I came across the Vista location during its opening month and immediately it became a favorite. It gets VERY busy at times but I never see their employees slacking off. I live in Oceanside and work in Carlsbad. The other three locations are much closer to me, yet I rather drive the extra miles to Vista because I know my coffee will be made just right and I will be provided with great customer service. My family also enjoys coming along as they too are now hooked on BetterBuzz drinks and pastries. It’s our little family “treat”. I do regret that I have not learned more of the girls names as I see many of the same faces often. I truly mean that ALL staff have been great and friendly though. I believe her name is Liz, an assistant manager or lead, that helped when I had a drive thru issue with change. I was nervous to come back and be treated differently but she has always been kind and welcoming. Recently, I had an issue with my app not loading my reward and appreciate that Nicole made a note to honor it. Thank you to the Better Buzz Vista team for the tasty food, drinks, & kind customer service.

I was visiting for the weekend and was recommended to try Better Buzz Coffee by several people and I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not usually a huge coffee drinker but I'm happy to say that Better Buzz Coffee was the perfect addition to my day. My friend and I ordered the Snickerdoodle Latte and the Chai Tea Latte and they were some of the best drinks we've had in a while. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful with their recommendations when asked. I plan on making a return visit in the future!

I LOVE good coffee and few coffee places are so tempting that I can't resist driving by without at least grabbing a drink. I expanded into trying different drinks (and now food) here and nothing has been short of excellent so far. Conveniently located on a main road, but tucked away that it doesn't feel crowded or a hassle to stop on by and enjoy what they have to offer. And how awesome are Punky and Savannah? Drop by and find out! If you're unsure of what to get, they, and the rest of the staff got you covered with great suggestions on what they personally like. I'd start off with their signature "Best Drink Ever" (a classic americano with vanilla cream) and/or their Better Breakfast sandwich, but DEFINITELY also try out their ice blended BUZZ drinks on a warm day to cool off... and yes... they do have pup cups too!

Got the Better Breakfast and Snickerdoodle Latte and both were very good. There is a good amount of seating inside and outside. Friendly workers. Will definitely be going back again.

I love the variety of drinks that Better Buzz has and it’s awesome they will introduce new once’s every now and then. The flavor of the coffee is amazing and it’s worth the stops in the morning if I forget coffee at home. The food is tasty and fresh. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I have never had a bad experience or attitude with the workers. Overall, if you’re thinking about trying some new coffee this is the place.

I was here tonight studying with friends; we were warmly welcomed in and got lots of work done. I got the candy cane best drink ever and it was so yummy, and it was made in such a quick manner. Damian and Liz specifically were really nice and made the ending to our night so much better. I would highly recommend coming here!

The ambiance when you walk in is very welcoming! Friendly staff, quick service, delicious food and coffee!! I suggest the Better Breakfast Sandwich and Iced Best Drink Ever!!

The new better buzz in Vista Commons is so good! I don't think I've ever had drinks made as quickly as they can make them and make them correctly. We went in on a Saturday and ordered at the counter with a very kind and welcoming barista. As soon as we sat down one drink was done and before getting back to the table the second drink was done. Our drinks tasted perfect too. Really couldn't ask for more. Easily in and out. I had one of my usuals, the caramel buzz, and my husband had his usual, the best drink ever. Honestly both were perfect. So happy with our entire experience! They have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating at this location as well. Fun designs in the cafe as always and it seemed quite spacious for their counter/kitchen. The parking lot is large as well since other businesses are in the same lot, so there is plenty of easy parking.

I've waited over six separate visits to write this review because I wanted to bee-lieve the buzz. Better Buzz has potential, but the low star rating really comes down to the employees and terrible service. The attitude from the staff is consistently unpleasant, and it feels like they're annoyed before you even finish giving your order. It doesn't matter the time of day either. Even after repeating my order multiple times, it still doesn't come out right, which is frustrating when it happens over and over. Visit after visit. The drinks themselves are good, but the customer service needs major improvement. Again, the primary complaint here! The smoothies are inconsistent; sometimes watered down, and/or sometimes lacking flavor altogether. On a few occasions my smoothie has been missing the pollen, which is the best part! The food isn't reliable either. The avocado toast doesn't always come with the ingredients listed on the menu and the portions or toppings seem to change depending on who's working.

Slow service- everyone was waiting. Got my normal mint infused cold brew with light ice which I've never had an issue ordering at any other location. They told me the cup wasn't going to come full since I got light ice and then they put too much cream on it. Which I've never been told at any other location, Such an annoyance when you pay $7 for not even a full drink.

Better buzz is such a great addition to the community! Not only is the coffee great (you can customize sweetness too) but the space it created is phenomenal ! Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating for when you want to get some work done. No outlets but overall really good place to post up for a few hours with good coffee!

So glad this branch opened up. They have a drive thru option which is nice. My typical go to is their best drink ever however they do offer a seasonal coconut BDE which is great! My complaint tho is better buzz don't do any adjustments like less ice and what not. My fave thing to get is their pistachio croissant however even when I asked for toasted it was kinda stale. Maybe I had a bad batch

Liz hooked me and my bro up with pastries!!! 10/10 service. Also recommend the toasted marshmallow hot chocolate.

Amazing service, friendly staff. I was here for both the soft opening and grand opening. Staff is very upbeat. I was welcomed by the GM, Victoria, who was very professional and kind. I'd come here again.

Love ordering through the app -- it makes the service super quick! Picking up inside is much faster than the drive-thru. The coffee is tasty, and the açaí bowl is delicious. Highly recommend the OG açaí bowl -- it's super filling and packed with fresh fruit. The place is brand new, making it a cute spot for coffee dates or studying. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, too!

Just came to better buzz and was in between what to get, but was mentioned how the pumpkin stuff was in and decided to go with an iced pumpkin latte, and the person helping me at the drive thru mentioned she liked it with almond milk so I decided to give it a try! Omg sooo good absolutely added to my fav list now

I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Khaila at Better Buzz Coffee! She is truly the sweetest and most genuine person ever. Every time I come in, she radiates positivity and makes the whole experience 10x better. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and also makes your day a little brighter too. Khaila's energy is contagious she always greets you with the warmest smile, remembers faces, and somehow makes every interaction feel personal and special. You can tell she loves what she does. It's rare to find someone who brings that much kindness and joy into their work, and it honestly makes such a difference. If you ever stop by Better Buzz and Khaila is working, consider yourself lucky, she'll make your morning coffee run feel like a highlight of your day!

I love me better buzz, but this better buzz blew every other better buzz experience right out of the water. Victoria made my day by being so sweet and taking extra time to explain the difference between drinks.

First of all it was a good Grand Opening it seemed like they were prepared for the amount of people that were expected to show up. I was disappointed in the fact that I wasn't lucky enough to have received a hat and strangely it looked like I would have been one of the 200 people waiting in line but I did not count on the Mascot in the Drive-Thru giving away multiple hats and cups to the people in the car I had assumed it was one hat and one cup per car. Well now I know better. Other than that great customer service.

I really enjoyed the coffee and sandwich I had at the shop. The staff was very helpful and offered good suggestions. The service was also friendly and efficient.

I'm in town visiting my mom & brother from LA and decided to try Better Buzz. Upon pulling up to the driveway I was greeted by the sweetest voice! I believe her name is Kacey (I hope I spelled it right) she was so kind and welcoming. I've worked in hospitality and it's a big deal to be able to have positive impact on customers through an intercom and make them feel your excitement for them being there! It was pleasant and I don't remember the last time I've experienced that level of kindness in the drive through!! Definitely give this spot a try, I got the pumpkin spice latte and it's delicious, my brother tried the Bacon Ciabatta and he said it's a 10/10!! We will definitely be back. They also have great outdoor seating!

I want to start off with trying different coffee shops in Vista from liking Starbucks coffee to get bored of it. Then going to Rockstar Coffee Bar which we only get a couple things from them as well as Dutch Bro's. I grew up in the Midwest with Dunkin' for my Go-To for curtain donuts or Refresher's for the wife. But Better Buzz have was Great customer service. The fresh ground coffee smell in the atmosphere is a must for me to smell when I wake up. I will be trying some of the Hot coffee's this winter to see rather the taste are Buzzin strong.

Harley is the goat. She makes the best drinks and is so pleasant to all costumers. She recommended me the matcha with toasted marshmallow foam and that shit was straight gas. I'd love to have Harley as a coworker for my coffee shop that I own. But better buzz can take the win this time. #gobblegobble#blessed

First visit, I always order a regular hot coffee, w/milk to test their basic coffee taste. Was hot, rich and good. Plastic cup and lid was good quality, cup material did not transfer too much of the coffee's heat to hand. People were nice enough, drive-thru line went quickly. It looked like they had morning sweets, breakfast offerings too. They open at the ungodly hour of 4 am!

New location in Vista. Kinda hard to see from the street. It's in the back of the lot, behind Popeye's. Staff were friendly and attentive. Drinks were made with care and they heated up my pistachio croissant. Negative: the croissant was overpriced at $8 including tip.

I'm loving that new Pumpkin Best Drink Ever! It's all about balance ! so happy with a closer location and friendly staff especially Ana! She recommended some of her favorite drinks and food items . I will be coming back again to this location .

I absolutely loved this store, it was so welcoming walking in all of the employees are so attentive. Jonathan was absolutely amazing and helpful, I'll definitely be back to this location when in the area for some more matcha lattes!

Harley and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile. They offered great recommendations and even went ahead and ordered the "Best Drink" for me--which absolutely lived up to the name. The service was top-notch, and I'll definitely be coming back!

On 8/6 around 9 pm got this elote toast and once I got back to my job to eat it for lunch I looked and it only has a couple pieces of corn and looks nothing like the picture. Tried to Call to get ahold of someone and tried to go online for help. No one answered the phone and no one helped. This is not worth the 11 dollars the coffee is amazing but the food is disappointing and would not recommend

In all honestly, the very first time going to better Buzz was in Oceanside and I had the worst experience and now the better buzz is closer to my home here in Vista. I've been trying to come as much as possible being that it's right down the street from me and this is now my fourth time here and the fourth time that my drink is made incorrectly the drinks are very inconsistent. I've also ordered multiple açai bowls and I've been given the total opposite of what I order and I'm not too sure if that has to do with the people who are in the drive-through still learning or just not listening the people also taking the order at the drive-through seem to be very up close and wanting to just be in the window rather than a step away from my windowand just don't seem to be friendly taking orders in the drive-through but don't get me wrong. It's not all the time but majority of the time and I don't believe that I'll be coming back. I spent $39 today to get my drink made incorrectly and be given the wrong açai. Also don't get the honey comb on the açaí I paid an extra $4 for this itty bitty nibble

I come here a few times a week to study and the staff is always so pleasant. They offer drinks that will otherwise go to waste if they are extra and are just generally kind. I notice the managers/employees are often sitting together on break discussing the strategies and improvements of the store and I admire the teamwork among them. There's lots of seating and it's not usually loud no matter what time I come in. Am I officially a regular since Khaila recognized me?? Thanks for making my drink and putting a smile on my face girl!

Better buzz is actually my favorite coffee shop. Heads up that I'm writing this from a non-heavy coffee drinker but can also confirm that with many people I've been with that their actual coffee is also amazing. Personally my go to choice is any of the buzz drinks (blended drinks) - specifically the mocha buzz. It doesn't taste too chocolatey or in any way that might take away from that more true coffee and mocha flavor. I've also been a fan of the sandwiches you can get and you can't really go wrong with your choice either (I enjoy their breakfast-like sandwiches). Lastly, ambiance is simply aesthetic and staff is always great when I go and order. Definitely a must if there is one near by!

Medium Roast coffee was delicious . Added Almond milk was super cold - so the coffee was warm - next time I'll ask for room temp Almond milk - I will return 100% - the vibe is bar scene style - loud music - a lot of loud talking - the employees great every person coming I. By yelling welcome.. a little annoying when I trying to talk to my invited guest . As for the drink I can NOT complain on taste.

It's finally here in Vista! Everyone was so great! Service, quality and vibe were on point. Missed the blue hat giveaway but I'll be repping BB with their merch in store. Loved my match drink and avocado toast. They had a limited time only Mazapan cold brew that I so wanted to try. Next visit ( tomorrow) . Did you know that Better Buzz has their bread and pastries made fresh daily by Bread & Cie. Yum . Way to support local bakeries. Says a lot about BB standards and quality. Can't say that for SB. Please keep buzzing into more neighborhoods. Love you guys!

Visited this new location with my family on Friday. We got the Best Drink Ever, classic favorite and a cold brew. We also got two acai bowls, one which had a lot of special request for my son who is extremely picky but Dahalia was really helpful on making sure it was correct. Khaila also greeted us at the pick up area, she was super friendly. Team looks they do a great job of running a fast pace environment

We're so excited that the Vista location has opened. The coffee is delicious, the new staff all seem great! It's hard to imagine the level of desperation it would take for us to ever go back to Starbucks

We enjoyed our outing to the Buzz Coffee today. It is brand new building, very clean environment, relaxing atmosphere(music a little loud), and the employees are very friendly. I ordered a mocha, it was perfect. My husband ordered black coffee and a chocolate crescent (I had to have a little more than a taste, it was the best one I have ever had). The medium coffee was delicious too. This is a must to try in Vista, CA

The service was horrible, made an online order october 29th and 7:00 am. I then got the location at 7:30 my order was still not ready even though it said it was completed on the app. Then they didnt complete after 30 minutes. I decided to cancel my order because none of the workers were working on my order.

I love Better buzz and this location is so close to my house, BUT the service is so slow!! They need a faster/better system here... it's so ridiculous.

This new store is gorgeous! Great patio. Friendly staff. Food and drink were great. Drove all the way out here since the San Marcos one doesn't have the full food menu. Will be back for sure.

Absolutely LOVE the coffee from Better Buzz. With all the other coffee choices nearby, its still a no contest for me as far as the quality they have over others. I've been frequenting this new location since it is conveniently located, and the staff at this particular shop has been top notch! I strayed from my usual drink and wanted to try out something else. Got a great suggestion and from Savannah and I gotta say... she nailed it with the description and the barista was spot on with the execution.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! This place is so much better than what I'm used to. All of their food is preferred fresh. All their coffee is roasted nearby. Everybody inside is friendly and working hard. I have to recommend a manager named Jacki! She is so kind and helpful. I think I watched her. Make 10 drinks in two minutes. Really impressive. Better Buzz Coffee has great food and drinks and even better employees! Today when I pulled in to the drive-through, I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and the person working in the drive-through helped me out and then when I got to the window Khaila was so sweet and asked me how my day was going and asked if I had any other plans going on and then she gave me a pistachio croissant, which was absolutely delicious on the house!

A great location for vista! Super excited to have one FINALLY on the way to work! The GM Victoria was super wonderful and just a day of sunshine especially at 4am! The drinks were amazing!! 10/10 recommend the mazapan latte for opening day! Get it while you can!
