The room has a small kettle, a mini-fridge, a shower with a soft hose, and an opening window. The room is clean and serviced daily. The large bed consists of two mattresses with a gap in the middle, making it impossible to sleep on. The pillows are uncomfortable. The towels are old but clean. Check-in 16, check-out 11

Very, very basic. My room was tiny and felt like a cell. Very unclean, hair all over the bathroom. Drawers in bathroom sticky and stinky. The glass and plastic cup as well as the spoon that were provided were disgustingly dirty. Bed uncomfortable. Kettle in the room, but only one lonely tea bag and no coffee. Location ok, rather residential area, but walking distance to city center, EU institutions and everything else. Hugely overpriced for what you get. Very friendly lady at the reception in the evening, but this was the only highlight. I travel to Brussels frequently but will not set foot into this hotel ever again. Towels, hairdryer, soap and shower gel are provided. Free wifi, but slow and unstable.

Rather inexpensive hotel in the center of Brussels. Dont be afraid by the deceiving look of the building: the rooms are comfy for the price!

Have to write this here, because booking doesn't let me. The stay was awful, please do not go there. Room was not the same as advertised, very dirty, old, at floor level (you could hear everything outside), and the shower was leaking into an electric outlet causing a fire hazard. We booked two nights, had to leave (it was very dangerous) and they did not offer us a refund as a token of goodwill. Please, get away from this hotel!

Excellent customer service, small room but is neat and quiet, is close to Louise station where I took subway

Location is near Louise metro station and Porte de Namur metro station, staff are very friendly and helpful, room is small but well designed and attractive, price is very reasonable.

The hotel is excellent. It is shown as a three star…. and that is exactly what it is. The bedroom was a great size with attached bathroom and small balcony. The bed was comfortable being remade each day by the cleaning staff. The reception staff were excellent. They were polite and helpful. What more could you ask for? A breakfast was provided ( at a cost) if you wanted one.|Would definitely return.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Parked on street and car window broken and 1€ and our GPS was stolen, staff helped up get repaired!
