Ordered a pair of expensive earrings and when I relieved them one of the earrings was broken. I sent two emails with photos asking for support or what my options were, how I could go about returning the item, as I hadn’t even worn them. They never responded to either email. I emailed a third time to express disappointment and no one responded to that either. It’s just downright rude and such incredibly poor customer service. A little bit of tact goes a long way.

Bette's is my new favorite woman's boutique in Fort Worth! It's so pretty and it's location in the Shops at Clearfork makes it even better! The workers are so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this boutique for anyone who loves fashion!

Just rushed my wife over here after work so she could purchase a dress she saw online. Their Monday hours say they close at 6pm. There was a “we will be right back!” Sign on the door at 5:10pm and the store was locked. We went into Starbucks, and waited about 20-25 minutes. No one had returned to the store, and we left. How frustrating for a place of business to leave a note and lock the doors, just change your hours to close earlier. We found her a dress at Neiman Marcus instead. We won’t be returning anytime soon.
