had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a necklace and earrings online, and when I received them, I decided I wanted to return the necklace only. When I reached out to initiate the return, that’s when I was told the item was “final sale.” This was never disclosed anywhere on the website at the time of purchase, and it certainly wasn’t stated on the invoice I received in the box. The company only brought this up after I asked to return the necklace.
I explained this to them multiple times and asked for a reasonable solution, but instead of trying to help, they doubled down and eventually just stopped responding altogether. I sent several emails and even asked to speak with the owner, but no one ever got back to me.
To me, this feels very misleading. If something is final sale, that should be clearly displayed before checkout, not hidden (or worse, only mentioned after the fact). It’s unfair to the customer and creates a terrible buying experience.
Their lack of transparency, combined with poor communication and refusal to stand behind their products, shows that they do not value their customers. Horrible customer service from start to finish. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
