =)

Open until 8pm, has a drive-thru, convenient location on Mira Mesa. Once we found out Better Buzz had a location here, we ended up coming here *daily* for afternoon/evening lattes on our SD trip. The latte here is good and strong, I actually notice a difference when I have my afternoon latte here. I'm someone who is generally non-reactive to coffee (I can sleep just fine after having coffee in the evening and have never experienced the jitters) so I was pleasantly surprised to feel just a little perked up after having the coffee here on a sluggish afternoon. Service could be slow in the afternoon and I'm pretty sure one of the staff may have been pranking us once for fun, but that's ok because we were all teenagers once too and no harm was done. Thank you for the good coffee!

Im sad because these coffees are my little rewards i dont get often and the hot coffees lately are lacking flavor. This is the second or third time i've ordered a hot coffee over the last few months and it tasting like milk and sugar. I have to pay an extra $1 for oat milk plus i always tip so the coffee is expensive and it's not worth it anymore. Very sad!!

Really good service at the order screen, to redeem my sign up reward drink, which was a Candy Cane buzz!! So good and dare I say better then Starbucks? In taste and cost? I'll say! Very much a yes!! Will be back in the future!

We live in North County and frequent the Encinitas, San Marcos and Escondido locations from time to time. We also buy the Better Buzz power to make coffees at home (we even bought 2 gift cards on this visit). We stopped into the Mira Mesa location on our way home from Miramar and unfortunately it was terrible. Ordered 3 drinks (all Best Drinks (2 iced and one hot) - which we order all the time) and all were awful (tasted like plain coffee with a splash of cream - no powder or creaminess to them at all). I have never in my life returned a coffee, but I had to because I was so disappointed. Not sure what's going on at this location, but for starters, they need more help. I stood there (no one else was in line) and waited almost 5 minutes just to have my order taken because the 3 people working there were busy with drive thru or pick up orders. Not to mention there was trash all over the place, and the trash cans were ALL overflowing (see pics). Needless to say, we won't go to the Mira Mesa location again. I highly suggest that training is redone here, because the "Best Drinks" were actually the worst....and nothing like what they normally taste like. The staff was nice, but that's unfortunately the only good thing I can say about our visit :(

I've only had a few drinks from here (best drink ever, matcha latte, orange matcha latte) and they're all good! Sometimes a little inconsistent but overall, good. Service is sometimes really good, but sometimes unfriendly/ unwelcoming (specifically at this location). The drinks are always fast to come out though! Only been inside this location once, it's a little smaller compared to the other locations. Not super ideal for studying as music is loud, but it's super nice to catch up with friends!

If you know good coffee and you're a coffee feen this place is NOT for you. I came here thinking it would change from the chains and the coffee roaster i wanted to go to was closed. It had good reviews so i said why not. There were three of us. One ordered espresso, the other a flat white (which is not on their menu but they said they could do it) and the other a cortado. I saw a gazillion "coffee" iced drinks on the bar so clearly that is where it's at... but the real coffee (hot) drinks are a disaster. First it took roughly ten minutes to get our coffee.. one barista and lots of clients.. and when he handed me the flat white he said "oh it was a flat white" .. i think he read the label after seeing the cortado cup. I told him dont worry about it because he was busy. All three of us took a sip and looked at each other. They were the most bitter nasty coffees. The espresso drinker threw hers away immediately as it was "not edible". Two of us took another sip in hopes that we didnt just waste our money but proceeded to throw away the drinks. This place is probably popular because of iced drinks that doesnt taste like coffee but its def not good coffee its more than nasty and three of us threw ours away Extremely disappointing .

This place is legit. My brother told me that this place is his favorite coffee place around town, so we stopped by so I could taste their coffee. I ordered the Best Drink Ever. And it was true that it was the best drink ever. The drink was strong, but the creamy vanilla balanced everything out. The baristas were also great. They were very friendly and accommodating. They were cheerful and attentive to their customers' needs even when busy. I will definitely visit again if I am in the San Diego area.

Management is beyond rude and racist , this store Lacks customer service in general. I have years of barista experience, went in to turn in an application as I love better buzz and was told to "check back in a month and they aren't hiring " I went online and there's an ad for a position at this location which clearly only hires white People. Don't come here!

Great service and even greater coffees! I've gone through the drive-thru a few times, and each time was pretty quick and the staff were knowledgeable of what was on the menu. I tried the Cinnamon Cold Brew, Hazelnut Divinity, and Mint Infused Ice Coffee. Cinnamon Cold Brew - 5/5. My favorite I've tried. The cinnamon flavor shines through with less strong flavors of caramel. I loved the cream on top. Hazelnut Divinity - 4/5. Overall good iced coffee, but I couldn't really taste much white chocolate or hazelnut flavor, so it really just tasted like a standard sweet iced coffee. Mint Infused Ice Coffee - 4.5/5. I wish it had a stronger mint flavor, but I still tasted it so that counts for me. It's essentially a variation of Philz's Mint Mojito, but you just get a better bang for your buck here. Of the shops, I would come here. I look forward to starting my mornings here if I'm in the San Diego area!

I just left Better buzz and everyone who was working today was SOOOO sweet! Very personable and helpful with suggestions. My pumpkin chai was so good and the apple pastry was amazing! Will definitely be coming back here!

Better Buzz is just a great coffee house. I have been to a few Better Buzz's throughout San Diego. This specific coffee house is on the smaller side of the ones Better Buzz operates but I believe the main draw here is the Drive Thru. However the staff working was great. They were quick with my order and the coffee tasted great. And my wife's Chai Tea Latte tasted great as well. Next time I am in the area I will definitely be visiting

I've been to many of the BB locations throughout SD County and was glad to see the Mira Mesa location open up. I have only tried their drive-thru service here, but from the outside, this location appears to have seating both indoors and outdoors. They also have the staple BB aesthetic that you see in all the other locations. Our go-to drinks here are the Best Drink Ever and Hazelnut Divinity. The Best Drink Ever is great for an iced coffee that is still sweet but does not have any milk. I also like to get the Mocha de Mexico (hot) when it's a cold day out. For food options, we usually order the Turkey Pesto and Bacon Ciabatta. The Turkey Pesto is so good but the turkey/pesto ratio inside can be a hit or miss depending on the day, so I've made this at home several times and put as much as my heart desires! This location's drive-thru has been pretty good with speed and customer service - but the times I've gone are off-peak hours in the middle of the day, so this may vary.

It was a great spot for a Saturday morning. There is the drive-thru or walk in option. Has indoor and outdoor seating. A really lovely date/cute spot for a cafe! The customer service was outstanding, like they are excited to be there and serve the customers. Thanks for the pleasant experience, we would be delighted to return. The drink for me the cold brew with cinnamon + foam was delicious! It was perfectly balance with the cinnamon and foam plus coffee. It surpassed my expectations. For my fiancé the ice chai tea was too sweet and the mix was not properly stirred. Unfortunately his wasn't as good as mine. I recommend sticking g to the coffee drinks in my opinion.

Usually a great place to go to but this morning was different. My husband and I came at about 6:40AM today (12/1) while they handed us our coffee the lid popped out and it had spilled everywhere. We informed the employee and he did apologize however this very simple mistake could've been avoided if the lid was on properly. Please do better.

The BEST coffee shop in Mira Mesa hands down. I noticed all of the pink ribbons for Breast Cancer Awareness month and shared with Alana, who was at the drive thru window that although my mother didn't beat it on earth, I was very happy to see them honoring the month. She was very kind to me and ensured that Better Buzz showed their appreciation for my business. 5 stars!!!
