I woke up feeling fancy and decided to treat myself to breakfast at Betts. I arrived around 8 a.m., and street parking was easy and convenient. The server was lovely—attentive, friendly, and made the experience seamless. I ordered a double cortado, which was crafted perfectly, and the French toast with blueberries—absolutely delicious, though I wasn’t a fan of the glaze (I think it was cinnamon). The flavors were still delightful, and the presentation was beautiful. The decor is upscale yet relaxed, creating a chic and inviting atmosphere. Service was wonderful, everything was thoughtfully executed, and I had a truly lovely time. Betts is the perfect spot for a refined, effortless breakfast in Cleveland.

Had an amazing experience at Betts! From the moment we walked in, the hostess was warm and welcoming, and we were seated quickly. Our server was outstanding—attentive, professional, and gave excellent recommendations that made our meal even better. The quality of the food is superb! The burger was decent, but the lamb was absolutely to die for, and the hanger steak was incredibly flavorful and tender—truly cooked to perfection. Every bite was delicious! To top it off, the espresso martini was silky smooth and a perfect finish to the evening. Overall, an exceptional dining experience. Will 100% be coming back! Highly recommend Betts if you’re looking for great service and fantastic food.

Google
The hospitality from bartender Dawud and the general manager were definitely the highlight at Betts! Attentive, warm and professional the whole time. Food was just okay tbh. It did the trick for a quick meal between our theater performances but flavors of the Gnocchi were one dimensional and uninspired. Maybe other dishes are better. Luckily the service made up for it enough that I would definitely give it another try sometime. Perfect spot for drinks though!!

Amanda was an amazing bartender! We first sat down for a happy hour drink. She listened to our “likes” and recommended drinks which were “spot on”! We asked her for a recommendation of where to eat and she gave us reasons to eat at Betts. She was so convincing, we decided after years of staying at the Kimpton, we would give it a try. I will honestly tell you, when we are in town next year we will definitely eat here! The smoked trout was absolutely delicious as well as the braised short ribs - both recommended by Amanda. It’s a good experience when you ask for a recommendation and the wait staff knows exactly what you will like and were “spot on”!

Google
Environment was relaxed, cool, and welcoming. Had some complimentary drinks and a Tuna Appetizer that was very delicious. For dinner we decided based on recommendation to get the lamb rack with roasted sweet potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. Food was cook very well and presented amazingly. Overall Kevin our bartender and server provided excellent service and great suggestions. Finished off the night with a Pacifico. Dawu was also a great help and very friendly.

Google
The restaurant is beautiful and nicely located. The food was good but other reviews made it seem much more noteworthy than it was. The presentation of the poke bowl was gorgeous though! We had to wait a while because a server gave our order to another table after an already considerable wait, so by the end of the meal we were pretty over the experience. The place had 5 patrons right before lunch on a Thursday so we were surprised by the wait and mix up.

Google
First time here and it was a wonderful experience!! Our server, Jordan, was amazing! She was so attentive and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious. Definitely will come back again. Forgot the “before” pics.

Google
The Bloody Mary was great. Made with a house made tomato juice. I would avoid the smoked trout. No much trout and a lot if pickled red onions with some very bland crackers. The keep an OHio made hot sauce on the table which was very good.

Yelp
We had such a great lunch at Betts! Our waitress Jordan was the bee's knee's! What an absolute gem she is!

Yelp
I heard all about Betts but never visited until recently. I was on West 6th for an appointment and considering my brunch options. Betts was the most elevated lunch around. And so, I finally experienced it. AMBIANCE: Restaurant in the heart of downtown Cleveland attached to the Kimpton Schofield Hotel. It's very convenient to enter through the separate entrance and not the hotel. The restaurant has plenty of natural light, ambient lighting, downtown views (of Heinen's building), and trendy private room. The latter has gorgeous greens, floral mural walls, and cute shelves. It's definitely a restaurant you can add to the pages of interior design magazine. It's gorgeous, modern, and spacious. Plenty of seating options are available. For small parties, there are booths, high tops, and tables. For solo diners, take a seat at a marble bar. For large parties, there is a separate event room where you'll feel like you're having your own private dining experience. FOOD/DRINKS: The menu is uncomplicated, one page, one for each - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Basic menu categories like starters, soups and salads, sandwiches, and entrees are available. I ordered a hearty lunch on a winter day - Lamb Stew ($24) and coffee ($4.50, refillable). Lamb Stew included a generous serving and was extremely delicious. The meat was very tender accompanied by potatoes and veggies. It has some very smooth, buttery undertones which I loved. It might be the best stew I tried in Cleveland. I was also very impressed by the coffee. It was very smooth and pleasant. I drank multiple cups. Be aware that 3% convenience fee will be added to your bill for credit card bill. SERVICE: I was greeted multiple times upon entering the space - once by the hotel employee and then restaurant employees. I felt very welcome! The service was initially delayed due to no dedicated bartender. After the service started, I was very happy with the attentiveness and friendliness. They really have a great staff that seems to work together well, have fun, and help each other. My waiter Dawud was very friendly. VALUE: Few ways to save are available. Happy Hour is available Monday through Friday, 3-6 PM. On Wednesday, you can get 1/2 price off wine bottles. They also have Loyalty Program but I'm not sure what it entails. I was very happy with my experience at Betts. It's a way better dining experience than at an average hotel restaurant. The lamb stew is a dish I'd have again and again. I very much look forward to my next visit.

Yelp
This was part of a hotel and was towards the left upon entering. It was a nice sized location with a good-sized bar present too. The menu had a number of intriguing options to choose from. The service was alright. They did not come back to refill waters often. I went with the large, chopped salad. It came with romaine lettuce, pickled red onion, egg, tomato, chickpeas and a buttermilk blue cheese dressing. It was not too bad. I wish there were more chickpeas present as well as the onions being sliced rather than being so big. Some onions were sliced, but others too big. There was a great amount of the blue cheese dressing, and all the flavors just blended well together. Everything appeared very fresh too. I also tried the shrimp and grits. The grits were sweet, but the homemade sauce that was on the side was a nice compliment to them. The poblano relish was tasty too. Will I go back? I suppose.

Yelp
I love staying at The Kimpton Schofield hotel and this restaurant is located inside. Things I've loved in the past are their great happy hour, local juices, and vegan options. Things I've not loved in the past are hit or miss service, slow service, sometimes poorly made drinks (which I solved by ordering beer or wine). Today's breakfast made me change my good prior reviews based on a negative experience. Two of us dined for breakfast and reviewed the latest menu noticing they clearly call out vegan, vegetarian options. Love that this restaurant still gets it and offers options for all eaters. We place our order with a very kind and competent female server (who appeared to be the manager on staff). Ordered two grapefruit juices, an avocado toast, and chilaquiles (both vegan which just means egg and cheese out/tofu instead). Juices weren't anything special nor fresh. I suggest getting the Anna's Raw juices instead. Meals came out. The tofu on the avocado toast looked grilled. Nice, but still had no flavor. The chilaquiles had goat cheese sprinkled all over the top. I confirmed this was indeed cheese with our server and she asked the kitchen to remake it. They did and it came out pretty quickly with sliced tofu (not grilled, just plain tofu out of the box). No problem as I'm hungry. Take a few bites and still taste the goat cheese. This was my most unfavorite cheese when I used to eat dairy, so I know what it tastes like. I poke around on the plate and see they've left me a small stash of cheese under the bottom tortilla. Not cool. Didn't eat the meal. What a waste. Suggestions for this restaurant if they're listening: In addition to paying attention to the customer's order, I'd recommend doing something with the tofu. You're subbing it for scrambled eggs. Mash it up and make it scrambled. Put black salt on it... pepper, some onion and garlic powder, turmeric, and nutritional yeast. Tofu tastes like nothing if you put nothing on it, so change that. Would they serve a scrambled egg with no spices/salt/pepper? Yuck if so. The only reason for two stars versus one is they have other vegan options. The Caesar used to be great. Not sure if I'd eat here again though.

Yelp
Took first come/first serve seats at bar. Waited about ten minutes before anyone talked to us for beverage orders. Got coffee and water. Despite being there for more than an hour and a half for our meal, no more coffee or water would be forthcoming. This did allow us to notice coffee ground sludge at the bottom of the coffee cup. Weird and kind of gross. Finally ordered. Notified a few minutes later they were out of sausage, so bacon for us. We ordered it extra crispy, came looking like it was fresh out of the package, almost uncooked. No joke. White strips of bacon. We ate (leaving bacon untouched) finished, and then waited for a check. We had taken our seats at around 9am; we were now worrying we were going to be late for our 11am hotel check out. We've been here many times before because we love the Kimpton, but this lobby restaurant experience was a complete bust. Go to Addy's, go to Yours Truly, go to Double Nickel. Hell, go to Starbuck's. For a $50 breakfast for two, you expect to get good service and decent food. Sadly on this go round, we got neither. (We still tipped well...I'm a sucker for Labor Day.)

Yelp
Upon entry we were hit with what could described as Operating Room level lighting and comically tacky holiday decor. Then came drinks. Incredibly unbalanced and tasted like straight sugar. I felt hungover after the first sip. And finally the food. Arriving cold on chiped plates and hastily throw down, it looked like dog food. We could get past the appearance if the flavor was there but my new hypertension due to the amount of salt that was added to the food has left me no choice but to give it three strikes and zero stars. Woof. In reflection, added back 1 star as the service was decent and they did remove one of the dishes from the tab when we noted we couldn't finish it due to the saltiness. Would like to add I've never put a review on here before but felt it my civic service to inform the public. Lot of potential there though.

Yelp
The ladies who run the bar and restaurant are excellent. Kai at breakfast was very attentive and excellent. I loved all the food I had, in the morning it was chilaquiles. It was a different presentation than I'd ever had, comes out looking like a tostada but I few swipes with a knife and perfection. I'm sad to say I can't remember the name of my favorite person who works there. She was so freakin sweet. She was working Friday night, I'm going to describe her because management needs to know how great she is. Very petite with short hair with pink tips. Not only did she talk to us that night, she came by Saturday morning when she got there and talked with us again. Such a great human who made us mid 50s ladies feel seen and heard instead of the usual invisible. Bravo on great staff and great ambiance and great food and drinks.

Yelp
I'd probably give this restaurant 3.5 stars if that was an option. The manager working was extremely friendly and kind when checking in on our table and when I returned to pick up my credit card that I left behind. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. I ordered the chilaquiles which lacked flavor big time and was not filling at all. My husband felt the same regarding his breakfast burger in terms of flavor. He said all of the listed ingredients did not come through on his palate. His fries were the saving grace of the meal. They had a nice crisp texture and very good flavor. The atmosphere was attractive considering it's a hotel restaurant. Despite such positive interactions with the manager, we will not be returning unfortunately.

Yelp
I took a red eye into the city and needed a good breakfast and Bloody Mary. This place delivered that and so much more. Midway through the meal I was tasting fine wines and sharing travel stories with Amanda and Jamie. I'm so happy I came here. As a solo diner, this place is just what I needed.

Yelp
The service is really what made it special. It was pretty empty so We were able to get a nice corner seat outside. Waitress was funny and accommodating . Food was pretty good. Nothing spectacular but worth coming back. Worth noting that those fries pictured was actually amazing!

Yelp
Went here for dinner with friends and had a wonderful time! Great drinks, apps and entrees and Phoenix was an amazing server - great energy and laughs!

Yelp
I visited Betts for lunch with a coworker recently. I didn't really check it out prior but it was close and easy for us both. The space is connected to a hotel and is cozy but modern. The bar area was really pretty and I liked the giant windows and all the natural light. They have a variety of seating options and the restroom was clean - and had really funky wallpaper. The menu was... interesting and it took me a while to decide what to get. They offer breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner - all of which have different menus. They also have a happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-6pm. Lunch is from 11am-4pm so that's the menu I went off of. I decided on their vegan caesar salad and a side of fries (which were actually like chips). I did ask for some parmesan cheese to make it more of a caesar salad to me (I'm not vegan and I gotta have cheese, vegan cheese or not). The dressing was good. No anchovies but the capers gave it a good flavor. The chips were meh and I barely touched them. They had good wifi and we were able to get some work done which was nice. I will say the service was rather slow. The food took around 40 minutes to come out and our table was one of few. Fries and a salad doesn't take that long. Our waitress was nice and the bill was reasonable. I doubt I would come back to eat but I can totally see the bar being a fun spot in the evening.

Yelp
Five stars for our lovely server, Ky. Such a delightful young lady! Food was good. Ambiance was ok, but pretty loud. We were wishing we had asked to be seated outside, but our server made up for the noise. Would definitely go back.

Yelp
I love this location and vibe of the restaurant! It's connected to a hotel and so I'm sure the guests love having a cute place to grab drinks downstairs. I've had brunch here before and it was pretty good, but I wasn't very impressed with their dinner options. We got a couple bowls but they were very bland and not worth it. The falafels were dry in the quinoa tabbouleh bowl, and the "spicy" Tucson bowl was not even mild haha absolutely no spice. The drinks, however, were delicious! Despite the menu, I will say the staff and service were amazing! Very kind and attentive. The host greeted us and made us feel welcome while taking us to our table, and our server was excellent!
google avatar

Ally L.

Yelp
SO yummy! We flew in early this morning and didn't have a reservation for breakfast. This spot was lively - large groups, mimosas flowing, exciting energy so we decided to dine here. We ordered bloody Mary's and were brought waters. The egg white frittata and Bett's B&G were a hit! Will definitely be back next time we're in town
google avatar

Jenn J.

Yelp
KY, the waitress we had, was fantastic! Nice and very attentive to all of our needs. The food and service was good and the place was close and convenient. The music was a bit loud but we are old. Lol.
google avatar

Carol L.

Yelp
Great restaurant. The food was amazing but not as flavorful as I thought it would be. I got the Cajun lamb, but I thought it was just plain lame. There was no Cajun on it or none that I could taste really.

Eddie W.

Yelp
We stayed at the Kimpton for a night and had a coupon for 2 hot breakfasts at Betts. Sometimes hotel bars/restaurants can be a little hit miss, especially with service. We had Dawud as our server. He was amazing and on point. Prompt, efficient and upbeat. Definitely sets the bar high for the industry. The food was above average but not anything super special. It came out hot and fast and accurate. Definitely would eat again.
google avatar

Katie N.

Yelp
This was my second time visiting Betts, and I don't travel to Cleveland much. Nice selection of food, I appreciate the vegetarian and gluten free options, and a big drink menu. A cute place attached to a hotel but separate enough that it has its own vibe. I ordered the vegetable plate and instead a side of vegetables came. The waiter was apologetic and fixed the mistake, and he was attentive and friendly. Would recommend to others.

Elaina B.

Yelp
The food was good but the service was not. The manager waited on us more than our actual waitress. We never got a refill on water and we waited over 20 minutes to get our check. But the yogurt bowl and burger were amazing.
google avatar

Justin J.

Yelp
The host at the front counter was lovely, our server was not. I ordered for both of us (that's the way we like to do it) and the server had a real bee in her bonnet about that so for the rest of service she only spoke to my gf. Drinks were overpriced and mediocre (pineapple juice fresh from the can!). The salad was a pile of lettuce with a few grapes on it (ten dollars!). "Wagyu" meatballs tasted exactly like chef boyardee but drier. Ambiance was nice.
google avatar

CJ B.

Yelp
The food was fairly good but the pork schnitzel is not the traditional breaded and fried. It was thin pork with gravy that was very yummy. Just not what I was expecting. Our server had zero customer service skills for our table of 4 women. No smiles, nothing nice to say but as soon as 2 guys sat next to us, she was laughing and smiling.
google avatar

John T.

Yelp
A fun breakfast place/diner/bar located in the Kimpton Schofield Hotel. We went for breakfast and the restaurant has a fun retro vibe. I had the basic 2 egg breakfast and it was a great value. I was so full. They made a great cappuccino too! They also offer healthier options such as avocado toast and egg white omelets. The staff was so friendly, our server Peyton was hilarious.
google avatar

Kami T.

Yelp
We tried this place since it was attached to our hotel. Brunch gets pretty busy, so be prepared to wait to get a table or to get food. The waffle was delicious! I like thicker, fluffy waffles so this one hit the spot. The chicken on the waffle was not as great. Smaller strips with a little too much breading on them. It also was a little tougher, probably due to being a little overcooked. The servers seemed to struggle keeping up. The table next to us were seated before we were and they got their food after we did. They were upset and ended up complaining about it, which they should since they ordered just waffles.

Jessica A.

Yelp
Danjia offered wonderful service. Food was fantastic! All items were cooked perfectly to order.
google avatar

Julia B.

Yelp
Bett's is a great spot for an outdoor lunch. My surprise favorite part was actually the Caesar salad which had spiced crispy chickpeas instead of typical croutons. I hadn't thought of making that substitution before, and it was delicious! I also really liked the tokyo bowl with zoodles and chicken in a hoisin peanut sauce. I appreciated the slight spiciness in the sauce and the large portion of various veggies in the bowl. Bett's also has a decent selection of beers on draft which rotate frequently. The only down side is that service is fairly slow, so it's not the best spot for a quick lunch. If you have the time, though, I would recommend it! Food: B+ Drinks: B Service: C+ Ambiance: B+
google avatar

Rachael R.

Yelp
We stopped at Bett's for dinner before a Guardians game and had a really good experience! There were six of us and we did make a reservation. The decor is so charming! A balance of mid century modern with a nod to contemporary. Our server was so attentive and friendly! The drink menu has something for everyone, including mocktails! I got an espresso martini which wasn't on the menu, but was recently! The cauliflower pappardelle was my choice for dinner and it was SO. GOOD!!! And I want to say it was vegan. The noodles were out of this world. Loved stopping by this cozy little bar & eatery, thanks for having us

Jessica Z.

Yelp
Overall, not super impressed. To start, I ordered the smoked mango cocktail. They came back and told me they were out of it. I ordered the short rib for my entree. It was VERY dry. Barely any sauce on it and the mashed potatoes were on the salty side. It was supposed to come with sautéed kale. They brought out the plate and said they ran out of kale and substituted with arugula...... hardly a substitute. Looked like a wilted pile of greens on top. My husband ordered the tuna poke bowl which he liked. However, I don't think I would return here for dinner.

Nora W.

Yelp
Our server Kia was amazing! Very attentive and professional. Food and drinks were delicious!!

Lynn R.

Yelp
Jordan was absolutely a delight! Food was delicious! We will be back! The outside seating was great this time of year. Service was great!

Yelp
Adventures into this diner place inside of a hotel. Staff was very nice and placed us next to the window for people watching. Food was good well. Guac was creamy alongside crispy potatoes. The sandwich was so freaking good. The smear they put on it wraps the whole sandwich together perfectly. Loved this breakfast.

Christina V.

Yelp
Great food! Highly recommend the salmon. Great service too - Amanda was amazing- she was our server and did a great job and was very tentative to us! It was a nice place to eat for a girls dinner catch up!

Yuki Y.

Yelp
This was the most horrifying dining experience of my life. My friend and I were staying at the hotel next door, and after checking out the next day, we decided to have a meal at Betts. A hostess led us to a table for two. Shortly after, a male server came by, introduced himself, and poured us some water. He filled my glass first, and when pouring for my friend, she politely asked if it was possible to have some hot water instead -- since we were traveling and had sensitive stomachs. He hesitated a little but said yes, then asked if I'd also like some. I thought for a moment and said yes. A few minutes later, he returned with two visibly dirty cups -- one had obvious coffee stains, and the other had a lipstick mark on the rim. Both were filled with hot water. We were too shocked to speak. Even worse, after that, he completely ignored us for about 15 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy and no new guests had arrived. Eventually, another waitress came to take our order and kindly replaced the cups. But in the background, we could clearly see the staff, including the male server, laughing as if they found it all amusing. I was furious, but I didn't say anything. I simply left no tip and wrote the reason on the bill. And then -- as we stood up to leave, the male server came directly toward us, stared at me without saying a word, with zero sign of apology or remorse. I was absolutely outraged. Later, after finishing some errands, we returned to the hotel and reported the incident to the front desk manager. He took it seriously and kindly contacted the restaurant manager for us. The restaurant manager came to speak with me and tried to explain it away as a "common mistake", but I pointed out how anyone could clearly tell from the dirty cups and the server's behavior that this was done intentionally. He immediately offered me a full refund, which I accepted, and apologized. But even during this conversation, the male server was still walking around the restaurant, never once offering an apology or even acknowledging the situation. This was deeply disrespectful, humiliating, and unacceptable. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Yelp
Friends and I had dinner here and the restaurant had cool vibes all around. The place was quiet for a Friday night, even the staff found it odd, (it was Labor Day weekend). But they were happy to have us and it was our luck because our service was timely, food was out in no time and we were able to sit and relax longer. Our server, Jess, was very friendly and attentive, sharing her thoughts on drinks and food ordered. I particularly enjoy a meal even more when the staff says, "Ooh good choice!" or "That's my favorite." because they're excited for your experience. I had difficulty deciding which drink to order, Blood Orange Mule or Lemonade Stand, and over course of the evening I had both! And both were great choices and were "juicy" aka a good pour! I started with the Spicy Shrimp which had a nice heat to it but not crazy. The shrimp were hot and the sauce created a slight crunch on the edges that was nice. It came with a couple small garlic breads that I enjoyed by dipping in the extra sauce. 3 would've been better. I kept things light by also having the wedge salad and it was delicious. It's not your typical presentation of a "wedge" off a head of lettuce, but maybe a smaller bunch which was torn in two(?) This allowed for spaces in which the toppings and bleu cheese dressing could sit and nestle in, instead of sliding right off typical wedge. There were ample toppings which made each bite enjoyable. My friends had the Pretzel Bites appetizer, cavatelli carbonara and the Tokyo Bowl, both were very pleased with their meal. Good music was playing which always makes for a great time for me. There was a cool wall that listed the beers on tap, a couple of TV's with sports on. Indoor and covered outdoor dining options, majority of standard tables and chairs, we had a spot along an elevated booth and higher chairs on other side. You enter through a hotel entrance and Betts is immediately on the left. For anyone with mobility considerations, there is a step up into Betts maybe 6-7" and I cannot recall the hotel entrance. And I believe reservations are recommended- so call ahead and double check. Great for groups, small or larger, special occasions or before going to the theater, ballgame or just drinks/ dinner. Prices were $$-$$$ more moderate: $57 for 2 drinks, an appetizer and smaller salad but everything was delicious and an enjoyable evening. The next time I visit Cleveland I will be back and recommend to friends. So go check it out!

Debb L.

Yelp
Ky was an awesome server, ver attentive and friendly! We had nice brunch. But, I think the music was a little bit too loud.

Beau G.

Yelp
Dawud is A+! Amazing bartender and definitely worth the visit. Beer and cocktails are delish. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I opine that the three and half stars is unjustified. I would give this place 2 stars on a good day. To start, without reservations there was a 25 minute wait (max according to the young lady at front desk). We walked around for 30 minutes, came back and found out they gave our table to someone else. After we were seated we waited 20 minutes before our server came. While waiting we observed 2 tables leave without ordering due to the wait, a table of 2 and a group of 8. We also considered leaving but we were too damn starved. The food was mediocre at best. My wife got a quinoa bowl and liked it. I got a breakfast bowl. It was heavy on potatoes and light on meat. The only positive was that our server (Bryan) had a wonderful disposition. But we will never return here.

Yelp
Staff is friendly, but service is slow. The food itself was simply ok at best. The burger was burnt and tasted like a dirty grill. The place is super cute, great location, and has lots of potential. Seems like the kitchen could improve efficiency and quality.

Katie N.

Yelp
I have never had more flavorless food in my life. Went with my friend here and I got a burger and he got a rice bowl of some kind. The service was okay, not terrible but certainly not great. Both of us only took a few bites of the food and spent 80 dollars. Very dissatisfied after waiting 45 minutes to be sat. so yeah.
google avatar

Keith, Jr. R.

Yelp
Highly recommended !! Probably the best burger I've had Everyone and everything was great. The staff was gracious, charming, friendly and genuinely happy we decided to go there. The chef knows their stuff. From first bite to last, we enjoyed every bit. The combination of ingredients blended well beyond my imagination. This will be a must-stop on our next trip to Cleveland

Darbie V.

Yelp
This place was okay. I came in and was seated immediately which was nice. Their gluten free options were extremely limited. I ordered two items the Caprese salad and their grilled salmon. The salad was excellent! I would come back and only order that because it was so good. The salmon was just okay. The fish was slightly undercooked and the sauce was very strong on top. The veggies that came out with it were good but nothing special. This was a good quick dinner stop when at a conference but I wouldn't seek this place out again.

Yelp
A group of 8 ladies went to Betts last night for bachelorette dinner. Our servers name was Quinn and he was fantastic. Very attentive and so friendly. He made us laugh, and laughed with us. Really great service thank you for accommodating our large group. And special thanks to Quinn!!

Yelp
I stopped here for lunch. I ordered the plate with 2 sides which ended up being chicken, jasmine rice, and bacon Mac and cheese. The food was very good and the server was attentive. They did provide me my bill as I was eating which was strange but there are many instances where I wish some places did this. Overall, I would recommend this spot to get a nice bite.

Yelp
Delicious super savory hearty breakfast pork and veal ragu. The poke bowl was good except for some reason I expected the zucchini noodles to be cooked. They were raw. The whole bowl was raw so it was like eating a large crudités tray. The shogun sauce was missing and it took ten minutes and asking two servers before a creamy whipped horseradish Dijon mustard came out. Strange shogun sauce..? Anyway, I couldn't finish my dish because it had so much raw vegetable matter but the flavor was fine. Not cheap. The cocktails were the best part of the visit. They were unique and they did have a keto marg which I ordered. The bong water cocktail was like an adult fruit punch and was so tasty! They do have several gluten free and kept options.

Yelp
The food was delicious - the potatoes are very good, avocado was really good. if you want a big breakfast get the bodega sammie. it's cute and modern inside. the service was a little slow (even when not busy), but great service nonetheless. would come back!

Yelp
I have to be honest. I was t expecting to find much open in downtown Cleveland on a Sunday night. Now, I know that the city is changing and more people are moving into the city, but let's be honest, it's still not exactly what you'd call a bustling hubbub of activity. Which is why Betts was a surprising and nice find. Located next to the Kimpton Hotel, it's a decent sized restaurant that was pretty crowded at 7:30 pm. On a Sunday. The bar selection looked good, with a nice cocktail list. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was good but messy. The fries with it were really good. Thin cut and well seasoned. My daughter got the Tokyo bowl with tofu. Not too spicy and filled with lots of vegetables. The star for us were the Brussel sprouts. Topped with goat cheese, these were crispy and really, really good. I'm still not convinced that you can find whatever you want on a Sunday in Cleveland, but Betts is worth checking out!

Yelp
We had such a good time eating at Betts! I went with a few coworkers and the one local in our group had never been to Betts. We decided to give it a chance. I think people were skeptical because the restaurant is located in a hotel and they were thinking we would be eating "hotel food." Wrong! I ordered the Poke bowl. It was delicious--everything was so fresh. The knifework on the tuna was a little off (my tuna was kind of hacked up) but the flavors were so good. One person in the group got the Pappardelle Bolognese and the other two each got the Market Plate with chicken. The Market Plate is probably the best deal out there. $23 for two chicken breasts and your choice of two sides that are served in bowls, not cups. It's a lot of food. The drinks were great and very reasonably priced. Our server disappeared as the night went on (it was not busy), but other than that, we had a great time.
