Great classic diner food, Club sandwich and fries were great. Fast and friendly service at lunch on a Saturday.

Cute diner and the food was good, but it was on the expensive side for breakfast. For 3 people eating 1) French toast, 2) grits, eggs, and bacon, and 3) a home fries bowl with sausage (drinks--2 sweet teas, 2 coffees, and an ice water), it was $46. The service was good as well and the food was fresh. Overall it seemed to be a clean establishment. I'd like to say we'd be back, but we won't be, simply because of the cost.

Clearly this place has read your reviews, heard your complaints and stepped up their game. Everyone was very friendly, and the food was incredible!! The smoothie bowl was tasty and fresh, the omelette was well seasoned and packed with ingredients, and the grits - oh my dear sweet baby Jesus the Grits - were the BEST I’ve ever had!!!! That’s saying a lot considering I grew up in the south and always thought that I made the best grits, but these beat mine hands down. If you tried this place before and was dissatisfied I encourage you to give it a second chance.

Overpriced and microwaved. Breakfast for two with coffees was just over $30. If the food was good, it would have been worth it. However, the country fried chicken and the hamburger both tasted like they had been microwaved. The biscuits were unevenly cooked and burned. I asked for my danish to be warmed up... it came back incredibly hot and soft. The cheese burned my mouth. My mil had egg salad and it was incredibly runny. Only good things: the coffee, and my fil said the bacon and eggs were good. The grits were good, but the service was terrible. We were repeatedly told that they only make grits one way... finally figured out that if you ask to add cheese, they can add cheese but they don’t offer to do that when you ask for cheesy grits. Seriously terrible. Will never ever go back. Wasted $30. Was worth about $12.

Went there for lunch twice . It was very nice, I had the chicken and French Toast which is a different take instead of chicken and waffles. The second time, I had the Cobb Salad with grilled chicken and the house vinaigrette. Everything was fresh also dessert was great. I had the cookies and cream milkshake and the grilled pound cake with ice cream. It's reasonably priced we fed four for 50 bucks.

Not impressed with Betty’s. The service was very poor. No one bothered to check on us to see how we were doing. My order was French Toast, and half of it was burnt. When we finally went up to the counter to get a to go container for my daughter’s breakfast and told them there wasn’t even I am sorry for the burnt French toast. The only good thing about the meal was my husbands fried flounder and grits. Although he thinks the eggs at Waffle House are superior. Don’t think we will go back.

Stumbled upon this great place tucked beside Whole Foods. I loved the feeling as soon as I walked in the door. Great, friendly service! I ordered an egg white omelet, grits and coffee. All of it was amazing! Freshly made, but didn’t take long. I’ll definitely be back to try some of their lunch items.

The flounder was frozen, but the grits were good. I got the the chicken and biscuit. The chicken tasted sour. They were really nice about it and gave me a refund. It's locally owned and we will give it another try some time for sandwiches.
