Miami’s New Mediterranean Restaurants Has Robots Doing All the Cooking | Eater Miami

"I observed a new counter-service chain promising affordable Mediterranean-inspired meals prepared by robots that opened its first two Miami locations this month; Better Days Robotic Kitchens combines human chef–prepared ingredients from a central commissary—where chefs cut vegetables, season meats, and develop base flavors—with on-site robotic arms that transfer ingredients into temperature-controlled storage and use algorithm-guided ovens to create the final dish. The menu centers on customizable meals priced between $12 and $15 that include a main dish and two sides, with entrees such as lemon dill salmon, tandoori chicken thighs in yogurt sauce, beef meatballs with Grana Padano, and pasta options like four-cheese mac and spicy rigatoni; sides range from turmeric-roasted cauliflower to wild rice pilaf with dried fruit and nuts, and desserts include Basque cheesecake and chocolate brownies. Customers can order through on-site kiosks, the restaurant’s website, or delivery apps, and the company currently operates in South Miami and Coral Gables with a Brickell location coming soon and plans to expand to additional Miami locations." - Olee Fowler

Ordered from here via UberEats and idk if it was an off day, but the salmon smelled so fishy and was so salty, and the veggies were so soggy as to be inedible. I ended up throwing them away, and only thing I ate was the basque cheesecake.
